Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a suspension device for the free end of a non-coupled screw coupling of a coupling arrangement for a track-guided vehicle, in particular a hybrid coupling arrangement for a rail vehicle, comprising a screw coupling.
[0002] Coupling arrangements with at least two different coupling types, each of which can be pivoted into a coupling plane to interact with a mating coupling, are of great importance in the rail vehicle sector, particularly in shunting. These are used in shunting locomotives to enable wagons with different types of coupling devices to be dispatched by just one shunting locomotive. In addition to automatic coupling devices, screw couplings are also used. Due to their design, these cause the free end area, in particular the coupling bracket, to droop when unused, i.e. inactive, state. To prevent this, appropriate suspension devices are provided on the vehicle. Designs in the form of formed sheet metal parts that can be attached to the vehicle are known. The sheet metal part has a plate-like fastening area extending transversely of the vehicle in the installed position for attachment to a vehicle. The sheet metal part also includes a hook portion extending from the plate-like fastening area. The suspension device is then attached directly to the car body, for which appropriate fastening surfaces and fastening means must be provided. Such suspension devices are therefore not standardized and are designed to be adapted to the specific application. Furthermore, due to the plate-like fastening area, they are large and therefore material-intensive.
[0003] The invention was therefore based on the object of developing a suspension device for an inactive screw coupling in hybrid coupling arrangements with at least two different coupling devices, one of which is a screw coupling, in such a way that it is, on the one hand, structurally simple, requires little material and installation space and, on the other hand, is easy to assemble.
[0004] The problem is solved by the features of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
[0005] A suspension device for a free end in the inactive position of a screw coupling, in particular of a coupling bracket of a screw coupling arranged on a rail vehicle, comprising a fastening region for storage and / or fastening and a hook-shaped receiving region, also referred to as a suspension region, forming a receiving space for the coupling bracket and a counter-surface for securing it to prevent it from slipping out, is characterized in that it is formed by a profiled bar element which is shaped, in particular bent, at its end regions pointing away from one another in the direction of longitudinal extension, forming the fastening region and the suspension region.
[0006] The suspension device is thus designed as a hook-shaped component, with the functional areas being formed, in particular by bending, in the end regions facing away from one another in the longitudinal direction of the profiled bar element. The design from a profiled bar element saves space in terms of the required installation space, is easy to manufacture, and saves material and costs. The shaping process allows for a simple adaptation of the fastening area to different sizes of the bearing points. Furthermore, when using standardized bearing points on the vehicle, it is also possible to design the suspension device with a standardized fastening area.
[0007] Particularly advantageous is the mounting area designed as a bearing eye. In this case, the end of the profile element is circular, forming a through-hole that accommodates the bearing point. This offers the advantage that the suspension device no longer requires laborious fastening, but simply needs to be pushed onto a bearing point, particularly in the form of a bolt provided for this purpose, which significantly simplifies installation on the vehicle.
[0008] The individual functional areas—the fastening area and the suspension area—are offset from one another in the longitudinal direction of the profile bar element. The offset required according to the application conditions, particularly the arrangement of the specified bearing points, can be easily adjusted by selecting the initial lengths of the profile bar elements.
[0009] The individual functional areas—the fastening area and the suspension area—are arranged at an angle, preferably within 90°, relative to each other in the circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis of the profile bar element. In particular, the profile bar path in the fastening area is preferably offset by 90° from the profile bar path in the suspension area. If the fastening area is designed as a bearing eye, better force support is possible, depending on the design of the bearing point.
[0010] Preferably, the profile bar path in the fastening area describes a circular arc segment with an angular range of greater than 300° to 360°, preferably greater than 340° to 360°, and the profile bar path in the suspension area describes a circular arc segment with an angular range of greater than 200° to 300°. These angle specifications are particularly advantageous with regard to the functions to be implemented in the areas. This ensures, especially in the suspension area, that the coupling bracket remains securely attached and does not slip out, even in the event of vibrations.
[0011] There are no restrictions regarding the selected cross-sectional profiles of the profile bar element; profile bar elements with a circular, oval or semi-circular cross-section are preferably used.
[0012] A coupling arrangement for a track-guided vehicle, in particular a hybrid coupling arrangement for a rail vehicle, comprising at least one first coupling device pivotable between an active and inactive position about a horizontal pivot axis in a receptacle of a coupling arm and a second coupling device designed as a screw coupling pivotable about the pivot axis a support device which can be fastened to the vehicle for supporting the coupling arm, a suspension device for the free end of the screw coupling on the vehicle, in particular the coupling bracket of the screw coupling, which end is in the inactive position, is characterized in that the suspension device is positioned and / or mounted on the support device.
[0013] The decisive advantage of mounting on the support device is that no installation space or additional fastening measures are required on the vehicle for the suspension device.
[0014] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the suspension device for the free end of the screw coupling on the vehicle, in particular of the coupling bracket of the screw coupling, in the inactive position, is formed by a hook-shaped component, comprising a fastening area and a hook-shaped receiving area, also referred to as the suspension area, forming a receiving space and a counter surface to secure the coupling bracket against slipping out. The fastening area forms a through opening or a bearing eye for receiving a bearing point, in particular a fastening bolt, wherein the fastening bolt is formed by a bolt provided on the support device. This solution offers the advantage that already existing bearing points; bolt elements with a wide variety of functions on the support device can be used in a functional concentration and no additional fastening orBearing facilities must be provided on the support device.
[0015] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the suspension device is designed as described above. For the advantages, please refer to the corresponding description.
[0016] The use of the solution according to the invention is largely independent of the type and design of the support device itself for a coupling arm of the coupling arrangement.
[0017] The support device for the coupling arm comprises a support for the coupling arm; wall connection elements for connection to a carriage of a rail vehicle; and a cross member that is mounted at least indirectly on the wall connection elements and at least indirectly carries the support, wherein the cross member extends in a transverse direction that runs transversely to a longitudinal direction of a receiving space for the coupling arm above the support. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, a bolt extending at least partially, preferably completely, through the cross member in the longitudinal direction and is preferably arranged centrally on the cross member with respect to the extension in the transverse direction is provided for supporting the suspension device.
[0018] In a particularly advantageous further development, in the case where the support is resiliently supported and / or is at least indirectly suspended on the console in a resilient manner; wherein the support is aligned with a vertical linear guide on the cross member and has at least one vertical stop, a plug-in element or plug-in pin provided for aligning the support via the linear guide on the cross member and connected thereto is used in functional concentration as a bearing point of the suspension device.
[0019] Other bearing locations are conceivable. However, existing stationary bearing components, especially bolts, are preferred.
[0020] The invention is explained below with reference to the figures. The figures show in detail: Fig. 1: a coupling arrangement with screw coupling and suspension device in a longitudinal view in the installed position on the vehicle; Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b Sections from sectional views of a support device with a suspension device arranged on it in different views; Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b a particularly advantageous embodiment of a suspension device according to the invention in two views.
[0021] Fig. 1 shows a simplified schematic of a coupling arrangement 1 in the form of a hybrid coupling in the installation situation on a rail vehicle, here only indicated and designated by F in a view of the longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle F. The coupling arrangement 1 comprises at least a first coupling device 4 which is pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis 9 in a receptacle of a coupling arm 6 between an active position (I) shown here and lying in the coupling plane and an inactive position (not shown here), and a second coupling device 4 designed as a screw coupling 3 and pivotable about a pivot axis, preferably pivot axis 9. The pivoting of the first coupling device 4 can take place by means of pivoting devices not shown in detail here. The pivot axis 9 coincides with the axis of the hinge pin for mounting the first coupling device in the receptacle on the coupling arm 6.Preferably, the screw coupling 3 is also mounted on the hinge pin of the first coupling device 4.
[0022] The coupling arrangement 1 is supported by means of a support device 20 that can be fastened to the rail vehicle F for supporting the coupling arm 6. This support device comprises a support 26 for the coupling arm 6, wall connection elements 22 for connection to a carriage of a rail vehicle; a cross member 21 that is mounted at least indirectly on the wall connection elements 22 and at least indirectly supports the support 26, wherein the cross member 21 extends in a transverse direction that runs transversely to a longitudinal direction of a receiving space 24 for the coupling arm 6 above the support.
[0023] In the illustrated functional position of the coupling assembly 1, the screw coupling 3 is in the inactive position. The tab of the screw coupling 3 is mounted on the pivot pin of the first coupling device and, in this functional position, hangs downward with the spindle area 5 and coupling bracket 7. To prevent deflection, the screw coupling 3 is fixed in its position by hooking the coupling bracket 7 onto a suspension device 10 arranged on the support device. For this purpose, the suspension device is mounted on a bolt 28 provided on the cross member 24, in particular extending through it.
[0024] The structure of a particularly advantageously designed suspension device 10 is shown by way of example in the Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b shown in two views. Fig. 2a and Fig. 2b each show a section of a support device 20 with the suspension device 10 in different views in the installation position according to Fig. 1. Fig. 2a shows a longitudinal view of the rail vehicle F, Fig. 2b a view across this as in Fig. 1.
[0025] The suspension device 10 comprises a fastening area 13 for supporting and / or fastening and a hook-shaped receiving area or suspension area 14 forming a receiving space 15 for the coupling bracket 7 and a counter surface 12 for securing or preventing it from slipping out. The suspension device 10 is formed by a profiled bar element which is shaped, in particular curved, at its end areas facing away from one another in the longitudinal direction, forming the fastening area 13 and the receiving area 14. The longitudinal direction is characterized by the longitudinal axis LA. The fastening area 13 is circularly shaped and formed as a bearing eye 11. The suspension area 14 can be described by a circular ring segment. The profile bar path in the fastening area 13 is offset in the circumferential direction around the longitudinal axis LA of the profile bar element at an angle, preferably in the range of 90°, to the profile bar path in the suspension area. The profile bar path in the fastening area 13 describes a circular arc. The profile bar path in the suspension area 14 is described by a circular arc segment with an angular range of greater than 200°.
[0026] In the Fig. 2a and Fig. Figure 2b shows the respective view in the installation situation on the support device 20. The suspension and thus the mounting of the suspension device 10 on the support device 20 can be seen here. The support 26 is aligned with a vertical linear guide 24 on the cross member, and the linear guide 24 includes a bolt 28 or other plug-in component that is fixedly connected to the cross member 21. The bolt 28 is advantageously used here in a functionally concentrated manner to suspend the suspension device 10.
[0027] The possibility of mounting the suspension device 10 on the support device 20 is fundamentally independent of the design of the support device 20. The only decisive factor is that, if possible, a bearing point is provided on the support device, which is located in the area of the coupling assembly's center axis. This can preferably be formed by a bolt or other plug-in element. An integral design on one of the components of the support device 20 is also conceivable.
[0028] The Fig. 1 and Fig. 2a, Fig.The support device 20 shown in Figure 2b is designed with a center reset for the coupling arm 6. The center reset comprises at least two reset levers positioned horizontally opposite one another, each with a lateral contact surface, which enclose a receiving space for the coupling arm 6 above the support 26. At least one spring-loaded device 23 is provided, which applies a spring force to the reset levers (not shown), which counteracts a movement of the lateral contact surfaces apart. The reset levers are connected to the cross member in an articulated manner.
