Description
TRAIN-SHAPED BUILDING ELEMENT FOR CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The invention, as the title of this description indicates, concerns a construction element for children's activities in the shape of a train, which provides the function for which it is intended with a series of advantages and characteristics, in addition to others inherent to its organization and construction, which will be described in detail later, and which represent an innovative alternative and / or improvement in this field. More specifically, the object of the invention consists of a construction element, of the type that allows the coupling and decoupling, by simple pressure, of different pieces, allowing the child to form different constructions, in this specific case a train, which adopts different shapes and lengths depending on the number and way in which the pieces are coupled together, which also allow the child, thanks to their large size, to enter inside them or climb on them. BACKGROUND TO THE INVENTION Currently, and as a reference to the state of the art, it should be specified that many types of children's construction elements and games are known, with which it is possible to form different types of constructions, and which also present very different types of anchoring and attachment of the pieces. It should be emphasized, however, that the applicant is not aware of the existence of a j construction element for children's activities in the shape of a train which presents technical, structural and constituent characteristics similar to those presented by the element illustrated here. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION More specifically, the construction element illustrated by the invention, which, as previously mentioned, is of the type that allows the child to build constructions by coupling the different pieces that constitute it, is intended to form a train, which will have different lengths and shapes depending on the number of pieces coupled together, and on the way in which these are placed together. To this end, the toy of the invention essentially consists of a group of various pieces, made of rigid and resistant material, in compliance with the strict regulations in force regarding children's toys, with bright colors that can be the same or different, so that they are attractive to the child and awaken their interest and creativity. These pieces are equipped with fastening means consisting of flanges, holes, reliefs, recesses and protrusions, specially designed and strategically positioned and coincident, which allow the pieces to be coupled with other pieces extremely easily, by simply pressing, so that a small child is able to perform this coupling and the subsequent uncoupling simply by pulling them. The different pieces included in the game, which allow for the creation of a train, are few and simple to assemble, but they are extremely versatile, so that repeating and combining them in different positions or in different quantities, with the same or different colors, allows for infinite combinations and therefore infinitely different trains. The invention therefore comprises pieces that constitute the floor or the base in the shape of a circular sector to which a curved lateral piece with a window is coupled perpendicularly in the smaller arch, and a curved lateral piece with two windows in the larger arch; these parts closing in the upper part to form the roof of the train and joining in the central part where they mate to each other to form a compact whole. This basic set or group can be coupled at the front and / or rear with other identical groups, thus forming the carriages of the train, which will form sinuous curves towards one side or the other, depending on the direction in which the aforementioned basic groups are coupled together. Roughly circular pieces, featuring an upper and lower protrusion, whose shape and size are suitable for mating with the front or rear part of the base assemblies described above, which are located at the ends of the train, will constitute the head and / or tail of the train, giving greater strength to the assembly, thus consisting of a single element. The new train-shaped construction element for children's activities therefore represents an innovative structure with structural and constitutive characteristics previously unknown for this purpose, reasons which, combined with its practical utility, provide sufficient basis for obtaining the requested exclusive privilege. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complete this description and allow a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a series of figures are attached to this descriptive document, as an integral part thereof, in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following is represented: Figures 1 to 4 are various perspective views of the different pieces comprising the construction element for children's activities in the shape of a train according to the invention, in which the different elements that characterise them and allow them to be coupled together can be appreciated. Figures 5 and 6 are corresponding perspective views of two possibilities of construction of the train, once assembled, obtained by coupling the pieces illustrated in the previous figures. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Based on the above figures and the numbering adopted, it is possible to observe an example of a preferred embodiment of the construction element for children's activities in the shape of a train which includes the parts indicated and described below. As can be seen in the figures cited, the construction element in question is essentially made up of a given number of identical pieces, so that the repetition and combination of the same in different positions and in different quantities makes it possible to form a train (1) which can assume different shapes or lengths; for this purpose, said pieces are provided with fastening means specifically designed and positioned in a strategic way, so as to allow the pieces to be coupled together by means of simple pressure, so that a small child is able to carry out said coupling and the subsequent decoupling simply by pulling said fastening means. The pieces are: Floor or base pieces (2), with a flat configuration and a circular sector-shaped plan, provided, on both straight sides, with a simple projection (3) and a double projection (4), arranged symmetrically, so that they can be coupled with another base piece (2) positioned with the same orientation, or with the opposite orientation. These basic pieces (2) are also provided, in the smaller arch, with a groove (5) and in the larger arch with two grooves (6), as can be seen in figure 1. A curved lateral element (8) equipped with a window is coupled perpendicularly to this base piece (2), along the smaller arc, and by means of a tongue (7) which penetrates the groove (5), and along the larger arc a curved lateral piece (9) with two windows, by introducing the tongues (10) which it has, into the groove (6) of the base (2), closing from the upper part when the lateral piece (8) couples with the lateral piece (9) by introducing the protrusion (11) provided in the first element into the recess (12) of the second element, as can be seen in figure 2, to form a compact set or base group (13). This basic group (13) is coupled from the front and / or rear with other identical groups (13), by means of the male-female union of the corresponding simple (3) and double (4) projections present on the bases (2) and by means of the connection points (14) provided in the upper joint of the lateral elements (8) and (9), thus forming the carriages of the train (1), which, as shown in figures 5 and 6, will form sinuous curves towards one or the other side, depending on the direction in which the aforementioned basic groups are coupled together. A piece (15), of approximately circular shape which has an upper and a lower projection, and whose shape and dimensions are suitable to couple with the front or rear part of the above-mentioned base assembly (13) which is located at the end of the train (1), constitutes the head and / or the tail of the train (1), giving greater strength to the assembly, thus constituted by a single element; for this purpose, said element (15) has in the lower part a simple projection (16) and a double projection (17) suitable to join with a male-female joint in the double projection (4) and in the simple projection (3), respectively, from the base element (2) of the base assembly (13) to which it joins, as well as the joining point (18) suitable to fit into the joining point (14) provided at the end of the upper joint of the lateral elements (8) and (9) of said base assembly (13). The nature of the present invention has been sufficiently described, as well as the In order to put it into practice, it is not considered necessary to further expand the explanation so that anyone skilled in the art can understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, keeping in mind that, within the scope of its essence, the invention may be realized in other ways that differ, in detail, from those illustrated by way of reference, and which will in any case be covered by the protection requested, provided that the fundamental principle of the invention is not altered, changed or modified.
