Toilet mat

Abstract

This rubber toilet mat features a foot-shaped marking to indicate where to stand, promoting prevention of odors and contamination caused by urine splashing, leaking, and dripping onto the outside of the urinal bowl during urination. By visualizing the position, the design clearly encourages users to "take one step forward." The mat is 5-7 mm thick and surrounds the front of the toilet bowl by approximately 30 cm. To accommodate any toilet shape, the mat has a 1 cm wide cut in the recess. The foot print is approximately 28 cm long, positioned so that the toes touch the center of the bowl. The lower edge of the front view has a slope to prevent tripping. The rubber mat can withstand washing with water, but antibacterial and deodorizing materials are ideal.
