Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a motor having a stator around which a coil is wound, and to an electric compressor including the motor. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, for example, an electric compressor for compressing a refrigerant used in a refrigeration cycle of a vehicle air conditioner for conditioning the interior of a vehicle is configured by housing a compression element such as a scroll type in a container and a motor for driving the compression element. In this case, the motor has a stator in which coils of each of the UVW phases are wound around multiple teeth of a stator core via insulators.
[0003] Multiple lead portions of the coil (ends of the coil that are connected to the three-phase terminals for power supply) are pulled out from the slots between each tooth (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and these multiple lead portions have traditionally been tied together with string at specified intervals and fixed to the insulator. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7075376 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] As described above, in the past, the lead parts of the coils drawn out from each slot were tied together with string, which resulted in a large number of parts and high costs. Also, in the structure of Patent Document 1, the lead parts were simply hooked onto the insulator, so vertical movement of the lead parts due to vibrations, etc. could not be completely restricted.
[0006] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional technical problems, and has an object to provide a motor in which the lead portions of the coil pulled out from the slots can be bundled without using string and stably fixed to an insulator, and an electric compressor equipped with the motor. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The motor of the present invention comprises a stator having a stator core, an insulator provided on the stator core, and a coil wound around each tooth of the stator core via the insulator, and the lead portions of the coils drawn out from each slot between the teeth are fixed to the insulator in a bundled state along the circumferential direction of the stator core, characterized in that the lead portions of the coils are bundled with the lead portions of the coils drawn out from other slots and fixed to the insulator.
[0008] The motor of the invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the above invention, a fixing portion is formed on the outer wall of the insulator for engaging the lead portion of the coil pulled out from another slot that bundles the lead portions of the coil.
[0009] The motor of the invention of claim 3 is characterized in that, in the above invention, coils of different phases are arranged adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction on the teeth of the stator core, and the lead portions of the coils of each adjacent phase or every several phases are bundled with the lead portions of the coils drawn out from other slots and engaged with the fixed portion of the insulator.
[0010] The motor of the invention of claim 4 is characterized in that in the invention of claim 2, the lead portions of the coils drawn out from all the slots are bundled together and locked to a fixing portion of the insulator.
[0011] The electric compressor of the present invention according to claim 5 is characterized in that the motor and compression element of each of the above-mentioned inventions are housed in a container. Effect of the Invention
[0012] According to the present invention, in a motor comprising a stator core, an insulator provided on the stator core, and a stator having coils wound around each tooth of the stator core via the insulator, in which the lead portions of the coils pulled out from each slot between the teeth are fixed to the insulator in a bundled state along the circumferential direction of the stator core, the lead portions of the coils are bundled with the lead portions of the coils pulled out from other slots and fixed to the insulator, thereby eliminating the need to use string to bundle the lead portions, and thus enabling the number of parts to be reduced, thereby reducing costs.
[0013] In particular, by forming a fixing portion on the outer wall of the insulator for engaging the lead portions of the coil pulled out from other slots that bundle the lead portions of the coil, as in the invention of claim 2, it becomes possible to easily and stably fix the bundled lead portions to the insulator.
[0014] In this case, when coils of different phases are arranged adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction on the teeth of the stator core as in the invention of claim 3, by bundling adjacent phases or every several phases together using the lead portions of the coils pulled out of the slots and engaging them with the fixing portions of the insulator, it becomes possible to stably fix the coils without excessively increasing the number of points where the coils are bundled and fixed.
[0015] On the other hand, if the lead portions of the coil are bundled together by the lead portions of the coil pulled out from all the slots and engaged with the fixed portion of the insulator as in the invention of claim 4, the lead portions of the coil can be fixed extremely stably.
[0016] Furthermore, as in the invention of claim 5, by constructing an electric compressor by housing the motor and compression element of each of the above inventions in a container, it is possible to provide an electric compressor that is inexpensive and has few malfunctions. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0017] [Figure 1] 1 is a vertical sectional side view of an electric compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention; [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a stator constituting the motor of FIG. [Diagram 3] 3 is an enlarged perspective view showing a main part (a lead portion of a coil) of the motor in FIG. 2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The electric compressor 1 of the embodiment is a scroll compressor that houses a scroll compression element 3 and a motor 4 of the present invention in a container 2. The scroll compression element 3 comprises a fixed scroll 6 fixed to the container 2 and a movable scroll 7 that revolves around the fixed scroll 6 without rotating due to a rotating shaft 8 of the motor 4, and is arranged so that a spiral wrap 11 formed on the fixed scroll 6 and a spiral wrap 12 formed on the movable scroll 7 mesh with each other.
[0019] The refrigerant is introduced into the container 2 through a refrigerant introduction passage (not shown) and is sucked from the outside into the compression chamber defined between the wraps 11, 12. This compression chamber narrows toward the center due to the orbital motion of the movable scroll 7, so the sucked refrigerant is compressed and discharged from the center through the discharge chamber 14 and a refrigerant discharge passage (not shown). In addition, because the pressure inside the container 2 is low, the refrigerant also passes around the motor 4, cooling the motor 4.
[0020] Next, the motor 4 of the present invention will be described. The motor 4 of the embodiment is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, and is composed of a stator 21 made of a stator core 22, a coil 23, and a bobbin-shaped insulator 33 made of an insulating material, and a magnet-embedded rotor 24 (made of multiple laminated electromagnetic steel sheets) that is fixed to the rotating shaft 8 and rotates inside the stator 21.
[0021] The stator core 22 of the stator 21 of the embodiment has a two-piece configuration in which an inner core 26 (inner core) having a plurality of teeth 27 (the number corresponding to the number of poles; 12 in the embodiment) is separated from an outer core 28 (outer core), and the tip ends 27A, 27A of adjacent teeth 27, 27 of the inner core 26 are connected to each other by bridge portions 29. As a result, slots 31 (12 in the embodiment) between each tooth 27 of the inner core 26 are open toward the outside and closed toward the center.
[0022] The inner core 26 and the outer core 28 are formed by laminating and bonding a plurality of electromagnetic steel sheets. Furthermore, the outer core 28 has formed therein fitting recesses 32 in the same number as the teeth 27 of the inner core 26. Meanwhile, the coil 23 is wound beforehand around a bobbin-shaped insulator 33 made of an insulating material, and the insulator 33 has formed therein mounting holes 34 into which the teeth 27 of the inner core 26 are inserted.
[0023] When assembling the stator 21, first, the inner core 26 and the outer core 28 are formed by stacking and bonding electromagnetic steel sheets. Then, the coil 23 is wound around an insulator 33, and 12 of these are prepared. Next, the insulators 33 are attached to all of the teeth 27 from the outside by inserting the teeth 27 of the inner core 26 into the attachment holes 34 of each insulator 33 around which the coil 23 is wound (a total of 12 insulators are attached).
[0024] In this manner, the coil 23 is wound around the inner core 26 (stator 21) via the insulator 33. Next, the inner core 26 with the coil 23 wound thereon is fitted into the outer core 28. At this time, the outer ends of the teeth 27 of the inner core 26 are fitted into the respective fitting recesses 32 of the outer core 28, so that the inner core 26 and the outer core 28 are integrated together.
[0025] The coils 23 of each insulator 33 are wired to form a predetermined electric circuit. Then, the lead portions (one end) 25 (FIG. 3) of the coils 23 drawn out from each slot 31 are bundled as described later in detail, and then connected to a three-phase terminal (not shown), and are connected to an inverter 30 (located at the end of the housing 2 opposite the scroll compression element 3 of the motor 4; FIG. 1) via the three-phase terminal, and are supplied with power from the inverter 30.
[0026] In this way, in the stator 21 of the embodiment, the tips 27A of the teeth 27 are continuous, and the coils 23 are attached from the outside to the outwardly open slots 31. This makes it possible to increase the coil density and improve performance compared to motors in which a nozzle is inserted through the gap at the tips of the teeth to directly wind the coils.
[0027] In addition, since the tip portions 27A of each tooth 27 of the inner core 26 are connected by the bridge portions 29, the rigidity of the inner core 26 is improved, and the amount of deformation of the stator core 22 of the stator 21 due to the reaction force accompanying the rotation of the rotor 24 is reduced, thereby offering the advantage of suppressing the occurrence of vibration.
[0028] Next, a structure for bundling and fixing lead portions 25 of coils 23 will be described with reference to Figures 2 and 3. Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of stator 21 as viewed from the inverter 30 side, and Figure 3 is also a perspective view of stator 21 as viewed from the inverter 30 side.
[0029] In each drawing, reference numeral 36 denotes a slit-like fixing portion formed on the outer peripheral wall of each insulator 33. In the embodiment, the fixing portion 36 is configured as a slit, but it may be configured as a through hole or a protrusion.
[0030] Furthermore, the coils 23 wound around the insulators 33 are connected to configure the UVW phases of the motor 4 with all of the insulators 33 attached to the teeth 27. In this case, four of the twelve insulators 33 are U-phase, four of the remaining insulators 33 are V-phase, and four of the remaining insulators 33 are W-phase, and are arranged, for example, in the circumferential clockwise direction of FIG. 3 in the order of U-phase, W-phase, V-phase, U-phase, W-phase, V-phase, U-phase, W-phase, V-phase, U-phase, W-phase, and V-phase.
[0031] This is clearly shown in Figure 3. In Figure 3, among the insulators 33, the first U-phase insulator is indicated as 33U1, the second U-phase insulator as 33U2, the third U-phase insulator as 33U3, and the fourth U-phase insulator as 33U4. In addition, the first W-phase insulator is indicated as 33W1, the second W-phase insulator as 33W2, the third W-phase insulator as 33W3, and the fourth W-phase insulator as 33W4. Furthermore, the first V-phase insulator is indicated as 33V1, the second V-phase insulator as 33V2, the third V-phase insulator as 33V3, and the fourth V-phase insulator as 33V4.
[0032] The other ends (ends on the scroll compression element 3 side) of the coils 23 of the four insulators 33 constituting each phase are connected to each other. That is, the other ends of the four coils 23 constituting the U phase are connected to each other, the other ends of the four coils 23 constituting the V phase are also connected to each other, and the other ends of the four coils 23 constituting the W phase are also connected to each other.
[0033] Meanwhile, one end of the coil 23 of each phase is the lead portion 25 described above and is drawn out from each slot 31. Although some are hidden in Fig. 3, in Fig. 3, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33U1 is designated 25U1, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33U2 is designated 25U2, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33U3 is designated 25U3, and the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33U4 is designated 25U4.
[0034] In FIG. 3, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33W1 is 25W1, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33W2 is 25W2, the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33W3 is 25W3, and the lead portion of the coil 23 in the insulator 33W4 is 25W4.
[0035] Furthermore, in Figure 3, if the lead portion of coil 23 in insulator 33V1 is 25V1, the lead portion of coil 23 in insulator 33V2 is 25V2, the lead portion of coil 23 in insulator 33V3 is 25V3, and the lead portion of coil 23 in insulator 33V4 is 25V4, each lead portion 25 is pulled out from each slot 31, and then pulled around in a clockwise circumferential direction in Figure 3, and finally gathered together in tubes 37U, 37V, and 37W for each phase.
[0036] In this embodiment, the lead portion 25U1 goes around the multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through it, then passes through the fixing portion 36 of the insulator 33U1, and is then drawn around in the circumferential clockwise direction in Fig. 3. The multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through the insulator 33U1 are bundled by the lead portion 25U1 (the lead portion drawn out from the other slots 31 in the present invention) going around them. Then, the lead portion 25U1 is engaged with the fixing portion 36 by passing through it, and the multiple lead portions 25 are fixed to the insulator 33U1.
[0037] The lead portion 25V1 drawn from the insulator 33V1, which is disposed circumferentially from the insulator 33U1 for one phase, also goes around the multiple lead portions 25 drawn from the other slots 31 passing through it, passes through the fixing portion 36 of the insulator 33V1, and is then drawn around in the circumferential clockwise direction in FIG. 3. The multiple lead portions 25 drawn from the other slots 31 passing through the insulator 33V1 are bundled by the lead portion 25V1 (the lead portion drawn from the other slots 31 in the present invention) going around them. Then, the lead portion 25V1 is engaged with the fixing portion 36 by passing through it, and the multiple lead portions 25 are fixed to the insulator 33V1.
[0038] The lead portion 25W2 drawn out from the insulator 33W2, which is disposed one phase away from the insulator 33V1 in the circumferential direction, also goes around the multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through it, then passes through the fixing portion 36 of the insulator 33W2, and is then drawn around in the circumferential clockwise direction in Fig. 3. The multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through the insulator 33W2 are bundled by the lead portion 25W2 (the lead portion drawn out from the other slots 31 in the present invention) going around them. Then, the lead portion 25W2 is engaged with the fixing portion 36 by passing through it, and the multiple lead portions 25 are fixed to the insulator 33W2.
[0039] The lead portion 25U3 drawn out from the insulator 33U3, which is disposed one phase from the insulator 33W2 in the circumferential direction, also goes around the multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through it, and then passes through the fixing portion 36 of the insulator 33U3, and is then drawn around in the circumferential clockwise direction in Fig. 3. The multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through the insulator 33U3 are bundled by the lead portion 25U3 (the lead portion drawn out from the other slots 31 in the present invention) going around them. Then, the lead portion 25U3 is engaged with the fixing portion 36 by passing through it, and the multiple lead portions 25 are fixed to the insulator 33U3.
[0040] The lead portion 25V3 drawn out from the insulator 33V3, which is disposed one phase from the insulator 33U3 in the circumferential direction, also goes around the multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through it, and then passes through the fixing portion 36 of the insulator 33V3, and is then drawn around in the circumferential clockwise direction in Fig. 3. The multiple lead portions 25 drawn out from the other slots 31 passing through the insulator 33V3 are bundled by the lead portion 25V3 (the lead portion drawn out from the other slots 31 in the present invention) going around them. Then, the lead portion 25V3 is engaged with the fixing portion 36 by passing through it, and the multiple lead portions 25 are fixed to the insulator 33V3.
[0041] In this manner, the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 drawn out from the slots 42 between the teeth 27 are fixed to the insulator 33 in a bundled state along the circumferential direction of the stator core 22 .
[0042] As described above in detail, in the present invention, the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 are bundled with the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 pulled out from other slots 31 and fixed to the insulator 33, eliminating the need to use string to bundle the lead portions 25, thereby reducing the number of parts and achieving cost reduction.
[0043] In particular, in the embodiment, a fixing portion 36 for engaging the lead portion 25 of the coil 23 pulled out from another slot 31 that bundles the lead portions 25 of the coil 23 is formed on the outer wall of the insulator 33, so that the bundled lead portions 25 can be easily and stably fixed to the insulator 33.
[0044] Here, in the embodiment, coils 23 of different phases are arranged adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction on the teeth 27 of the stator core 22. In the embodiment, however, every other adjacent phase is bundled by the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 drawn out from the slots 31 and engaged with the fixing portions 26 of the insulators 33. This makes it possible to stably fix the coils without excessively increasing the number of points where the coils are bundled and fixed.
[0045] In the embodiment, the electric compressor 1 is constructed by housing the motor 4 and the scroll compression element 3 in the container 2, so that the electric compressor 1 can be manufactured at low cost and with fewer breakdowns.
[0046] In the embodiment, the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 are bundled together with the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 drawn out from other slots 31 for every adjacent phase and engaged with the fixed portions 26 of the insulator 33. However, in the inventions other than claim 4, the invention is not limited to this, and the lead portions 25 of the coils 23 drawn out from other slots 31 for every two or more adjacent phases may be bundled together and engaged with the fixed portions 26 of the insulator 33.
[0047] In the invention other than claim 3, the lead portion 25 of the coil 23 may be bundled by the lead portions 25 of the coil 23 drawn out from all the slots 31 and engaged with the fixed portion 26 of the insulator 33. When the lead portion 25 of the coil 23 drawn out from a slot 31 passes through other slots 31, in all the slots 31, the lead portion 25 of the coil 23 drawn out from the other slots 31 is bundled and engaged with the fixed portion 26 of the insulator 33, so that the lead d portion 25 can be fixed to the insulator 33 in an extremely stable manner.
[0048] Furthermore, in the embodiment, the present invention is applied to a type of motor 4 in which the stator core 22 is formed from the inner core 26 and the outer core 38, and the coils 23 are wound in advance around the bobbin-shaped insulator 33 and attached to the teeth 27 of the inner core 26. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and is also effective for a direct-wound type motor in which an annular insulator is attached to the end of a stator core which has an integral annular base and teeth protruding inward from the base, and the coils 23 are wound through this insulator or insulating paper.
[0049] Furthermore, in the embodiment, the present invention is applied to a scroll electric compressor, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the motor 4 of the present invention is suitable for various electric compressors such as a rotary electric compressor.
