[0004] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic levitation device capable of realizing automatic levitation or landing of a levitating body in a simple manner. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a levitation body for a magnetic levitation device, the levitation body including a housing and a magnetic member, the housing and the magnetic member being arranged to be movable relative to each other, and the relative movement of the magnetic member and the housing being guided by a linear guide mechanism provided on the levitation body.
[0006] According to the float of the present invention, the linear guide mechanism can be formed in the housing and / or the magnetic member.
[0007] In accordance with the levitator of the present invention, the housing is preferably a closed or nearly closed housing, more preferably a sphere, such as a transparent or non-transparent sphere, or a box.
[0008] According to the levitation body of the present invention, it is preferable that the magnetic member always moves within the housing. Of course, the magnetic member may protrude from the housing, for example, protrude upward and / or downward from the housing. If the magnetic member may protrude downward from the housing, it can be used, for example, as a hidden display frame, and the levitation body can be used as a storage box in this case.
[0009] The levitation body of the present invention may further include a motor that provides a driving force for the relative movement between the magnetic member and the housing. In this case, generally, the levitation body may further include a transmission mechanism that transmits the driving force of the motor to the magnetic member or the housing.
[0010] The levitation body of the present invention may further include a stopper mechanism for restricting the upward / downward movement limits of the relative movement between the magnetic member and the housing.
[0011] According to the float of the present invention, the linear guide mechanism of the housing is preferably a straight cylinder, and the magnetic member is located inside the straight cylinder.
[0012] In the case of guiding by a straight cylinder, it is more preferable that the magnetic member and the straight cylinder form a piston type vacuum mechanism. Alternatively, the straight cylinder may be formed with a stopper member (upper or lower), and a compression spring is positioned between the stopper member and the magnetic member. Therefore, in this case, the motor can be omitted to realize automatic lifting type levitation of the levitation body.
[0013] Of course, other linear guide mechanisms, such as screws, may be used to engage a nut on the magnetic member, or vice versa.
[0014] According to the floating body of the present invention, the housing may further be provided with a positioning mark for indicating the linear movement direction of the linear movement mechanism or the corresponding position of the magnetic member.
[0015] The levitation body may also be provided with electrical devices for sound, light emission, etc., and wireless or wired charging devices, etc.
[0016] According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a magnetic levitation device, the magnetic levitation device including a levitator and the above-mentioned levitation body, the levitation body being capable of being levitated by the levitator.
[0017] According to the magnetic levitation device of the present invention, the levitator can take the form of a pedestal, and the levitation body can levitate above the pedestal. In this case, it is preferable that a positioning center point is provided on the upper surface of the pedestal, and when the pedestal is arranged horizontally, the magnetic member of the levitation body can levitate directly above the positioning center point.
[0018] According to the magnetic levitation device of the present invention, the levitator may take the form of a suspension, and the levitating body may levitate below the highest point of the suspension.
[0019] According to the magnetic levitation device of the present invention, the levitator base can also be designed as a calendar base. The base is provided with at least one indicator chute and an indicator bead movably positioned on the at least one indicator chute. The at least one indicator chute includes two annular indicator chutes radially spaced apart from each other, one with a date indicator and the other with a week or month indicator, each chute corresponding to one corresponding indicator bead. Also, the levitator is a spherical moon phase lamp, half of which can be lit and the other half is kept relatively dark.
[0020] According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a method for raising and lowering a levitation body using the magnetic levitation device, the method comprising: Arranging the levitation device base approximately horizontally; A levitation body is disposed on a levitation device base, and a magnetic member of the levitation body is aligned with a positioning center point of the levitation device base along a linear guide mechanism direction; moving the magnetic member along the linear guide mechanism direction to a set levitation height so that the magnetic member is stably levitated relative to the levitator base; and moving the levitator housing upwardly relative to the magnetic member and away from the levitator base until the desired height is reached.
[0021] The method according to the present invention may further include moving the levitator housing downwardly relative to the magnetic member until it is at a desired height or until it contacts the levitator base.
[0022] According to the method of the present invention, the relative movement between the housing of the levitation body and the magnetic member may be performed by an electric driving mechanism, for example, a motor and a transmission mechanism may be provided in the levitation body to control the relative movement between the two.
[0023] According to the method of the present invention, the relative movement between the housing of the levitation body and the magnetic member may be performed by an elastic automatic return mechanism or a manual return mechanism. This method omits the use of a motor, thereby simplifying the device configuration and further reducing costs.
[0024] According to the method of the present invention, the elastic return mechanism is a piston type vacuum mechanism and / or a spring mechanism.
[0025] The method of the present invention may further include providing positioning and engaging mechanisms on the levitator base and the levitator, respectively, so that when the levitator is placed on the levitator base, the positioning and engaging mechanisms ensure that the magnetic member of the levitator is aligned with the positioning center point of the levitator base along the linear guide mechanism direction. Effect of the Invention
[0026] The present invention provides a linearly or vertically movable magnetic member in the levitation body, which eliminates the need to provide a lifting mechanism in the levitation device base and allows the levitation body to easily lift up or land on the levitation device base automatically, which not only provides a strong visual effect and a sense of wonder, but also allows the levitation device base to maintain the conventional compact or miniaturized flat structure. [0028] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the following examples and drawings. The examples and drawings are provided for those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, and are not intended to be limiting. For example, the levitation body described in the following examples is used in a pedestal-type magnetic repulsion type levitation device, but can also be applied to a suspension-type levitation device or a magnetic attraction type magnetic levitation device.
[0029] The magnetic levitation device of the present invention generally includes a levitator (or also referred to as a "magnetic levitation support mechanism") and a levitation body (or also referred to as a "levitation support body"), and the levitation body can be stably levitated in the air by the levitator. The specific structure and operation principle of such a magnetic levitation device are already known in the art, and will not be described in detail here to save space. For example, reference can be made to Chinese Patent No. 100544183, Chinese Patent No. 105790641, Chinese Patent Application Publication No. 112086312, and US Pat. No. 7505243, etc., the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. The levitation device usually takes the form of a base or suspension on which a magnetic assembly (e.g., a permanent magnet annular core magnet), a sensor (e.g., a Hall sensor), and control elements such as an electromagnetic coil are provided. The levitation body is also provided with a magnetic member such as a permanent magnet columnar magnet.
[0030] FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of a levitation body LO according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The levitation body LO includes a spherical housing 10. Optionally, a positioning recess 11 is provided at the bottom of the housing. A vertical guide tube 12 is fixedly provided inside the housing 10. The central symmetry axis of the guide tube 12 is aligned vertically with the positioning recess 11. Optionally, ventilation holes 13, 14 are provided at the top and bottom of the guide tube 12.
[0031] The cylindrical magnetic member 20 is provided in the guide tube 12 and is in intimate engagement with the inner wall of the guide tube 12, optionally via a seal ring 21 located on the outer circumferential wall of the magnetic member 20. Optionally, a compression spring 15 is provided between the magnetic member 20 and the top cover 15 of the guide tube 12.
[0032] 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic diagram of a levitation body LO placed on a base LB as a levitator. As shown in the figure, a positioning protrusion P is optionally provided on the upper surface of the base LB, which is inserted into a positioning recess 11 of the levitation body LO to perform an initial positioning function.
[0033] As shown in FIG. 2, when the levitation body LO is placed on the base LB, the magnetic assembly in the base LB, for example, a ring magnet (not shown), generates a repulsive force against the magnetic member 20 in the levitation body LO, so that the magnetic member 20 automatically rises from the bottom of the guide tube 12 shown in FIG. 1 to a set levitation height (depending on the specific setting of the device itself) shown in FIG. 2, and stably floats at this equilibrium position. At this time, for example, if the lower vent 14 is omitted, and further the top cover 15 and the spring 15 of the guide tube 12 are omitted, the space located below the magnetic member 20 in the guide tube 12 becomes almost a vacuum state due to the vacuum drawing action of the magnetic member 20 having the seal ring 21 as a piston. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the housing 10 of the levitation body LO automatically rises due to the vacuum action until the bottom of the guide tube 12 almost contacts the magnetic member 20. Also, due to the vacuum damping action, the levitation body LO slowly rises from the base LB, which has a visual effect.
[0034] 2, the top cover 15, the spring 16, the upper and lower vents 13, 14 are held together, and optionally the seal ring 21 is held. At this time, due to the pressure applied to the top cover 15 by the spring 16, the housing 10 of the levitation body LO still automatically rises to the position shown in FIG.
[0035] Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that the above-mentioned piston vacuum action and spring pressure action may be used in combination as a relative return mechanism between the housing 10 and the magnetic member 20. Also, other appropriate elastic return mechanisms may be used. Also, the return mechanism may be performed manually without using an elastic automatic return mechanism. For example, an elastic engagement mechanism may be provided on each of the guide tube, which is a linear guide mechanism, and the magnetic member 20, and engagement and disengagement between the two are realized by applying an external force (for example, by pressing down on the housing 10). Also, other appropriate linear guide mechanisms having a different shape from the guide tube, such as a guide rod, may be used.
[0036] 4 shows a schematic cross-sectional structure of a levitation body LO according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The levitation body LO includes a spherical housing 10. Optionally, a positioning recess 11 is provided at the bottom of the housing. A cylindrical holder 17 is fixed inside the housing 10, and a motor 18 having a hollow screw rotating shaft is fixed to the holder 17. The motor 18 is fixed to the holder 17 via the housing. The hollow screw rotating shaft is arranged vertically and vertically aligned with the positioning recess 11.
[0037] The cylindrical magnetic member 20' is provided inside the holder 17, and has a screw post 22 fixedly attached thereto. The screw post 22 projects upward from the holder 17 and passes through the hollow screw rotating shaft of the motor 18 so as to be threadedly engaged therewith.
[0038] 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic diagram of a levitation body LO placed on a base LB as a levitator. As shown in the figure, a positioning protrusion P is optionally provided on the upper surface of the base LB, which is inserted into a positioning recess 11 of the levitation body LO to perform initial positioning.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 6, when the levitation body LO is placed on the base LB, the magnetic member 20' is positioned at a set levitation height by initial setting or by driving the motor 18. At this time, the magnetic member 20' is stably levitated to this equilibrium position by the repulsive force of the magnetic assembly, for example, annular magnet (not shown) in the base LB against the magnetic member 20' in the levitation body LO. Next, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, by rotating and driving the hollow screw rotating shaft of the motor 18 by a remote switch (not shown) or a remote control provided on the base LB, the motor 18 drives the housing 10 of the levitation body LO to rotate upward along the screw post 22 on the magnetic member 20' until the bottom of the housing 10 approaches the magnetic member 20' and leaves the base LB. Then, the motor 18 can be controlled to reverse the rotation to lower the housing 10 to a desired height or to the initial landing position shown in FIG. 5. In addition, the rotary lifting movement of the housing 10 allows the levitation body LO to rotate horizontally when rising from the base, which produces a visual effect.
[0040] FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a modified example of a levitation body according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the transmission device is different from that of the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, but the rest is the same.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 7, the motor 18' fixed to the holder 17 is a normal motor, and has a rotating shaft 19' that protrudes vertically downward. The housing of the motor 18' is still fixed to the holder 17, but is offset in parallel to the threaded post column 22 of the magnetic member 20'. The rotating shaft 19' is fixed to a gear 101, which meshes with a transmission gear 102, which is threadedly engaged with the threaded post 22 of the magnetic member 20' that passes through it. In this case, the motor 18' can also be driven to automatically raise and lower the housing 10 of the levitation body LO, as shown in FIG. 8.
[0042] Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a modified example of a levitation body according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the transmission device is different from the embodiments shown in Figs. 4 and 7, but the rest is the same.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 9, an outer cylinder 103 that can slide up and down is fitted into the cylindrical holder 17, and a guide rib 104 is further provided on the outer cylinder 103 so that the outer cylinder 103 can move up and down without rotating relatively to the cylindrical holder 17. The motor 18' fixed to the outer cylinder 103 is also a normal motor, and has a rotating shaft 19' that protrudes downward in the vertical direction. The rotating shaft 19' is fixed to be aligned vertically with a screw post 22 of the magnetic member 20'. A nut 105 is fixed to the top of the cylindrical holder 17, and is screw-engaged with the screw post 22 of the magnetic member 20' that penetrates through it. In this case, the motor 18' can also be driven to automatically raise and lower the housing 10 of the levitation body LO, as shown in FIG. 10.
[0044] FIG. 11 shows a base LB configured in the form of a calendar base. The illustrated disk-shaped base LB has a housing 30 in which a central circular receiving recess 33 is formed, and a first support chute 31 and a second support chute 32 in the form of two concentric annular grooves are arranged on the upper surface of the housing 30 at a radial distance from each other, centered on the receiving recess 33. The first support bead 311 is movably positioned at one of a plurality of set positions 310 in the first support chute 311, and the second support bead 321 is movably positioned at one of a plurality of set positions 320 in the second support chute 32. The illustrated first support bead 311 and second support bead 321 may be iron balls. The housing 30 described later also includes annular magnets 35 located under the first support chute 31 and the second support chute 32, so that the corresponding iron balls can be quickly and easily positioned at the desired set positions of the support chute when they are moved or moved along the support chute.
[0045] In the calendar seat shown in FIG. 11, except for the region where the receiving recess and the annular groove are located, the height of the disk body of the illustrated seat LB gradually decreases radially outward.
[0046] The embodiment shown in Fig. 12 is similar to that shown in Fig. 2, except that the calendar base LB shown in Fig. 11 is used. As shown in Fig. 12, a magnetic levitation system including a control circuit board 34, annular magnet 35, electromagnetic coil 26, iron core 37, etc. is also provided in housing 30 of base LB. The levitation body LO can also rise from the position shown in Fig. 12 to the position shown in Fig. 13 as described above.
[0047] Fig. 14 is a perspective view of a levitator LO floating above the calendar base LB shown in Fig. 11, where the levitator LO takes the form of a spherical moon phase lamp. Such a spherical moon phase lamp may have areas of inconsistent brightness on its spherical outer surface, for example, one half being dark and the other half being lit, as shown. Such a spherical moon phase lamp may have a spherical housing that is one half transparent and the other half translucent or semi-transparent, and a light source located inside the spherical housing.
[0048] Alternatively, such a spherical moon phase lamp may have a 3D printed spherical housing and light source, with the interior of the spherical moon phase lamp divided into two by a light shield and the light source located in one of the two halves. Furthermore, the two halves of the interior of the spherical moon phase lamp separated by the light shield may have light sources that can be independently controlled to achieve half-lighting or full-lighting states as desired.
[0049] The embodiment shown in FIG. 15 is similar to that shown in FIG. 14, except that it employs a calendar base having a generally flat shape.
[0050] FIG. 16 is a plan view of the calendar base shown in FIG. 15, where the arc indicating chute 31 shown here has a corresponding day of the week marker at its set position, and the arc indicating chute 32 has a corresponding date marker at its set position. FIG. 17 is a front view of the calendar base LB shown in FIG. 16, where a charging port 38 is further provided. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 17, although not specifically shown, a wireless charging transmitter is further provided within the base LB, and a wireless charging receiver corresponding to the wireless charging transmitter of the base is further provided within the spherical lunar phase lamp in order to wirelessly supply power to or charge the spherical lunar phase lamp. This magnetic levitation calendar device can realistically simulate the lunar phase changes, and the calendar indications are clear.
[0051] Those skilled in the art can understand that when a motor is used, other variations of the transmission device are also possible. The linear guide mechanism is not limited to the above-mentioned screw or nut type, and for example, a cylinder used in a pneumatic drive system may be used as the linear guide mechanism.
[0052] Although not specifically shown, the levitation body may be equipped with electrical devices such as audio and lighting. The levitation body may also be equipped with a wireless or wired charging device to supply power to the power consumption device therein. For example, when wireless power supply is used, a wireless power supply receiving coil is installed in the levitation body and combined with a wireless power supply transmitting coil installed in the base.
[0053] Furthermore, although not specifically shown, the levitation body of the present invention may include a stopper mechanism for restricting the upward / downward movement limits of the relative movement between the magnetic member and the housing. For example, a stroke switch is set in the motor to automatically stop the operation at a predetermined position.
[0054] Those skilled in the art will understand that the illustrated embodiments are used only to better understand the present invention and are not used for any limiting purpose. For example, the directional terms above are used only for the drawings. The housing 10 of the levitation body LO of the present invention is not limited to such a closed sphere housing structure, and other shapes, such as a rectangular box, or any other suitable closed or semi-closed or open shape, may be used. The housing 10 may be made of a transparent, opaque or opaque material. The magnetic member 20 or 20' of the present invention is not limited to always being disposed in the housing 10, and may be exposed above and below the housing 10 during movement.
