Claim 1 An open joint metal panel comprising: a panel member having a side portion bent at each side and a panel fixing portion bent outwardly from the end of the side portion; a gasket fixing flange frame fixedly installed on the inner circumference of each side portion; and a watertight gasket fitted and coupled to the gasket fixing flange frame; wherein the gasket fixing flange frame comprises: a fixing surface fixed to the inner circumference of the side portion by a fastening member; an expansion surface bent in a stepped manner from the fixing surface; a gasket fixing body portion formed extending from one side of the expansion surface and in contact with the panel fixing portion, formed in a "C" shape with one side open and having a pair of fitting coupling protrusions formed at both ends; a locking protrusion portion formed extending outwardly from one end of the gasket fixing body portion and perpendicular to the fixing surface; and a drainage space portion partitioned by the expansion surface and the side portion to the panel fixing portion. Claim 2 delete Claim 3 An open joint metal panel according to claim 1, wherein the watertight gasket comprises: a coupling body portion having a pair of fitting groove portions formed at both ends into which the pair of fitting coupling protrusions are fitted; and an elastic dome portion extending from one surface of the coupling body portion, having a space portion formed inside and a cross-sectional structure convex toward one side. Claim 4 A method for manufacturing an open joint metal panel according to claim 1, comprising: a step of providing a panel member having a side portion and a panel fixing portion; a step of riveting the side portion and the panel member together while the fixing surface of the gasket fixing flange frame is positioned to be in contact with the side portion and the expansion surface is positioned to be in contact with the panel fixing portion; and a step of fitting the fitting groove portion of the watertight gasket into the fitting coupling projection of the gasket fixing flange frame to be coupled. Claim 5 An open joint exterior wall structure having seismic resistance, leakage, and fire spread prevention functions, comprising: a vertical frame fixed by a plurality of brackets installed on a construction wall; a horizontal frame installed between vertical frames arranged left and right; a drainage guide and fire spread prevention panel having one end fixed to the construction wall and the other end attached to the horizontal frame; a drainage frame having one end fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal frame and the other end being a free end; and an open joint metal panel installed on the vertical frame and the horizontal frame; wherein the open joint metal panel comprises: a panel member having a side portion bent from each side and a panel fixing portion bent outward from the end of the side portion; a gasket fixing flange frame fixedly installed on the inner circumference of each side portion; and a watertight gasket fitted and coupled to the gasket fixing flange frame. Claim 6 An open joint exterior wall structure having seismic resistance, leakage prevention, and fire spread prevention functions, wherein, in claim 5, the bracket is composed of a wall fixing surface and a vertical frame fixing surface that is bent from the wall fixing surface and fixed to a vertical frame, and the vertical frame fixing surface has a guide projection for leak prevention and a plurality of drainage guide grooves formed in a vertical direction in an area adjacent to the wall fixing surface. Claim 7 In claim 5, the drainage guidance and fire spread prevention panel comprises: a horizontal plane extending from the horizontal frame to the construction wall surface; an upper bent plane bent upward from the horizontal plane and fixed to the construction wall surface; a plurality of vertical planes extending from the horizontal plane to a part of the vertical frame; and a lower bent plane bent at the lower end of the vertical plane and positioned on the horizontal plane; characterized in that it is an open joint exterior wall structure having seismic, leakage and fire spread prevention functions. Claim 8 In claim 5, the drainage frame comprises: a drainage frame fixing part fixed to the lower surface of the horizontal frame; and a drainage frame support part extending from one side of the drainage frame fixing part and protruding from the front of the horizontal frame, having a structure in which the upper part is open and a drainage space is formed, wherein a drainage guiding groove part is formed on the front lower side and a locking projection is formed on the front upper side; wherein the frame support part serves to collect or drain water falling from the vertical frame, and also serves to prevent the gasket fixing flange frame from falling into the locking space and being dislodged by the locking projection when the open joint metal panel is separated from the vertical frame or the horizontal frame.
