Device for monitoring the tightness of sealing components

Abstract

The invention relates to a device (4) for monitoring the tightness of a sealing component, wherein the monitoring device (4) comprises a box (5) comprising: - a peripheral partition (7), - a cover (6) made of a transparent material, the cover (6) being connected to the peripheral partition (7) such that the cover (6) and the peripheral partition (7) are able to define, with a sealing component, an inner chamber (13), the peripheral partition (7) comprising: - an inner peripheral wall (9) having a lower end equipped with an inner peripheral seal (11) intended to be positioned against the sealing component all around the inner chamber (13); and - an outer peripheral wall (10) arranged outside the inner peripheral wall (9) so as to define, between the outer peripheral wall (10) and the inner peripheral wall (9), an intermediate chamber (14) extending exclusively in the peripheral partition (7) all around the inner chamber (13), the peripheral outer wall having a lower end equipped with an outer peripheral seal (12) intended to be positioned against the sealing component all around the inner peripheral seal (11); - a vacuum device (17) which is connected to the inner chamber (13) and to the intermediate chamber (14) and is configured to apply a vacuum to said inner chamber (13) and to said intermediate chamber (14).
