[0001] The present invention relates to the field of brassiere accessories, and more particularly to a brassiere fastening buckle, its manufacturing method, and a brassiere.Description of Related Arts
[0002] Brassieres are one of the essential garments in modern life. The most common wearing style of existing brassiere is back-fastening, specifically, the back buckle of the back-fastening brassiere comprises a hook portion and a loop portion, wherein the hook portion and the loop portion are respectively sewn onto the two straps of the brassiere. The wearer can secure the brassiere by engaging the hook portion with the loop portion. The hook portion is provided with a row of hooks, and the loop portion is provided with several rows of loops. The hook portion is provided with a row of hooks, and the loop portion is provided with several rows of loops. The wearer can adjust the tightness of the brassiere by engaging the hooks of the hook portion with different rows of loops on the loop portion.
[0003] As the living standards continue to improve, while pursuing the practicality of brassieres, more attention is also being paid to the comfort of wearing brassieres. Consumers generally emphasize the fabric and breathability of the cups when considering the comfort of a brassiere. However, as a close-fitting garment, the comfort of a brassiere is not limited to the part that come into contact with the chest of the wearer, many other details also affect the overall wearing experience of the wearer. Since the back fastening buckle of a brassiere needs to bear the connection force when the brassiere is worn and carry the hooks or loops, the back fastening buckle of a brassiere requires a certain degree of hardness, which can easily cause discomfort to the wearer. Traditionally, the loops of the loop portion are sewn onto the front of the loop portion, which results in corresponding stitches on the back of the loop portion. When worn, the back of the loop portion faces the wearer. Due to the pressure from the stitches, the wearer can easily develop indentations on the back of the wearer, and the friction between the skin and the stitches can cause discomfort during wear, thereby reducing the overall comfort of the brassiere.
[0004] Hence, to hide stitches and improve the skin-friendly effect of the back fastening buckle, two mainstream solutions available in the market are the reverse hemming technique and the hot pressing adhesive technique. Taking the loop portion as an example, the loop portion includes a base fabric and two outer layer fabrics. The outer layer fabrics are made of soft, skin-friendly materials, while the base fabric provides a certain degree of hardness and support, with the loops sewn onto the front of the base fabric. When employing the reverse hemming technique, the two outer layer fabrics are stacked on the front side of the base fabric. and three edges of the base and outer layer fabrics are sewn shut, forming a pocket between the two outer layer fabrics. The pocket is then turned inside out through the unsewn edge, enclosing the base fabric between the two outer layer fabrics. This arrangement hides the corresponding stitches with the outer layer fabrics and alleviates discomfort caused by the base fabric by having the outer layer fabrics in direct contact with the wearer. However, because the outer layer fabrics and the base fabric do not adhere closely to each other, the outer layer fabrics and the base fabric tend to curl after washing, reducing durability. When employing the hot pressing adhesive technique, the two outer layer fabrics are placed on other sides of the base fabric. A hot melt adhesive layer is provided between the outer layer fabrics and the base fabric. The hot melt adhesive layer bonds the outer layer fabrics to the base fabric through a pressing and heat melting process, followed by ultrasonic hot cutting to fix the edges of the fabrics. Although the hot pressing adhesive technique ensures adhesion between the outer layer fabrics and the base fabric, and hides the stitches, the fabric can become scorched and hardened due to the high temperatures during heat cutting, causing discomfort to the wearer due to the stiff edges.SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

A brassiere fastening buckle, comprising:a base layer fabric, wherein a buckle ring or a buckle hook is provided on said base layer fabric;a perforated fabric, wherein said perforated fabric is provided with a perforation corresponding to said buckle ring or said buckle hook on said base layer fabric to allow said buckle ring or said buckle hook to pass therethrough; anda surface layer fabric, wherein said base layer fabric is stacked and bonded between said surface layer fabric and said perforated fabric, wherein a size of said surface layer fabric is larger than a size of said perforated fabric and a size of said base layer fabric, wherein each of said base layer fabric, said perforated fabric and said surface layer fabric has four edges, wherein said surface layer fabric is folded towards said perforated fabric in a manner that three edges of said surface layer fabric are stacked on and connected to said perforated fabric to seal three edges of each of said base layer fabric, said perforated fabric and said surface layer fabric, wherein an opening is defined between a remaining edge of said base layer fabric and a remaining edge of said perforated fabric for connecting to a corresponding shoulder strap.
16. A brassiere, comprising:a cup portion;a first shoulder strap with a first connecting end and a second shoulder strap with a second connecting end, wherein said first shoulder strap and said second shoulder strap extend respectively from two sides of said cup portion and are configured for mutual connection at said first connecting end and said second connecting end;a first brassiere fastening buckle comprising:a first base layer fabric, wherein a buckle ring is provided on said first base layer fabric;a first perforated fabric, wherein said first perforated fabric is provided with a first perforation corresponding to said buckle ring on said first base layer fabric to allow said buckle ring to pass therethrough; anda first surface layer fabric, wherein said first base layer fabric is stacked and bonded between said first surface layer fabric and said first perforated fabric, wherein a size of said first surface layer fabric is larger than a size of said first perforated fabric and a size of said first base layer fabric, wherein each of said first base layer fabric, said first perforated fabric and said first surface layer fabric has four first edges, wherein said first surface layer fabric is folded towards said first perforated fabric in a manner that three first edges of said first surface layer fabric are stacked on and connected to said first perforated fabric to seal three first edges of each of said first base layer fabric, said first perforated fabric and said first surface layer fabric, wherein a first opening is defined between a first remaining edge of said first base layer fabric and a first remaining edge of said first perforated fabric for connecting to said first connecting end of said first shoulder strap; anda second brassiere fastening buckle comprising:a second base layer fabric, wherein a buckle hook is provided on said second base layer fabric;a second perforated fabric, wherein said second perforated fabric is provided with a second perforation corresponding to said buckle hook on said second base layer fabric to allow said buckle hook to pass therethrough; anda second surface layer fabric, wherein said second base layer fabric is stacked and bonded between said second surface layer fabric and said second perforated fabric, wherein a size of said second surface layer fabric is larger than a size of said second perforated fabric and a size of said second base layer fabric, wherein each of said second base layer fabric, said second perforated fabric and said second surface layer fabric has four second edges, wherein said second surface layer fabric is folded towards said second perforated fabric in a manner that three second edges of said second surface layer fabric are stacked on and are connected to said second perforated fabric to seal three second edges of each of said second base layer fabric, said second perforated fabric and said second surface layer fabric, wherein a second opening is defined between a second remaining edge of said second base layer fabric and a second remaining edge of said second perforated fabric for connecting to said second connecting end of said second shoulder strap.
17. A manufacturing method of a brassiere fastening buckle, comprising the following steps:(A) arranging at least one buckle ring or at least one buckle hook on one side of a base layer fabric;(B) overlaying a perforated fabric on the one side of said base layer fabric, with said buckle ring or said buckle hook passing through said perforated fabric;(C) overlaying a surface layer fabric on the other side of said base layer fabric;(D) pressing and bonding said surface layer fabric, said base layer fabric, and said perforated fabric; and(E) cold-cutting three edges of each of said surface layer fabric, said base layer fabric, and said perforated fabric, wherein a size of said surface layer fabric is larger than a size of said perforated fabric and a size of said base layer fabric; folding said surface layer fabric towards said perforated fabric along the three edges of said surface layer fabric and connecting said surface layer fabric to said perforated fabric, thereby sealing the three edges of each of said surface layer fabric, said base layer fabric, and said perforated fabric; and defining an opening at a position corresponding to a remaining edge of said perforated fabric and a remaining edge of said base layer fabric for connecting to a corresponding shoulder strap.
