[0034] Hereinafter, a prefabricated boat (1) according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0035] The assembled boat (1) of the present invention, as illustrated in Fig. 1, includes a skin (2), a support assembly (3) supporting the skin (2), and at least one skin fastener (4) connecting the skin (2) and the support assembly (3). This assembled boat (1) may have the shape of, for example, a canoe or a kayak.
[0036] The above skin (2) is made of waterproof fabric and is supported by a support assembly (3) to form an accommodation space inside for a user to board or load luggage. The skin (2) further includes at least one skin pole (16) fixed to an edge of the skin (2), and the skin (2) has a structure in which a portion of the outer edge is folded toward the inside of the assembled boat (1) so that the skin pole (16) can be positioned inside the boat.
[0037] The above skin pole (16), as illustrated in FIG. 2, is formed to extend along the longitudinal direction of the assembled boat (1) and can prevent the skin (2) from being twisted when the skin fixing member (4) applies tension to the skin (2). A plurality of such skin poles (16) are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the assembled boat (1) to prevent interference with the rib pole fixing member (21) described later. In addition, the skin poles (16) are bent to have a predetermined curvature corresponding to the shape of the assembled boat (1).
[0038] Meanwhile, the support assembly (3) supports the skin (2), and as illustrated in FIG. 3, can stably support the skin (2) by including a plurality of poles. The plurality of poles include a central pole (5), an extension pole (6), a side pole (7), an upper pole (8), a corner pole (9), a bottom pole (11), a rib pole (10), and a support pole (12). The structure of this support assembly (3) will be described in more detail below after the skin fixing member (4) is described.
[0039] The above skin fastener (4) connects the skin (2) and the support assembly (3), and has one end connected to the skin (2) and the other end connected to the support assembly (3) to apply tension to the skin (2). Specifically, referring to Fig. 4, one end of the skin fastener (4) is coupled with the skin pole (16) of the skin (2), and the other end is coupled with the side pole (7) of the support assembly (3). Accordingly, when assembling the assembly boat (1), the skin fastener (4) can keep the skin (2) taut, thereby shortening the assembly time of the assembly boat (1).
[0040] Below, the structure of the skin fixture (4) is described in more detail.
[0041] The above skin fixture (4), as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, includes a skin pole coupling member (17) coupled with the skin pole (16); a side pole coupling member (18) coupled with the side pole (7); and an adjusting member (19) having one end connected to the skin pole coupling member (17) and the other end connected to the side pole coupling member (18), and adjusting a distance between the skin pole coupling member (17) and the side pole coupling member (18).
[0042] The above skin pole connecting member (17) is connected to the aforementioned skin pole (16). The skin pole connecting member (17) surrounds the outer circumference of the skin pole (16), and as shown in FIGS. 5a and 5b, the portion connected to the adjusting member (19) can be formed in a leather lock structure.
[0043] And the side pole coupling member (18) is coupled with the side pole (7) of the support assembly (3), and the side pole (7) has a detachable structure. Specifically, in the present invention, the side pole coupling member (18) has a "C"-shaped joint formed by being bent to surround a portion of the outer circumference of the side pole (7), as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, so that the side pole (7) can be easily detachably coupled to the side pole coupling member (18). This side pole coupling member (18) can prevent the side pole (7) from being pushed when the skin pole coupling member (17) and the side pole coupling member (18) are pulled closer to each other in order to adjust the distance between the skin pole coupling member (17) and the side pole coupling member (18).
[0044] Meanwhile, the side pole connecting member (18) is not limited to being connected to the side pole (7) of the support assembly (3), and may of course be connected to other poles of the support assembly (3), such as the upper pole (8), corner pole (9), rib pole (10) described below.
[0045] The above-described adjusting member (19) has one end connected to the skin pole coupling member (17) and the other end connected to the side pole coupling member (18), and adjusts the distance between the skin pole coupling member (17) and the side pole coupling member (18). Specifically, the adjusting member (19) includes a webbing (19a) and a pulling handle (19b), and a user pulls the pulling handle (19b) to adjust the length of the webbing (19a), thereby adjusting the distance between the skin pole coupling member (17) and the side pole coupling member (18), and thereby adjusting the degree of tension applied to the skin (2).
[0046] Meanwhile, the skin fixing member (4) is not limited to the structure described above, and any structure that can apply tension to the skin (2) is possible. That is, Velcro or a string may be used as the skin fixing member (4), and an elastic band such as a rubber band may be included in the skin fixing member (4) so that the tension applied to the skin (2) can be automatically adjusted when excessive force is applied to the skin (2).
[0047] Meanwhile, the structure of the support assembly (3) is described in detail below.
[0048] The above support assembly (3) includes a central pole (5), a pair of extension poles (6) extending upward from each end of the central pole (5), and a pair of side poles (7) facing each other between the pair of extension poles (6) and having each end connected to the extension poles (6).
[0049] In addition, the support assembly (3) further includes a pair of upper poles (8) which are arranged to face each other between the pair of extension poles (6), each of both ends of which are connected to the extension poles (6) and which are positioned on the upper side of the side poles (7); and a pair of corner poles (9) which are arranged to face each other between the pair of extension poles (6), each of both ends of which are connected to the extension poles (6) and which are positioned on the lower side of the side poles (7).
[0050] The above-mentioned central pole (5) is formed to extend in a straight line along the length direction of the assembled boat (1) in the internal accommodation space of the assembled boat (1), as illustrated in Fig. 6a. A pair of fixing members (14) for connecting the bottom pole (11) and the central pole (5), which will be described later, are fixed to the above-mentioned central pole (5).
[0051] The above pair of extension poles (6), as illustrated in Fig. 6b, have a symmetrical structure and extend upward from both ends of the central pole (5). Specifically, one end of the extension pole (6) is connected to the central pole (5), and the other end is bent and extended upward to have an overall “L”-shaped structure. At least one connecting member (13) is installed on the extension pole (6) to secure the upper pole (8), the side pole (7), and the corner pole (9).
[0052] The pair of upper poles (8), as illustrated in Fig. 6c, have a symmetrical structure and are arranged to face each other between the pair of extension poles (6), with each end connected to the extension poles (6) and positioned on the upper side of the side pole (7). Specifically, the pair of upper poles (8) are formed by being bent to have a predetermined curvature, and thus the gap between the pair of upper poles (8) becomes narrower as it approaches the edge of the assembled boat (1) having the extension poles (6) and becomes wider as it approaches the center of the assembled boat (1).
[0053] And, as illustrated in Fig. 6d, a pair of side poles (7) have a symmetrical structure with respect to each other, and are arranged to face each other between the pair of extension poles (6), and each end is connected to the extension poles (6). Specifically, the pair of side poles (7) are formed to be bent so as to support a portion forming a side edge of the assembled boat (1) in the skin (2), and thus, the gap between the pair of side poles (7) becomes narrower as it approaches the edge of the assembled boat (1) having the extension poles (6), and becomes wider as it goes toward the center of the assembled boat (1).
[0054] And, as illustrated in Fig. 6e, a pair of corner poles (9) are arranged to face each other between the pair of extension poles (6), and each of the two ends is connected to the extension poles (6) and is located below the side pole (7). Specifically, the pair of corner poles (9) are formed to be bent so as to support a portion forming a side edge of the assembled boat (1) in the skin (2), and thus, the gap between the pair of corner poles (9) becomes narrower as it approaches the edge of the assembled boat (1) having the extension poles (6) and becomes wider as it approaches the center of the assembled boat (1).
[0055] Meanwhile, the support assembly (3) further includes a pair of bottom poles (11) extending in parallel with the central pole (5) in between, each end of which is connected to a pair of fixing members (14), and a pair of fixing members (14) each fixed to the central pole (5) for connecting the bottom pole (11) and the central pole (5), as shown in FIG. 6f.
[0056] The above pair of floor poles (11) have a symmetrical structure with respect to each other, extend in parallel with the central pole (5) therebetween, and each end is connected to the pair of fixing members (14). Specifically, the pair of floor poles (11) are formed by bending at a predetermined curvature so as to stably support a portion forming the lower surface of the assembled boat (1) in the skin (2), and the gap between the pair of floor poles (11) becomes narrower as it approaches the edge of the assembled boat (1) having the extension pole (6), and becomes wider as it approaches the center of the assembled boat (1).
[0057] In addition, the support assembly (3) further includes at least one rib pole (10) formed by bending and extending so as to be fixed to each of the pair of upper poles (8), the pair of side poles (7), the pair of corner poles (9), the pair of bottom poles (11), and the pair of center poles (5), as shown in FIG. 6g.
[0058] Specifically, the rib pole (10) is integrally connected to the upper pole (8), the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5) described above, and is fixed to each of the pair of upper poles (8), the pair of side poles (7), the pair of corner poles (9), the pair of bottom poles (11), and the pair of center poles (5), and has a structure that forms an overall “ㄷ” shape.
[0059] The support assembly (3) of the present invention further includes a plurality of fixing joints (15) for detachably fixing the rib pole (10) to the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5), respectively, for fixing the rib pole (10), and a rib pole fixing member (21) into which an end of the rib pole (10) is fitted so as to fix the rib pole (10) to the upper pole (8). The plurality of fixing joints (15) are respectively arranged at positions where the rib pole (10) intersects the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5), and the rib pole fixing member (21) is arranged at an intersection position of the rib pole (10) and the upper pole (8).
[0060] Meanwhile, the support assembly (3) is arranged to cross the width direction of the assembled boat (1), as shown in FIG. 6h, and further includes at least one support pole (12) with both ends connected to the rib pole (10).
[0061] The above support pole (12) is provided in multiple pieces so as to extend across the width direction of the assembled boat (1), and each end is connected to the rib pole (10). The support pole (12) can withstand a load applied in the width direction of the assembled boat (1) to improve the stability of the assembled boat (1), and thus can prevent the side wall portion of the boat from spreading or shrinking during use of the assembled boat (1). The support pole (12) can be connected to the rib pole (10) by mounting support pole fixing members (20) at both ends of the support pole (12). In addition, the support pole (12) can be installed on only some of the multiple rib poles (10) in order to secure a receiving space.
[0062] And the support pole fixing member (20) is provided as a pair so as to be fixedly installed at both ends of the support pole (12), and has a structure in which the support pole (12) is coupled from the side and is detachably coupled with the rib pole (10). The structure of the support pole fixing member (20) can be seen in more detail when referring to FIG. 4 again. The support pole fixing member (20) can have a through hole formed on the outer surface of the support pole (12) into which a fastening button (P) is inserted, so that even if the support pole (12) receives an external force, it can be prevented from being separated from the support pole fixing member (20).
[0063] Meanwhile, at least one of the above-mentioned upper pole (8), the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), the center pole (5), and the rib pole (10) each has a tube shape and includes a plurality of tube frames that are detachably coupled in the axial direction; and an elastic string (E) provided in an empty space of the tube frame.
[0064] When the upper pole (8), the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), the center pole (5), and the rib pole (10) have a plurality of tube frames and the plurality of tube frames are connected to each other with a single elastic string (E), when assembling the assembly boat (1), the user can easily connect the plurality of tube frames to each other by using the elastic restoring force of the elastic string (E), and when disassembling the assembly boat (1), the loss of the plurality of tube frames can be prevented. As an example, FIGS. 7A and 7B illustrate a structure in which the upper pole (8) and the center pole (5) each include an elastic string (E) provided in an empty space of the plurality of tube frames. Note that the elastic string (E) is provided inside the tube frames and is indicated by a dotted line in the drawing. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b, the plurality of tube frames of the upper pole (8) and the central pole (5) are provided with a plurality of fastening buttons (P) protruding from the tube frames and through holes corresponding to the fastening buttons (P), thereby stably forming the upper pole (8) and the central pole (5), respectively.
[0065] Looking at the aforementioned structures of the support assembly (3) of the present invention, even though conventional assembly-type boats are configured by assembling the skin (2) and the frame, since the frames are assembled inside the skin (2), the skin (2) has to be stretched out during assembly, making assembly difficult. On the other hand, the assembly-type boat (1) of the present invention has a support assembly (3) made of a plurality of poles, so the support assembly (3) can be assembled first, and then the skin (2) can be installed on the support assembly (3), so the assembly-type boat (1) can be easily assembled in a short period of time, and there is an advantage in that damage to the skin (2) can be prevented. In addition, since the present invention minimizes the weight and volume of the assembly-type boat (1), and can quickly perform assembly and disassembly, the assembly-type boat (1) can be used for leisure purposes as well as backpacking.
[0066] In addition, in the present invention, the plurality of tube frames of the upper pole (8), the central pole (5), and the rib pole (10) may have a structure in which a fastening button (P) is formed on the outer surface of at least one of the tube frames, and a through hole into which the fastening button (P) is inserted is formed in another tube frame into which the tube frame on which the fastening button (P) is formed is fitted. In this case, there is an advantage in that the poles can be prevented from spreading when a situation in which the support assembly (3) is twisted occurs during assembly of the support assembly (3) and use of the assembled boat (1).
[0067] In addition, it goes without saying that the plurality of tube frames of the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), and the bottom pole (11) may also have a structure in which a fastening button (P) is formed on the outer surface of at least one of the tube frames, and a through hole into which the fastening button (P) is inserted is formed in another tube frame into which the tube frame on which the fastening button (P) is formed is fitted.
[0068] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the fastening button (P) is configured to be raised and lowered when assembling and disassembling the poles, and is configured to be raised and lowered by having an elastic member (e.g., a spring) placed inside. In addition, the plurality of poles of the present invention may be post-processed by anodizing to prevent corrosion after manufacturing.
[0069] Meanwhile, FIG. 8 is a drawing schematically showing a support assembly (3) in which a connecting member (13), a fixing member (14), a fixed joint (15), and a rib pole fixing member (21) for connecting and fixing the plurality of poles are illustrated, and below, the connecting member (13), the fixing member (14), the fixed joint (15), and the rib pole fixing member (21) will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. 8.
[0070] First, the connecting holes (13) are respectively fixed to the extension pole (6) corresponding to the positions where the upper pole (8), the side pole (7), and the corner pole (9) meet the extension pole (6), thereby connecting the upper pole (8), the side pole (7), and the corner pole (9) with the extension pole (6). Accordingly, the connecting hole (13) is formed with a through hole or receiving groove into which the extension pole (6) is fitted, and receiving grooves are formed into which the ends of the pair of side poles (7), the pair of upper poles (8), or the pair of corner poles (9) are fitted in a direction perpendicular to the through hole or receiving groove into which the extension pole (6) is fitted.
[0071] Specifically, a connecting member (13) connecting the side pole (7) and the extension pole (6) is fixed to the extension pole (6) at a position corresponding to the end of the side pole (7), and a through hole into which the extension pole (6) is fitted and a receiving groove into which the end of the side pole (7) is fitted are formed.
[0072] In addition, a connecting member (13) connecting the corner pole (9) and the extension pole (6) is fixed to the extension pole (6) at a position corresponding to the end of the corner pole (9), and a through hole into which the extension pole (6) is fitted and a receiving groove into which the end of the corner pole (9) is fitted are formed.
[0073] And the connecting member (13) connecting the upper pole (8) and the extension pole (6) is fixed to the extension pole (6) at a position corresponding to the end of the upper pole (8), and a receiving groove into which the extension pole (6) is fitted and a receiving groove into which the end of the upper pole (8) is fitted are formed.
[0074] Meanwhile, at least one of the side pole (7), the upper pole (8), and the corner pole (9) has a fastening button (P) formed on the outer surface thereof; and an insertion hole into which the fastening button (P) is inserted is formed in the connecting portion (13). That is, as an example, as shown in Fig. 9, an insertion hole into which a fastening button (P) protruding from the outer surface of the upper pole (8) is inserted is additionally formed in the connecting portion (13) connecting the upper pole (8) and the extension pole (6). Accordingly, even if the assembled boat (1) is subjected to an external force, the upper pole (8) can be prevented from being separated from the connecting portion (13).
[0075] And, in Fig. 10, a fixture (14) is illustrated. The fixture (14) connects the central pole (5) and the floor pole (11), and a through hole through which the central pole (5) passes is formed, and a receiving hole into which the end of the floor pole (11) is inserted is formed on both sides of the through hole. In addition, the fixture (14) is additionally formed with an insertion hole into which a fastening button (P) protrudingly formed on the outer surface of the floor pole (11) is inserted to prevent the floor pole (11) from being separated from the fixture (14).
[0076] Meanwhile, the fixed joint (15) detachably fixes the rib pole (10) to the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5), respectively, and the fixed joint (15) includes a main body (15a) surrounding the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5); and a pivot member (15b) that can pivotally rotate from the main body (15a) to detachably fix the rib pole (10). The main body (15a) and the pivot member (15b) are connected by a hinge axis, and a concave portion is formed in the main body (15a) on which the outer surface of the rib pole (10) is seated, and the pivot member (15b) is rotatably coupled to the hinge axis to cover and restrain the outer surface of the rib pole (10). In Fig. 11, a main body (15a) surrounding a central pole (5) and a pivot member (15b) that can be hingedly rotated from the main body to detachably fix a rib pole (10) are disclosed as examples.
[0077] However, the fixed joint (15) may be configured so that its main body (15a) surrounds the rib pole (10), and its rotating member (15b) may have a structure that detachably fixes the side pole (7), the corner pole (9), the bottom pole (11), and the center pole (5).
[0078] That is, referring again to FIG. 4, the fixed joint (15) arranged at the intersection of the side pole (7) and the rib pole (10) has a structure in which its main body (15a) surrounds the rib pole (10) and its pivot member (15b) is coupled to the side pole (7). In this case, the wall surfaces forming the concave portion in the main body (15a) of the fixed joint (15) are positioned on the upper and lower sides of the side pole (7). Accordingly, when the user pulls the skin fixing member (4) upward to apply tension to the skin (2), the wall surfaces forming the concave portion interfere with the side pole (7) on the upper side of the side pole (7), thereby preventing the side pole (7) from being pushed upward.
[0079] Meanwhile, the rib pole (10) is fixed to the upper pole (8) through the rib pole fixing member (21) illustrated in Fig. 12 in addition to the fixed joint (15) described above. Here, the rib pole fixing member (21) includes a main body (21a) surrounding the outer circumference of the upper pole (8); and a receiving member (21b) formed to extend downward from the main body and having a receiving groove into which the end of the rib pole (10) is inserted.
[0080] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims, the detailed description of the invention, and the attached drawings, and it is obvious that this also falls within the scope of the present invention.
