[0015] The prior art located and cited above bring teachings to the rotating construction system in question, such as the selective rotation capacity of some constructions presented in the patent documents researched, as well as the presence of solar panels on the roof of others and the presence of a wind tool as an alternative energy assistance or the possibility of a customized rotating building, in which a base structure is connected to a rotating support foot structure that moves a rotating assembly arranged on the base structure that allows the rotation of the room body.
[0016] As an innovation and differential, the construction system presented has a central structure that also rotates and allows the entire construction complex to follow the movement together. This rotation complex that allows the constructive structure to move completely involves two central rings, one upper and one lower, connected by a central structure in the form of a rotating tube that moves both the floor and the ceiling. This allows both the base and the roof to rotate completely, without any kind of stationary structure. In addition, this central structure contains all the necessary structures for any construction, such as a rotatable valve for hot and cold water, air conditioning, sewage and a rotatable electrical collector. This allows the construction to rotate completely and not just one of the built areas or sectors.
[0017] Some of the documents have been found, but these are not explicitly cited in this patent document. Other less relevant documents were also found, but are not cited in this application, because they are less relevant to it or because they show technical content similar to the documents already mentioned above.
[0018] No documents were found that could anticipate the invention that a constructive system whose central structure also rotates and, in doing so, allows the joint rotation of the entire constructive complex. This is possible because the construction structure, which has two central rings, an upper and lower one, connected by a central structure in the form of a rotating tube that moves both the floor and the roof, also contains all the structures needed for any construction, such as a rotatable valve for hot and cold water, air conditioning, sewage and a rotating electrical collector. In this way, the construction can rotate completely and not just one of the built areas or sectors.
[0019] The combination of BR 11 2023 022646 5 A2, a single pile based rotatable construction platform including a rotatable connection mechanism placed on top of the single pile and a work platform placed on top of the rotatable connection mechanism. The rotatable connection mechanism includes an upper connection tube, a lower connection tube, and a rotatable support structure located between the upper connection tube and the lower connection tube; with US2010126080A1, a rotatable building structure comprising a vertically extending building having one or more floors, a fixed central support for supporting the building, and a rotatable annular drive system for rotating the building, located below the building and having its center substantially aligned with the vertical centerline of the building, allowing rotation of the annular drive system about the fixed external support, such that the annular drive system is rotated by means of a planar to planar support system, which allows the entire construction to rotate; as well as BRPI0705490A, a rotatable building structure with a vertical central core for supporting suspended floor units surrounding the core, allowing an annular platform to extend from the core into corresponding floor units to allow access from the central core, each floor unit containing a drive mechanism for rotatable displacement. The above documents anticipate common elements used in the rotating constructive structure in question. In addition to these documents, we have others that present constructive designs similar to the last one indicated, such as US2006230691A1, MX2008016033 (A) and JP2008075242A, in addition to US3905166A, a rotatable structure supported on a stationary base and having at the inner ends floor and ceiling trusses arranged radially and supported by the central structure in a manner that avoids undesired radial loading of the support tracks, in addition to vertical tension bars that interconnect the outer end segments of the floor and ceiling trusses with relative movement allowed between the trusses and the ends of the rods to carry out the transfer of loads from the floor to the rigid structure of the ceiling, thus avoiding radial loads on the support tracks and also a cylindrical access housing of the building structure extends centrally down through the support tracks and can be provided with an elevator or stairway to an entrance of the building. THE INVENTION
[0020] The present invention patent application describes the rotatable unit, specifically the floors, independent of each other, in which the central core of the building is static and the floor(s) with the respective rooms, move in axis, highlighting its panoramic rotation. The experience of moving the unit at any time of the day, be it sunset or sunrise. It is worth noting that the patent to be applied for, all the infrastructure for water, sewage, electricity, refrigeration, rotates with the environment, thanks to the engineering applied to make this happen. [0022] THE INDEPENDENT ROTATABLE UNIT OF A BUILDING OR SIMILAR comprises a structure (1) with a central column (2), inserted between the roof structure (3) and a lower base (4), which act in a cooperative manner, with the lower base (4) receiving the subfloor (CP) and the roof structure (3) receiving the closing element. The central column (2) receives a sequence of valves, being an air-conditioned rotatable valve (5), a sewage rotatable valve (6), a hot water rotatable valve (7), a cold-water rotatable valve (8), an electrical manifold (9). In the coupling of the central column (2) with the lower base (4) a lower central ring (10) is applied and in the coupling of the central column (2) with the ceiling frame (3) an upper central ring (11) is applied.
[0023] The central column (2) has a lower flange (12) and an upper flange (13), while the area that interconnects them receives central structural seam beams (14) and vertical and horizontal structural tubes (15), establishing openings (16) and receiving closing plates (17) on side faces.
[0024] The lower base (4) concentrically includes an outer track (18) for castors (19), a middle track (18A) for castors (19) and an inner track (18B) for castors (19). At the core of this construction is a central base flange (20).
[0025] The lower base is divided into 'buds' that connect the core with the outermost part, which also has an outer edge (21); between the two buds, at equidistant points, there is a base (22) for the geared motor assembly (22A). The interconnection between the outer track (18), intermediate track (18A) and inner track (18B) is made by caster beams (23). Figure 17 shows the caster beams (23) in detail, as well as the central flange of the base (20), the base (22) of the geared motor assembly (22A) and extractor bars (24). [0035] The present invention patent aims to claim the rotating displacement of the entire structure of the unit in which all rooms can rotate as well, without compromising the hydraulic, refrigeration, electrical and sanitation infrastructures.
[0036] Therefore, the rotatable unit of the invention has, in the case of a vertical building, floors independent of each other, in which the central core of the building is static and the floor with its respective rooms, move in axis, highlighting its panoramic rotation. The experience of moving the unit at any time of the day, be it sunset or sunrise. It is worth noting that the patent to be applied for, all the infrastructure for water, sewage, electricity, refrigeration, rotates with the environment, thanks to the engineering applied to make this happen.
[0037] The Independent Rotatable Unit, object of this patent, may be presented in different configurations based on the independence and modularity of its structure. For example, in a multi-story composite building, the turning movement may be done independently on each floor or even contemplate some non-rotating and other rotating floors. It can also be extended to units with a single floor, ground floor, and its scope of use is practically extendable to any and all buildings, whether residential, commercial, industrial or others, as the principle that governs each unit is the independence of rotatable movement.
[0038] With this solution, a rotatable unit can, according to the user's wishes, rotate through 360°, always controlled by the user, and can park in a certain position whenever desired. This rotating part is applied to the central region of the structure, where the structural elements described and shown in the figures included in this patent application are concentrated, giving the characteristic of independence in the rotation of each unit, a major differentiating aspect of the invention.
