A method for performing an IUD placement in a uterine cavity comprising:4 positioning an everting balloon system adjacent to a cervical canal, wherein the5 everting balloon system comprises:6 a first catheter;7 an everting balloon attached to the first catheter, and wherein the first catheter8 has a catheter lumen and a distal port at the distal end of the catheter lumen; and9 a delivery catheter attached to an opposite end of the everting balloon from the10 first catheter; and11 everting the everting balloon in the cervical canal, wherein the everting comprises12 pulling the first catheter distally through the cervical canal, wherein the first catheter has an13 IUD device, and wherein the everting comprises inflating the balloon distal to the first14 catheter; and.15 deploying the IUD into the uterine cavity concurrent with the everting of the everting16 balloon, and wherein the deploying comprises using a pusher to release the IUD.1718 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the placement of the IUD device occurs after the extension19 of the everting balloon during the eversion process.2021 3. A method for delivering and placing an IUD in a uterine cavity comprising:18 positioning an everting balloon system at the exocervix opening of the cervical canal,19 wherein the everting balloon device comprises:20 a first catheter;21 an everting balloon attached to the first catheter, and wherein the first catheter22 has a catheter lumen and a distal port at the distal end of the catheter lumen; and23 an outer catheter attached to an opposite end of the everting balloon from the24 first catheter;25 everting the everting balloon in the cervical canal, wherein the everting comprises26 pulling the first catheter distally through the cervical canal, wherein the first catheter has an27 IUD in a collapsed state within the everting balloon.2829 9. The method of claim 8, further comprising collecting tissue performed by a fixed biopsy30 device on a specific location in a body of a patient by the location of the membrane on the 31 exterior surface of the everting membrane.
