Abstract

The invention discloses a stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material. The plus material comprises a real silk nap layer, a rayon basal layer, a bonding layer and an imitation leather nap layer, wherein the real silk nap layer is fixedly connected with the upper part of the rayon basal layer through a knitting way; and the rayon basal layer and the imitation leather nap layer are bonded throughthe bonding layer. According to the stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material, mulberry silk is used as a nap raw material; rayon is used as a raw material for the basal layer; through carrying out weaving by adopting a circular knitting machine, the real silk nap layer is fixed on the rayon basal layer; and through the combination of the imitation leather nap layer, the stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material is formed. The real silk nap layer of the stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material is good in gloss, has a favorable stereoscopic structure and design effect; a concave-convex stereoscopic perception is given to the plus material; the line is smooth; and a visual perception is good. The stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material adopts the rayon as a material for the basal layer, and compared with silk, is light in weight and lower in cost. According to the plus material provided by the invention, animal fur is imitated; a natural silk component is protein; thesense of touch of skin is enabled to be better; the air permeability is good; and further, the stereoscopic silk imitation fur plus material is more environment-friendly.
