Mainboard expansion device and method for unmanned forklift

Abstract

The present invention relates to a motherboard expansion device and method applied to an unmanned forklift. The motherboard includes a control module, and the expansion device includes: an expansion board including at least one group of detection signal input interfaces, the expansion board is used to output a comprehensive detection signal after comprehensive calculation of the detection signals received by each group of detection signal input interfaces; the input end of the control module is connected to the output end of the expansion board, and the control module is used to determine whether a detection signal is triggered based on the comprehensive detection signal and determine which detection signal is triggered when a detection signal is triggered. On the one hand, the present application can reduce the number of input interfaces of the unmanned forklift motherboard, reduce the area and complexity of the motherboard, and reduce the material selection requirements for the motherboard. On the other hand, it can also ensure that the motherboard can accurately distinguish the trigger source of the detection signal, thereby controlling the unmanned forklift to perform corresponding movements based on the detection signal.
