Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to a vaporization device, and more particularly to an electronic device for providing an inhalable aerosol. Background Art

[0002] An electronic cigarette is an electronic product that heats a vaporizable solution, atomizes it, and produces aerosol for users to inhale. In recent years, major manufacturers have begun to produce a variety of electronic cigarette products. Generally speaking, an electronic cigarette product includes a shell, an oil storage chamber, an atomization chamber, a heating component, an air inlet, an air flow channel, an air outlet, a power supply device, a sensing device, and a control device. The oil storage chamber is used to store a vaporizable solution, and the heating component is used to heat the vaporizable solution, atomize it, and produce aerosol. The air inlet and the atomization chamber are connected to each other, and air is provided to the heating component when the user inhales. The aerosol generated by the heating component is first generated in the atomization chamber, and then inhaled by the user through the air flow channel and the air outlet. The power supply device provides the power required by the heating component, and the control device controls the heating time of the heating component according to the user's inhalation action detected by the sensing device. The shell covers each of the above components.

[0003] Existing electronic cigarette products can use sensors to detect the user's inhalation action. In order to detect the airflow, the sensor has a part that is connected to the airflow channel. The vaporizable solution or condensed liquid may penetrate into the part of the sensor that is connected to the airflow channel during the user's use, and cause the sensor to malfunction or fail.

[0004] In addition, existing electronic cigarette products do not take into account the pressure balance of the oil storage chamber. In existing electronic cigarette products, the oil storage chamber is generally designed to be completely sealed to prevent the vaporizable solution from overflowing. As users continue to use electronic cigarette products, the vaporizable solution in the oil storage chamber is continuously consumed and reduced, causing the pressure in the oil storage chamber to decrease and form a negative pressure. The negative pressure makes it difficult for the vaporizable solution in the oil storage chamber to flow evenly to the heating component, causing the heating component to not evenly absorb the vaporizable solution. At this time, when the temperature of the heating component rises, there is a high probability that it will burn empty and produce a burnt smell, resulting in a bad user experience.

[0005] Therefore, an atomizing device is proposed to solve the above problems. Summary of the invention

[0006] An atomizing device is proposed. The atomizing device comprises a main body shell, a first bracket, a connecting member and a second bracket. The main body shell comprises a storage portion. The first bracket is arranged in the main body shell and comprises a first groove, a second groove, a third groove and a first opening adjacent to the second groove. The connecting member is arranged in the first groove of the first bracket and comprises a first opening. The second bracket is arranged in the third groove of the first bracket. The first opening of the connecting member extends along the direction of the first axis, and the first opening of the first bracket extends along the direction of the second axis. The first axis and the second axis do not overlap.

[0007] An atomizing device is proposed. The atomizing device comprises a main body shell, a first bracket and a connecting member. The first bracket is arranged in the main body shell and comprises a first groove, a second groove, and a first opening adjacent to the second groove. The connecting member is arranged in the first groove and comprises a first opening. The extending direction of the first opening of the connecting member does not pass through the first opening of the first bracket. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0044] Figure 3A and 3B A three-dimensional view of a heating element cover according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is illustrated.

[0045] Figure 3C A perspective view illustrating a channel within a heating element cover according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0046] The heating element cover 5 has openings 5h1, 5h2, 5h3 and 5h4 on the surface 5s1. The opening 5h1 extends into the heating element cover 5 and forms a channel (e.g. Figure 4A The opening 5h2 extends into the upper cover 5 of the heating component and forms a channel (eg Figure 4A The opening 5h3 extends into the upper cover 5 of the heating component and forms a channel (eg, Figure 4A The opening 5h4 extends into the upper cover 5 of the heating element and forms a channel (eg, Figure 4A In some embodiments, the heating component cover 5 may have more channels. In some embodiments, the heating component cover 5 may have fewer channels.

[0047] The heating element upper cover 5 has columnar parts 5w1 and 5w2. The columnar parts 5w1 and 5w2 define a groove 5r1. The groove 5r1 is fluidically connected to the opening 5h1. The groove 5r1 is connected to the channel 5c1 (see Figure 4A ) is fluidly connected. The groove 5r1 is connected to the atomizing chamber 8C (see Figure 4A ) are fluidly connected.

[0048] like Figure 3B As shown, the heating component upper cover 5 has an opening 5h5 on the surface 5s2. [0052] Figure 3D and 3E A three-dimensional view of a heating element cover according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is illustrated.

[0053] Figure 3F A perspective view illustrating a channel within a heating element cover according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0054] See also Figures 3D to 3F , the heating component cover 5 may have a channel 5v. The channel 5v may include a first portion 5v1 and a second portion 5v2. The first portion 5v1 and the second portion 5v2 are fluidically connected to each other. In some embodiments, the channel 5v may include more portions that are connected to each other. Figure 3C As shown, the first portion 5v1 extends along the direction of the axis 5x1, and the second portion 5v2 extends along the direction of the axis 5x2. The axis 5x1 is substantially perpendicular to the surface 5s1. The axis 5x2 is substantially perpendicular to the surface 5s1. The axis 5x1 and the axis 5x2 do not overlap each other. The opening 5h4 and the opening 5h5 do not overlap in the direction perpendicular to the surface 5s1.

[0055] The first portion 5v1 extends from the opening 5h4 on the surface 5s1 to the inside of the heating component cover 5. The first portion 5v1 extends from the surface 5s1 to the surface 5s2 by a distance h2. The distance h2 is smaller than the distance h1 between the surface 5s1 and the surface 5s2. The first portion 5v1 has a bottom surface 5s3 inside the heating component cover 5, and the bottom surface 5s3 has a diameter d3.

[0056] In some embodiments, the diameter d1 is different from the diameter d3. In some embodiments, the diameter d1 is smaller than the diameter d3. In some embodiments, the diameter d1 may be the same as the diameter d3. In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the first portion 5v1 gradually increases from the surface 5s1 to the bottom surface 5s3. In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the first portion 5v1 increases monotonically from the surface 5s1 to the bottom surface 5s3. In some embodiments, the inner wall of the first portion 5v1 comprises a smooth surface.

[0057] In some embodiments, the second portion 5v2 may have a uniform inner diameter. In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the second portion 5v2 is the same as the diameter of the opening 5h5. In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the second portion 5v2 may be different from the diameter of the opening 5h5.

[0058] See also Figure 3F , a distance h3 is provided between the connection point between the second portion 5v2 and the first portion 5v1 and the bottom surface 5s3. In some embodiments, the distance h3 is not zero. In some embodiments, the ratio of the distance h3 to the distance h2 is in the range of 0.1 to 0.5. In some embodiments, the ratio of the distance h3 to the distance h2 is in the range of 0.5 to 0.9.

[0059] The heating element upper cover 5 has an opening 5h5 on the surface 5s2. Air flow can pass from the opening 5h5 through the second portion 5v2 and the first portion 5v1 to the opening 5h4 on the surface 5s1.

[0060] Figure 4A and 4B A cross-sectional view of a cigarette cartridge according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is illustrated.

[0061] like Figure 4A As shown, the mouthpiece cover 1 has an opening 1h. The cartridge housing 3 has a tube 3t extending from the opening 1h to the upper cover sealing assembly 4. The tube 3t, the upper cover sealing assembly 4 and the cartridge housing 3 define a liquid storage chamber 20. The gasifiable material can be stored in the liquid storage chamber 20.

[0062] The tube 3t may have a portion extending into the channel 5c1. The tube 3t may have a non-uniform outer diameter. Figure 4A As shown, the portion of the tube 3t extending into the channel 5c1 has a smaller outer diameter. The tube 3t may have a non-uniform inner diameter. Figure 4A As shown, a portion of the tube 3t extending into the passage 5c1 has a smaller inner diameter.

[0063] The tube 3t is coupled to the channel 5c1 via the opening 5h1 of the heating element upper cover 5. The tube 3t is in fluid communication with the channel 5c1 via the opening 5h1 of the heating element upper cover 5. The channel 5c1 is isolated from the liquid storage tank 20 by the tube 3t.

[0064] like Figure 4A As shown, the upper cover sealing component 4 can expose the openings 5h1, 5h2 and 5h3 of the heating element upper cover 5. The upper cover sealing component 4 does not cover the openings 5h1, 5h2 and 5h3 of the heating element upper cover 5. The upper cover sealing component 4 does not block the channels 5c1, 5c2 and 5c3.

[0065] The channel 5c2 is in fluid communication with the groove 7c of the heating component 7. The channel 5c3 is in fluid communication with the groove 7c of the heating component 7. The smoke oil stored in the liquid storage chamber 20 can flow into the groove 7c via the channel 5c2. The smoke oil stored in the liquid storage chamber 20 can flow into the groove 7c via the channel 5c3. The groove 7c of the heating component 7 is in fluid communication with the liquid storage chamber 20. The smoke oil can fully contact the heating component 7 in the groove 7c. The heating circuit on the surface or inside of the heating component 7 can heat the smoke oil and generate aerosol.

[0066] The heating element base 8 and the heating element 7 define an atomizing chamber 8C. The heating element 7 is partially exposed in the atomizing chamber 8C. The aerosol generated by the heating element 7 is formed in the atomizing chamber 8C. The aerosol generated by the heating element 7 is inhaled by the user through the tube 3t and the opening 1h. The tube 3t is fluidly connected to the atomizing chamber 8C. The groove 5r1 (see Figure 3A ) is fluidly connected to the atomization chamber 6C.

[0067] The upper cover sealing component 4 can cover the opening 5h4 of the heating component upper cover 5. The upper cover sealing component 4 can block the channel 5v.

[0068] like Figure 4A As shown, the heating component upper cover 5 has a blocking member 5p. The blocking member 5p isolates the tube 3t from the groove 7c of the heating component 7. The blocking member 5p isolates the channel 5c1 from the groove 7c of the heating component 7.

[0069] During the use of the atomizer, when the condensed liquid remaining in the tube 3t reaches a certain volume, the condensed liquid may slide down from the tube 3t. The blocking member 5p can prevent the condensed liquid sliding down from the tube 3t from contacting the heating component 7. The blocking member 5p can prevent the sliding condensed liquid from contaminating the heating component 7. The blocking member 5p can prevent the sliding condensed liquid from changing the taste of the aerosol. The blocking member 5p can prevent the condensed liquid from sliding down to the high-temperature heating component and causing liquid splashing. The blocking member 5p can prevent the splashed liquid from scalding the user.

[0070] Figure 4A The airflow 8f from the atomizing chamber 8c to the liquid reservoir 20 is shown.

[0071] When the atomizer is at rest and not inhaled by the user, the opening 5h4 is tightly combined with the upper cover sealing assembly 4, and the tobacco oil in the liquid storage chamber 20 will not leak out from the channel 5v.

[0072] As the user continues to use the atomizing device, the vaporizable solution in the liquid storage tank 20 is continuously consumed and reduced, causing the pressure in the liquid storage tank 20 to gradually decrease. The decrease in pressure in the liquid storage tank 20 may generate negative pressure. The decrease in pressure in the liquid storage tank 20 may make it difficult for the volatile solution to flow to the groove 7c of the heating component 7 through the channels 5c1 and 5c2. When the groove 7c does not completely absorb the volatile solution, the high-temperature heating component 7 may dry burn and produce a burning smell.

[0073] The above problem can be improved by providing a channel 5v in the upper cover 5 of the heating component. The channel 5v provided in the upper cover 5 of the heating component is fluidically connected to the atomizing chamber 8C and can balance the pressure in the liquid storage chamber 20.

[0074] Because the atomizing chamber 8C is fluidly connected to the tube 3t, the pressure in the atomizing chamber 8C is approximately equal to one atmosphere. When the gasifiable solution in the liquid storage tank 20 is continuously reduced, the pressure in the liquid storage tank 20 is gradually less than one atmosphere. The pressure difference between the atomizing chamber 8C and the liquid storage tank 20 causes the airflow 8f to arrive at the junction of the opening 5h4 and the upper cover sealing assembly 4 from the atomizing chamber 8C via the channel 5v. The airflow 8f can partially push the upper cover sealing assembly 4 away. The airflow 8f can cause the upper cover sealing assembly 4 to produce a partial deformation. The airflow 8f can enter the liquid storage tank 20 through the gap caused by the deformation of the upper cover sealing assembly 4. The airflow 8f entering the liquid storage tank 20 can cause the pressure in the liquid storage tank 20 to rise. The airflow 8f entering the liquid storage tank 20 can balance the pressure between the liquid storage tank 20 and the atomizing chamber 8C.

[0075] In some embodiments, the heating element upper cover 5 may be additionally provided with a channel having the same function as the channel 5v. For example, the heating element upper cover 5 may also be provided with a ventilation channel near the opening 5h3.

[0076] like Figure 3A As shown in , the channel 5v has a shape that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. The shape of the channel 5v has many advantages. The channel 5v that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom can accelerate the change of airflow. The speed of the airflow 8f leaving the narrow opening (5h4) of the channel 5v is faster than the speed of entering the wide opening (5h5) of the channel 5v. The accelerated airflow 8f can better open the upper cover sealing assembly 4, and increase the efficiency of the pressure balance between the liquid storage compartment 20 and the atomizing chamber 8C.

[0078] The heating component cover 5 includes a first portion 5v1 and a second portion 5v2 (see Figure 3F). Because the distance h3 between the connecting point between the second part 5v2 and the first part 5v1 and the bottom surface 5s3 is large, a groove for storing liquid is formed at the bottom of the first part 5v1. When the airflow 8f pushes the upper cover sealing component 4 open, if a small amount of smoke oil leaks into the channel 5v from the opening 5h4 along the gap 201, the groove at the bottom of the first part 5v1 can store the leaked smoke oil, reducing the probability of the smoke oil flowing into the main body 100B and causing damage to the electronic components.

[0079] Similarly, the first portion 5v1 of the channel 5v also has a shape that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. The shape of the first portion 5v1 can increase the efficiency of pressure balance between the liquid storage chamber 20 and the atomization chamber 8C.
