Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the field of microwave detection, and in particular to a high-sensitivity microwave detection module based on the Doppler effect principle. Background Art
[0002] Microwave detection technology, as an important hub connecting people and objects, and objects and objects, has unique advantages in behavior detection and existence detection technology. It can detect human activities, including human breathing and heartbeat movements, based on the principle of Doppler effect without infringing on human privacy, and therefore has broad application prospects. However, due to the basic response sensitivity limitations of existing microwave detection modules, the detection of micro-movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements based on the principle of Doppler effect only remains at the laboratory level and has low applicability.
[0003] Specifically, the existing microwave detection module outputs a Doppler intermediate frequency signal based on the Doppler effect principle, wherein the Doppler intermediate frequency signal corresponds to the frequency difference of the electromagnetic radiation in the actual detection space of the microwave detection module. That is to say, when there is human activity in the actual detection space, based on the Doppler effect principle, the electromagnetic radiation in the actual detection space has a certain frequency change after being reflected by the active human body. Figure 1A and 1B As shown, the principle of the existing microwave detection module is schematically illustrated, wherein the microwave detection module includes an antenna body 10P, a mixer detection unit 20P, and an oscillation unit 30P, wherein the oscillation unit 30P feeds the antenna body 10P through the mixer detection unit 20P, wherein the antenna body 10P is fed to emit a microwave beam corresponding to the frequency of the corresponding feeding signal, and receives a reflected echo formed by the microwave beam being reflected by the corresponding object and transmits an echo signal corresponding to the frequency of the reflected echo to the mixer detection unit 20P, wherein the mixer detection unit 20P mixes the feeding signal and the echo signal to output the Doppler intermediate frequency signal corresponding to the frequency difference between the feeding signal and the echo signal, wherein the power input to the oscillation unit 30P is to select a currently commonly used power supply module in a manner of controlling the input current, correspondingly forming a voltage input amplitude of 2.7V to 5V for the oscillation unit 30P, and the oscillation circuit unit 30P is outputted with a corresponding Figure 1B The feed signal is generated in the form of a square wave signal.
[0004] On the one hand, the mixing of the feed signal and the echo signal by the mixing detection unit 20P is a process in which a nonlinear element or circuit outputs a difference between the feed signal and the echo signal in a nonlinear conversion manner to form the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, wherein due to the current transient of the feed signal in the form of a square wave signal, the nonlinear conversion process of the feed signal and the echo signal will generate phase noise and correspondingly reduce the accuracy of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal in feedback of micro-motions including human breathing and heartbeat movements. On the other hand, due to the basic response sensitivity limitation of the existing microwave detection module, the initial output amplitude limitation of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal corresponds to that of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal. When there is environmental interference in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, including motion interference (such as human movement interference), electromagnetic interference, and self-excited interference caused by the electromagnetic shielding environment, the signal strength corresponding to human breathing and heartbeat movements in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is too low and has a large voltage multiple difference with the above-mentioned environmental interference signals, making it difficult to be accurately identified and extracted directly or by a large multiple amplification by corresponding components with a fixed voltage range and sensitivity limitation. Therefore, the current Doppler effect principle-based detection of human breathing and heartbeat movements is not suitable for the detection of human breathing and heartbeat movements. The detection of micro-motions of movements needs to keep the corresponding microwave detection module and the detected human body within a close distance of about 1m, so as to ensure the initial output amplitude of the corresponding Doppler intermediate frequency signal under the basic response sensitivity limit of the corresponding microwave detection module, and needs to avoid the above-mentioned environmental interference, including the interference of human movement, and requires the detected human body to be in a static state, so that the Doppler intermediate frequency signal can be amplified by a large multiple and independently amplify the signals corresponding to human breathing and heartbeat movements to an amplitude that can be identified and extracted. Therefore, the current detection of micro-motions including human breathing and heartbeat movements based on the Doppler effect principle only remains at the laboratory level and has low applicability. Summary of the invention
[0005] One object of the present invention is to provide a high-sensitivity microwave detection module, wherein the high-sensitivity microwave detection module allows being fed by a feed signal to emit a microwave beam corresponding to the frequency of the feed signal, and receives a reflected echo formed by the microwave beam being reflected by a corresponding object, and outputs the Doppler intermediate frequency signal corresponding to the frequency / phase difference between the microwave beam and the reflected echo based on the Doppler effect principle, then the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is the feedback of the activity of the corresponding object, wherein the feed signal is a sharp pulse signal with linear or exponential changes and reduces the electric field relative to the traditional square wave signal. The current transient corresponds to the state in which the echo signal corresponding to the reflected echo is a sharp pulse signal. In this way, when the feed signal and the echo signal are mixed by a nonlinear element or circuit according to the Doppler effect principle to output the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, the nonlinear conversion process of the feed signal and the echo signal can reduce the phase noise due to the reduction of the current transients of the feed signal and the echo signal, and correspondingly improves the accuracy of the weak signal in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, thereby improving the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to micro-movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements.

[0056] Referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figure 2A and Figure 2BAs shown, a principle block diagram and a structural diagram of a high-sensitivity microwave detection module according to an embodiment of the present invention are respectively illustrated, wherein the high-sensitivity microwave detection module includes an antenna body 10 and a processing unit 20, wherein the processing unit 20 is configured to allow being powered and feed the antenna body 10 with a feeding signal, wherein the antenna body 10 is fed and emits a microwave beam corresponding to the frequency of the feeding signal, and receives a reflected echo formed by the microwave beam being reflected by a corresponding object and transmits an echo signal corresponding to the frequency of the reflected echo to the processing unit 20, wherein the processing unit 20 mixes the feeding signal and the echo signal and outputs a Doppler intermediate frequency signal corresponding to the frequency / phase difference between the feeding signal and the echo signal, then the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is the feedback of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to the movement of the corresponding object and allows to be applied to the detection of human activities.
[0057] In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the current transients are further reduced relative to the traditional square wave signal by adjusting the feed signal to be a sharp pulse signal with linear or exponential changes, and the corresponding echo signal corresponding to the reflected echo is a sharp pulse signal. In this way, when the feed signal and the echo signal are mixed according to the Doppler effect principle by nonlinear elements or circuit designs to output the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, the nonlinear conversion process of the feed signal and the echo signal can reduce the phase noise due to the reduction of the current transients of the feed signal and the echo signal, and correspondingly improves the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to micro-motion movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements in a manner that improves the accuracy of weak signals in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal.
[0058] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the present invention, the feed signal is adjusted to have a voltage amplitude that is increased relative to a traditional square wave signal to maintain the radiation power of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module and simultaneously increase the voltage amplitude of the echo signal, wherein since the mixing of the feed signal and the echo signal is a process of outputting the difference between the feed signal and the echo signal in a nonlinear conversion manner to form the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, the increase in the voltage amplitude of the echo signal corresponds to an increase in the initial output amplitude of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal at the same detection distance, and an increase in the detection distance of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module at the same initial output amplitude of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, that is, an increase in the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to micro-motion movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements.
[0059] That is to say, in this embodiment of the present invention, the feeding signal is a sharp pulse signal with linear or exponential changes, and further has a voltage amplitude that is increased relative to the traditional square wave signal, corresponding to the state in which the voltage amplitude of the echo signal is increased and the accuracy of the weak signal in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is improved, that is, the amplitude and accuracy of the weak signal corresponding to the weak movement in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal are improved at the same time, and the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to micro-movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements is improved.
[0060] Specifically, the antenna body 10 includes a radiation source 11 and a reference ground 12, wherein the radiation source 11 is spaced from the reference ground 12, wherein the radiation source 11 has a feeding point 111, wherein the processing unit 20 has a positive connection terminal 211, a ground connection terminal 212 and a signal terminal 213, wherein the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal terminal 213 of the processing unit 20 at the feeding point 111, wherein the processing unit 20 is configured to allow the positive connection terminal 211 and the ground connection terminal 212 to be electrically connected to the positive pole and the ground pole of the corresponding power supply respectively to be powered, and in the powered state, the feeding signal is generated between the signal terminal 213 and the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212, that is, the signal terminal 213 and the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212 are the two poles of the feeding signal.
[0061] Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, by serially inserting at least one equivalent inductor into the feeding circuit of the feeding signal and connecting at least one equivalent capacitor between the near-ground end of the equivalent inductor and the ground, specifically, the equivalent inductor is serially inserted into the power supply circuit of the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20, and the equivalent capacitor is connected between the end of the equivalent inductor electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 and the ground, that is, the equivalent inductor is serially connected between the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 and the positive electrode of the corresponding power supply, and the equivalent capacitor is connected between the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 and the positive electrode of the corresponding power supply. One end of the capacitor is electrically connected between the equivalent inductor and the positive electrode connection terminal 211, and the other end of the equivalent capacitor is electrically connected to the ground of the corresponding power supply in a state of being electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212, wherein the equivalent inductor is a component or circuit having an inductive characteristic under the action of an electrical signal corresponding to the frequency of the feed signal, such as a resistor or a microstrip inductor, and the equivalent capacitor is a component or circuit having a capacitive characteristic under the action of an electrical signal corresponding to the frequency of the feed signal, so as to adjust the feed signal to a sharp pulse signal with a linear or exponential change.
[0062] In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the power supply voltage to the processing unit 20 is further increased within a certain voltage range, and / or at least one current suppression element is connected between the equivalent inductor and the equivalent capacitor, so that the feed signal has a voltage amplitude increased relative to the traditional square wave signal, wherein the current suppression element is a component or circuit that has a suppressive effect on the current corresponding to the frequency of the feed signal, such as but not limited to an inductor, a resistor and a capacitor.
[0063] Specifically, when the processing unit 20 is designed in the form of discrete components, it is configured to be powered by a voltage greater than 5V, specifically, the processing unit 20 is powered by a voltage between 5V and 15V, and preferably, the processing unit 20 is powered by a voltage of 7V, and when the processing unit 20 is designed in the form of an integrated circuit, it is configured to be powered by a transmission power supply voltage greater than or equal to 3.3V, specifically, the processing unit 20 is powered by a transmission power supply voltage of 3.3V to 15V, and / or at least one current suppression element is connected between the equivalent inductor and the equivalent capacitor, so that while adjusting the feed signal to a sharp pulse signal with linear or exponential changes, the feed signal is adjusted to have a voltage amplitude that is increased relative to a traditional square wave signal, thereby maintaining the standard power output of the processing unit 20 while improving the amplitude and accuracy of the weak signal corresponding to the weak movement in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal, correspondingly improving the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to micro-movements including human breathing and heartbeat movements.
[0064] It is worth mentioning that, based on the integrated circuit technology trend of low power consumption and low power supply voltage, the existing processing unit 20 is generally required to have an integrated circuit power supply voltage less than or equal to 3V. Therefore, in these embodiments of the present invention, when the processing unit 20 is designed in the form of an integrated circuit, the power supply of the processing unit 20 with a voltage of 3.3V to 15V is preferably performed with an independent transmission power supply voltage, that is, the processing unit 20 is allowed to be set with different transmission power supply voltages and integrated circuit power supply voltages, such as powering the processing unit 20 with an integrated circuit power supply voltage of 3.3V to 15V through a corresponding power supply, and powering the processing unit 20 with a corresponding integrated circuit power supply voltage through a transformer or an additional power supply.
[0065] It is worth mentioning that, referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention, Figure 2BAs shown, in this embodiment of the present invention, the antenna body 10 is configured as a planar antenna and has the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 in a planar state, wherein the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 are spaced apart in a state tending to be parallel and a radiation gap 110 is formed between the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the antenna body 10 is configured as a cylindrical antenna or a dual coupled pole antenna and can also achieve the improvement of the amplitude and accuracy of the weak signal corresponding to the weak action in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal by the above-mentioned technical means of adjusting the feed signal to a sharp pulse signal with linear or exponential changes, and the above-mentioned technical means of adjusting the feed signal to have a voltage amplitude increased relative to the traditional square wave signal, and the present invention is not limited to this.
[0066] Further reference is made to the accompanying drawings of the present invention. Figure 3A and Figure 3B As shown, based on the further optimization of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention, the principle block diagram and the structural diagram of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module according to a variant embodiment of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are respectively illustrated. Similarly, the antenna body 10 is configured as a planar antenna and has the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 in a planar state, wherein the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 are spaced apart in a state tending to be parallel and a radiation gap 110 is formed between the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12, wherein the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal end 213 of the processing unit 20 at the feeding point 111, wherein the processing unit 20 is configured to allow the positive connection end 211 and the ground connection end 212 to be electrically connected to the positive pole and the ground pole of the corresponding power supply respectively to be powered, and In the powered state, the feed signal is generated between the signal terminal 213 and the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212, that is, the signal terminal 213 and the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212 are the two poles of the feed signal, wherein the equivalent inductor is connected in series in the power supply line of the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20, and the equivalent capacitor is connected between the end of the equivalent inductor electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 and the ground, that is, the equivalent inductor is connected in series between the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 and the positive electrode of the corresponding power supply, one end of the equivalent capacitor is electrically connected between the equivalent inductor and the positive connection terminal 211, and the other end of the equivalent capacitor is electrically connected to the ground of the corresponding power supply in a state of being electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212.
[0067] In particular, in this variant embodiment of the present invention, the radiation source 11 is further provided with at least one reference level point 112, wherein when the processing unit 20 is powered, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212 at the reference level point 112, corresponding to a state in which the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to different poles of the feed signal at the feeding point 111 and the reference level point 112, respectively. That is, when the processing unit 20 is set to generate the feeding signal between the signal terminal 213 and the positive connection terminal 211 in the powered state, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal terminal 213 at the feeding point 111 and is electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 at the reference level point 112 when the processing unit 20 is powered; and when the processing unit 20 is set to generate the feeding signal between the signal terminal 213 and the ground connection terminal 212 in the powered state, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal terminal 213 at the feeding point 111 and is electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212 at the reference level point 112 when the processing unit 20 is powered, so that the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to different poles of the feeding signal at the feeding point 111 and the reference level point 112 respectively when the processing unit 20 is powered.
[0068] It is worth mentioning that, when the processing unit 20 is powered, when the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to different poles of the feeding signal at the feeding point 111 and the reference level point 112 respectively to form a closed loop of the feeding signal at the radiation source 11, the impedance of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module at a frequency deviating from the resonant operating point is reduced, and the corresponding frequency bandwidth of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is narrowed, that is, the quality factor of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is improved and the reception of signals outside the resonant frequency by the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is limited, which is beneficial to ensure the anti-interference performance of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0069] Furthermore, a straight line on the radiation source 11 that passes through the physical center point of the radiation source 11 and is perpendicular to the line connecting the feeding point 111 and the physical center point of the radiation source 11 is taken as the zero potential line of the radiation source 11, wherein the reference level point 112 is set at the zero potential line of the radiation source 11, and based on the charge distribution form of the radiation source 11 in the fed state, the reference level point 112 is the zero potential point on the radiation source 11, thereby avoiding the polarization balance mismatch caused by the design and processing errors of the radiation source 11, that is, avoiding the reduction in the stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module caused by the design and processing errors of the radiation source 11, which is beneficial to ensuring the working stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0070] In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is set to an ISM frequency band within the frequency range of C-band (4GHz-8GHz) and X-band (8GHz-12GHz), which is specifically embodied in that the processing unit 20 is set to output the feeding signal at a frequency of the ISM frequency band within the frequency range of C-band (4GHz-8GHz) and X-band (8GHz-12GHz), such as a frequency within the 5.8GHz frequency band or a frequency of 10.525GHz, so as to improve the applicability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module based on the frequency band setting of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to ensure that the high-sensitivity microwave detection module has suitable penetration ability and diffraction ability.
[0071] Furthermore, the radiation gap 110 is set to have a gap height greater than or equal to 1.0 mm when the frequency of the feeding signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the C band (4GHz-8GHz), and has a gap height greater than or equal to 0.8 mm when the frequency of the feeding signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the X band (8GHz-12GHz). In this way, the high-sensitivity microwave detection module has an enhanced receiving capability for weak electromagnetic wave signals, and correspondingly further improves the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module. In this way, the penetration ability, diffraction ability and basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module meet the conditions of not restricting the state and posture of the human body and can be applied to micro-motion detection including human breathing and heartbeat movements, and has good applicability.
[0072] It can be understood that the high-sensitivity microwave detection module's ability to receive electromagnetic wave signals is enhanced, that is, the high-sensitivity microwave detection module's requirement for the amplitude of the reflected echo that can be effectively received is reduced. In this way, the improvement in the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module also represents an increase in the detection distance of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module, thereby improving the applicability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0073] In detail, the radiation gap 110 is filled with a radiation source substrate 13 formed by a circuit board carrying the radiation source 11, so as to form a structural relationship between the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 based on the support of the radiation source substrate 13 on the radiation source 11, that is, the radiation source substrate 13 is fixedly arranged between the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12, and the radiation gap 110 is formed after the antenna body 10 is manufactured and has a gap height equal to the thickness specification of the radiation source substrate 13 within a certain error range, wherein based on corresponding industrial errors and structures, such as a laminated plate structure basis and a multilayer board structure basis, the gap height of the radiation gap 110 cannot be set in advance according to a specific value during the manufacturing process of the antenna body 10, and is difficult to measure after the antenna body 10 is manufactured. Therefore, in the description of the present invention, based on the corresponding industrial errors and structures, the limitation on the gap height of the radiation gap 110 is allowed to be interpreted as a limitation on the thickness dimension of the radiation source substrate 13 with clear specifications, that is, the radiation source substrate 13 is set to meet the thickness specification of greater than or equal to 1.0 mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the C band (4GHz-8GHz), and is set to meet the thickness specification of greater than or equal to 0.8 mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the X band (8GHz-12GHz), such as by selecting a circuit board with corresponding thickness specifications or by superimposing two or more layers of circuit boards to meet the thickness specification design of the radiation source substrate 13.
[0074] It is worth mentioning that the increase in the thickness of the radiation source substrate 13 within a certain specification range corresponds to the improvement of the receiving sensitivity of the antenna body 10 to the corresponding electromagnetic waves, that is, the receiving ability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to weak electromagnetic wave signals is enhanced. At the same time, it means that the receiving ability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module to interference signals is enhanced, that is, while the initial output amplitude of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is increased, the background interference signal in the Doppler intermediate frequency signal is also increased. In addition, since the design and processing errors of the radiation source 11 will cause a certain polarization balance mismatch and reduce the working stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module, and the polarization balance mismatch caused by the design and processing errors of the radiation source 11 will be aggravated with the increase of the gap height of the radiation gap 110, therefore, under the guidance of the existing technology of lightweight and thinning and improving anti-interference ability and working stability, the technical personnel in this field have the inherent technical thinking limitation of less than 1.0mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the C band (4GHz-8GHz), and less than 0.8mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the X band (8GHz-12GHz).
[0075] That is to say, the technical means of setting the radiation source substrate 13 to have a thickness specification of greater than or equal to 1.0 mm when the frequency of the feeding signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the C band (4GHz-8GHz), and to have a thickness specification of greater than or equal to 0.8 mm when the frequency of the feeding signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the X band (8GHz-12GHz), has broken through the inherent technical thinking limitations of technical personnel in this field because of the technical defects of reducing the anti-interference performance and working stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0076] Corresponding to the above description, in the state where the processing unit 20 is powered, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 or the ground connection terminal 212 at the reference level point 112, and the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to different poles of the feed signal at the feed point 111 and the reference level point 112, and a closed loop of the feed signal is formed at the radiation source 11. By forming a closed loop of the feed signal at the radiation source 11, the high-sensitivity microwave detection module deviates from the resonant operating point. The impedance of the frequency can be reduced, and the corresponding bandwidth of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is narrowed, that is, the quality factor of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is improved and the reception of the signal outside the resonant frequency by the high-sensitivity microwave detection module is limited. The background interference signal of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module due to the increase of the gap height of the radiation gap 110 and the increase of the Doppler intermediate frequency signal can be limited, which is beneficial to improve the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module while ensuring the anti-interference performance of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module. At the same time, based on the charge distribution form of the radiation source 11 in the fed state, the reference level point 112 is the zero potential point on the radiation source 11, and the polarization balance mismatch caused by the design and processing errors of the radiation source 11 is aggravated by the increase of the gap height of the radiation gap 110. The phenomenon can be avoided, that is, the decrease in the stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module caused by the increase of the gap height of the radiation gap 110 is avoided, which is beneficial to ensure the working stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0077] That is to say, in the state where the processing unit 20 is powered, when the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to different poles of the feed signal at the feeding point 111 and the reference level point 112 respectively to form a closed loop circuit for the feed signal at the radiation source 11, the technical means of further setting the radiation source substrate 13 to have a thickness specification greater than or equal to 1.0 mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the C band (4GHz-8GHz), and a thickness specification greater than or equal to 0.8 mm when the frequency of the feed signal is in the ISM band within the frequency range of the X band (8GHz-12GHz) can retain the advantage of the technical means in improving the basic response sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module, while eliminating the inherent technical defects of the technical means in reducing the anti-interference performance and working stability of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0078] Specifically, in this embodiment of the present invention, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212 of the processing unit 20 at the reference level point 112, that is, the processing unit 20 is arranged to generate the feeding signal between the ground connection terminal 212 and the signal terminal 213 in a powered state, so that in a state where the radiation source 11 is fed by the feeding signal, corresponding to a state where the processing unit 20 is powered, the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal terminal 213 and the ground connection terminal 212 at the feeding point 111 and the reference level point 112, respectively, to form a closed loop circuit for the feeding signal.
[0079] Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the reference ground 12 is arranged to be electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212 of the processing unit 20 when the processing unit 20 is powered, wherein the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the ground connection terminal 212 of the processing unit 20 at the reference level point 112 in a state of being electrically connected to the reference ground 12.
[0080] It is worth mentioning that in some embodiments of the present invention, the reference ground 12 is arranged to be electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 when the processing unit 20 is powered. The present invention is not limited to this, and when the radiation source 11 is electrically connected to the signal terminal 213 of the processing unit 20 at the feeding point 111, and is electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 at the reference level point 112, that is, when the processing unit 20 is arranged between the positive connection terminal 211 and the signal terminal 213 to generate the feeding signal, the radiation source 11 is preferably arranged at the reference level point 112 to be electrically connected to the positive connection terminal 211 of the processing unit 20 in a manner of being electrically connected to the reference ground 12.
[0081] Particularly, in this embodiment of the present invention, the number of the reference level point 112 is one, and it is preferably set at the physical center point of the radiation source 11 .
[0082] It can be understood that in the above description of the present invention, the specific circuit form of the processing unit 20 is not limited. The processing unit 20 can be designed in the form of discrete components, such as being set as an oscillation circuit; or designed in the form of an integrated circuit, such as being set as a microwave chip; or designed in the form of a combination of discrete components and integrated circuits. The present invention does not limit this. The understanding of the processing unit 20 should explain the above description of the positive connection terminal 211, the ground connection terminal 212 and the signal terminal 213.
[0083] Further reference is made to the accompanying drawings of the present invention. FIG. 4A to FIG. 4C As shown, the structure of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module according to different variant embodiments of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention is illustrated. Different from the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention, in these variant embodiments of the present invention, the number of the reference level points 112 is two, wherein the two reference level points 112 are symmetrically distributed on the zero potential line of the radiation source 11 with respect to the physical center point of the radiation source 11, that is, the two reference level points 112 are symmetrically distributed on the zero potential line of the radiation source 11 with respect to the physical center point of the radiation source 11.
[0084] In particular, referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention, Figure 4A and Figure 4C As shown, in these two variant embodiments of the present invention, the two reference level points 112 symmetrically distributed on the zero potential line of the radiation source 11 with respect to the physical center point of the radiation source 11 are formed on the two side edges of the radiation source 11 along the direction of the zero potential line, that is, when the radiation source 11 penetrates the radiation source substrate 13 and is electrically connected to the reference ground 12 at each reference level point 112 with a metallized via structure, the two reference level points 112 formed on the two side edges of the radiation source 11 along the direction of the zero potential line are formed in the form of notches on the two side edges of the radiation source 11 along the direction of the zero potential line.
[0085] It is worth mentioning that the radiation source 11 has at least one reference level point 112, wherein the reference level point 112 is located at the zero potential line of the radiation source 11, wherein the radiation source 11 is preferably electrically connected to the positive electrode connection terminal 211 or the ground electrode connection terminal 212 of the processing unit 20 at the reference level point 112 in a state of being electrically connected to the reference ground 12, wherein the specific position distribution of the reference level point 112 on the zero potential line of the radiation source 11 has multiple modes, and when the radiation source 11 penetrates the radiation source substrate 13 at the reference level point 112 with a metallized via structure and is electrically connected to the reference ground 12, the corresponding reference level point 112 is allowed to be formed in the form of a notch on the side edge of the radiation source 11 along the direction of the zero potential line, or in the form of a hole on the zero potential line of the radiation source 11 based on the position distribution of the zero potential line of the radiation source 11, and the present invention is not limited to this.
[0086] In particular, referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention, Figure 4B and Figure 4CAs shown, in these two variant embodiments of the present invention, the two sides of the radiation source 11 on the zero potential line are set inwardly, corresponding to the state that the radiation source 11 is concave along the zero potential line toward the physical center point of the radiation source 11. In this way, under the limitation of the fixed circumference range of the radiation source 11, it is beneficial to reduce the size of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module by reducing the size of the radiation source 11, and based on the state that the radiation source 11 is concave along the zero potential line toward the physical center point of the radiation source 11, the self-coupling polarization of the radiation source 11 in the direction of the zero potential line is strengthened to adjust the radiation space of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module.
[0087] Preferably, in these embodiments of the present invention, the radiation source substrate 13 is set to have a thickness specification of 1.6 mm within an error range of 25%, that is, the thickness specification of the radiation source substrate 13 is preferably set to be within a range greater than or equal to 1.2 mm and less than or equal to 2.0 mm.
[0088] It is worth mentioning that in these embodiments of the present invention, based on different structural basis and shape designs of the radiation source 11, such as a laminated plate structural basis and a multilayer plate structural basis, a rectangular, circular and concave design of the radiation source 11, the shape and length and width dimensions of the radiation source substrate 13 are variously designed, and the present invention is not limited by comparison.
[0089] Continuing to refer to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figure 1B and Figure 2B In order to increase the gain of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module, so as to increase the energy density of the electromagnetic radiation of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module and / or the detection distance of the microwave detection module, and correspondingly further improve the detection sensitivity of the high-sensitivity microwave detection module and / or the detection distance when it is applied to the detection of micro-motions including human breathing and heartbeat, in these two embodiments of the present invention, the size relationship between the radiation source 11 and the reference ground 12 is optimized.
[0090] Specifically, in these two embodiments of the present invention, the direction from the feeding point 111 of the radiation source 11 to the physical center point of the radiation source 11 is a polarization direction, and the direction perpendicular to the polarization direction on the radiation source 11 is a non-polarization direction, wherein the radiation source 11 has two opposite polarization edges 113 located in the polarization direction, and two opposite non-polarization edges 114 located in the non-polarization direction, wherein the side length parameter L1 of each of the polarization edges 113 is set to satisfy λ / 4≤L1≤λ / 2 , a side length parameter L2 of each of the non-polarized edges 114 is set to satisfy 3λ / 16≤L2≤5λ / 16, wherein a distance parameter D1 between an edge of the reference ground 12 corresponding to the corresponding polarized edge 113 and the corresponding polarized edge 113 satisfies D1≥λ / 16, and a distance parameter D2 between an edge of the reference ground 12 corresponding to the corresponding non-polarized edge 114 and the corresponding non-polarized edge 114 satisfies D2≥λ / 16, wherein λ is a wavelength parameter corresponding to the frequency of the feeding signal.
[0091] Furthermore, in these two embodiments of the present invention, the microwave detection module is set to the 5.8 GHz frequency band in the ISM frequency band, wherein preferably, the parameter L1 is set to 18.7 mm, the parameter L2 is set to 13.4 mm, the parameter D1 is set to 7.8 mm, and the parameter D2 is set to 4.5 mm.
