Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of railway freight car production equipment, and in particular to a one-cart-one-material transport and loading and unloading device for brake cylinders and air cylinders, comprising a trolley body and a lifting trolley, the lifting trolley being provided with a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism being connected to a cylinder storage seat, the upper end of the trolley body being connected to a transverse support rod through a support frame, the upper end of the transverse support rod being provided with a plurality of support rod hooks, and the lower end of the transverse support rod being provided with a brake cylinder hook and an air cylinder hook. The one-cart-one-material transport and loading and unloading device for brake cylinders and air cylinders of the present invention, after the parts are overhauled, the brake cylinders and air cylinders used on the same vehicle are hung on the support rods according to the vehicle number and lifted onto the trolley; when unloading, the brake cylinder assembly trolley can be docked, the trolley body can pass through the rails, and the support rod assembly can easily fall into the corresponding position of the trolley, the brake cylinder lifting hook can cooperate with the existing overhead crane wire rope hook, and at the same time ensure that the brake cylinder does not shake arbitrarily during transportation.
