Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a patch and a method for using the patch, and in particular to a patch suitable for a physiological parameter detection device and a method for using the patch. Background Art
[0002] A patch-type physiological parameter detection device uses a base patch to attach the physiological parameter detection device to the surface of the user's skin. Considering the durability and comfort during attachment, and in order to prevent the base patch from falling off during use, a patch with a larger area is usually covered on the base patch to increase the strength of the base patch of the physiological parameter detection device (such as a sensor) attached to the skin.
[0003] For example, traditional blood sugar management uses a blood glucose monitor system (BGMS). Under this system, diabetic patients must use a needle to draw blood from the skin several times a day to monitor the glucose concentration in the interstitial fluid. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends that it is best to measure more than three times a day, but if it is measured four times a day, the patient will have to endure the pain and inconvenience of four needle punctures a day. Therefore, in order to alleviate the pain of patients, a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system has been developed. Its detection principle is to continuously test the glucose in the interstitial fluid by implanting the soft needle of the sensor under the skin. The retention period can be up to 14 days, which greatly reduces the burden on patients.
[0004] The continuous blood glucose monitoring system includes the aforementioned patch-type physiological parameter detection device, and considering the comfort, the reinforcing patch used in the aforementioned patch-type physiological parameter detection device generally adopts a softer material. However, this material is easy to wrinkle, making it difficult for the user to attach it flatly to the skin, especially when operating with one hand.
[0005] In view of this, it is necessary to develop a patch that is easy to be attached to the skin smoothly. Summary of the invention
[0006] The first aspect of the present invention provides a patch for increasing the adhesion strength of a physiological parameter detection device to the skin surface. The patch includes a lining and a peelable sheet. The lining is provided with an adhesive layer to form an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surface includes a central adhesive portion and an outer adhesive portion, wherein under the condition that the central adhesive portion is exposed, the patch is caused to apply pressure toward the physiological parameter detection device, so that the central adhesive portion is bonded to a top surface of the physiological parameter detection device. The peelable sheet is peelably bonded to the adhesive layer to protect the adhesive surface, and the peelable sheet includes an inner peelable portion and an outer peelable portion; wherein the outer peelable portion continues to provide support force to the lining after the central adhesive portion is exposed, so that the lining is easy to be fully attached.
[0007] The second aspect of the present invention provides a method for using a patch for use with a physiological parameter detection device, wherein the physiological parameter detection device has a base patch. The patch use method includes the following steps: providing a patch, the patch including a lining and a peelable sheet, wherein the lining is provided with an adhesive layer to form an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surface includes a central adhesive portion and an outer adhesive portion, and the peelable sheet is peelably bonded to the adhesive layer to protect the adhesive surface, and includes an inner peelable portion and an outer peelable portion; the physiological parameter detection device is bonded to the user's skin surface by the base patch; the inner peelable portion is peeled off from the central adhesive portion to at least expose the central adhesive portion; the exposed central adhesive portion is bonded to the top surface of the physiological parameter detection device by the support force provided by the outer peelable portion to the lining; the outer peelable portion is peeled off to expose the outer adhesive portion; and the exposed outer adhesive portion is bonded to the skin surface.
[0008] The third aspect of the present invention provides a method for increasing the adhesion strength of a physiological parameter detection device to a skin surface. The physiological parameter detection device includes a base and a sensor. The base is used to be arranged on the skin surface, and the sensor is detachably mounted to the base and has a top surface. The method includes the following steps: providing a patch, the patch including a liner and a peelable sheet, wherein the liner is provided with an adhesive layer to form an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surface includes a central adhesive portion and an outer adhesive portion, and the peelable sheet is peelably bonded to the adhesive layer to protect the adhesive surface, and includes an inner peelable portion and an outer peelable portion; peeling the inner peelable portion from the central adhesive portion to at least expose the central adhesive portion; bonding the exposed central adhesive portion to the top surface of the sensor by means of the supporting force provided by the outer peelable portion to the liner; installing the patch together with the sensor on the base under the condition that the base is set on the skin surface to complete the assembly of the physiological parameter detection device; tearing off the outer peelable portion to expose the outer adhesive portion under the condition that the patch together with the sensor is installed on the base; and bonding the exposed outer adhesive portion to the skin surface. [0038] The technical content, features and effects of the present invention will be clearly presented through the detailed description of the preferred embodiments below.
[0039] See also Figures 1 to 16 The first embodiment of the present invention provides a patch system 1. First, please refer to Figures 7 to 11 The patch system 1 includes a physiological parameter detection device 21, a lining 111, and a peelable sheet 12. The physiological parameter detection device 21 has a base patch 22, and the physiological parameter detection device 21 is adhered to the skin surface by the base patch 22. The physiological parameter detection device 21 can be a sensor in a continuous blood glucose monitoring system, a combination of a sensor and a base.
[0040] See also Figure 3 The backing sheet 111 is provided with an adhesive layer 112 to form an adhesive surface 113. The backing sheet 111 is adhered to the skin surface via the adhesive surface 113. The peelable sheet 12 is peelably adhered to the adhesive surface 113. The peelable sheet 12 is used to protect the adhesive surface 113 of the backing sheet 111 and provide support to the backing sheet 111.
[0041] See also Figure 1 The peelable sheet 12 includes an inner peelable sheet 121 and an outer peelable sheet 122 that can be easily torn off.
[0042] See also Figure 5 and 7 -8. After the inner peelable sheet 121 is torn off, the outer peelable sheet 122 continues to provide the supporting force to the lining 111, thereby increasing the strength of the physiological parameter detection device 21 adhering to the skin surface.
[0043] See also Figure 1 The inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122 may include at least one inner peelable sub-sheet 123 and at least one outer peelable sub-sheet 124 respectively.
[0044] See also Figure 1 and Figure 14-15 In the patch system 1, a first cutting line A may be provided between the inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122. When the inner peelable sub-sheet 123 is one sheet, the inner peelable sub-sheet 123 may have a second cutting line B; when the inner peelable sub-sheet 123 is multiple sheets, a second cutting line B' may be provided between each of the inner peelable sub-sheets 123. A third cutting line C may be provided between each of the outer peelable sub-sheets 124. The outer peelable sheet 122 may include, for example, four outer peelable sub-sheets 124.
[0045] See also Figure 2 In the patch system 1, the outer shape of the lining 111 can be, but not limited to, an ellipse, a rectangle, a circle, or Fig.24A The design shown is generally long but with a tapered center waist.
[0046] In the patch system 1 , the liner 111 may be flexible; the liner 111 may be made of paper, cloth, or plastic mesh; and the peelable sheet 12 may be release paper or release sheet.
[0047] See also Figure 1-2 and Figure 7 In the patch system 1, the lining 111 may have an area 13, and a first patch area 114 and a second patch area 115 may be provided around the periphery of the area 13, and the positions of the first patch area 114 and the second patch area 115 correspond to the inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122, respectively. For example, the area 13 is an inner area. The area of the area 13 is larger than the area of the physiological parameter detection device 21, and smaller than the area of the base patch 22 of the physiological parameter detection device 21. The inner edge of the inner peelable sheet 121 is smaller than any side of the inner edge of the first patch area 114, so as to protect the adhesive surface 113 of the lining 111.
[0048] The area 13 may be a geometric shape. The area 13 may be a hole, and the hole may be a geometric shape.
[0049] See also Figure 1 and Figure 12-16 In the patch system 1, the inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122 may be respectively provided with at least one inner auxiliary tearing portion 125 and at least one outer auxiliary tearing portion 126, and the shape of each outer auxiliary tearing portion 126 may be convex or concave.
[0050] See also Figure 1 and Fig.16 In the patch system 1, the inner peelable sheet 121 can be a full circle type or a non-full circle type.
[0051] See also Figure 1 and Figure 12-16 The third cutting line C can be a curve, a straight line or a folded line. When the third cutting line C is a curve or a folded line, which is relatively straight, when the outer peelable sub-sheet 124 is torn off, the lining sheet 111 can be kept flat and less likely to fall off.
[0052] See also Figures 1 to 16 The second embodiment of the present invention provides a patch 10, which includes a liner 111 and a peelable sheet 12. The liner 111 is provided with an adhesive layer 112 to form an adhesive surface 113, and the liner 111 is adhered to the skin surface through the adhesive surface 113. For example, the patch 10 is a reinforcement patch and includes the adhesive layer 112.
[0053] The removable sheet 12 is releasably adhered to the adhesive surface 113 of the liner 111. The removable sheet 12 is used to protect the adhesive surface 113 of the liner 111 and provide support to the liner 111. The removable sheet 12 includes an inner removable sheet 121 and an outer removable sheet 122 that can be easily torn off. After the inner removable sheet 121 is torn off, the outer removable sheet 122 continues to provide the support to the liner 111, so that the liner 111 can be easily attached completely.
[0054] The lining 111 has an area 13, and a first patch area 114 and a second patch area 115 are extended around the periphery of the area 13. The first patch area 114 and the second patch area 115 correspond to the inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122 respectively. The area of the area 13 is larger than the area of the physiological parameter detection device 21, and smaller than the area of the base patch 22 of the physiological parameter detection device 21.
[0055] The liner 111 and the peelable sheet 12 in the second embodiment of the present invention have the same features as those in the first embodiment of the present invention, which will not be described in detail herein.
[0056] See also Figures 1 to 16The first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for using a patch, and the method for using the patch includes the following steps:
[0057] See also Figure 1-2 , providing a patch 10, which includes a lining 111 and a peelable sheet 12, wherein the lining 111 has a first patch area 114 and a second patch area 115, the first patch area 114 and the second patch area 115 are attached to the peelable sheet 12, and the peelable sheet 12 provides support for the lining 111, wherein the peelable sheet 12 includes an inner peelable sheet 121 and an outer peelable sheet 122 that are easy to tear off, and the inner peelable sheet 121 and the outer peelable sheet 122 can respectively include at least one inner peelable sub-sheet 123 and at least one outer peelable sub-sheet 124.
[0058] See also Figure 7 , a physiological parameter detection device 21 is provided, and the physiological parameter detection device 21 has a base patch 22, and the physiological parameter detection device 21 is adhered to the skin surface of the user by the base patch 22.
[0059] See also Figure 4-5 , tear off the inner peelable sheet 121, so that the surface of the first patch area 114 of the liner 111 corresponding to the inner peelable sheet 121 is exposed.
[0060] See also Figure 5 and 7 -8. After the inner peelable sheet 121 is torn off, the outer peelable sheet 122 continues to provide the supporting force to the lining 111, so that the lining 111 can be easily and completely attached.
[0061] See also Figure 6 and Figure 9-11 , tear off the outer peelable sheet 122 to expose the surface of the second patch area 115 of the lining 111 corresponding to the outer peelable sheet 122, and increase the strength of the physiological parameter detection device 21 attached to the skin surface by the lining 111.
[0062] See also Fig.17 , which shows a schematic diagram of another implementation structure 511 of the patch 10 in an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.17As shown, the patch 10 includes a liner 111, an adhesive layer 112 and a peelable sheet 12. The liner 111 has a liner surface S21 and a liner surface S22 relative to the liner surface S21. The adhesive layer 112 is disposed on one of the liner surface S21 and the liner surface S22 (for example, the liner surface S21) to form an adhesive surface 113. The adhesive surface 113 includes a central adhesive portion H1 and at least an outer adhesive portion H2. In addition, the peelable sheet 12 of the patch 10 can be peelably bonded to the adhesive layer 112 to protect the adhesive surface 113 and provide support to the liner 111. The removable sheet 12 is provided with an inner removable portion 12A and at least one outer removable portion 12B corresponding to the central adhesive portion H1 and the at least outer adhesive portion H2, respectively, and can be roughly summarized as being in one of the structural states Y11 and Y21. The patch 10 in the structural state Y11 has a width WA1. The patch 10 in the structural state Y21 has a width WB1. Specifically, the width WA1 is greater than the width of the physiological parameter detection device (not shown), and the width WB1 is not greater than the width of the physiological parameter detection device, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the structural state Y11, the central adhesive portion H1 is surrounded by the outer adhesive portion H2. In the structural state Y21, the outer adhesive portion H2 is located on opposite sides of the inner removable portion 12A.
[0063] See also Fig.18 , Fig.19A , Fig.19B , Fig. 20A , Fig. 20B , Fig.21 and Fig. 22 . Fig.18 , Fig. 20A , Fig. 20B and Fig.21 Show in Fig.17 The schematic diagrams of the multiple implementation structures 512, 513, 514 and 515 of the patch 10 are all related to the structural state Y11, and Fig. 20A The illustrated implementation structure 513 is a front view of the patch 10 (i.e., viewed from the liner 111 toward the peelable sheet 12). Fig. 20B and Fig.21 The implementation structure 514 and the implementation structure 515 respectively shown are schematic rear views of the patch 10 (ie, viewed from the peelable sheet 12 toward the liner 111 ). Fig.19A , Fig.19B and Fig. 22 Display applications separately Fig.18 The patch system 7 of the patch 10, wherein Fig.19A A schematic diagram of the exploded view of the patch system 7 is shown. Fig.19B A schematic diagram of the assembly of the patch system 7 is shown. Fig. 22 A side view of the patch system 7 after assembly is shown.
[0064] like Fig.19A and Fig.19B As shown, the patch system 7 includes a base patch 22, a patch 10, and a physiological parameter detection device 21 disposed between the base patch 22 and the patch 10. The physiological parameter detection device 21 includes a base 21a and a sensor 21b. The sensor 21b is to be mounted on the base 21a and is detachable. Through the base patch 22, the physiological parameter detection device 21 can be adhered to the skin surface S1 of the human body 930. Fig.19B As described above, the strength of the physiological parameter detection device 21 attached to the skin surface is improved by the patch 10, that is, the patch 10 is a reinforcement patch and is used by the user 950. For example, the user 950 has the human body 930.
[0065] Specifically, when the inner peelable portion 12A is removed to expose the central adhesive portion H1, the patch 10 is caused to apply pressure P1 toward the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, so that the central adhesive portion H1 adheres to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, and the outer peelable portion 12B that has not been peeled off continues to provide support to the lining 111, preventing the patch 10 from wrinkling and being unable to perform subsequent attachment actions. Then, the outer peelable portion 12B can be peeled off one after another to allow the outer adhesive portion H2 to adhere to the rest of the physiological parameter detection device 21, the base patch 22 and the skin surface S1, and finally complete the following steps. Fig.19B shown.
[0066] like Figures 18 to 19BAs shown, the patch 10 includes the adhesive layer 112. The skin surface S1 is the skin surface of the human body 930. The patch 10 also includes at least one opening 41 through the lining 111. The opening 41 is located between the central adhesive part H1 or the central adhesive part H1 and the outer adhesive part H2. When the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 41 is constructed to correspond to at least one long side Q21 of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21. In other words, when the patch 10 is to be bonded to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, the side Q21 of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 can be pre-aligned through the opening 41 to prevent misalignment. In addition, the lining 111 has a longitudinal direction E1 and a specific direction E2 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction E1. In one embodiment, the ductility of the lining 111 in the longitudinal direction E1 is greater than the ductility in the specific direction E2. The central adhesive portion H1 is arranged along the longitudinal direction E1 of the lining 111, and the opening 41 of the patch 10 is also arranged along the longitudinal direction E1. Furthermore, the adhesive force per unit area G1 of the central adhesive portion H1 can be smaller than the adhesive force per unit area G2 of the outer adhesive portion H2, so as to avoid the problem of requiring the removal of residual adhesive when the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 is reused due to an excessively large adhesive area.
[0067] like Fig.19A As shown, the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 also includes an anti-fool surface structure 23b, and another anti-fool surface structure 23a is correspondingly provided on the base 21a of the physiological parameter detection device 21. When the sensor 21b is to be installed on the base 21a, the anti-fool surface structure 23b of the sensor 21b can be firstly aligned with the anti-fool surface structure 23b of the base 21a, and then the sensor 21b is pressed down until the installation is completed. Therefore, the lining 111 can also have at least one opening 42, and the opening 42 is configured to correspond to the anti-fool surface structure 23b of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, so as to enhance the alignment accuracy of the patch 10 when the patch 10 is attached. More preferably, the lining 111 can also have an opening 43, and when the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 43 is configured to correspond to the short side Q22 of the sensor 21b.
[0068] like Figure 18 to Figure 21As shown, the outer adhesive portion H2 extends around the central adhesive portion H1. A first cutting line A is provided between the inner peelable portion 12A and the outer peelable portion 12B. The outer peelable portion 12B has at least one third cutting line C to include multiple outer peelable sub-sheets 124, so that the user 950 can tear them off in batches, thereby maintaining the flatness of the liner 111 when attaching the patch 10. Specifically, in Fig.18 In the implementation structure 512, the number of the plurality of outer peelable sub-sheets 124 may be four, so that each outer peelable sub-sheet 124 can be torn off along a straight line.
[0069] in addition, Fig. 20A , Fig. 20B and Fig.21 The implementation structures 513, 514 and 515 are similar to Fig.18 In the embodiment 512, the configuration of the peelable sheet 12 is substantially the same as that of the liner 111, and other features are described as follows. The outer adhesive portion H2 includes a first patch area K21 and a second patch area K22. The inner peelable portion 12A of the peelable sheet 12 corresponds to the combination of the central adhesive portion H1 and the first patch area K21. The outer peelable portion 12B of the peelable sheet 12 corresponds to the second patch area K22.
[0070] The inner peelable portion 12A includes a first inner peelable sub-portion M11 and a second inner peelable sub-portion M12 corresponding to the central adhesive portion H1 and the first patch area K21, respectively. A fourth cutting line D1 is provided between the first inner peelable sub-portion M11 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M12. After the first inner peelable sub-portion M11 is torn off, the second inner peelable sub-portion M12 and the outer peelable portion 12B can continue to provide the support force F2 to the lining 111, so that the central adhesive portion H1 is easily attached to the first patch area K21. Fig.19A The top surface 21S of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 shown in the figure can also prevent too much of the adhesive surface 13 from being exposed at one time during installation, thereby protecting the adhesive surface 13 and maintaining the flatness of the patch 10. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. Fig.18 In the illustrated implementation structure 512 , the fourth cutting line D1 may be omitted. Alternatively, the area of the inner peelable portion 12A may be adjusted to cover only the central adhesive portion H1 , and the outer peelable portion 12B may cover the first patch area K21 and the second patch area K22 .
[0071] In the implementation structures 513 , 514 , and 515 , the number of the plurality of outer peelable sub-sheets 124 is two.
[0072] In addition, if Fig.21As shown, the outer peelable portion 12B includes a main body 160 and at least one auxiliary tearing portion 171 extending from the main body 160. The auxiliary tearing portion 171 may be in a protruding shape, but is not limited to, and protrudes outward from the outer edge 161 of the main body 160, so that the user 950 can hold and tear off the outer peelable sub-sheets 124 in sequence.
[0073] Likewise, with Fig.19A To illustrate, when the first inner peelable sub-portion M11 is removed to expose the central adhesive portion H1, and the adhesive surface 113 of the patch 10 is pressed downward toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the central adhesive portion H1 adheres to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, and the second inner peelable sub-portion M12 and the outer peelable portion 12B continue to provide support to the lining 111 to maintain the flatness of the lining 111 of the patch 10. Subsequently, the second inner peelable sub-portion M12 is torn off so that the first patch area K21 of the outer adhesive portion H2 adheres to the rest of the physiological parameter detection device 21, the base patch 22, and even part of the skin surface S1. Finally, the outer peelable sub-sheets 124 are torn off in sequence so that the second patch area K22 of the outer adhesive portion H2 adheres to the skin surface S1.
[0074] Thus, as Fig. 22 As shown, under the condition that the patch 10 is adhered to the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface S1, the patch 10 provides downward pressure to the physiological parameter detection device 21, and the downward pressure is used to increase the adhesion strength of the physiological parameter detection device 21 to the skin surface S1. In addition to providing the downward pressure to strengthen the strength of the physiological parameter detection device set on the skin surface, the patch 10 provided by the present invention is also designed to form an inclined surface R12 by attaching the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 to the short side Q22 along the central area, so that clothes can slide along the inclined surface formed by the patch 10 when putting on and taking off clothes, thereby preventing the physiological parameter detection device 21 from being torn off during the process of putting on and taking off clothes. Preferably, the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b to the inclined surface R12 is a continuous surface.

[0076] like Fig.23A and Fig. 23B As shown, the outer adhesive portion H2 is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central adhesive portion H1 and includes a first patch area K21 and a second patch area K22. The outer peelable portion 12B has two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 corresponding to the first patch area K21 and the second patch area K22 respectively.
[0077] The inner peelable portion 12A corresponds to the central adhesive portion H1 and includes a first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and a second inner peelable sub-portion M22 separated from each other. When the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 are lifted up and the lifted first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the lifted second inner peelable sub-portion M22 are folded toward the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 respectively to expose the central adhesive portion H1, the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 can continue to provide the support force to the lining 111 to maintain the flatness of the patch 10. The first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 of the inner peelable portion 12A are separated from each other by a fourth cutting line D2. The fourth cutting line D2 is a curve, a fold line or a straight line.
[0078] Although not shown, in other embodiments, the inner peelable portion 12A covers the central adhesive portion H1 as a single piece. At this time, at least one of the two opposite sides QH1 and QH2 of the inner peelable portion 12A can be separated from at least one of the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22, for example, the side edge QH1 of the inner peelable portion is separated from the outer peelable sub-portion N21. When the inner peelable portion 12A is lifted to expose the central adhesive portion H1, the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 can continue to provide the support force to the liner 111 to maintain the flatness of the patch 10.
[0079] Back to Fig.23A, the inner peelable portion 12A and the outer peelable portion 12B are connected by at least one pre-pressing line U11. The inner peelable portion 12A can be lifted up and folded along the pre-pressing line U11 toward the outer peelable portion 12B to expose the central adhesive portion H1. Preferably, the pre-pressing line U11 can be a continuous pre-pressing line or a discontinuous pre-pressing line. It must be noted that the pre-pressing line here can be applied not only to Fig.17 The structural aspect Y21 can also be applied to the structural aspect Y11, for example: the outer peelable sub-sheet 124 can enhance the flatness of the patch 10 during the tearing process.
[0080] Matching Fig.24A From the perspective of the central adhesive portion H1, in addition to the side edges QH1 and QH2, the central adhesive portion H1 also has side edges QH3 and QH4. As mentioned above, the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 has two long sides Q21 and two short sides Q22. The central adhesive portion H1 is configured so that one side QH3 corresponds to one of the two long sides Q21 of the sensor 21b of the physiological signal detection device 21, and the other side QH4 corresponds to the other of the two long sides Q21 of the sensor 21b of the physiological signal detection device 21, for alignment.
[0081] Preferably, the adhesive force per unit area G1 of the central adhesive portion H1 is smaller than the adhesive force per unit area G2 of the outer adhesive portion H2 to avoid the problem of requiring removal of residual adhesive when the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21 is reused due to an excessively large adhesive area.
[0082] Please refer to FIG. 24A to FIG. 24F , Fig.24A The physiological parameter detection device 21 in the embodiment includes a base patch 22, a base 21a and a sensor 21b. Fig. 24B As shown, the base 21a is adhered to the skin surface S1 through the base patch 22; and the sensor 21b is installed on the base 21a.
[0083] like Fig.24C As shown, further matching Fig. 23B , the central adhesive portion H1 is ready to be adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b. Fig.24D As shown, the central adhesive portion H1 is adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b. At this time, the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 have not yet been peeled off from the first patch area K21 and the second patch area K22 and can continue to provide support for the lining 111, and the lining 111 is in a state where it has not yet been pressed down and adhered to the rest of the physiological parameter detection device 21, the base patch 22 and the skin surface S1.
[0084] like Fig.24EAs shown, the outer peelable sub-portion N21 on one side is torn off by using the lifted first inner peelable sub-portion M21 as an auxiliary tearing portion, and the first patch area K21 of the lining 111 is pressed down and bonded to the side of the sensor 21b, the base 21a and the skin surface S1, wherein it is possible to bond to part of the base patch 22 depending on the area of the base patch 22.
[0085] Finally, if Fig.24F As shown, the outer peelable sub-portion N22 on the other side is torn off by using the lifted second inner peelable sub-portion M22 as an auxiliary tearing portion, and the second patch area K22 of the lining 111 is pressed down and adhered to the side of the sensor 21b, the base 21a and the skin surface S1, so that the lining 111 is completely attached to the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface S1.
[0086] It can be seen that the present invention discloses a method W11 (or installation method) for attaching the aforementioned patch 10 to the physiological parameter detection device 21. The method W11 includes the following steps: providing a physiological parameter detection device 21, the physiological parameter detection device 21 at least including a base 21a and a sensor 21b, wherein the base 21a is disposed on the skin surface S1 by means of a base patch 22, and the sensor 21b is detachably mounted to the base 21a and has a top surface 21S; and after the base 21a is adhered to the skin surface S1 by means of the base patch 22, the sensor 21b is mounted to the base 21a.
[0087] The method W11 also includes the following steps: lifting the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 of the patch 10 relative to the cutting line D2 to expose the central adhesive portion H1; pressing the central adhesive portion H1 of the reinforcing patch 10 downward toward the physiological parameter detection device 21 to make the central adhesive portion H1 adhere to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b; and using the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 as force points, respectively, to tear off the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22, so that the outer adhesive portion H2 adheres to the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface S1.
[0088] See also Fig.25A , Fig.25B , Fig.25C , Fig.25D , Fig.25E , Fig.25F and Figure 25G , which respectively show the operation schematic diagram of applying the aforementioned patch 10 to the patch system. Fig.25A As shown, the base 21a is adhered to the skin surface S1 by the base patch 22. Fig.25B As shown in FIG. 1 , the sensor 21b is separated from the base 21a, and the central adhesive portion H1 is ready to be adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b. Specifically, the lining 111 can use the side edges QH3 and QH4 of the central adhesive portion H1 to align the two long sides Q21 of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21, and then adhere the central adhesive portion H1 to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b, as shown in FIG. Fig.25C shown.
[0089] like Fig.25D As shown, the sensor 21b with the patch 10 is aligned with the fool-proof surface structure 23b on the base 21a, and then the sensor 21b is mounted on the base 21a, as shown in FIG. Fig.25E As shown. Fig.25F As shown in FIG. 1 , the outer peelable sub-portion N21 on one side is torn off by using the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 that has been lifted up as an auxiliary tearing portion, and the first patch area K21 of the liner is pressed down to fit the side of the sensor 21b, the base 21a and the skin surface S1. Finally, as shown in FIG. Figure 25G As shown, the outer peelable sub-portion N22 on the other side is torn off by using the lifted second inner peelable sub-portion M22 as an auxiliary tearing portion, and the second patch area K22 of the lining 111 is pressed down and adhered to the side of the sensor 21b, the base 21a and the skin surface S1, so that the lining 111 is completely attached to the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface S1.
[0090] It can be seen that the present invention discloses another method W21 (or another installation method) for attaching the patch 10 to the physiological parameter detection device 21. The method W21 includes the following steps: providing a physiological parameter detection device 21, the physiological parameter detection device 21 at least including a base 21a and a sensor 21b, wherein the base 21a is disposed on the skin surface S1 through a base patch 22, and the sensor 21b is detachably mounted to the base 21a and has a top surface 21S; and adhering the base 21a to the skin surface S1 through the base patch 22.
[0091] The method W21 also includes the following steps: lifting the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 of the reinforcing patch 10 relative to the cutting line D2 to expose the central adhesive portion H1; adhering the central adhesive portion H1 of the patch 10 to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b; installing the sensor 21b to which the patch 10 is adhered to the base 21a; and using the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 as force points, respectively, to tear off the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22, so that the outer adhesive portion H2 adheres to the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface S1.
[0092] See also Fig.26A , Fig.26B , Fig.26C and Fig.26D . Fig.26A Show in Fig.17 FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of another implementation structure 541 of the patch 10 . Fig.26B , Fig.26C and Fig.26D Schematic diagrams showing the application of the implementation structure 541 to the patch system 7 are shown respectively.
[0093] like Fig.26A As shown, the implementation structure 541 is Fig.23A The implementation structure 521 is a modified structure. Fig.26A As shown, the lining 111 has a longitudinal direction E1 and has relatively large ductility in the longitudinal direction E1. The central adhesive portion H1 is arranged along the longitudinal direction E1 of the lining 111. The patch 10 includes at least one opening 42 passing through the lining 111. For example, the lining 111 is provided with the at least one opening 41 on the central adhesive portion H1. When the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 42 is constructed to correspond to the fool-proof surface structure 23b of the sensor 21b of the physiological parameter detection device 21. In addition, the lining may also include another opening 43, and when the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 43 is constructed to correspond to the short side Q22 of the sensor 21b. More specifically, since the fool-proof surface structure 23 b of the sensor 21 b is disposed on the other short side Q22 thereof, the opening 42 and the opening 43 are disposed opposite to each other.
[0094] Next, there are two methods for installing the reinforcing patch 10 in the implementation structure 541. The first installation method is as follows: Fig.26B and Fig.26C As shown. Fig.26BAs shown, the base 21a is adhered to the skin surface S1 through the base patch 22; the sensor 21b is mounted on the base 21a; and the central adhesive portion H1 is ready to be adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b. Fig.26C As shown, the central adhesive portion H1 is adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b, and the subsequent process is the same as FIG. 24E to FIG. 24F That is to say, according to the first installation method, the patch 10 is bonded to the sensor 21b after the sensor 21b is installed to the base 21a.
[0095] In addition, if Fig.26D As shown, the sensor 21b is separated from the base 21a; the central adhesive portion H1 is ready to be adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b; the central adhesive portion H1 is adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b; and the sensor 21b with the patch 10 is about to be installed on the base 21a, and the subsequent process is the same as FIG. 25E to FIG. 25G That is, according to the second installation method, before the sensor 21b is installed on the base 21a, the central adhesive portion H1 of the patch 10 is firstly adhered to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b.
[0096] It can be seen that the present invention provides a method W31 for increasing the adhesion strength of a physiological parameter detection device 21 to a skin surface S1. The physiological parameter detection device 21 includes a base 21a and a sensor 21b. The base 21a is used to be arranged on the skin surface S1. The sensor 21b is detachably mounted to the base 21a and has a top surface 21S.
[0097] The method W31 comprises the following steps: providing a patch 10, the patch 10 comprising a lining 111 and a peelable sheet 12, wherein the lining 111 is provided with an adhesive layer 112 to form an adhesive surface 113, and the adhesive surface 113 comprises a central adhesive portion H1 and an outer adhesive portion H2, and the peelable sheet 12 is peelably bonded to the adhesive layer 112 to protect the adhesive surface 113, and comprises an inner peelable portion 12A and an outer peelable portion 12B; peeling the inner peelable portion 12A from the central adhesive portion H1 to at least expose the central adhesive portion H1; and 12B provides a supporting force to the lining 111, so that the exposed central adhesive part H1 is bonded to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b; under the condition that the base 21a is set on the skin surface S1 through the base patch 22, the patch 10 and the sensor 21b are installed on the base 21a to complete the assembly of the physiological parameter detection device 21; under the condition that the patch 10 and the sensor 21b are installed on the base 21a together, the outer removable part 12B is torn off to expose the outer adhesive part H2; and the exposed outer adhesive part H2 is bonded to the skin surface S1.
[0098] The patch 10 also includes at least one opening 41 through the lining 111. For example, the opening 41 is located between the central adhesive portion H1 or the central adhesive portion H1 and the outer adhesive portion H2. The step of bonding the exposed central adhesive portion H1 to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b includes the following sub-steps: when the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 41 corresponds to at least one side Q21 of the physiological parameter detection device 21. Preferably, the patch 10 may also include another opening 42 through the lining 111, and the step of bonding the exposed central adhesive portion H1 to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b also includes the following sub-steps: when the patch 10 is caused to apply the pressure P1 toward the physiological parameter detection device 21, the opening 42 corresponds to at least one fool-proof surface structure 23b of the physiological parameter detection device 21.
[0099] There is a first cutting line A between the inner peelable portion 12A and the outer peelable portion 12B. The outer peelable portion 12B has at least one third cutting line C to include a plurality of outer peelable sub-sheets 124. The step of tearing off the outer peelable portion 12B to expose the outer adhesive portion H2 includes the following sub-steps: tearing off each of the outer peelable sub-sheets 124 in sequence.
[0100] The outer adhesive portion H2 is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the central adhesive portion H1 and includes a first patch area K21 and a second patch area K22. The outer peelable portion 12B has two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 corresponding to the first patch area K21 and the second patch area K22 respectively. The inner peelable sheet 12 corresponds to the central adhesive portion H1 and includes a first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and a second inner peelable sub-portion M22 separated from each other. The step of bonding the exposed central adhesive portion H1 to the top surface 21S of the sensor 21b includes the following sub-steps: under the condition that the first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the second inner peelable sub-portion M22 are lifted up and the lifted up first inner peelable sub-portion M21 and the lifted up second inner peelable sub-portion M22 are respectively folded toward the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 to expose the central adhesive portion H1, the two outer peelable sub-portions N21 and N22 continue to provide a supporting force F2 to the lining 111, so that the central adhesive portion H1 is adhered to the top surface 21S of the physiological parameter detection device 21.
[0101] The inner peelable portion 12A and the outer peelable portion 12B are connected by at least one pre-pressing line U11. The step of peeling the inner peelable portion 12A off the central adhesive portion H1 includes the following sub-steps: lifting the inner peelable portion 12A and folding it along the pre-pressing line U11 toward the outer peelable portion 12B to expose the central adhesive portion H1.
[0102] See also Fig.27A and Fig.27B . Fig.27A A schematic diagram showing a patch system 8 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.27B Show in Fig.27A FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram of an implementation structure 811 of the patch system 8. Fig.27A and Fig.27B As shown, the patch system 8 includes a physiological parameter detection device 21 and a patch assembly 30 related to the physiological parameter detection device 21. The physiological parameter detection device 21 includes a base 21a and a sensor 21b. The sensor 21b is detachably mounted to the base 21a and has a top surface 21S, two long sides Q21 and two short sides Q22.
[0103] The patch assembly 30 is connected to the physiological parameter detection device 21, and includes a base patch 22 (or a base patch portion 22) and a patch 10 extending from the base patch 22 (i.e., one of the reinforcement patch 10 and the reinforcement patch portion 10). The base patch 22 includes a lining 223, and the lining 223 has a bonding surface 223a and an adhesive surface 223b that are relatively arranged. The bonding surface 223a is connected to the base 21a. The adhesive surface 223b is used to adhere to the skin surface (not shown). The patch 10 includes another lining 111, an adhesive layer 112 and a peelable sheet 12, and the adhesive layer 112 has an adhesive surface 113. Specifically, the lining 111 of the patch 10 is a lining 223 extending from the base patch 22, that is, the patch 10 and the base patch 22 are preferably integrally formed. The peelable sheet 12 is used to protect the adhesive surface 113 of the patch 10. In addition, the adhesive surface 223b of the base patch 22 is specifically located on the opposite sides of the integrally formed liner 223 and the liner 111 with the adhesive surface 113 of the patch 10.
[0104] The base 21a of the physiological parameter detection device 21 is arranged on the skin surface (not shown) by the adhesive surface 223b of the base patch 22. The sensor 21b is mounted on the base 21a. Subsequently, the peelable sheet 12 is separated from the bonding surface 223a of the base patch 22 by the fourth cutting line D3 and removed so that the patch 10 is folded toward the base patch 22 with the adhesive surface 113, and attached along the short side Q22 of the sensor 21b, the top surface 21S and the other short side Q22 to form at least two inclined surfaces R21 and R22. Preferably, although not shown, the peelable sheet 12 may include an inner peelable portion close to the bonding surface 223a of the base patch 22 and an outer peelable portion away from the bonding surface 223a of the base patch 22, and they can be separated from each other by another cutting line, or connected by a pre-pressing line. As described above, when the patch 10 is to be attached to the physiological parameter detection device 21, the inner peelable portion can be removed or lifted to expose part of the adhesive surface 113 to pre-bond a part of the physiological parameter detection device 21, such as one of the short sides Q22. At this time, the remaining outer peelable portion will continue to provide support to the liner 111 to maintain the flatness of the patch 10.
[0105] See also Fig.28A and Fig.28B , which are shown in Fig.27A Schematic diagram of another two implementation structures 821 and 822 of the patch system 8. Fig.28A and Fig.28BAs shown, the lining 111 has a longitudinal direction E1, a specific direction E2 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction E1, and a specific direction E3 opposite to the specific direction E2. The lining 111 has a main portion 311 in the longitudinal direction E1, and an extension portion 312 extending from the main portion 311 in the specific direction E2. The lining 111 may further have an extension portion 313 extending from the main portion 311 in the specific direction E3.
[0106] The extension portion 313 is aligned with the extension portion 312. For example, the extension portion 312 and the extension portion 313 are two wings respectively. Therefore, the patch 10 preferably also includes at least one wing. The at least one wing is used to provide a fixed direction (for example, the specific direction E2) different from the longitudinal direction E1, and is used to improve the bonding strength between one corner of the physiological parameter detection device 21 and the skin surface (not shown). For example, the position of the corner corresponds to the intersection of the base patch 22 and the patch 10.
[0107] In the implementation structure 822, the intersection of the base patch 22 and the patch 10 is combined on one side. Therefore, the patch 10 is adhered along the short side Q22 of the sensor 21b, the top surface 21S and the other short side Q22 and extends to the periphery to adhere to the skin surface (not shown), and provides downward pressure to the entire physiological parameter detection device 21, thereby strengthening the strength of the physiological parameter detection device 21 adhering to the skin surface (not shown).
