[0086] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clearly understood, the present disclosure is further described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0087] However, it should be understood that these descriptions are exemplary only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. In the following detailed description, for ease of explanation, many specific details are set forth to provide a comprehensive understanding of the embodiments of the present disclosure. However, it is apparent that one or more embodiments may also be implemented without these specific details. In addition, in the following description, descriptions of known structures and technologies are omitted to avoid unnecessary confusion of the concepts of the present disclosure.

[0088] The terms used herein are only for describing specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. The terms "comprise", "include", etc. used herein indicate the existence of the features, steps, operations and / or components, but do not exclude the existence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations or components.

[0089] All terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the meanings commonly understood by those skilled in the art, unless otherwise defined. It should be noted that the terms used herein should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with the context of this specification, and should not be interpreted in an idealized or overly rigid manner.

[0090] In the case of using expressions such as "at least one of A, B, and C, etc.", it should generally be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of the expression generally understood by those skilled in the art (for example, "a system having at least one of A, B, and C" should include but is not limited to a system having A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B, A and C, B and C, and / or A, B, C, etc.). In the case of using expressions such as "at least one of A, B, or C, etc.", it should generally be interpreted in accordance with the meaning of the expression generally understood by those skilled in the art (for example, "a system having at least one of A, B, or C" should include but is not limited to a system having A alone, B alone, C alone, A and B, A and C, B and C, and / or A, B, C, etc.).

[0091] In the related technologies, the treatment of various types of pollutants is generally completed through a single facility system, so there are the following problems: 1. Each device is independently set up and operated separately, the overall equipment investment is large, and the enterprise cost is increased; 2. The various devices are arranged in series, occupying a large area; 3. The system resistance increases, the number of equipment is large, and the operation and maintenance costs of the whole set of equipment are high; 4. For the treatment of high-temperature flue gas, high-temperature filter bags must be used for dust collector filter bags. Traditional high-temperature filter materials such as polyimide fiber filter materials and polytetrafluoroethylene filter materials (maximum temperature resistance 260°C) need to take cooling measures, such as mixing air and heat exchanger cooling, which increases the system scale and energy consumption. In addition, the inlet temperature of the activated carbon adsorption device is generally lower than 40°C, and it must also be cooled before entering the activated carbon adsorption device, which makes the traditional process complicated and the investment large, which does not conform to the ecological development concept of energy conservation and emission reduction.

[0092] Based on the above situation, the present invention has developed a composite process and a new filter for simultaneously treating dust and VOCs.

[0093] It should be noted that the composite process and novel filter for simultaneously treating dust and VOCs provided by the present disclosure can be used in the coal industry, metallurgical industry, etc., and can also be used in any field other than the coal and metallurgical industries that needs to treat high-temperature dust and VOCs gases. Therefore, the application field of the composite process and novel filter for simultaneously treating dust and VOCs provided by the present disclosure is not limited.

[0094] The embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a novel composite filter for simultaneously treating dust and VOCs. Figure 2 A side view of a novel filter according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is schematically shown.

[0095] It should be noted that Figure 2 The examples shown are merely examples of new filters to which the embodiments of the present disclosure can be applied, in order to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, but it does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure only include the components shown in the figures.

[0096] like Figure 2 As shown, the novel filter may include: a smoke purification box 1 , a first partition plate 2 , an air inlet duct 3 , an air outlet duct 4 and at least one dust removal filter bag 5 .

[0097] The smoke purification box 1 has a storage space inside.

[0098] According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the shape of the smoke purification box 1 is not limited. For example, the shape of the smoke purification box 1 can be a rectangular parallelepiped, a cube, or a cylinder.

[0099] The first partition plate 2 is arranged in the accommodating space of the smoke purification box 1 to divide the accommodating space into a clean area 1.1 and a polluted area 1.2. The first partition plate 2 is provided with at least one through hole 2.1.

[0101] The air inlet duct 3 is arranged outside the smoke purification box 1, connected to the side wall of the contaminated area 1.2 and communicated with the contaminated area 1.2.

[0102] The air outlet duct 4 is arranged outside the smoke purification box 1, connected to the side wall of the clean area 1.1 and communicated with the clean area 1.1.

[0103] At least one dust filter bag 5 is disposed in the contaminated area 1 . 2 , and an open end of the dust filter bag 5 is located in the through hole 2 . 1 to be connected to the first partition plate 2 .

[0104] The dust removal filter bag 5 may include a metal fiber filter bag loaded with a catalyst.

[0105] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the smoke purification box 1 is divided into a clean area 1.1 and a polluted area 1.2 by using a first partition plate 2, and the open end of the dust filter bag 5 is located in the through hole 2.1 of the first partition plate 2, so as to connect the dust filter bag 5 to the first partition plate 2. At this time, the open end of the dust filter bag 5 is located in the clean area 1.1, and the dust filter bag 5 is located in the polluted area 1.2. When the device of the present disclosure is used for flue gas treatment, the flue gas enters the polluted area 1.2 through the air intake pipe 3, and then is filtered by the dust filter bag 5 to remove dust and VOCs, and then enters the clean area 1.1 through the open end of the dust filter bag 5, and then is discharged through the air outlet pipe 4. Therefore, the new filter provided by the present disclosure integrates multiple functions into one, realizes the simultaneous removal of dust and VOCs, has strong environmental protection benefits and economic benefits, and the equipment provided by the present disclosure has a simple structure, convenient operation, low cost, high efficiency and safety.

[0106] Figure 3 The schematic diagram of the filtering mechanism of the novel filter according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is schematically shown.

[0107] like Figure 3As shown, the metal fiber filter material formed by clustering and drawing with the corresponding load of the catalyst component and the corresponding metal material is used according to the different flue gas temperatures and components. When filtering the flue gas, the flue gas enters the clean surface 10.5 after passing through the metal fiber filter material layer 10 loaded with the catalyst from the polluted surface 10.4. The filtering mechanism of the metal fiber filter material layer 10 loaded with the catalyst is that when the flue gas dust 10.2 passes through the metal fiber filter material layer 10 loaded with the catalyst, the surface dust layer 10.1 is quickly formed by the fiber felt surface through screening, interception, collision, and electrostatic action; then the dust in the flue gas is efficiently filtered (surface filtration) through the surface dust layer 10.1. At the same time, under the action of high temperature, the catalyst loaded on the metal fiber filter material layer 10 loaded with the catalyst catalyzes the oxidation reaction of VOCs gas 10.3 to produce CO2 and H2O, thereby removing VOCs gas from the flue gas.

[0108] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the catalyst includes a metal having catalytic activity or a metal oxide having catalytic activity.

[0109] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the catalyst may be, for example, one or more of iridium oxide, palladium oxide, ruthenium oxide, rhodium oxide, iron oxide, cerium oxide, aluminum oxide, chromium oxide, barium oxide, zinc oxide, lanthanum cobalt oxide, and lanthanum manganese oxide.

[0110] Figure 4 A cross-sectional view of a novel filter according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is schematically shown.

[0111] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, Figure 4 As shown, there are multiple through holes 2, the number of dust filter bags 5 is the same as the number of through holes 2.1, and the dust filter bags 5 correspond to the through holes 2.1 one by one.

[0113] According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of through holes 2.1 are provided on the first partition plate 2, and the number of dust filter bags 5 and the through holes 2.1 are the same and correspond one to one, so that the open end of the dust filter bag 5 can be inserted into the through hole 2.1, which facilitates the fixing of the dust filter bag 5 and the first partition plate 2. In addition, the provision of a plurality of dust filter bags 5 helps to improve the efficiency of treating the flue gas.

[0114] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the open end of the dust filter bag 5 may be provided with a fixing member (not shown in the figure) for fixing the dust filter bag 5 to the first partition plate 2, for example, it may be a fixing ring.

[0115] Figure 5A cross-sectional view of a smoke filtering device according to another embodiment of the present disclosure is schematically shown.

[0116] According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, Figure 5 As shown, it also includes:

[0117] At least one second partition plate 6 is arranged in the accommodating space, one end of the second partition plate 6 is connected to the top wall of the clean area 1.1, dividing the clean area 1.1 into multiple sub-clean areas 103; the other end of the second partition plate 6 extends to the contaminated area 1.2, dividing multiple dust removal filter bags 5 into multiple filter spaces 1.4.

In actual use, the operator can flexibly select the number of dust filter bags 5 according to the amount of smoke to be processed. For example, when the amount of smoke to be processed is small, the two pneumatic valves 1.5 are closed, and only half of the dust filter bags 5 participate in the smoke treatment work. When the amount of smoke to be processed is large, all the pneumatic valves 1.5 are opened, so that all the dust filter bags 5 participate in the work, so as to facilitate the treatment of smoke of various scales under various working conditions.

[0123] According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the novel filter further includes:

[0124] The dust cleaning device 7 is arranged in the sub-clean area 1.3. Each sub-clean area 1.3 is provided with at least one group of dust cleaning devices 7. The dust cleaning device 7 is connected to the side wall of the sub-clean area 1.3.
