Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This application claims priority based on Korean Patent Application No. 10-2020-0072572 filed on June 15, 2020 and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2020-0147056 filed on November 5, 2020, and all the contents disclosed in the specification and drawings of the application are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] The present application relates to a spray type cosmetic composition having excellent makeup holding force and spray force at the same time. In more detail, the present application relates to a makeup fixing agent cosmetic composition used after applying makeup cosmetics, and in particular, to a mist agent type makeup fixing agent cosmetic composition. BACKGROUND

[0003] The film forming agent used in the cosmetic is mainly a high molecular compound having a polymer form, and functions to form a soft, durable, and conformable film membrane on the surface of the skin or hair.

[0004] A film having different properties can be formed through various synthesis or reaction processes of the film forming agent. The film forming agent is mainly used in color cosmetic eye makeup cosmetics (Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2019-0002810), and also used in basic cosmetics with purposes such as wrinkle improvement (Korean Patent Registration Publication No. 10-1714598), peel-off type mask (Korean Patent Registration Publication No. 10-1716475), etc. However, the film forming agent has a drawback that the more it is used, the more sticky and the less spray force it has.

[0005] On the contrary, even in basic cosmetics, a mist agent is classified as a leave-on cosmetic that is sprayed on the surface of the skin and remains on a large area.

[0006] Among these mist agent cosmetics, a makeup fixing agent that is used after color cosmetic application to improve makeup durability has been on the market.

[0007] In the makeup fixing agent, spray force and makeup holding force are important factors, but it is difficult to satisfy both conditions at the same time. Therefore, the fact is that research for solving these problems is needed. SUMMARY

[0008] Problem to be solved

[0009] The problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a spray type cosmetic composition having excellent makeup holding force (fixing force and / or durability) and spray force at the same time and having less stickiness.

[0010] Another problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to provide a cosmetic composition which is a spray type like a mist spray type, and which is used for a makeup fixing agent, and which has excellent makeup holding power and spray power at the same time.

[0011] Means for solving the problem

[0012] The present inventors tried to develop a spray type cosmetic composition which has less stickiness and excellent spray power while containing a film forming agent in order to improve makeup fixing power and durability.

[0013] To this end, a composition was prepared using polyvinylpyrrolidone which has excellent adhesion. Polyvinylpyrrolidone has the advantage of excellent makeup durability compared to other film forming agents. However, there is a disadvantage that the more the content of polyvinylpyrrolidone is increased in order to improve makeup fixing power and durability, the more sticky it is and the less spray power it has.

[0014] In order to overcome the problems caused by polyvinylpyrrolidone as described above, the present inventors added various starch materials to the composition. Starch refers to starch-based polymers. Starch is an amphiphilic substance, and functions to absorb water and oil at the same time, and has a film forming function. Among the starches, there are hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, acetylated corn starch, acetylated rice starch, etc. which are subjected to various modification or synthesis processes in order to improve solubility.

[0015] As a result of the confirmation by the present inventors, when hydroxypropyl starch among the starch materials is contained in the makeup fixing agent composition together with polyvinylpyrrolidone, the advantages of the above polyvinylpyrrolidone are maintained (i.e., makeup fixing power and durability are maintained), and at the same time, the disadvantage of polyvinylpyrrolidone, i.e., reduction in spray power, is minimal, and it is not sticky.

[0016] Not all starch materials exhibit the above effects, and only hydroxypropyl starch is suitable for the intended use. In particular, when general unmodified starch and modified starch other than hydroxypropyl starch are used, bad results are shown in terms of the precipitation stability of the dosage form.

[0017] That is, the present inventors solved the limitations of low makeup durability, low mist spray power, or stickiness which occur when polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydroxypropyl starch are used alone, respectively, by combining polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydroxypropyl starch. That is, in the present disclosure, it was confirmed that the advantages of the makeup fixing power and durability of polyvinylpyrrolidone and the spray power and less stickiness of hydroxypropyl starch can be maintained at the same time (without affecting each other in a negative direction), and thus the present invention was completed.

[0045] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail to help the understanding of the present application. However, the embodiments of the present application can be modified in various different forms, and the scope of the present application should not be construed as being limited to the following embodiments. The embodiments of the present application are provided to more completely describe the present application to those of ordinary skill in the art.

[0046] Preparation Example 1: Preparation of a spray-type cosmetic composition

[0047] A spray-type cosmetic composition (Examples 1 to 4) was prepared by dispersing polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydroxypropyl starch into an aqueous phase and solubilizing a perfume.

[0048] A spray-type cosmetic composition not containing hydroxypropyl starch and polyvinylpyrrolidone (Comparative Example 1), a spray-type cosmetic composition not containing hydroxypropyl starch (Comparative Examples 2 to 4), and a spray-type cosmetic composition not containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (Comparative Examples 5 to 6) were prepared by the same process as a comparative group.

[0049] Experimental method

[0050] 1) Raw material 1 (pure water) was heated to 60°C, and then raw materials 2 to 3 were gradually added thereto, and then dispersed for 30 minutes using a disperser (Disper).

[0051] 2) Raw materials 5 to 9 were added to raw material 4, and completely dissolved at 50°C.

[0052] 3) The product of item 2) was slowly added to the product of item 1) using a dropper, while mixing at 150 RPM for 10 minutes.

[0053] [Table 1]

[0054]

[0055]

[0056] As the polyvinylpyrrolidone in Table 1 above, PVP K-30 (molecular weight 40,000 to 80,000 g / mol) of ASHLAND Co. was used. The same raw material was used in the following other preparation examples.

[0057] Experimental Example 1: Evaluation of makeup staying power

[0058] For the compositions of Comparative Examples 1 to 6 and Examples 1 to 4 described above, the makeup staying power was evaluated. For the makeup staying power on the skin surface, a relative comparison was made by measuring the color standard deviation change rate as a uniformity scale after a certain time.

[0059] Experimental method

[0060] 1) After applying a general-purpose foundation evenly on the skin surface, the composition of the cosmetic in spray form was sprayed 15 cm apart using a fine mist pump.

[0061] 2) The same amount (3 times, 0.3 g) was sprayed evenly on one half of the face.

[0062] 3) After 10 minutes, the pixel color standard deviation of the left and right sides of the face photographed by the facial video camera analysis system was measured.

[0063] 4) After 4 hours, the pixel color standard deviation of the left and right sides of the face photographed by the facial video camera analysis system was measured in the same manner.

[0064] 5) The color standard deviation change rate was calculated using a mathematical formula, and a relative comparison was made.

[0065] (change rate = (color standard deviation after 4 hours - color standard deviation after 10 minutes) / color standard deviation after 10 minutes)

[0066] The results are shown in Figure 1 It is judged that the smaller the color standard deviation rate per unit area, the more uniform the makeup. From the color standard deviation change rate charts of Comparative Examples 2 to 4, it is confirmed that the higher the PVP content, the smaller the color standard deviation change rate, and thus the makeup retention is improved. From the color standard deviation change rate charts of Comparative Examples 5 to 6, it is confirmed that when HPS is contained, the color standard deviation change rate increases, and thus the makeup retention is reduced. For Examples 2 to 4 containing both PVP and HPS, it is confirmed that the color standard deviation change rate is reduced compared to Comparative Examples 1 to 6, and thus the makeup retention is improved.

[0067] In summary, when PVP and HPS are contained at the same time, a lower color standard deviation change rate is observed compared to when PVP is used alone and compared to when HPS is used alone. That is, it can be confirmed that the makeup retention is improved.

[0068] Experimental Example 2: Fine mist sprayability evaluation

[0069] For the compositions of the above Comparative Examples 1 to 6 and Examples 1 to 4, the fine mist sprayability was evaluated. For the fine mist sprayability, a relative comparison was made by measuring the spray angle.

[0070] Experimental method

[0071] 1) The image of the spray after filling the makeup-fixing cosmetic composition in a general-purpose fine mist pump container was photographed and the spray angle was measured.

[0072] The results are shown inFigure 2 From the spray angle charts of Comparative Examples 2-4, it was confirmed that the higher the PVP content, the smaller the spray angle, resulting in a decrease in fine spray ability. From the spray angle charts of Comparative Examples 5-6, it was confirmed that the fine spray ability was maintained regardless of the HPS content. For Examples 1-4 containing both PVP and HPS, it was confirmed that the spray angle was increased compared to Comparative Examples 3 and 4 containing no PVP, and thus the fine spray ability was improved.

[0073] In summary, when HPS and PVP were used in combination, the spray angle was decreased compared to when 1 wt% of PVP was contained alone. However, when HPS and PVP were used in combination, an excellent spray angle was shown compared to when 2 wt% of PVP was contained. In particular, when HPS and PVP were used in combination, it was confirmed that a level equivalent to a spray angle of about 70 degrees that can be felt by a consumer could be achieved.

[0074] However, for Example 4, compared to Example 3, although the spray angle was slightly decreased, the quality in terms of dosage form stability and use feeling was more excellent.

[0075] Experimental Example 3: Evaluation of Stability over Time

[0076] For the compositions of Examples 1-4 described above, stability over time was evaluated. The stability over time was confirmed by the degree of precipitation and re-dispersion.

[0077] Experimental method

[0078] 1) The spray dosage cosmetic composition was frozen for 3 days at low temperature (-20°C) over time, and then melted and re-dispersed.

[0079] 2) The above process was repeated 5 times, and the precipitation and re-dispersion ability was confirmed by the naked eye.

[0080] The results thereof are shown in Table 2 below. For Examples 1-3 containing 1 wt% of HPS, it was confirmed that the relative degree of re-dispersion was lower compared to Example 4 containing 0.5 wt% of HPS.

[0081] In summary, it was confirmed that the lower the HPS content, the higher the re-dispersion ability was relatively.

[0084] (Evaluation criteria: O - good, Δ - slightly unstable, X - unstable)

[0085] Preparation Example 2: Preparation of Spray Dosage Cosmetic Composition

[0086] Spray-type cosmetic compositions (Comparative Examples 7 to 10) each containing four unmodified and modified starches other than hydroxypropyl starch were prepared by the same process as in Preparation Example 1 as comparative groups.

[0087] Experimental method

[0088] 1) The raw material 1 (pure water) was heated to 60°C, and then the raw materials 2 to 7 were gradually added thereto, and then dispersed for 30 minutes using a disperser (Disper).

[0089] 2) The raw materials 9 to 13 were added to the raw material 8, and completely dissolved at 50°C.

[0090] 3) The product of item 2) was slowly added to the product of item 1) using a dropper, and mixed for 10 minutes at 150 RPM.

[0093] Experimental Example 4. Starch stability evaluation

[0094] The prepared comparative examples and examples 100 mL were allowed to stand at normal temperature for 48 hours, and thereby it was confirmed whether or not there was a precipitate.

[0095] As a result, it was confirmed that the four unmodified and modified starches other than hydroxypropyl starch precipitated, and thus the dispersion stability was not good (Table 4 and Figure 3 ).
