[0105] The composition according to the present invention can be prepared by mixing (a) the first spherical silicone powder and (b) the second spherical silicone powder, and, if necessary, one or more other ingredients, with a mixer such as a Henschel mixer to obtain a powdery mixture. The resulting mixture can then be pulverized by a pulverizer such as a pin mill and a hammer mill and then sieved with a sieve. In the case where the composition according to the present invention is in the form of a dense powder, the mixture can be further pressed by a press in a pan.
[0106] [Beauty Methods]
[0107] The invention also relates to a cosmetic method for a keratin substrate such as the skin, comprising applying to the keratin substrate a composition according to the invention.
[0108] The composition according to the invention is intended to be applied to keratinous materials such as the skin, for example on the face, neck and body, to create an attractive appearance, hide imperfections such as spots, wrinkles, pores and protect keratinous materials from UV rays. The composition is usually applied to keratinous materials such as the skin with an applicator such as a sponge applicator, a puff or a brush.
[0109] The cosmetic method is preferably used for making up and / or caring for the skin, preferably the facial skin. The composition can be picked up by rubbing the powder with an applicator, such as a sponge, a powder puff or a brush. The composition is then moved from the applicator to the skin by contacting the applicator on the skin.
[0110] The composition used according to the invention is preferably intended for use as a leave-on cosmetic composition. The term "leave-on" refers to a composition that is not intended to be washed off or removed immediately after application. Example
[0111] The present invention will be described in more detail by way of examples. However, these examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
[0112] [Composition]
[0113] The powder composition according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was prepared by mixing the ingredients listed in Table 2 below. The composition is also shown in Table 2. In Table 2, all components are based on "weight %" as active raw materials. Among the components, titanium dioxide was purchased from TAYCA Corporation (product name: MT-700Z), and its D10 was 0.42μm, D50 was 0.61μm, and D90 was 0.99μm. Silica was purchased from PRESPERSE (product name: Spheron P-1500), which is a spherical porous silica with a D50 of 5μm, an oil absorption of 0.6mL / g, a pore volume of 0.3mL / g, and a pore size of 10nm.
[0114] [evaluate]
[0115] (hardness)
[0116] 11.5 g of each of the powdered cosmetic compositions of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were compacted to form a cylindrical compacted powder having a diameter of 80 mm, wherein the pressure was 13 kgf / cm 2 (First pressing) and 30kgf / cm 2 (Second suppression).
[0117] The hardness of each sample obtained as above was measured at 5 points of each pressed sample using an Asker hardness meter Al-type.
[0118] (Compressibility)
[0119] The samples according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were subjected to a drop test (N=3), in which each sample was dropped onto a tile from a height of 20 cm. The chippings of each sample were measured, and the loss of powder was calculated. "OK" in the results means that there was no loss of powder after the drop test.
[0120] (Main body uniformity)
[0121] The uniformity of the body of the samples according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was evaluated by observing the appearance of the body. If the components were not aggregated and the body was uniform, it was marked as "OK". This property also relates to the ease of manufacturing because when the obtained body is uniform, it is easy to form a compacted or pressed powder product.
[0122] (Appearance of Sediment)
[0123] A square area (5×8 cm) of the skin was pretreated with 40 mg of polydimethylsiloxane. Then, 90 mg of each sample was applied to the area and evenly spread with a fixed gesture by a finger cot. The appearance of the deposit on the skin of each of the samples according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 was evaluated by observation and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria:
[0124] Good: The deposit is uniform and matte in appearance;
[0125] Poor: Deposits are uneven and / or shiny or greasy.
[0126] (Sensory Evaluation)
[0127] The samples according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were subjected to sensory evaluation on slip texture, powdery feel and pore-hiding properties. The compositions according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were each applied to the facial skin of six professionals using an applicator by a trained beautician. The makeup effect of each sample was then ranked by the six professionals based on the following criteria in Table 1.
[0128] Table 1.
[0129] Fraction standard 5.5-4.5 very good 4.4-3.5 good 3.4-2.5 Difference 2.5-1.5 Very bad
[0130] (Body SPF)
[0131] In vivo SPF was assessed according to the method described in Colipa P3 (P3 High SPF Reference Sunscreen Standard P3 (ISO 2444:2010)) (N=10).
[0132] The results are summarized in Table 2 below.
[0133] Table 2.
[0134] .
[0135] The composition according to Example 1, which includes silica and titanium dioxide having a specific particle size range, provides excellent hardness, appearance of a deposit, and excellent sensory properties of a sliding texture, a low powdery feel, and improved pore covering properties, compared to the composition according to Comparative Example 1, which does not include a combination of silica and titanium dioxide having a specific particle size range. In addition, the composition according to Example 1 exhibits a sufficient SPF value even though it does not include small-sized particles as a UV filter. In addition, the usability of the composition according to Example 1 is acceptable because it shows excellent compactability and bulk uniformity as a powdery cosmetic.
[0136] Therefore, it can be concluded that the composition according to the present invention has great benefits because it can provide excellent cosmetic properties, such as providing excellent texture, excellent covering power, improved appearance and sufficient UV protection effect, and thus the composition according to the present invention is very useful as a cosmetic powder composition.
