Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a passenger seat and a method for manufacturing a passenger seat, and more particularly to a passenger seat and a method for manufacturing a passenger seat having a cable component that connects a pressure-bearing component to a seat frame. Background Technology
[0002] In the past, it has been known that passenger seats have plate-shaped pressure-bearing components that bear the load from the occupant. Patent Document 1 describes a passenger seat that includes a cable component that connects the pressure-bearing component to the seat back frame. The cable component is connected to the seat back frame by inserting its upper end into a support hole formed on the lower side of a bridging frame.
[0003] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2018-144521 Summary of the Invention
[0004] In the seat for riding described in Patent Document 1, the end of the cable component needs to be inserted into the support hole formed in the bridging frame, so the assemblability of the cable component relative to the seat frame is low.
[0005] The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a passenger seat and a method for manufacturing a passenger seat that improves the assemblability of cable components relative to a seat frame.
[0006] The problem is solved in the following way. According to the present invention, a passenger seat is a passenger seat having a seat frame, the seat frame having a pair of side frames disposed on the side of the passenger seat, a bridging frame bridging the pair of side frames, a cable component disposed between the pair of side frames, and the bridging frame having a cable receiving portion for accommodating the cable component, the cable component being suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion.
[0007] In the seating of the present invention configured as described above, the cable component is assembled to the seat frame by being suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion, thereby improving the assemblability of the cable component relative to the seat frame.
[0008] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the cable component is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion in the width direction of the seat for seating.
[0009] In the above configuration, the cable component is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part in the width direction of the seat, so that the cable component can be easily assembled to the seat frame.
[0010] In addition, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the end of the cable component in the width direction of the seat for seating is bent outward and inserted into the end receiving portion provided in the bridging frame.
[0011] In the above configuration, the ends of the cable components are held in the appropriate position.
[0012] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the cable receiving portion has a first portion close to the passenger support surface and a second portion away from the passenger support surface, and the first portion is formed in a shorter manner than the second portion in the width direction of the seat for passengers.
[0013] In the above configuration, when the cable component is assembled to the seat frame, the first part does not become an obstruction, but rather abuts against and slides against the second part, thereby allowing it to be suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part.
[0014] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the cable receiving portion is formed in a manner that bends toward the passenger support surface.
[0015] In the above configuration, the cable components can be guided to the cable receiving section.
[0016] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable to install a planar pressure-bearing component on the cable component.
[0017] In the above configuration, previously, it was necessary to insert the end of the cable component, which was integrally molded with the planar pressure-bearing component, into the support hole formed in the bridging frame. However, now the cable component can be separated from the planar pressure-bearing component, and the pressure-bearing component can be installed on the cable component at any time before or after being suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part.
[0018] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the cable components are spaced apart in the width direction of the seating area, and the distance between the cable components spaced apart in the width direction of the seating area is larger as they are closer to the bridging frame.
[0019] In the above configuration, the position of the pressure-bearing component relative to the cable component is restricted.
[0020] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the pressure-bearing member has an engagement portion for fixing to the cable member on the opposite side of the passenger support surface, and the engagement portion has an inclined portion that is inclined outward in the width direction of the seat for passengers.
[0021] In the above configuration, the cable component is fixed in a manner guided by the engaging portion of the pressure-bearing component, thereby improving the assemblability of the pressure-bearing component relative to the cable component.
[0022] The problem is solved by the following method. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a passenger seat comprises the following steps: preparing a seat frame having a pair of side frames disposed on the side of the passenger seat and a bridging frame bridging the pair of side frames; suspending and fixing cable components to a cable receiving portion provided in the bridging frame; and installing an outer material and a padding component onto the seat frame.
[0023] In the above-described method for manufacturing a passenger seat according to the present invention, the cable component is assembled to the seat frame by suspending and fixing it to the cable receiving portion in the seat width direction. Therefore, the assemblability of the cable component relative to the seat frame is improved.
[0024] Furthermore, in the above configuration, it is preferable that the cable component moves from the inside to the outside in the width direction of the seat and is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion.
[0025] In the above configuration, the cable components can be easily assembled to the seat frame.
[0026] According to the present invention, the cable component is assembled to the seat frame by being suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part, thereby improving the assemblability of the cable component relative to the seat frame.
[0027] Furthermore, in the seating according to the present invention, the cable component is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion in the seat width direction, thus enabling the cable component to be easily assembled to the seat frame.
[0028] Furthermore, in the seating for passengers according to the present invention, the end of the cable component is held in the appropriate position.
[0029] Furthermore, according to the present invention, when the cable component is assembled to the seat frame, the first part does not become an obstruction, but rather abuts against and slides against the second part, thereby enabling it to be suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part.
[0030] Furthermore, the seating for passengers according to the present invention can guide cable components toward the cable receiving portion.
[0031] Furthermore, according to the present invention, in the past, it was necessary to insert the end of the cable component, which was integrally molded with the surface pressure-bearing component, into the support hole formed in the bridging frame. However, now it is possible to separate the cable component from the surface pressure-bearing component and install the pressure-bearing component onto the cable component at any time before or after it is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part.
[0032] Furthermore, the seating for passengers according to the present invention restricts the position of the pressure-bearing component relative to the cable component.
[0033] Furthermore, in the seat for passenger use according to the present invention, the cable component is fixed in a manner guided by the engagement portion of the pressure-bearing component, thereby improving the assemblability of the pressure-bearing component relative to the cable component.
[0034] Furthermore, in the passenger seat according to the present invention, the cable component is assembled to the seat frame by suspending and fixing it to the cable receiving portion in the seat width direction, thereby improving the assemblability of the cable component relative to the seat frame.
[0035] Furthermore, the seating for passengers according to the present invention allows for easy assembly of cable components to the seat frame. Attached Figure Description

[0054] The following is for reference Figures 1 to 18 The following describes a passenger seat and a method for manufacturing a passenger seat according to an embodiment of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as this embodiment). A vehicle seat mounted on a vehicle will be used as an example to illustrate the passenger seat according to this embodiment, but it is not limited to vehicle seats mounted on wheeled vehicles such as automobiles and trains that travel on the ground; seats mounted on aircraft or ships that move off the ground can also be used.
[0055] Furthermore, the embodiments described below are merely examples to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. That is, regarding the shape, size, arrangement, etc. of the components described below, the present invention does not depart from its spirit, and while modifications and improvements are made, the present invention undoubtedly includes its equivalents.
[0056] Regarding the use of directional terms in this instruction manual, such as Figure 1 The definitions of each direction are shown. Specifically, "front-to-back direction" refers to the front-to-back direction as seen by the occupant of the vehicle seat, which is the same as the vehicle's direction of travel. "Seat width direction" refers to the lateral width of the vehicle seat, which is the same as the left-to-right direction as seen by the occupant of the vehicle seat. In addition, "vertical direction" refers to the height of the vehicle seat, which is the same as the vertical direction of the vehicle seat as seen from the front.
[0057] [1. Main Components of a Car Seat S]
[0058] The vehicle seat S involved in this embodiment has Figure 1 The appearance shown. Furthermore, in Figure 1For ease of illustration, a portion of the vehicle seat S (specifically a portion of the seat back S1 and the front corner of the seat cushion S2) is illustrated with the outer material T removed.
[0059] The main components of the car seat S are: a seat back S1 that supports the back of the occupant (passenger), a seat cushion S2 that supports the occupant's buttocks and thighs and serves as the seating area, and a headrest S3 located on the upper part of the seat back S1 and supporting the occupant's head.
[0060] The seat backrest S1 is constructed by placing a padding component P on a seat backrest frame 10, which serves as a skeleton, and covering it with a cover material T. The seat padding S2 is constructed by placing a padding component P on a seat padding frame 20 and covering it with a cover material T. The headrest S3 is formed by placing a padding component (not shown) in a core material (not shown) and covering it with a cover material T.
[0061] [2. Overview of Seat Frame 1]
[0062] First, refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 A general description of the structure of seat frame 1 will be given. For example... Figure 2 As shown, the seat frame 1 mainly consists of a seat back frame 10 and a seat cushion frame 20. The seat back frame 10 forms the skeleton of the backrest portion of the seat frame 1, and the seat cushion frame 20 forms the skeleton of the seating portion of the seat frame 1. The seat back frame 10 is connected to the seat cushion frame 20 via a tilting mechanism RL.
[0063] (Seat back frame 10)
[0064] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the seat back frame 10 has a pair of main side frames 11 on the left and right, an upper frame 12 as a tube frame, a lower frame 13 as a lower connecting frame, and a bridging frame 14 as a crossbeam.
[0065] A pair of main side frames 11 are arranged at intervals relative to each other in the seat width direction (left-right direction) to limit the width of the seat back S1. Both main side frames 11 are arranged to extend in the up-down direction and form a slender shape.
[0066] The upper frame 12 is constructed by bending metal tubing and has a pair of upper side frames 12a (upper frame side) extending generally upward and downward, and an upper connecting frame 12b extending to connect the upper ends of the upper side frames 12a.
[0067] The lower parts of a pair of upper side frames 12a are welded to the upper parts of the main side frames 11, thus forming a pair of backrest side frames 10a together with the pair of main side frames 11. The pair of backrest side frames 10a are disposed on the side of the vehicle seat S, forming the left and right frames of the seat back S1.
[0068] Additionally, a support column 12c is welded to the upper connecting frame 12b. The support column 12c is a tubular body through which two headrest supports (not shown) hanging from the headrest S3 are inserted.
[0069] The lower frame 13 is a component that connects the lower parts of the pair of backrest side frames 10a. The left and right ends of the lower frame 13 are connected to the main side frame 11 that constitutes the backrest side frame 10a by welding.
[0070] The bridging frame 14 is a component that connects the upper parts of a pair of backrest side frames 10a. The left and right ends 14a of the bridging frame 14 are connected to the upper parts of the upper side frames 12a constituting the backrest side frames 10a by welding or the like. Cable receiving portions 15 (see reference 33) are formed at the left and right ends 14a of the bridging frame 14 to accommodate the cable component 30 (specifically, the upper connecting portion 33) described later. Figure 4 ).
[0071] Furthermore, the cable receiving portions 15 on the right and left sides are identical in the seat width direction, so the following description will focus on the configuration of one (right) end as needed. The cable receiving portion 15 is formed as a recessed portion that extends from the inside to the outside in the seat width direction.
[0072] The cable receiving portion 15 has a front portion 15a (first portion) near the passenger support surface and a rear portion 15b (second portion) away from the passenger support surface. In the seat width direction, the front portion 15a is formed to be shorter than the rear portion 15b.
[0073] The left and right ends 14a of the bridging frame 14 each have an end receiving portion 16 that accommodates the cable end 33a of the cable component 30 and serves as an opening.
[0074] A cable component 30 and a pressure-bearing component 40 are disposed between a pair of backrest side frames 10a of the seat back frame 10.
[0075] (Cable component 30)
[0076] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the cable component 30 is a component that connects the pressure-bearing component 40 to the seat back frame 10, and mainly has a pair of left and right extensions 31, an inclined portion 32, an upper connecting portion 33 and a lower connecting portion 34.
[0077] The extension 31 extends in a vertical direction (orthogonal to the seat width direction) and is arranged side-by-side in the seat width direction. A planar pressure-bearing member 40, described later, is installed on the extension 31 of the cable member 30. The inclined portion 32 extends obliquely upward from the upper end of the extension 31 in the seat width direction.
[0078] The upper connecting portion 33 extends upward from the upper end of the inclined portion 32. For example... Figure 4 As shown, the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable component 30 has a cable end 33a that bends outward in the seat width direction. The cable end 33a is inserted into the end receiving portion 16 provided in the bridging frame 14, thus holding the cable end 33a in place. In addition, it prevents the cable end 33a from falling out of the end receiving portion 16.
[0079] The lower connecting portion 34 connects a pair of left and right extension portions 31, an inclined portion 32, and an upper connecting portion 33. More specifically, the lower end of the lower connecting portion 34 extends in the width direction of the seat, and after extending upward from both the left and right ends of the lower end, it bends and extends inward in the width direction of the seat, thereby connecting with the lower end of the extension portion 31.
[0080] The cable component 30 is fixed to the front side of the lower frame 13 by the fixing component K via the lower connecting part 34, and the upper connecting part 33 is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part 15 formed at the end 14a of the bridging frame 14, thereby connecting to the seat back frame 10.
[0081] More specifically, the cable component 30 (upper connecting portion 33) is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15 in the seat width direction in a manner from the inside to the outside. At this time, if a force is applied to the extension portion 31, the inclined portion 32, and the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable component 30 in the seat width direction (widening in the seat width direction), the suspension and fixing state of the cable component is stable, which is therefore preferred.
[0082] Thus, the cable component 30 is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15 in the seat width direction via the upper connecting portion 33, thereby assembling the cable component 30 to the seat back frame 10. Therefore, the cable component 30 can be easily assembled to the seat back frame 10, improving the assemblability of the cable component 30 relative to the seat back frame 10. Furthermore, the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable component 30 is subjected to an outward force in the seat width direction, suspending and fixing it to the cable receiving portion 15 in a widened manner, thus preventing the upper connecting portion 33 from detaching.
[0083] (Pressure-bearing component 40)
[0084] The pressure-bearing component 40 is a plate-shaped component formed of a material such as resin that bears the load from the passenger seat S. The pressure-bearing component 40 is arranged opposite to the passenger's back.
[0085] like Figure 5 As shown, the pressure-bearing member 40 has an engagement portion 41 on its inner side 40a opposite to the passenger support surface, which engages with the cable member 30 and is used to fix the pressure-bearing member 40. The engagement portion 41 has an inclined portion 41a that slopes outward in the seat width direction. In this configuration, the extension 31 of the cable member 30 is guided by the inclined portion 41a to the engagement portion 41 of the pressure-bearing member 40 and thus fixed, thereby improving the assemblability of the pressure-bearing member 40 relative to the cable member 30.
[0086] The pressure-bearing member 40 is disposed on the front side of a pair of extensions 31 of the cable member 30, and the engaging portion 41 of the inner 40a engages with the extensions 31. Thus, the pressure-bearing member 40 is connected to the seat back frame 10 via the cable member 30. That is, the pair of extensions 31 are disposed at a position overlapping with the pressure-bearing member 40 when viewed from the front.
[0087] [3. Manufacturing methods for car seats]
[0088] like Figure 6 As shown, the vehicle seat S of this embodiment is manufactured by the following vehicle seat manufacturing method.
[0089] Specifically, the manufacturing method of the vehicle seat in this embodiment is characterized by performing the following steps: a step of preparing a seat frame 1 (step ST1), the seat frame 1 having a pair of backrest side frames 10a (a pair of side frames) disposed on the side of the vehicle seat S, and a bridging frame 14 bridging the pair of backrest side frames 10a (a pair of side frames); a step of suspending and fixing the cable component 30 to the cable receiving portion 15 provided in the bridging frame 14 (step ST2); and a step of installing the cover material T and the padding component P onto the seat frame 1 (step ST3).
[0090] The following is a detailed explanation of each step.
[0091] In the step (step ST1) of preparing a seat frame 1 having a pair of backrest side frames 10a configured on the side of the vehicle seat S and a bridging frame 14 bridging the pair of backrest side frames 10a, the preparation includes... Figure 2 and Figure 3 The seat frame 1 of the seat back frame 10 shown.
[0092] Specifically, a seat back frame 10 is prepared, which has a pair of main side frames 11 on the left and right, an upper frame 12 as a tube frame, a lower frame 13 as a lower connecting frame, and a bridging frame 14 as a crossbeam.
[0093] Next, in the step of suspending and fixing the cable component 30 to the cable receiving portion 15 of the bridging frame 14 (step ST2), the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable component 30 moves from the inside to the outside in the seat width direction and is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15. Figure 7 At this time, the cable end 33a of the cable component 30 moves from the inside to the outside in the seat width direction and is inserted into the end receiving portion 16.
[0094] Figure 7 The example shown is an example of operating the upper connector 33 of the cable component 30 via the robot's working arm ARM. At this time, the suspension and fixing of the cable receiving portion 15 to the upper connector 33 and the fixing of the lower frame 13 to the lower connector 34 via the fixing member K can be performed simultaneously.
[0095] As described above, the cable receiving portion 15 is formed such that the front portion 15a is shorter than the rear portion 15b in the seat width direction. Therefore, when the cable component 30 is assembled to the seat back frame 10 from the front ( Figure 7 The front part 15a (part 1) will not be an obstacle.
[0096] Additionally, by bringing the cable end 33a of the upper connecting part 33 into contact with the front and rear portions 15b (part 2), Figure 8 ) and slide outwards in the width direction of the seat, so as to be suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part 15. At this time, in the width direction of the seat, on the right side ( Figure 4 The insertion direction is opposite to that of the left side (not shown) when the upper connecting part 33 (cable end 33a) is suspended and fixed.
[0097] Next, in the step of installing the cover material T and the padding component P onto the seat frame 1 (step ST3), the cover material T and the padding component P are installed onto the seat back frame 10 and the seat padding frame 20, respectively.
[0098] According to the manufacturing method of the vehicle seat of this embodiment, by suspending and fixing the cable receiving portion 15 in the seat width direction, the cable component 30 (upper connecting portion 33) is assembled to the seat back frame 10, thus improving the assemblability of the cable component 30 relative to the seat back frame 10.
[0099] In addition, the cable component 30 moves from the inside to the outside in the width direction of the seat and is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving part 15, so that the cable component 30 can be easily assembled to the seat back frame 10.
[0100] In the past, it was necessary to insert the end of the cable component, which was integrally molded with the planar pressure-bearing component, into the support hole formed in the bridging frame. In contrast, the manufacturing method for a vehicle seat according to this embodiment involves suspending and fixing the upper connecting portion 33 (cable end 33a) of the cable component 30 to the cable receiving portion 15 in the seat width direction. Therefore, the cable component 30 can be separated from the planar pressure-bearing component 40, and the pressure-bearing component 40 can be installed on the cable component 30 at any time before or after being suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15.
[0101] In other words, the step of installing the planar pressure-bearing component 40 onto the cable component 30 can be performed at any time before or after the step of suspending and fixing the cable component 30 to the cable receiving portion 15 of the bridging frame 14 (step ST2).
[0102] In particular, in the manufacturing method of the vehicle seat in this embodiment, after the cable component 30 is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15 of the bridging frame 14, the planar pressure-bearing component 40 can engage and fix with the cable component 30 (extension 31) from the front (seat occupant side).
[0103] At this time, the movement of the cable component 30 in the front view of the seat back frame 10 is a movement in the front-back direction (the cable component 30 moves towards the seat back frame 10 as a whole) and a movement in the width direction (the upper connecting part 33 moves from the inside to the outside in the width direction of the seat).
[0104] In other words, it is no longer necessary to move the cable component 30 up and down between the pair of backrest side frames 10a of the seat back frame 10 as in the past. Furthermore, at the time of assembling the cable component 30 to the seat back frame 10, the cable component 30 and the pressure-bearing component 40 can be separated.
[0105] Therefore, robots typically struggle to handle complex movements. However, in the vehicle seat manufacturing method of this embodiment, a robot can be used to assemble the cable component 30 to the seat back frame 10, and then assemble the planar pressure-bearing component 40 to the cable component 30 assembled on the back frame 10. Furthermore, each step of the vehicle seat manufacturing method of this embodiment can be performed manually by humans, or the automated operation of the robot can be appropriately combined with manual operation by humans.
[0106] [4. Variations]
[0107] This invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Hereinafter, descriptions of parts identical to those described above will be omitted, and the differences will be explained primarily. Figures 9 to 12 This represents a variation of the bridging frame.
[0108] In the above embodiments, the bridging frame 14 and the cable receiving portion 15 are formed separately, such as Figure 9 As shown, the cable receiving portion 15X can be integrally formed with the bridging frame 14X. Specifically, the front portion 15Xa and the rear portion 15Xb are integrally formed at the end 14Xa of the bridging frame 14X, accommodating the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable receiving component 30. The cable receiving portion 15X is a cutout from the inside to the outside in the seat width direction.
[0109] In addition, such as Figure 10 As shown, the cable receiving portion 15Y can be formed integrally with the bridging frame 14Y as a three-dimensional cutout. Specifically, the bridging frame 14Y has a front, a top, and a bottom, and the front and bottom are slotted to form the cable receiving portion 15Y.
[0110] The bridging frame 14Y has a front portion 15Ya and a rear portion 15Yb formed on its underside. The cable end 33a of the cable component 30 is suspended and fixed to the cable receiving portion 15Y through the cutout at the front of the bridging frame 14Y.
[0111] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the end receiving portion 16 is formed as a hole that opens in the width direction of the seat, such as... Figure 11 As shown, the end receiving portion 16Z of the bridging frame 14Z can also be formed into a cylindrical shape extending in the seat width direction. The outer end of the end receiving portion 16Z in the seat width direction can be open or closed.
[0112] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the cable receiving portion 15 is formed in a straight line in the seat width direction, or it can be formed in a curved manner toward the passenger support surface (forward), like the cable receiving portion 15Z. Specifically, as Figure 12 As shown, the front portion 15Za (part 1) and the rear portion (part 2) 15Zb can be formed in a way that bends toward the passenger support surface (front). In this configuration, the upper connecting portion 33 of the cable component 30 can be guided toward the cable receiving portion 15Z.
[0113] the following, Figures 13 to 18 This indicates a modified seat frame. The modified seat frame differs from the cable components and pressure-bearing components described in the above embodiments.
[0114] (First variation)
[0115] Figure 13 This is a perspective view of the seat frame involved in the first variation. Figure 14 This is a front view of the seat frame involved in the first variation. Figure 13As shown, a pair of extensions 131 of the cable component 130 are spaced apart in the seat width direction. The distance between the extensions 131 of the cable component 130 spaced apart in the seat width direction increases from the lower frame 113 below to the upper bridging frame 114.
[0116] The engaging portions 141 of the pressure-bearing member 140 are arranged at specific intervals in the seat width direction, and the intervals between the engaging portions 141 are different in the vertical direction. Therefore, in this configuration, when the distance between the extensions 131 of the cable members 130 arranged at intervals in the seat width direction is approximately the same as the intervals between the engaging portions 141, the engaging portions 141 properly engage with the extensions 131. Therefore, the position of the pressure-bearing member 140 relative to the extensions 131 of the cable members 130 is appropriately positioned.
[0117] (Second variation)
[0118] Figure 15 This is a perspective view of the seat frame 200 according to the second modification. A cable member 230 is disposed between the backrest side frames 210a disposed on the side of the seat back frame 210. The extension 231 of the cable member 230 is formed by repeatedly bending outward and inward in the seat width direction.
[0119] Furthermore, the engaging portion 241 disposed inside the pressure-receiving member 240 is positioned vertically between the curved extensions 231. More specifically, the engaging portion 241 is positioned vertically within the recess of the extension 231, which is curved outward in the seat width direction. This configuration appropriately limits the position (vertical position) of the pressure-receiving member 240 relative to the extension 231 of the cable member 230.
[0120] (3rd variation)
[0121] Figure 16 This is a front view of the seat frame 300 according to the third modification. A cable member 330 is disposed between the backrest side frames 310a disposed on the side of the seat back frame 310. The cable member 330 has a protrusion 335 that bends upward from the lower connecting portion 334 between a pair of extensions 331 spaced apart in the seat width direction.
[0122] The distance between the extensions 331 of the cable components 330 spaced apart in the seat width direction increases from the lower frame 313 to the upper bridging frame 314. That is, the extensions 331 are tapered in a manner that extends in the seat width direction.
[0123] The protrusion 335 of the cable component 330 narrows towards the top, forming a tapered shape. Furthermore, the gap between the adjacent extension 331 and the protrusion 335 widens towards the top. At this point, the engagement portion 341 opposite the protrusion 335 is positioned lower than the engagement portion 341 corresponding to the extension 331. Additionally, the portion above the pressure-bearing component 340 and the portion on the outer side in the seat width direction are inclined forward.
[0124] (4th variation)
[0125] Figure 17 This is a front view of the seat frame 400 involved in the fourth variation. Figure 18 This is a perspective view of the seat frame 400 according to the fourth modification. The pressure-bearing member 440 has a central portion corresponding to the backrest, and further has a side support portion 445 corresponding to the side of the passenger. The side support portion 445 mainly supports the backrest portion on the side of the passenger's upper body, which corresponds to the height of the chest.
[0126] The side support portion 445 is integrally formed as a pressure-bearing component 440, extending diagonally forward and outward from the upper left and right ends of the central portion, more specifically, from a portion corresponding to the passenger's chest height, so as to extend to the front side of the backrest side frame 410a between the support cables 410b and at a specific interval in the front-back direction. The support cables 410b are bent in a forward-protruding manner to support the side support portion 445 from the inside.
[0127] (Other variations)
[0128] In the above embodiment, the cable component 30 engages with the clip-shaped engagement portion 41 provided in the inner 40a of the pressure-bearing component 40. However, the cable component 30 can also be fixed by being pulled into a groove, which is formed in the inner 40a of the planar pressure-bearing component 40 in an upward and downward direction.
[0129] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the shape of the upper frame extends from the pair of upper side frames (upper frame sides) on the left and right sides to the upper connecting frame that connects the ends of the upper side frames, and slopes inward in the seat width direction. However, the upper frame may also extend from the pair of upper side frames on the left and right sides to the upper connecting frame without sloped inward in the seat width, and the upper side frames are bent at approximately right angles to form the upper connecting frame.
[0130] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the bridging frame is installed on the upper side frame at a position higher than the area where the main side frame and the upper side frame overlap. The position of the bridging frame and the cable receiving part is not limited to this; they can also be installed at a position lower than the upper end of the main side frame, at the same height as the area where the main side frame and the upper side frame overlap.
[0131] The above description, using a cable component suspended and fixed to the seat back frame as an example, illustrates the manufacturing method of a car seat. The aforementioned car seat and its manufacturing method are not limited to seat back frames; they can also be applied to seat cushion frames.
[0132] In addition, the cable component is described as an example of a cable component that connects the pressure-bearing component to the seat back frame, but if the cable component is configured between a pair of side frames, the pressure-bearing component may not be installed.
