A vehicle side interior panel with a reinforced structure

Abstract

This invention discloses a vehicle side panel interior trim panel with a reinforcing mechanism and its production apparatus. The side panel interior trim panel includes a door frame, a first connecting plate, and a second connecting plate. The first connecting plate is provided with a guide for seat belt steering, a reinforcing structure, and a locking button for fastening the guide. The reinforcing structure includes: a fixing plate, which is fitted and fastened to one side of the guide; an upper baffle, which is fastened to the first connecting plate for fixing one end of the guide; a lower baffle, which is located at the other end of the guide and connected and fixed to the fixing plate; and support angles, which are respectively located on one side of the upper baffle and one side of the lower baffle for support. The interior trim panel of this invention has an internal reinforcing structure that fastens and presses the guide, making the guide firmly fixed. The locking button on the outside of the interior trim panel limits the movement of the guide. The structure is simple, the connection is tight, and the pressure of the guide on the interior trim panel is reduced.
