[0075] (First Embodiment)

[0076] Reference Figures 1-17 The first embodiment of the present application will be described.

[0077] The cartridge system 100 of the present embodiment has a clip unit 1 and a cartridge 5 that houses the clip unit 1. The cartridge system 100 is a support system for easily stocking the clip unit 1 to a clip introduction device 200.

[0078] [Clip Introduction Device 200]

[0079] Figure 1 is a perspective view of the clip introduction device 200.

[0080] The clip introduction device 200 includes a sheath 220, an operation wire 230, and an operation portion 240. The clip introduction device 200 is used in combination with an endoscope, for example, through a treatment instrument through channel of the endoscope. Therefore, the sheath 220 is formed to be long enough compared to the length of the treatment instrument through channel of the endoscope. The sheath 220 has flexibility and bends in cooperation with the bending of the insertion portion of the endoscope.

[0081] The sheath 220 includes a tip 221, a tip side coil 222, and a proximal side coil 224, and is formed as a whole in an elongated tube shape. The tip side coil 222 is disposed on the tip portion side of the sheath 220. The tip 221 is disposed on the tip portion of the tip side coil 222.

[0082] As shown in Figure 1 The operation wire (power transmission portion) 230 includes an arrow hook portion (connection portion) 231 connected to the clip unit 1 and a wire 232 that operates the arrow hook portion 231.

[0083] The arrow hook portion 231 includes a generally conical engaging portion 231a that engages with the clamp unit 1, and a wire connecting portion 231b located at the base end of the engaging portion 231a. The arrow hook portion 231 is formed of a metal material such as stainless steel.

[0084] The wire 232 passes through the sheath 220 in a manner that allows it to move freely in and out of the sheath 220. The front end of the wire 232 is fixed to the base end of the wire connector 231b, for example, by welding.

[0085] like Figure 1 As shown, the operating part 240 includes an operating part body 241, a slider 242, and a thumb ring 248. The operating part body 241 is injection molded, for example, using resin material. The operating part body 241 includes a slit portion 241a and a rotating handle 241b located at the front end. The slit portion 241a supports the slider 242 so that it can move forward and backward.

[0086] The slider 242 is mounted in a manner that allows it to move forward and backward along the longitudinal axis of the operating part body 241, and the base end of the wire 232 is mounted thereon. As the slider 242 moves forward and backward along the operating part body 241, the wire 232 moves forward and backward relative to the sheath 220, and the arrow hook portion 231 moves forward and backward.

[0087] The thumb ring 248 is mounted on the base of the operating part body 241 in such a way that it can rotate about the length axis of the operating part body 241.

[0088] [Clamping Unit 1]

[0089] Figure 2 This is a perspective view of the clamping unit 1 of the box system 100 in this embodiment. Figure 3 This is a perspective view of the clamping unit 1 of the pressure tube 3. The clamping unit 1 includes a clamp 2, a pressure tube 3 as a fastening member, and a connecting member 4.

[0090] The clamp 2 is formed, for example, by bending a metal sheet made of stainless steel or a leaf spring material at its central portion. The clamp 2 has a pair of arms 21 that can be opened and closed and a connecting portion 22 that connects the pair of arms 21.

[0091] The pair of arms 21 have a first arm 211 and a second arm 212. The first arm 211 and the second arm 212 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the central axis O1 in the longitudinal direction of the clamping unit 1. Tissue holding portions 23 are formed at the front ends of the pair of arms 21, facing each other. The tissue holding portions 23 are formed by bending the front ends of the pair of arms 21 inward.

[0092] At the base of a pair of arms 21, there is a locking portion 24 that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the central axis O1. The tissue holding portion 23 side of the locking portion 24 is formed as an acute-angled slope, and the connecting portion 22 side of the locking portion 24 is formed as an obtuse-angled slope.

[0093] The link portion 22 is bent to form a letter U shape, and is linked to the link member 4. The link portion 22 is energized to make the pair of arms 21 into an open state. Thus, the pair of arms 21 of the clamp 2 has an autonomous expansion force against the opening and closing direction P.

[0094] The pressing pipe 3 has the immersion wing 31 and the pressing pipe body 30 formed in a cylindrical shape. The pressing pipe body 30 is formed by injection molding a high-rigidity resin material having moderate elasticity, such as PPA (polyphthalamide), PA (polyamide), or the like, which is softer than the clamp 2. Further, the pressing pipe body 30 can not be a high-rigidity resin material, but can be formed of metal.

[0095] The immersion wing 31 is a pair of protrusions protruding or retreating with respect to the outer circumferential surface 30a of the pressing pipe body 30. The immersion wing 31 is provided on both sides across the center axis O1. The immersion wing 31 takes a protruding state in which it protrudes to the outer side in the radial direction with respect to the outer circumferential surface 30a as a basic posture. The immersion wing 31 becomes a retreating state in which it retreats with respect to the outer circumferential surface 30a by receiving a force from the outer side in the radial direction toward the inner side. By canceling the above-mentioned force, the immersion wing 31 recovers from the retreating state to the protruding state.

[0096] The link member 4 is linked to the link portion 22 of the clamp 2. Further, the link member 4 is linked to the arrow hook portion 231 inside the through sheath 220. That is, the link member 4 links the clamp 2 and the arrow hook portion 231. The link member 4 includes an insertion portion 41 inserted into the inside space of the pressing pipe 3, and a link portion 42 provided at the base end of the insertion portion 41.

[0097] The insertion portion 41 has a hook 41f at the tip end portion. The hook 41f is a hook extending in a direction perpendicular to the center axis O1, and is formed in a substantially cylindrical rod shape. The hook 41f has the link portion 22 of the clamp 2 hooked thereto. The hook 41f is broken when a breaking force due to stretching of, for example, 20 N (Newton) to 60 N is applied to the hook 41f due to being pulled toward the base end side by the link portion 22.

[0098] The link portion 42 is an engagement portion for the arrow hook portion 231 of the clamp guide device 200 to be engaged (linked). The link portion 42 has a link portion body 43 and an elastic arm portion 44.

[0099] The elastic arm portion 44 is provided at the base end of the link portion body 43, and is branched into a bifurcated shape. The elastic arm portion 44 is elastically deformable with respect to the link portion body 43, and is openable and closable with respect to the link portion body 43. A notch portion 44m is formed between the elastic arm portions 44, and grips and accommodates the engagement portion 231a of the arrow hook portion 231. The notch portion 44m is formed in a shape that closely adheres to the outer circumferential surface of the engagement portion 231a of the arrow hook portion 231.

[0100] Next, the function of the clip unit 1 will be described.

[0101] The connecting portion 22 of the clip 2 is inserted into the internal space of the compression tube 3 from the front end opening 3a and is connected to the connecting member 4. By pulling the connecting portion 22 toward the base end side of the compression tube 3 using the connecting member 4, the pair of arms 21 is pulled into the compression tube 3, and the pair of arms 21 gradually closes. If the pulling force of the connecting portion 22 is released in this state, the self-expanding force of the pair of arms 21 acts as a restoring force, and the clip 2 moves toward the front end side and returns to the open state.

[0102] By further pulling the connecting portion 22 toward the base end side of the compression tube 3, the engaging portion 24 is pulled into the base end side from the base end opening 3b. Since the connecting portion 22 side of the engaging portion 24 is formed as an obtuse-angled inclined surface, the engaging portion 24 is easily pulled into the base end side from the base end opening 3b. On the other hand, since the tissue grasping portion 23 side of the engaging portion 24 is formed as an acute-angled inclined surface, if the engaging portion 24 is pulled into the base end side from the base end opening 3b, the engaging portion 24 engages with the base end opening 3b. As a result, the engaging portion 24 cannot enter the internal space of the compression tube 3, and the pair of arms 21 is locked in the closed state. If the pair of arms 21 is locked in the closed state, the pair of arms 21 cannot return to the open state.

[0103] [Box 5]

[0104] Figure 4 is a perspective view of the box 5 in which the clip unit 1 is accommodated. Figure 5 is a cross-sectional view of the box 5 in which the clip unit 1 is accommodated.

[0105] The box 5 has a housing 6 and a limiting member 7. The width of the box 5 is about 10 mm to 20 mm, the length is about 50 mm, and the thickness is about 5 mm, and is formed to be easily held by hand.

[0106] As shown in Figure 4 , one of two directions perpendicular to the length direction L of the box 5 and perpendicular to each other is set as the "width direction W", and the other direction is set as the "height direction H". In addition, a surface horizontal to the length direction L and the width direction W is set as the "horizontal plane HP". A surface horizontal to the length direction L and the height direction H is set as the "vertical plane VP". In addition, in the box 5 in which the clip unit 1 is accommodated, the pair of arms 21 side is set as the front end side of the box 5, and the connecting member 4 side is set as the base end side of the box 5.

[0107] The housing 6 has a housing main body 60, a compression portion 65, and a sheath connecting portion 66. The housing 6 is manufactured, for example, by injection molding using a resin material that is transparent and has a moderate hardness, such as ABS, PC, PP, PS, propylene, cyclic olefin polymer, or the like. The housing 6 is formed using a transparent resin material, and it is easy for the user to determine whether the clip unit 1 is present inside.

[0108] The shell body 60 is formed in a rectangular box shape. The length of the width direction W of the shell body 60 is longer than the length of the height direction H of the shell body 60.

[0109] The shell body 60 is formed with an accommodation region 6S in which the jig unit 1 is accommodated so as to be movable in the length direction L. The accommodation region 6S has a first region 61, a second region 62, and a folded portion 63. As shown in Figure 5 the first region 61, the second region 62, and the folded portion 63 are arranged from the front end toward the base end in the length direction L of the shell 6. The first region 61, the second region 62, and the folded portion 63 are internal spaces that are symmetrically formed with respect to a vertical plane VP including the central axis O2 of the length direction L of the accommodation region 6S.

[0110] Figure 6 is a cross-sectional view of the case 5 with the cover 60a removed.

[0111] The shell body 60 has a cover 60a at the front end. The cover 60a is used to open and close an opening 60b on the front end side of the accommodation region 6S of the shell body 60. The jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S of the shell body 60 from the opening 60b.

[0112] As shown in Figure 6 the jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S such that the central axis O1 of the jig unit 1 is along the length direction L of the shell 6. The jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S such that the opening and closing direction P of the pair of arms 21 coincides with the width direction W of the shell 6.

[0113] The first region 61 is an internal space in which the jig unit 1 is accommodated so as to be movable in the length direction L. The first region 61 communicates with the second region 62.

[0114] The second region 62 is an internal space in which the jig unit 1 is accommodated so as to be movable in the length direction L. The length of the length direction L of the second region 62 is shorter than the length of the length direction L of the first region 61. The second region 62 communicates with the folded portion 63.

[0115] As shown in Figure 6 the length W1 of the width direction W of the first region 61 is smaller than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the open state. Further, the length W2 of the width direction W of the second region 62 is larger than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the open state.

[0116] The folded portion 63 has a diameter expansion portion 63a, a tapered portion 63b, and a diameter reduction portion 63c. The diameter expansion portion 63a, the tapered portion 63b, and the diameter reduction portion 63c are arranged from the front end toward the base end.

[0117] The enlarged diameter section 63a is a region that allows the elastic arm 44 of the connecting member 4 to expand (open and close) elastically. In the enlarged diameter section 63a, when the arrow hook 231 of the clamp guide device 200 engages with the connecting member 4 of the clamp unit 1, the elastic arm 44 of the connecting member 4 can open and close in a direction perpendicular to the central axis O1.

[0118] A tapered portion 63b is provided on the base end side of the enlarged diameter portion 63a and is formed into a tapered shape. The tapered portion 63b expands in diameter from the base end side toward the front end side. Therefore, when the pressure tube 3 slides from the front end side toward the base end side, the protruding wing 31 of the pressure tube 3 is housed inside the pressure tube body 30.

[0119] The reduced diameter section 63c is the area that keeps the submerged wing 31 in the retracted state. When the clamp unit 1 is stored in the box 5, the reduced diameter section 63c can keep the elastic arm 44 in a state that prevents the expansion of the elastic arm 44 of the connecting member 4.

[0120] When the pressure tube 3 slides from the front end side to the base end side in the tapered portion 63b, the submerged wing 31 of the pressure tube 3 is housed inside the pressure tube 3. Therefore, the reduced diameter portion 63c, which is smoothly connected to the tapered portion 63b, can remain in the state where the submerged wing 31 of the pressure tube 3 is housed.

[0121] like Figure 4 As shown, the compression section 65 is a plate-shaped member provided at the base end of the shell body 60. The compression section 65 has a first compression section 651 and a second compression section 652. The first compression section 651 and the second compression section 652 are arranged opposite to each other in the height direction H of the shell 6.

[0122] The compression section 65 has a connecting portion 65a that connects to the shell body 60. The connecting portion 65a connects the first compression section 651 and the second compression section 652 to the shell body 60, respectively. The connecting portion 65a is bent such that the first compression section 651 and the second compression section 652 are separated from each other. Therefore, a gap 65b is formed between the first compression section 651 and the second compression section 652. The first compression section 651 and the second compression section 652 are further separated at the base end than at the front end side.

[0123] The first compression portion 651 and the second compression portion 652 are, for example, about 20 mm square, and are shaped to fit comfortably when gripped by fingers. Multiple hemispherical recesses 65c are formed on the outer surfaces of the first compression portion 651 and the second compression portion 652 as anti-slip features during compression.

[0124] The sheath connecting portion 66 is an insertion groove into which the sheath 220 is inserted. The sheath connecting portion 66 is a circular-arc-shaped groove formed in the inner surface of the first compression portion 651 and the inner surface of the second compression portion 652, and communicates with the reduced-diameter portion 63c of the folding portion 63 of the accommodation region 6S. The sheath connecting portion 66 has a straight portion 66a in which the diameter is constant, and a tapered portion 66b in which the diameter gradually increases toward the entrance 67 on the proximal end side. The sheath 220 enters the straight portion 66a via the tapered portion 66b, and abuts against the proximal end side of the reduced-diameter portion 63c. The inner diameter of the entrance 67 is, for example, 3 mm or more.

[0125] The user can fix the sheath 220 with respect to the case 6 by compressing the first compression portion 651 and the second compression portion 652 in a state in which the sheath 220 is inserted from the entrance 67 into the sheath connecting portion 66.

[0126] Figure 7 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7.

[0127] The restriction member 7 is accommodated in the first region 61 and the second region 62 in a movable manner together with the jig unit 1. The restriction member 7 is formed of, for example, the same resin as the case 6. The restriction member 7 can also not be formed of a transparent resin like the case 6.

[0128] As shown in Figure 7 , the restriction member 7 is formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a vertical plane VP containing the central axis O3. The restriction member 7 has a front end portion 71, a protruding portion 72, a slope portion 73, and a pressing portion 74. The front end portion 71, the protruding portion 72, the slope portion 73, and the pressing portion 74 are arranged in the direction of the central axis O3 of the restriction member 7 from the front end toward the proximal end.

[0129] Figure 8 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7 held by the pair of arms 21.

[0130] The restriction member 7 is held by the jig 2 in such a manner that the central axis O3 coincides with the central axis O1 of the jig unit 1. As shown in Figure 5 , the jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S in a state in which the jig 2 holds the restriction member 7. At this time, it is preferable that the central axis O1, the central axis O2, and the central axis O3 coincide.

[0131] The front end portion 71 is provided protruding toward the front end side from the protruding portion 72. The front end of the front end portion 71 is located more proximally than the tissue holding portion 23 of the jig 2 that holds the restriction member 7. Therefore, the front end portion 71 prevents the tissue holding portion 23 of the jig 2 from coming into contact with the case body 60. Furthermore, the front end of the front end portion 71 is formed as a plane perpendicular to the central axis O3.

[0132] The protrusion 72 is a member that protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the central axis O3 (hereinafter referred to as the "protrusion direction P"). The protrusion 72 is located on both sides of the central axis O3. The protrusion 72 is held by the first arm 211 and the second arm 212. The opening and closing direction P of the pair of arms 21 holding the protrusion 72 is approximately the same as the protrusion direction P of the protrusion 72. The curvature of the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 72 is less than the curvature of the inner peripheral surface of the tissue holding portion 23. Therefore, the pair of arms 21 can reliably hold the protrusion 72.

[0133] The slope portion 73 is a component formed in the shape of a slope. The slope portion 73 is provided on both sides across the central axis O3. The length of the slope portion 73 in the protruding direction P is shorter than the length of the protruding portion 72 in the protruding direction P. The closer the slope portion 73 is to the base end, the shorter its length in the protruding direction P becomes.

[0134] The pressing part 74 is a plate-shaped member that limits the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressure tube 3. The pressing part 74 is provided on the base end side of the slope surface 73. Because the pressing part 74 engages with the edge of the front opening 3a, it cannot enter the internal space of the pressure tube 3 from the front opening 3a. Therefore, even when the clamp 2 is pulled towards the pressure tube 3, the pressing part 74 limits the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressure tube 3 by engaging with the edge of the front opening 3a.

[0135] like Figure 7 As shown, the limiting member 7 is clamped in the height direction H by the auxiliary member 8. The auxiliary member 8 adjusts the position of the limiting member 7 in the height direction H so that the limiting member 7 is held by a pair of arms 21. The auxiliary member 8 is not needed when it is not necessary to adjust the position of the limiting member 7 in the height direction.

[0136] Figure 9 This is a top view of the limiting component 7.

[0137] The portion of the protrusion 72 that protrudes to its maximum extent from the central axis O3 in the protrusion direction P is designated as the maximum protrusion point 72b. The length W4 between the maximum protrusion points 72b is slightly less than the length W1 of the width direction W of the first region 61. The length from the maximum protrusion point 72b to the base of the pressing part 74 in the direction of the central axis O3 is designated as L2.

[0138] Figure 10 This is a top view of the restraining member 7 held in the first region 61.

[0139] The limiting member 7 is accommodated in the first region 61 in a state of being held by a pair of arms 21. The length W1 of the width direction W of the first region 61 is less than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the open state. Therefore, the pair of arms 21 hold the limiting member 7 in a state from open to closed. The opening width of the pair of arms 21 is approximately the length W1 of the width direction W of the first region 61. The pair of arms 21 abut against the shell body 60 in the opening / closing direction P. The length from the contact point 72c between the pair of arms 21 and the shell body 60 to the base end of the pressing part 74 in the direction of the central axis O3 is defined as L1.

[0140] The length L1 from the contact point 72c to the base end of the pressing part 74 in the direction of the central axis O3 is preferably longer than L2 from the maximum protrusion point 72b to the base end of the pressing part 74 in the direction of the central axis O3. The purpose is that when the clamp 2 is pulled towards the base end, the clamp 2 is pulled towards the base end in a way that reliably engages with the limiting member 7.

[0141] like Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, the length W4 between the maximum protrusions 72b is slightly less than the length W1 in the width direction W of the first region 61. Therefore, the limiting member 7 is held in a state by the pair of arms 21 in the first region 61.

[0142] The length L3 from the contact point 72c to the front end of the submerged wing 31 in the direction of the central axis O1, O3 (refer to...) Figure 10 L4 is the distance from the front end of the second region 62 to the base end of the tapered portion 63b (refer to...). Figure 6 )above.

[0143] Next, the function of the box system 100 will be explained. Figures 11-17 This is a diagram illustrating the method of loading the fixture unit 1 using the box 5-direction fixture feeding device 200.

[0144] like Figure 11 As shown, the user inserts the sheath 220 of the clamp guide device 200 from the sheath connection portion 66 into the receiving area 6S of the housing 6. The user compresses the sheath 220 at the compression portion 65, fixing the sheath 220 relative to the housing 6.

[0145] like Figure 12 As shown, the user advances the operating line 230 relative to the sheath 220 by operating the operating unit 240, thereby advancing the arrow hook 231. The arrow hook 231 is connected to the connecting member 4 of the clamp unit 1.

[0146] The front end of the front end portion 71 of the restriction member 7 is formed into a plane perpendicular to the central axis O3. Therefore, even in a case where the front end of the clamp unit 1 pushed in by the arrow hook portion 231 contacts the shell body 60, the central axis O1 of the clamp unit 1 is not easily deviated from the central axis O2 of the accommodation region 6S.

[0147] As Figure 13 shown, the user pulls the operation wire 230. The clamp 2 of the clamp unit 1 is pulled toward the base end side by the link member 4 connected to the arrow hook portion 231. The hook 41f of the link member 4 does not break and pulls the link portion 22 of the clamp 2. The restriction member 7 moves in the first region 61 of the accommodation region 6S in a state of contacting the pair of arms 21. Since the pair of arms 21 having the self-expanding force is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the pressing tube 3, the pressing tube 3 is also pulled toward the base end side together with the clamp 2.

[0148] The pair of arms 21 abut on the shell body 60 in the first region 61 in the opening and closing direction P. The clamp 2 is appropriately prevented from being pulled into the inner space of the pressing tube 3 and locked in the closed state by the pressing tube 3 by the frictional force generated by the pair of arms 21 abutting on the shell body 60.

[0149] When the clamp 2 is pulled toward the base end side, the pressing portion 74 of the restriction member 7 is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the pressing tube 3, and thus the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressing tube 3 is restricted. The pressing portion 74 abuts on the pressing tube 3 in a state of contacting the pair of arms 21 by the pulling of the operation wire 230, and restricts the relative movement of the restriction member 7 with respect to the pressing tube 3. Thus, the clamp 2 pulled toward the base end side by the link member 4 is appropriately prevented from being pulled into the inner space of the pressing tube 3 and locked in the closed state by the pressing tube 3.

[0150] The user further pulls the clamp unit 1 toward the base end side. As Figure 14 shown, the pressing tube 3 passes through the folding portion 63. The pressing tube 3 slides from the front end side toward the base end side in the reduced diameter portion 63c, and the submerged wing 31 of the pressing tube 3 is accommodated inside the pressing tube body 30. The pressing tube 3 whose submerged wing 31 is accommodated inside the pressing tube body 30 is pulled into the sheath 220.

[0151] As Figure 14 shown, the length L3 in the central axis O1, O3 direction from the contact point 72c to the front end of the submerged wing 31 is equal to or greater than the distance L4 from the front end of the second region 62 to the base end of the tapered portion 63b. Therefore, when the submerged wing 31 of the pressing tube 3 is accommodated inside the pressing tube 3, the contact point 72c of the pair of arms 21 and the shell body 60 is located in the first region 61. That is, before the submerged wing 31 is accommodated inside the pressing tube 3, the pair of arms 21 holds the restriction member 7 without being pulled into the inner space of the pressing tube 3.

[0152] As Figure 15 shown, the user further pulls the operation wire 230 to pull the restriction member 7 to the second region 62. The length W2 of the width direction W of the second region 62 is larger than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the opened state. Therefore, the restriction member 7 is not held by the pair of arms 21 in the second region 62.

[0153] As Figure 16 shown, the user further pulls the operation wire 230. The clamp 2 is separated from the restriction member 7 and is pulled to the proximal end side. The restriction member 7 is formed with a slope portion 73 on the proximal end side of the protruding portion 72 held by the pair of arms 21. Therefore, when the restriction member 7 is pulled to the proximal end side, the pair of arms 21 is not easily hooked to the restriction member 7.

[0154] As Figure 17 shown, the user further pulls the operation wire 230. Since the pair of arms 21 does not hold the restriction member 7, the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressure tube 3 is not restricted. The clamp 2 pulled to the proximal end side is pulled into the inner space of the pressure tube 3 and is pulled into the sheath 220. The clamp 2 can also be pulled into the sheath 220 without being pulled into the inner space of the pressure tube 3. Thus, the loading of the clamp unit 1 to the clamp introduction device 200 is completed. The user releases the compression of the sheath 220 by the compression portion 65 and pulls out the sheath 220 from the housing 6.

[0155] According to the cartridge system 100 of the present embodiment, the clamp 2 having the self-expanding force is not locked in the closed state by the pressure tube 3 and the clamp unit 1 can be easily loaded to the clamp introduction device 200.

[0156] The first embodiment of the present application is described in detail above with reference to the drawings, but the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment and design changes and the like within the scope of the gist of the present application are included. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiment and the modification examples shown below can be appropriately combined.

[0157] (Modification Example 1)

[0158] For example, in the above-described embodiment, the restriction member 7 has the front end portion 71, the protruding portion 72, the slope portion 73, and the pressing portion 74, but the shape of the restriction member 7 is not limited thereto. As long as the restriction member 7 has the protruding portion 72 to be gripped by the tissue holding portion 23 of the clamp 2, the proximal end side of the protruding portion 72 is formed in a shape that is not easily gripped by the tissue holding portion 23 of the clamp 2.

[0159] Figure 18 is a diagram illustrating the shape of the restriction member 7 that is not easily gripped by the clamp 2.

[0160] If the restriction member 7 is pulled to the second region 62, the pair of arms 21 does not hold the restriction member 7 and expands to the opening width W3 of the open state. The gripper 2 is further pulled to the base end side. The base end side of the protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7 is preferably a shape that does not interfere with the locus T of the tissue holding portion 23 when the gripper 2 is pulled.

[0161] Figures 19-21 is a view that shows a modification example of the restriction member 7.

[0162] Figure 19 The restriction member 7E shown as a modification example of the restriction member 7 is formed in a heart shape. The restriction member 7E has the protruding portion 72, the slope portion 73, and the pressing portion 74. The base end side of the protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7E is a shape that does not interfere with the locus T of the tissue holding portion 23 when the gripper 2 is pulled.

[0163] Figure 20 The restriction member 7F shown as a modification example of the restriction member 7 has the protruding portion 72 and the pressing portion 74. The restriction member 7F does not have the slope portion 73, and the protruding portion 72 is directly connected to the pressing portion 74. The base end side of the protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7F is a shape that does not interfere with the locus T of the tissue holding portion 23 when the gripper 2 is pulled.

[0164] Figure 21 The restriction member 7G shown as a modification example of the restriction member 7 has only the protruding portion 72. The base end side of the protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7G is a shape that does not interfere with the locus T of the tissue holding portion 23 when the gripper 2 is pulled.

[0165] (Modification Example 2)

[0166] The restriction member 7 can also have an entry portion 75 on the base end side of the pressing portion 74. Figure 22 is a perspective view that shows the restriction member 7H as a modification example of the restriction member 7. The restriction member 7H has the front end portion 71, the protruding portion 72, the slope portion 73, the pressing portion 74, and the entry portion 75. The entry portion 75 is a plate-shaped member provided on the base end side of the pressing portion 74. The length H2 of the entry portion 75 in the height direction H is shorter than the length H1 of the pressing portion 74 in the height direction H.

[0167] Figure 23 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7H held by the pair of arms 21.

[0168] The pressing portion 74 engages with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the pressure pipe 3. On the other hand, the length H2 of the entering portion 75 in the height direction H is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the front end opening 3a. Therefore, the entering portion 75 enters the inside space of the pressure pipe 3. Further, since the entering portion 75 abuts on the inner circumferential surface of the pressure pipe 3, the restricting member 7H that enters the inside space of the pressure pipe 3 is not easily shifted in the width direction W. Therefore, as shown in Figure 24 indicated, when the connecting member 4 and the arrow hook portion 231 are connected, the connecting member 4 can be inhibited from being shifted from the center axis O2.

[0169] (Variation 3)

[0170] The restricting member 7 can also have a reinforcing portion 77 on the base end side of the pressing portion 74. Figures 25-27 is a perspective view of a restricting member 71 that is a variation of the restricting member 7. The restricting member 71 has the reinforcing portion 77 on the base end side in comparison with the restricting member 7. The reinforcing portion 77 is provided on both sides in the height direction H of the pressing portion 74. The reinforcing portion 77 serves to reinforce the pressing portion 74 that is the thinnest portion in the restricting member 71. Even in the case where the restricting member 71 including the pressing portion 74 is integrally formed of resin or the like, the pressing portion 74 of the restricting member 71 has sufficient strength.

[0171] As shown in Figure 26 , the length in the center axis O3 direction of the reinforcing portion 77 can be the same as the length in the center axis O3 direction of the pressing portion 74. As shown in Figure 25 , the length in the center axis O3 direction of the reinforcing portion 77 can be shorter than the length in the center axis O3 direction of the pressing portion 74. In either case, at least the reinforcing portion 77 engages with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the pressure pipe 3, and thus the minimum approach distance between the jig 2 and the pressure pipe 3 is restricted.

[0172] (Second Embodiment)

[0173] Reference will be made to Figures 28-34 a second embodiment of the present application. In the following description, the same reference numerals are assigned to structures common to those already described, and repeated description is omitted. The cartridge system 100B of the second embodiment differs from the cartridge system 100 of the first embodiment in the structure of the restricting member and the like.

[0174] The cartridge system 100B has a jig unit 1B and a cartridge 5B that accommodates the jig unit 1B. The cartridge 5B has a housing 6B, a restricting member 7B, and a clamping member 9. The housing 6B is of the same structure as the housing 6 of the first embodiment, and further has a recovery region 64 in the accommodation region 6S.

[0175] Figure 28 is a perspective view of the jig unit 1B.

[0176] The jig unit 1B includes a jig 2, a pressing pipe 3, and a link member 4. The jig unit 1B is coated with insulation, etc. for use with a high-frequency treatment instrument, and the metal parts (a part of the jig 2 and the pressing pipe 3) are coated. It is preferable that the coated parts not come into contact with the case 5B in which the jig unit 1B is housed.

[0177] Figure 29 and Figure 30 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7B, the clamping member 9, and the jig unit 1B. The restriction member 7B has a protruding portion 72 and a sloped portion 73. The protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7B is shorter in length in the protruding direction P than the protruding portion 72 of the restriction member 7.

[0178] The clamping member 9 has a first clamping member 91 and a second clamping member 92. The first clamping member 91 and the second clamping member 92 clamp the pair of arms 21 in the opening / closing direction P of the pair of arms 21. As shown in Figure 30 , the first clamping member 91 and the second clamping member 92 are formed in a rectangular box shape, and have a recessed portion 93 that houses the pair of arms 21 and the restriction member 7B.

[0179] Figure 31 is a cross-sectional view of the jig unit 1B housed in the case 5B.

[0180] The pair of arms 21 is housed in the first area 61 in a state of gripping the restriction member 7B and being clamped by the clamping member 9. The jig unit 1B is housed in the housing area 6S in a manner in which the opening / closing direction P of the pair of arms 21 coincides with the width direction W of the housing 6B. The clamping member 9 that clamps the pair of arms 21 has a length W5 (refer to Figure 29 ) in the width direction W that is substantially equal to the length W1 of the first area 61 in the width direction W.

[0181] Next, the operation of the case system 100B will be described. Figures 32-33 is a view that illustrates a method of filling the jig unit 1B into the jig introduction device 200 using the case 5B.

[0182] As shown in Figure 32 , the user pulls the operation wire 230 as in the first embodiment. The jig 2 of the jig unit 1B is pulled toward the proximal end side by the link member 4 connected to the hook portion 231 of the arrow. The restriction member 7B moves in the first area 61 of the housing area 6S in a state of contacting the pair of arms 21. Since the pair of arms 21 and the clamping member 9 are engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the pressing pipe 3, the pressing pipe 3 is also pulled toward the proximal end side together with the jig 2.

[0183] The pair of arms 21 urges the holding member 9 to the outside in the width direction W with an autonomous expansion force. As a result, in the first region 61, the holding member 9 abuts against the housing main body 60 in the opening / closing direction P. With the frictional force generated by the abutment of the holding member 9 against the housing main body 60, it is possible to appropriately prevent the clip 2 from being pulled into the inside space of the press pipe 3 so that the clip 2 is locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3.

[0184] When the clip 2 is pulled toward the base end side, the holding member 9 engages with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the press pipe 3, and thus the minimum approach distance between the clip 2 and the press pipe 3 is limited. Thus, it is also possible to appropriately prevent the clip 2, of which the link member 4 is pulled toward the base end side, from being pulled into the inside space of the press pipe 3 so that it is locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3.

[0185] As shown in Figure 33 , the user further pulls the operation wire 230 to pull the restriction member 7B and the holding member 9 to the second region 62. The length W2 of the width direction W of the second region 62 is larger than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the open state and the length W5 of the width direction W of the holding member 9 (see Figure 29 ). Thus, in the second region 62, the restriction member 7B is not held by the pair of arms 21. Further, in the second region 62, the holding member 9 is moved by being urged to the outside in the width direction W by the pair of arms 21 and is not clamped into the pair of arms 21.

[0186] Figure 34 is a cross-sectional view along the X-X line of Figure 33 .

[0187] The restriction member 7B and the holding member 9, which are separated from the pair of arms 21, fall to the recovery region 64 formed below in the height direction H. The user further pulls the operation wire 230. The clip 2, which is pulled toward the base end side, is pulled into the inside space of the press pipe 3 and into the sheath 220. The clip 2 can also be pulled into the sheath 220 without being pulled into the inside space of the press pipe 3. Thus, the filling of the clip unit IB into the clip introduction device 200 is completed.

[0188] According to the cartridge system 100B of the present embodiment, the clip 2, which has an autonomous expansion force, is not locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3, and it is possible to easily fill the clip unit 1 into the clip introduction device 200. Further, since the clip unit 1 is not brought into contact with the cartridge 5B in the opening / closing direction P, the covering is not peeled off, and it is possible to easily fill the clip unit 1 into the clip introduction device 200.

[0189] The above describes the second embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to the drawings, but the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes and the like within the scope of the gist of the present application are included. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiments and modifications can be appropriately combined to constitute.

[0190] (Third Embodiment)

[0191] Reference Figures 35-39 A third embodiment of the present application is described. In the following description, the same reference numerals are assigned to structures common to those already described, and repeated description is omitted. The cartridge system 100C of the third embodiment differs from the cartridge system 100 of the first embodiment in the structure of the restriction member and the like.

[0192] The cartridge system 100C has the jig unit 1 and a cartridge 5C that accommodates the jig unit 1. The cartridge 5C has a case 6C and a restriction member 7C.

[0193] Figure 35 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7C and the jig unit 1.

[0194] The restriction member 7C is formed in a rectangular box shape. An internal space 7S is formed in the restriction member 7C along a central axis O3 of the restriction member 7C. The internal space 7S has an opening 7c on the proximal end side. The internal space 7S is a space that can accommodate the tip end portions of the pair of arms 21 in the closed state.

[0195] Figure 36 is a cross-sectional view of the cartridge 5C that accommodates the jig unit 1.

[0196] The case 6C has a case main body 60C, a compression portion 65, and a sheath connection portion 66. The case main body 60C has an accommodation region 6SC in which the jig unit 1 is accommodated so as to be movable in the length direction L. The accommodation region 6SC does not have the second region 62, but has the first region 61 and the folding portion 63. The accommodation region 6SC has an abutment portion 68 between the first region 61 and the folding portion 63. The abutment portion 68 is a surface that is substantially perpendicular to the central axis O2.

[0197] The pair of arms 21 is accommodated in the first region 61 in a state in which the tip end portions are accommodated in the internal space 7S. The jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6SC in such a manner that the opening and closing direction P of the pair of arms 21 coincides with the width direction W of the case 6B. The length W6 (see Figure 35 ) of the width direction W of the restriction member 7C is substantially equal to the length W1 of the width direction W of the first region 61.

[0198] Next, the action of the cartridge system 100C is described. Figures 37-39 is a view that explains a method of filling the jig unit 1 to the jig introduction device 200 using the cartridge 5C.

[0199] As Figure 37 shown, the user pulls the operation line 230 as with the first embodiment. The clamp 2 of the clamp unit 1 is pulled to the base end side by the link member 4 connected to the hook portion 231 of the arrow. The pair of arms 21 is in contact with the restriction member 7C in the internal space 7S because it is forced to open in the opening and closing direction P. As a result, the restriction member 7C is also pulled to the base end side together with the clamp 2 and the press pipe 3. The restriction member 7C moves in the accommodation region 6SC in a state of being in contact with the pair of arms 21. Since the restriction member 7C is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the press pipe 3, the press pipe 3 is also pulled to the base end side together with the clamp 2.

[0200] The restriction member 7C abuts on the case main body 60C in the opening and closing direction P. The clamp 2 is appropriately prevented from being pulled into the internal space of the press pipe 3 and locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3 by the frictional force generated by the abutment of the restriction member 7C on the case main body 60C.

[0201] When the clamp 2 is pulled to the base end side, the restriction member 7C is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the press pipe 3, and thus the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the press pipe 3 is restricted. Thus, the clamp 2 pulled to the base end side by the link member 4 is appropriately prevented from being pulled into the internal space of the press pipe 3 and locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3.

[0202] As Figure 38 shown, the user further pulls the operation line 230, and thus the press pipe 3 passes through the folding portion 63. The press pipe 3 slides in the reduced diameter portion 63c from the front end side toward the base end side, and the protruding wing 31 of the press pipe 3 is accommodated inside the press pipe main body 30.

[0203] As Figure 39 shown, the user further pulls the operation line 230, and thus the restriction member 7C abuts on the abutting portion 68. The user further operates the line 230, and thus the restriction member 7C abutting on the abutting portion 68 remains in the accommodation region 6SC, the clamp 2 is pulled into the internal space of the press pipe 3 and into the sheath 220.

[0204] According to the cartridge system 100C of the present embodiment, the clamp 2 having the self-expanding force is not locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3, and the clamp unit 1 can be easily loaded into the clamp introduction device 200. Further, the clamp unit 1 is not brought into contact with the cartridge 5C in the opening and closing direction P, and the clamp unit 1 can be easily loaded into the clamp introduction device 200.

[0205] The third embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above embodiments and variations can be appropriately combined to form a configuration.

[0206] (Fourth Implementation)

[0207] Reference Figures 40-48 The fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used for structures that are common to the structures already described, and repeated descriptions will be omitted. The box system 100D of the fourth embodiment differs from the box system 100 of the first embodiment in the structure of the limiting members, etc.

[0208] The box system 100D has a clamping unit 1 and a box 5D for storing the clamping unit 1. The box 5D has a housing 6D and a restraining member 7D. The housing 6D has the same structure as the housing 6 of the first embodiment, and also has a recycling area 64 in the receiving area 6S.

[0209] Figure 40 It is a 3D view of the limiting component. Figure 41 This is an exploded view of the 7D component.

[0210] The limiting member 7D has a protrusion 72D, a pressing part 74D, and a fastener 76. The protrusion 72D and the pressing part 74D are connected in a separable manner by means of the fastener 76.

[0211] The protrusion 72D is a component that protrudes in the protruding direction P. The protrusion 72D is provided on both sides, separated by the central axis O3. The protrusion 72D is respectively held by the first arm 211 and the second arm 212. (As...) Figure 41 As shown, a through hole 72a is formed in the protrusion 72D that is separately provided, through which the fastener 76 passes.

[0212] The pressing part 74D, like the pressing part 74 in the first embodiment, is a plate-shaped member that limits the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressure tube 3. The front end side of the pressing part 74D is twisted 90 degrees relative to the base end side about the central axis O3. A through hole 74a is formed near the front end of the pressing part 74D for the fastener 76 to pass through.

[0213] Figure 42 It is a perspective view of the limiting member 7 held by a pair of arms 21. Figure 43 It is from the front side in the direction of the central axis O3 ( Figure 42 The arrow direction is shown in the front view of the limiting member 7D. The limiting member 7D is held in the clamp 2 with its central axis O3 roughly aligned with the central axis O1 of the clamp unit 1.

[0214] Figure 44 is a cross-sectional view of the cartridge 5D that accommodates the jig unit 1.

[0215] The jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S with the jig 2 holding the restriction member 7D. At this time, it is preferable that the center axis O1, the center axis O2, and the center axis O3 coincide. The pair of arms 21 abut against the shell main body 60 in the opening / closing direction P as in the first embodiment.

[0216] Figure 45 is a cross-sectional view along the Y-Y line of Figure 44 .

[0217] The shell 6D also has a recovery region 64 in the accommodation region 6S. The recovery region 64 is formed below the height direction H of the second region 62 and is a space in which the restriction member 7D can be accommodated.

[0218] Next, the action of the cartridge system 100D will be described. Figures 46-48 is a view that explains a method of filling the jig unit 1 into the jig introduction device 200 using the cartridge 5D.

[0219] As shown in Figure 46 , the user pulls the operation wire 230 as in the first embodiment. The jig 2 of the jig unit 1D is pulled toward the base end side by the link member 4 connected to the arrow hook portion 231. The restriction member 7D moves in the first region 61 of the accommodation region 6S in a state of contacting the pair of arms 21. Since the pair of arms 21 are engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the press pipe 3, the press pipe 3 is also pulled toward the base end side together with the jig 2.

[0220] In the first region 61, the pair of arms 21 abut against the shell main body 60 in the opening / closing direction P. The frictional force generated by the abutment of the pair of arms 21 against the shell main body 60 can appropriately prevent the jig 2 from being pulled into the inner space of the press pipe 3 so that the jig 2 is locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3.

[0221] When the jig 2 is pulled toward the base end side, the pressing portion 74D of the restriction member 7D is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a of the press pipe 3, and thus the minimum approach distance between the jig 2 and the press pipe 3 is restricted. Thus, it is also possible to appropriately prevent the jig 2 pulled toward the base end side by the link member 4 from being pulled into the inner space of the press pipe 3 so as to be locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3.

[0222] As shown in Figure 47 , the user further pulls the operation wire 230 to pull the restriction member 7D to the second region 62. The recovery region 64 is formed below the height direction H of the second region 62. The fixing members 76 of the restriction member 7D pulled to the second region 62 are detached and separated from each other.

[0223] Figure 48 is a cross-sectional view along the Z―Z line of Figure 47

[0224] As shown in Figure 48 , the protruding portion 72D, the pressing portion 74D, and the fixing member 76 are separately dropped into the recovery region 64. The user further pulls the operation wire 230, thereby pulling the clip 2 into the inner space of the pressing tube 3 and into the sheath 220.

[0225] According to the cartridge system 100D of the present embodiment, the clip 2 having the self-expanding force is not locked in the closed state by the pressing tube 3, and the clip introducing device 200 can be easily filled with the clip unit 1.

[0226] The fourth embodiment of the present application is described in detail above with reference to the drawings, but the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes and the like within a range not departing from the gist of the present application are also included. Furthermore, the constituent elements shown in the above-described embodiments and modified examples can be appropriately combined to constitute.

[0227] (Modified Example 4)

[0228] In the above-described embodiments, the clip 2 has the first arm 211 and the second arm 212, but the form of the clip 2 is not limited to this. The clip 2 can have, for example, four arms as long as it has a plurality of arms that can be opened and closed.

[0229] (Fifth Embodiment)

[0230] The fifth embodiment of the present application is described with reference to Figures 49-53 . In the following description, the same reference numerals are assigned to structures common to the structures already described, and repeated description is omitted. The cartridge system of the fifth embodiment differs from the cartridge system 100 of the first embodiment in that a restriction member 7K is provided instead of the restriction member 7.

[0231] Figure 49 is a perspective view of the restriction member 7K.

[0232] The restriction member 7K is housed in the first region 61 and the second region 62 in a movable manner together with the clip unit 1. The restriction member 7K is formed of, for example, the same resin as the case 6. The restriction member 7K can also not be formed of a transparent resin like the case 6. As shown in Figure 49 , the restriction member 7K is formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a vertical plane VP containing the central axis O3.

[0233] The restriction member 7K has a middle member 70, an auxiliary member 8K, and a pressing portion 74K. The middle member 70 has a front end portion 71, a protruding portion 72, and a slope portion 73K. The front end portion 71, the protruding portion 72, and the slope portion 73K are arranged in the direction of the central axis O3 of the restriction member 7K from the front end toward the base end.

[0234] The restriction member 7K is held by the jig 2 in such a manner that the central axis O3 thereof is substantially coincident with the central axis O1 of the jig unit 1, like the restriction member 7 of the first embodiment. The jig unit 1 is accommodated in the accommodation region 6S in a state in which the jig 2 holds the restriction member 7K.

[0235] Figure 50 is a cross-sectional view of the restriction member 7K.

[0236] The slope portion 73K is a member formed in a slope shape. The slope portion 73K is provided on both sides across the central axis O3. The length in the protruding direction P of the slope portion 73K is shorter than the length in the protruding direction P of the protruding portion 72. The length in the protruding direction P of the slope portion 73K is shorter as it goes from the front end side toward the base end side.

[0237] The slope portion 73K has a first slope portion 73a on the front end side and a second slope portion 73b on the base end side. The slope of the first slope portion 73a with respect to the central axis O3 is larger than that of the second slope portion 73b.

[0238] Figure 51 is a cross-sectional view of a slope portion 73L that is a modification of the slope portion 73K.

[0239] The slope portion 73L has only the first slope portion 73a and does not have the second slope portion 73b. The slope portion 73L, although the strength is reduced, is less likely to be hooked by the tissue holding portion 23 when the jig 2 is pulled, as compared with the first slope portion 73a having the second slope portion 73b.

[0240] The auxiliary member 8K adjusts the position in the height direction H of the middle member 70 so that the protruding portion 72 is held by the pair of arms 21. The auxiliary member 8K has an upper auxiliary member 81 provided on one side (upper side) in the height direction H and a lower auxiliary member 82 provided on the other side (lower side) in the height direction H. The middle member 70 is sandwiched by the upper auxiliary member 81 and the lower auxiliary member 82 in the height direction H.

[0241] The pressing portion 74K is a plate-shaped member that restricts the minimum approach distance between the jig 2 and the pressure pipe 3. The pressing portion 74K is provided at the base end of the auxiliary member 8K. Since a part of the pressing portion 74K is engaged with the edge of the front end opening 3a, the entire pressing portion 74K cannot enter the inside space of the pressure pipe 3 from the front end opening 3a. Therefore, even in the case where the jig 2 is pulled in the direction of approaching the pressure pipe 3, the minimum approach distance between the jig 2 and the pressure pipe 3 is restricted.

[0242] Figure 52 is a side view of the restriction member 7K.

[0243] The pressing portion 74K has a first pressing portion 78 and a second pressing portion 79 disposed opposite to each other. The first pressing portion 78 is provided at the base end of the upper auxiliary member 81. The second pressing portion 79 is provided at the base end of the lower auxiliary member 82. The first pressing portion 78 and the second pressing portion 79 are formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a horizontal plane HP including the central axis O3.

[0244] The first pressing portion 78 has a first pillar portion 78a and a first protruding portion 78b. The first pillar portion 78a is formed in a semicircular cylindrical shape, and its front end is connected to the upper auxiliary member 81. The first pillar portion 78a elastically deforms in the height direction H with the connected portion to the upper auxiliary member 81 as a first fulcrum 78c. The lower surface 78m of the first pillar portion 78a forms the same plane as the lower surface 81m of the upper auxiliary member 81. An outer side slope surface 78d is provided on the upper surface on the base end side of the first pillar portion 78a. The outer side slope surface 78d is shorter in length from the central axis O3 as it goes from the front end side toward the base end side.

[0245] The first protruding portion 78b is provided on the lower surface 78m on the base end side of the first pillar portion 78a, and the first protruding portion 78b protrudes from the lower surface 78m of the first pillar portion 78a. The first protruding portion 78b is formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to a vertical plane VP including the central axis O3. An inner side slope surface 78e is provided on the lower surface on the front end side of the first protruding portion 78b. The normal line of the inner side slope surface 78e faces the front end side.

[0246] A first end surface 78t whose normal line direction coincides with the length direction L is formed on the base end of the first pillar portion 78a and the first protruding portion 78b.

[0247] The second pressing portion 79 has a second pillar portion 79a and a second protruding portion 79b. The second pillar portion 79a is formed in a semicircular cylindrical shape, and its front end is connected to the lower auxiliary member 82. The second pillar portion 79a elastically deforms in the height direction H with the connected portion to the lower auxiliary member 82 as a second fulcrum 79c. The upper surface 79u of the second pillar portion 79a forms the same plane as the upper surface 82u of the lower auxiliary member 82. An outer side slope surface 79d is provided on the lower surface on the base end side of the second pillar portion 79a. The outer side slope surface 79d is shorter in length from the central axis O3 as it goes from the front end side toward the base end side.

[0248] A second protrusion 79b is provided on the upper surface 79u of the base end side of the second support portion 79a, and protrudes from the upper surface 79u of the second support portion 79a. The second protrusion 79b is symmetrically shaped with respect to the vertical plane VP containing the central axis O3. An inner slope 79e is provided on the upper surface of the front end side of the second protrusion 79b. The normal of the inner slope 79e faces the front end side.

[0249] A second end face 79t is formed at the base end of the second support portion 79a and the second protrusion 79b, with the normal direction aligned with the length direction L.

[0250] Restricting component 7K and Figure 24 Compared to the first embodiment shown, the portion of the limiting member 7 that abuts against the pair of arms 21 (the first protrusion 78b and the second protrusion 79b) is wider in the width direction W. Therefore, when connecting the connecting member 4 and the arrow hook portion 231, the offset of the connecting member 4 from the central axis O2 can be more properly suppressed.

[0251] like Figure 52 As shown, the length H1 of the height direction H of the first arm 211 and the second arm 212 is shorter than the length H2 of the height direction H between the lower surface 81m of the upper auxiliary member 81 and the upper surface 82u of the lower auxiliary member 82. Furthermore, the length H1 is longer than the length H3 of the height direction H between the first protrusion 78b and the second protrusion 79b.

[0252] like Figure 49 and Figure 50 As shown, the limiting member 7K has an internal space 8S that extends along the width direction W between the middle layer member 70 in the length direction L and the first protrusion 78b and the second protrusion 79b.

[0253] Next, the function of the box system in this embodiment will be explained.

[0254] The user pulls the operating line 230 to load the clamp unit 1 into the clamp feeding device 200, just as in the first embodiment. Since the first end face 78t and the second end face 79t of the pressing part 74K of the limiting member 7K engage with the edge of the front opening 3a of the pressure tube 3, the minimum approach distance between the clamp 2 and the pressure tube 3 is limited.

[0255] The user further pulls the operating line 230, pulling the restraining member 7K to the second region 62. The length W2 of the width direction W of the second region 62 is greater than the opening width W3 of the pair of arms 21 in the open state. Therefore, the restraining member 7K is not held by the pair of arms 21 in the second region 62.

[0256] The user further pulls the operation wire 230. The clip 2 is separated from the restriction member 7K and is pulled toward the base end side. The restriction member 7K is formed with a slope portion 73K on the base end side of the protrusion 72 held by the pair of arms 21. Therefore, when the restriction member 7K is pulled toward the base end side, the pair of arms 21 are not easily hooked to the restriction member 7K.

[0257] The user further pulls the operation wire 230. Since the pair of arms 21 do not hold the restriction member 7K, the minimum approach distance between the clip 2 and the pressing tube 3 is not restricted. The pair of arms 21 are pulled toward the base end side while being closed.

[0258] The restriction member 7K has an internal space 8S through in the width direction W. Therefore, when the pair of arms 21 pass through the internal space 8S, the pair of arms 21 are closed and come into contact with each other. The internal space 8S is preferably wide enough for the pair of arms 21 to be closed. For example, in the case where the length in the length direction L of the internal space 8S is not long enough, the closed pair of arms 21 sometimes catch the first and second protrusions 78b and 79b and do not release them.

[0259] Figure 53 is a side view of the pair of arms 21 passing through the pressing portion 74K.

[0260] The length Hl in the height direction H of the pair of arms 21 is larger than the length H3 in the height direction H between the first and second protrusions 78b and 79b. Therefore, the pair of arms 21 in the closed state are brought into contact with the first and second protrusions 78b and 79b by being pulled.

[0261] The pair of arms 21 are further pulled to move the first and second pressing portions 78 and 79 in directions away from each other and thereby push them apart. Specifically, the tissue holding portions 23 of the pair of arms 21 elastically deform the first pressing portion 78 about the first fulcrum 78c upward. Since the tissue holding portions 23 of the pair of arms 21 are in contact with the inner side slope 78e, the first pressing portion 78 is easily elastically deformed upward. Further, the tissue holding portions 23 of the pair of arms 21 elastically deform the second pressing portion 79 about the second fulcrum 79c downward. Since the tissue holding portions 23 of the pair of arms 21 are in contact with the inner side slope 79e, the second pressing portion 79 is easily elastically deformed upward.

[0262] The restriction member 7K can reliably pass the pair of arms 21 by elastically deforming the pressing portion 74K, and can suppress the case where the pair of arms 21 catch the restriction member 7K and do not release them, compared with the restriction member 7 of the first embodiment.

[0263] Figure 54 is a side view of the restriction member 7K elastically deformed by the pressing portion 74K.

[0264] The first pressing portion 78 is elastically deformable to the outer side slope surface 78d in contact with the housing 6 because the outer side slope surface 78d is provided on the upper surface. Further, the second pressing portion 79 is elastically deformable to the outer side slope surface 79d in contact with the housing 6 because the outer side slope surface 79d is provided on the lower surface. The length H4 of the height direction H between the first protruding portion 78b and the second protruding portion 79b when the first pressing portion 78 and the second pressing portion 79 are elastically deformed to be in contact with the housing 6 is preferably longer than the length H1.

[0265] The first protruding portion 78b and the second protruding portion 79b are formed in a symmetrical shape with respect to the vertical plane VP containing the central axis O3. Therefore, when the pair of arms 21 pass while elastically deforming the pressing portion 74K, the pair of arms 21 are not easily hooked on the pressing portion 74K.

[0266] The clip 2 pulled toward the base end side is drawn into the inner space of the press pipe 3 and into the sheath 220. Thereby, the filling of the clip unit 1 into the clip introduction device 200 is completed.

[0267] According to the cartridge system of the present embodiment, the clip 2 having the self-expanding force is not locked in the closed state by the press pipe 3, and the clip unit 1 can be easily filled into the clip introduction device 200.

[0268] The fifth embodiment of the present application is described in detail above with reference to the drawings, but the specific structure is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes and the like within a range not departing from the gist of the present application are included. Further, the constituent elements shown in the above embodiments and modified examples can be appropriately combined to constitute.

[0269] (Modified Example 5)

[0270] Figure 55 is a side view showing a first protruding portion 78f and a second protruding portion 79f as modified examples of the first protruding portion 78b and the second protruding portion 79b. The first protruding portion 78f extends to the first fulcrum 78c of the first pressing portion 78 compared to the first protruding portion 78b. Therefore, the first pressing portion 78 is not easily broken even if elastically deformed with the first fulcrum 78c as the center. The second protruding portion 79f extends to the second fulcrum 79c of the second pressing portion 79 compared to the second protruding portion 79b. Therefore, the second pressing portion 79 is not easily broken even if elastically deformed with the second fulcrum 79c as the center.

[0271] (Modified Example 6)

[0272] Figure 56is a side view showing first protrusions 78g and second protrusions 79g as a modification of the first protrusions 78b and the second protrusions 79b. The first protrusions 78g and the second protrusions 79g are not symmetrical shapes with respect to the horizontal plane HP containing the central axis O3. The length in the height direction H of the first protrusions 78g is longer than the length in the height direction H of the second protrusions 79g. The pressing portion 74K can be any shape as long as the pair of arms 21 can pass through by elastic deformation.

[0273] (Modification 7)

[0274] Figure 57 is a side view showing first protrusions 78h and second protrusions 79h as a modification of the first protrusions 78b and the second protrusions 79b. The first protrusions 78h and the second protrusions 79h are adjacent in the height direction H. The pressing portion 74K can be any shape as long as the pair of arms 21 can pass through by elastic deformation. It can also be that the pressing portion 74K can pass through by plastic deformation.

[0275] (Modification 8)

[0276] Figure 58 is a perspective view of a restriction member 7M as a modification of the restriction member 7K.

[0277] The restriction member 7M has the middle member 70, the auxiliary member 8, and the pressing portion 74K. The pressing portion 74K is connected with a recessed portion 8g that is recessed from the base end to the front end side of the auxiliary member 8. By changing the portion where the pressing portion 74K is connected with the auxiliary member 8, it is possible to change the length of the pressing portion 74K that protrudes from the auxiliary member 8 to the base end side.

[0278] (Modification 9)

[0279] Figure 59 is a perspective view of a restriction member 7N as a modification of the restriction member 7M.

[0280] The restriction member 7N has slits 78s that pass through in the height direction H on both sides in the width direction W of the first protrusions 78b. In addition, the restriction member 7N has slits 79s that pass through in the height direction H on both sides in the width direction W of the second protrusions 79b. The pair of arms 21 easily pass through by reducing the cross-sectional area of the portion where the pressing portion 74K is elastically deformed.

The contact between the limiting member and the plurality of arms is released by further pulling the clamping unit towards the base end.

14. The box system according to claim 13, wherein, The limiting member is disposed between the plurality of arms. In the receiving area, the first area and the second area are arranged from the front end toward the base end. As the pressure tube passes through the fold, the limiting member is positioned in the first region to hold the plurality of arms.

15. The box system according to claim 1, wherein, The limiting member is disposed between the plurality of arms. The box system also features clamping components. In the receiving area, the first area and the second area are arranged from the front end toward the base end. The clamping unit is housed in the first region in a state where the multiple arms hold the limiting member and are clamped by the clamping member. The clamping member abuts against the housing in the opening and closing direction of the plurality of arms in the first region.

16. A method for filling a fixture unit, wherein, The clamping unit connection line, which is located in the first region of the box and engages with the limiting member, passes through the sheath. By pulling the line, the clamping unit is moved towards a second region of the box, which has a width greater than the first region in a width direction perpendicular to the length direction of the box. By moving the clamping unit toward the second region of the box, the restraining member separates from the clamping unit, thereby releasing the engagement between the restraining member and the clamping unit. With the clamp unit, which has been released from engagement with the limiting member, installed on the sheath, the sheath is removed from the box.

17. The method for filling the fixture unit according to claim 16, wherein, When the clamping unit is positioned in the first region, the opening width of the clamping unit's arm is limited to a first opening width. When the clamping unit is positioned in the second region, the opening width of the arm is changed to a second opening width that is larger than the first opening width.

18. The method for filling the fixture unit according to claim 17, wherein, With the engagement between the limiting member and the clamping unit released, the line is pulled, thereby changing the opening width of the arm to a third opening width that is smaller than the first opening width.

19. The method for filling the fixture unit according to claim 18, wherein, With the opening width of the arm changed to the third opening width, the clamp unit is removed from the box.
