2. The method of claim 1, wherein, the first condition further comprises that the network supports the paging restriction function.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein, the first communication device comprises a core network element.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in a case where the terminal or the network only supports the paging restriction function, the first communication device does not send, to the terminal, information indicating support of the paging restriction function.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, the sending, to the terminal, information indicating support of the paging restriction function in a case where a first condition is met, comprises: in a case where a registration request received by the first communication device from the terminal comprises that the terminal supports the paging rejection function and the terminal supports the paging restriction function, or in a case where a registration request received by the first communication device from the terminal comprises that the terminal supports the leave network function and the terminal supports the paging restriction function, sending, to the terminal, information indicating support of the paging restriction function through a registration response.
