[0045] The embodiments disclosed in this specification will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the same or similar structural elements, regardless of the drawing numbers, will be given the same reference numerals, and repeated descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0046] In describing the embodiments disclosed in this specification, if it is determined that a detailed description of related well-known technologies would obscure the technical concept of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. Furthermore, the accompanying drawings are only for ease of understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification and should not be used to limit the technical concept disclosed in this specification. Rather, they should cover all modifications, equivalents, and even substitutions included within the scope of the invention's concept and technology.
[0047] Terms containing ordinal numbers, such as "first" and "second," can be used to describe various structural elements, but these structural elements are not limited by these terms. The terms are used only for the purpose of distinguishing one structural element from others.
[0048] The directional markings shown in the accompanying drawings, such as U (upper), D (lower), Le (left), Ri (right), F (front), and R (rear), are for illustrative purposes only, and the technical concept of the present invention is not limited by these directional markings.
[0049] Reference Figure 1 The blower 1 can extend relatively long in the vertical direction. The blower 1 can be called an air conditioner or an air cleaner. The blower 1 can be equipped with a base 2, a lower body 3, and upper bodies 10 and 20.
[0050] The base 2 can form the bottom surface of the blower 1 and can be placed on the floor of an indoor space. The base 2 can be formed in the shape of a circular plate.
[0051] The lower body 3 can be disposed on the upper side of the base 2. The lower body 3 can form the lower side of the blower 1. The lower body 3 can be formed in a cylindrical shape. For example, the diameter of the lower body 3 can decrease from the lower part of the lower body 3 towards the upper part. As another example, the diameter of the lower body 3 can remain constant in the vertical direction. The suction port 3a can be formed through the side of the lower body 3. For example, a plurality of suction ports 3a can be evenly arranged along the circumference of the lower body 3. Thus, air can flow from the outside to the inside of the blower 1 through the plurality of suction ports 3a.
[0052] The upper bodies 10 and 20 can be configured on the upper side of the lower body 3. The upper bodies 10 and 20 can provide flow paths that communicate with the internal space of the lower body 3.
[0053] Referring to the accompanying drawings, for example, the upper bodies 10 and 20 may have a first upper body 10 and a second upper body 20 spaced apart from each other.
[0054] As another example, the upper bodies 10 and 20 can be composed of a single upper body. In this case, the upper bodies 10 and 20 can extend relatively long in the vertical direction from the upper side of the lower body 3, or they can be formed into a circular (elliptical) or track-like ring or open ring shape. The position of the individual upper bodies 10 and 20 relative to the lower body 3 can be determined by considering the shape of the upper bodies 10 and 20, the position, shape, and number of slits formed on the surface of the upper bodies 10 and 20 as air vents formed thereon, etc.
[0055] For the sake of brevity, the following explanation will be based on the case where the above-mentioned main bodies 10 and 20 have a first upper body 10 and a second upper body 20. Furthermore, the explanation applies not only to the case where there are two upper bodies 10 and 20, but also to the case where an upper body 10 or 20 is composed of a single upper body.
[0056] The first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20 can be disposed on the upper side of the lower body 3. The first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20 can form the upper side of the blower 1. The first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20 can extend relatively long in the vertical direction and be spaced apart from each other in the horizontal direction. On the other hand, the first upper body 10 can be referred to as the first tower or the first nozzle tower, and the second upper body 20 can be referred to as the second tower or the second nozzle tower.
[0057] A gap S can be formed between the first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20, and can provide an airflow path. The gap S can be open in the front-to-back direction. Alternatively, the gap S can be referred to as a blowing space, valley, or channel.
[0058] The first upper body 10 may be separated from the second upper body 20 to the left. The first upper body 10 may extend relatively long in the vertical direction. The first upper body 10 may include a first panel 12 forming the surface of the first upper body 10. The first panel 12 may include: a first inner panel 121 facing the gap S; and a first outer panel 122 facing the first inner panel 121.
[0059] The first inner panel 121 can protrude from the first upper body 10 toward the right side in the direction of the gap S. For example, the first inner panel 121 can extend relatively long in the vertical direction. The first outer panel 122 can protrude from the first upper body 10 toward the left side in the direction opposite to the direction toward the gap S. For example, the first outer panel 122 can extend at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to a vertical line extending in the vertical direction toward the right side in the direction of the gap S.
[0060] At this time, the curvature of the first outer panel 122 can be greater than the curvature of the first inner panel 121. Furthermore, the first outer panel 122 can meet the first inner panel 121 to form an edge. This edge can be formed by a first front end 10F and a first rear end 10R of the first upper body 10. For example, the first front end 10F can extend rearward at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to a vertical line extending in the vertical direction. Similarly, the first rear end 10R can extend forward at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to a vertical line extending in the vertical direction.
[0061] The second upper body 20 may be spaced apart from the first upper body 10 to the right. The second upper body 20 may extend relatively long in the vertical direction. The second upper body 20 may include a second panel 22 forming the surface of the second upper body 20. The second panel 22 may include: a second inner panel 221 facing the gap S; and a second outer panel 222 facing the second inner panel 221.
[0062] The second inner panel 221 can protrude from the second upper body 20 toward the left side in the direction of the gap S. For example, the second inner panel 221 can extend relatively long in the vertical direction. The second outer panel 222 can protrude from the second upper body 20 toward the right side in the direction of the gap S. For example, the second outer panel 222 can extend at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to the vertical line extending in the vertical direction toward the left side in the direction of the gap S.
[0063] At this time, the curvature of the second outer panel 222 can be greater than the curvature of the second inner panel 221. Furthermore, the second outer panel 222 can meet the first inner panel 221 to form an edge. This edge can be formed by the second front end 20F and the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20. For example, the second front end 20F can extend rearward at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to a vertical line extending in the vertical direction. For example, the second rear end 20R can extend forward at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to a vertical line extending in the vertical direction.
[0064] On the other hand, the first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20 can be symmetrical about each other with a gap S between them. Furthermore, the surfaces of the first outer panel 122 and the second outer panel 222 can be located on an imaginary curved surface extending along the surface of the lower body 3. In other words, the surfaces of the first outer panel 122 and the second outer panel 222 can be smoothly connected to the surface of the lower body 3. Additionally, the top surface 121u of the first upper body 10 and the top surface 221u of the second upper body 20 can be configured as horizontal planes. In this case, the blower 1 can be formed in an overall truncated cone shape. This reduces the possibility of the blower 1 tipping over due to external impact.
[0065] The groove 31 may be located between the first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20, and extend relatively long in the front-to-back direction. The groove 31 may be a downwardly recessed curved surface. The groove 31 may include: a first side 31a, connected to the lower side of the first inner panel 121; and a second side 31b, connected to the lower side of the second inner panel 221. The groove 31, together with the first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221, may define the boundary of the gap S. Alternatively, the groove 31 may be referred to as a connecting groove or a connecting surface.
[0066] Reference Figure 2The lower body 3 can provide internal space for installing the filter 4, control unit 5, fan 6 and air guide 7 (described later).
[0067] The filter 4 can be detachably disposed within the interior space of the lower body 3. The filter 4 can be formed in an integral cylindrical shape. That is, the filter 4 may include a hole 4P formed through the filter 4 in a vertical direction. The filter 4 may include: a ring-shaped lower end frame 4a forming the lower end of the filter 4; and a ring-shaped upper end frame 4b forming the upper end of the filter 4 (see reference). Figure 13 Indoor air can be drawn in through the intake port 3a by the operation of fan 6 (see reference). Figure 8 The air flows into the interior of the lower body 3. Then, the indoor air flowing into the interior of the lower body 3 can be purified as it flows from the outer peripheral surface of the filter 4 to the inner peripheral surface, and flows to the upper side of the filter 4 through the hole 4P.
[0068] The control unit 5 can be installed inside the lower main body 3. The control unit 5 can be electrically connected to each structural component of the blower 1 and can control the operation of the blower 1.
[0069] The fan 6 can be disposed within the internal space of the lower body 3 and positioned above the filter 4. The fan 6 can generate a flow of air that flows into the interior of the blower 1 and then exits to the exterior of the blower 1. The fan 6 may include: a fan housing 6a, a fan motor 6b, a hub 6c, a shroud 6d, and stationary blades 6e. Alternatively, the fan 6 can be referred to as a fan assembly or a fan module.
[0070] The fan housing 6a can form the appearance of the fan 6. The fan housing 6a can be formed in an integral cylindrical shape. The bell mouth 6f can be located at the lower end of the fan housing 6a. The intake port (not marked) can be formed inside the bell mouth 6f and supply air to the shroud 6d described later.
[0071] A fan motor 6b provides rotational force. The fan motor 6b can be a centrifugal fan motor or a mixed-flow fan motor. The fan motor 6b can be supported by a motor cover 7b (described later). In this case, the rotational shaft of the fan motor 6b can extend from the fan motor 6b downwards and penetrate the bottom surface of the motor cover 7b. A hub 6c can be fixed to the rotational shaft and rotate with it. A shroud 6d can be spaced from the hub 6c outwards. A plurality of stationary blades 6e can be disposed between the hub 6c and the shroud 6d.
[0072] Therefore, when the fan motor 6b is driven, air can flow in along the axial direction of the fan motor 6b through the intake port and can be discharged radially and upwards from the fan motor 6b.
[0073] The air guide 7 can be positioned above the fan 6, i.e., downstream of the fan 6, and can provide a flow path 7P for the air exhausted from the fan 6. For example, the flow path 7P can be an annular flow path. The air guide 7 can include a guide body 7a, a motor cover 7b, and a moving blade 7c. Alternatively, the air guide 7 can be referred to as a diffuser.
[0074] The guide body 7a can form the appearance of the air guide 7. The motor cover 7b can be disposed in the center of the air guide 7. For example, the guide body 7a can be formed in a cylindrical shape. The motor cover 7b can be formed in a bowl shape. In this case, the aforementioned annular flow path 7P can be formed between the guide body 7a and the motor cover 7b. A plurality of moving blades 7c can be disposed in the annular flow path 7P and spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the guide body 7a. Each of the plurality of moving blades 7c can extend from the outer surface of the motor cover 7b to the inner circumferential surface of the guide body 7a. Thus, the plurality of moving blades 7c can direct the air supplied from the fan 6 to the flow path 7P toward the upper side of the air guide 7.
[0075] The distribution unit 8 can be configured between the air guide 7 and the upper bodies 10, 20. The distribution unit 8 can provide a flow path 8P for the air passing through the air guide 7. The air passing through the air guide 7 can be distributed to the first upper body 10 and the second upper body 20 by the distribution unit 8. Alternatively, the distribution unit 8 can be referred to as a splitter, intermediate body, inner body, tower base, or nozzle tower base.
[0076] The first upper body 10 can provide a first flow path 10P for a portion of the air passing through the air guide 7 and the distribution unit 8. The first flow path 10P can be formed in the internal space of the first upper body 10. The second upper body 20 can provide a second flow path 20P for the remaining air in the air passing through the air guide 7 and the distribution unit 8. The second flow path 20P can be formed in the internal space of the second upper body 20. That is, the first flow path 10P and the second flow path 20P can communicate with the flow path 8P of the distribution unit 8 and the flow path 7P of the air guide 7.
[0077] Reference Figure 1 and Figure 3In addition to the aforementioned first inner panel 121 and first outer panel 122, the first upper body 10 may also have a first wall 11. The first wall 11 may be located between the first inner panel 121 and the first outer panel 122. That is, the first panel 12 may surround the first wall 11. The first wall 11 may include a first inner wall 111 facing the inner side of the first inner panel 121 and a first outer wall 112 facing the inner side of the first outer panel 122.
[0078] The first inner wall 111 can be detachably attached to the inner side of the first inner panel 121. The first outer wall 112 can be detachably attached to the inner side of the first outer panel 122. The first inner wall 111 and the first outer wall 112 can be joined together and can form a first flow path 10P. Furthermore, the first inner panel 121 can be joined or fixed to a groove body 30 having a groove 31.
[0079] Thus, the first panel 12 can form the surface of the first upper body 10, and the first wall 11 can provide a first flow path 10P for airflow.
[0080] In addition to the aforementioned second inner panel 221 and second outer panel 222, the second upper body 20 may also have a second wall 21. The second wall 21 may be located between the second inner panel 221 and the second outer panel 222. That is, the second panel 22 may surround the second wall 21. The second wall 21 may include a second inner wall 211 facing the inner side of the second inner panel 221 and a second outer wall 212 facing the inner side of the second outer panel 222.
[0081] The second inner wall 211 can be detachably attached to the inner side of the second inner panel 221. The second outer wall 212 can be detachably attached to the inner side of the second outer panel 222. The second inner wall 211 and the second outer wall 212 can be joined together and can form a second flow path 20P. In addition, the second inner panel 221 can be joined or fixed to the groove body 30 provided with the groove 31.
[0082] Thus, the second panel 22 can form the surface of the second upper body 20, and the second wall 21 can provide a second flow path 20P for airflow.
[0083] Reference Figure 4 A first vane 16 may be disposed on the first flow path 10P. The first vane 16 may be coupled to the inner side of the first wall 11. For example, the first vane 16 may be located on the first inner wall 111 and the first outer wall 112 (see reference). Figure 3 Between the two, the right end of the first moving blade 16 can be attached to or fixed to the inner surface of the first inner wall 111.
[0084] The first moving blade 16 may be adjacent to the first slit 10SL of the first upper body 10, which will be described later. The first moving blade 16 may be in an upwardly convex shape. The rear end of the first moving blade 16 may be located above the front end of the first moving blade 16. For example, the first moving blade 16 may include a plurality of first moving blades 16a, 16b, 16c spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction.
[0085] On the other hand, the second vane 26 can be disposed in the second flow path 20P, and the aforementioned description of the first vane 16 can be applied in the same way (see [reference]). Figure 5 ).
[0086] Thus, the first moving blade 16 can smoothly guide the air rising in the first flow path 10P to the rear. The second moving blade 26 can smoothly guide the air rising in the second flow path 20P to the rear.
[0087] Reference Figure 5 The first connecting member 13 can be located in the first flow path 10P and can be connected to the rear end of the first moving blade 16.
[0088] The first connecting member 13 can extend obliquely to the left in the rearward direction from the first inner wall 111. Furthermore, the first connecting member 13 can be adjacent to the first rear end 10R of the first upper body 10 and spaced apart from the first outer wall 112. In this case, a portion of the first opening LO can be located between the first connecting member 13 and the first outer wall 112, and can be formed obliquely to the right in the forward direction. Here, the first opening LO can communicate with the first flow path 10P. Alternatively, the first opening LO can be referred to as the first discharge port or the first outlet.
[0089] Therefore, the air flowing in the first flow path 10P can be directed to the rear by the first moving blade 16 and can flow into the inlet of the first opening LO.
[0090] The first slit 10SL may be adjacent to the first rear end 10R of the first upper body 10 and may be formed through the first inner panel 121. The first slit 10SL may be formed relatively long along the first rear end 10R of the first upper body 10. The first slit 10SL may be the outlet of the first opening LO. Thus, the first slit 10SL may discharge air flowing in the first flow path 10P into the gap S. Alternatively, the first slit 10SL may be referred to as the first discharge hole.
[0091] The second connecting member 23 can be located in the second flow path 20P and can be connected to the rear end of the second moving blade 26.
[0092] The second connecting member 23 can extend obliquely to the right in the rearward direction from the second inner wall 211. Furthermore, the second connecting member 23 can be adjacent to the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20 and spaced apart from the second outer wall 212. In this case, a portion of the second opening RO can be located between the second connecting member 23 and the second outer wall 212, and can be formed obliquely to the left in the forward direction. Here, the second opening RO can communicate with the second flow path 20P. Alternatively, the second opening RO can be referred to as a second discharge port or a second outlet.
[0093] Therefore, the air flowing in the second flow path 20P can be guided to the rear by the second moving blade 26 and can flow into the inlet of the second opening RO.
[0094] The second slit 20SL may be adjacent to the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20 and may be formed through the second inner panel 221. The second slit 20SL may be formed longer along the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20. The second slit 20SL may be the outlet of the second opening RO. Thus, the second slit 20SL may discharge air flowing in the second flow path 20P into the gap S. Alternatively, the second slit 20SL may be referred to as the second discharge orifice.
[0095] For example, the first connecting member 13 and the second connecting member 23 can be symmetrical, and the first slit 10SL and the second slit 20SL can face each other. In this case, the first opening LO can be tilted or bent in front of the second slit 20SL. The second opening RO can be tilted or bent in front of the first slit 10SL. On the other hand, the first slit 10SL and the second slit 20SL will not be affected by the blower 1 (refer to...). Figure 1 This is what users looking from the front and back see.
[0096] First slot 10H (refer to) Figure 1 The first slot 10H can be formed adjacent to the first front end 10F of the first upper body 10 and can penetrate the first inner panel 121. The first slot 10H can be formed elongated along the first front end 10F. The first damper 19 can be disposed in the first space 19S and can extend elongated along the first slot 10H. The first damper 19 can have an arc-shaped cross-section. The first moving component (not shown) can be disposed in the first space 19S and can move the first damper 19 in the circumferential direction of the first damper 19. Thus, the first damper 19 can close the first slot 10H and can pass through the first slot 10H.
[0097] Second slot 20H (refer to) Figure 1The second air vent 20H can be formed adjacent to the second front end 20F of the second upper body 20 and can penetrate the second inner panel 221. The second slot 20H can be formed elongated along the second front end 20F. The second air vent 29 can be disposed in the second space 29S and can extend elongatedly along the second slot 20H. The second air vent 29 can have an arc-shaped cross-section. The second moving component (not shown) can be disposed in the second space 29S and can move the second air vent 29 in the circumferential direction of the second air vent 29. Thus, the second air vent 29 can close the second slot 20H and can pass through the second slot 20H.
[0098] For example, the first or second moving component may be provided with a rack-and-pinion gear structure, a belt-and-pull structure, or a link structure capable of transmitting the rotational force of the electric motor to the first damper 19 or the second damper 29. As another example, the first or second moving component may be provided with a connection structure capable of transmitting the driving force of the actuator to the first damper 19 or the second damper 29.
[0099] Reference Figure 5 and Figure 6 The second slit 20SL can expel air flowing in the second flow path 20P into the gap S. The second slit 20SL can be adjacent to the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20 and is formed through the second inner panel 221. The second slit 20SL can extend relatively long along the second rear end 20R. At this time, the second slit 20SL can be tilted forward at a predetermined angle (acute angle) relative to the vertical line V extending in the vertical direction.
[0100] For example, the second slit 20SL may be parallel to the second rear end 20R. As another example, the second slit 20SL may not be parallel to the second rear end 20R. In this case, the second slit 20SL may be tilted relative to the vertical line V at a first angle (theta 1, for example, 4 degrees), and the second rear end 20R may be tilted relative to the vertical line V at a second angle (theta 2, for example, 3 degrees) smaller than the first angle (theta 1).
[0101] On the other hand, the first slit 10SL and the second slit 20SL can face each other and be symmetrical in the left-right direction.
[0102] Reference Figure 7 The first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221 can face each other and form the left and right boundaries of the gap S. The gap between the first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221 can decrease from back to front and then increase. The gap can be the width of the gap S.
[0103] The first interval B1 can be defined as the interval between the first front end 10F of the first upper body 10 and the second front end 20F of the second upper body 20. The second interval B2 can be defined as the interval between the first rear end 10R of the first upper body 10 and the second rear end 20R of the second upper body 20. The second interval B2 can be the same as or different from the first interval B1. The reference interval B0 can be the smallest among the intervals between the first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221.
[0104] Reference Figure 7 and Figure 8 In the first state of the blower 1, the end of the first damper 19 can be inserted into the first slot 10H or hidden, and the end of the second damper 29 can be inserted into the second slot 20H or hidden. In this case, the end of the first damper 19 can form a continuous surface with the surface of the first inner panel 121, and the end of the second damper 29 can form a continuous surface with the surface of the second inner panel 221.
[0105] Air can interact with fan 6 (see reference) Figure 2 The operation of the air supply corresponds to the air being ejected from the first slit 10SL and the second slit 20SL into the gap S. Furthermore, the air ejected into the gap S can flow forward along the surfaces of the first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221.
[0106] Such airflow can create an airflow that causes the air around the upper body 10, 20 to flow into the gap S (entrainment) or move forward along the surface of the first outer panel 122 and the second outer panel 222.
[0107] Therefore, blower 1 can provide users with sufficient airflow.
[0108] Reference Figure 9 and Figure 10 In the second state of the blower 1, a portion of the first damper 19 can pass through the first slot 10H and be located in the gap S, and a portion of the second damper 29 can pass through the second slot 20H and be located in the gap S. In this case, the ends of the first damper 19 and the ends of the second damper 29 can abut against each other or be adjacent to each other.
[0109] Air can interact with fan 6 (see reference) Figure 2 The operation of the air supply corresponds to the air being discharged from the first slit 10SL and the second slit 20SL into the gap S. Furthermore, the air discharged into the gap S can flow forward along the surfaces of the first inner panel 121 and the second inner panel 221, and rises upwards as it is blocked by the first damper 19 and the second damper 29.
[0110] Therefore, the blower 1 can provide an upward airflow and circulate the air in the indoor space where the blower 1 is installed.
[0111] Reference Figure 11 and Figure 12 The base 2 may include a lower base 2a and an upper base 2b. The lower base 2a may form the bottom surface of the base 2. The upper base 2b may extend upward from the lower base 2a. The diameter of the upper base 2b may be smaller than the diameter of the lower base 2a.
[0112] The housing 140 can be located on the upper side of the base 2. The housing 140 may include a bottom 141 and a main body 142. The bottom 141 can be coupled to the upper end of the upper base 2b. The main body 142 can extend upwards from the bottom 141. The main body 142 may be cylindrical. The diameter of the main body 142 may be smaller than the diameter of the bottom 141. The height of the main body 142 may be greater than the height of the bottom 141. (See reference...) Figure 2 The aforementioned control unit 5 can be located inside the housing 140.
[0113] The first lower panel 123 can be formed by pressing the lower part of the first outer panel 122 toward the inside of the first outer panel 122 (see reference). Figure 3 A step may be formed between the first outer panel 122 and the first lower panel 123. The first lower panel 123 may extend along the first outer panel 122.
[0114] The second lower panel 223 can be formed by pressing the lower part of the second outer panel 222 toward the inside of the second outer panel 222 (see reference). Figure 3 A step may be formed between the second outer panel 222 and the second lower panel 223. The second lower panel 223 may extend along the second outer panel 222.
[0115] The end of the first lower panel 123 can contact the end of the second lower panel 223. The first lower panel 123 and the second lower panel 223 can be referenced. Figure 2 The aforementioned fan housing 6a is joined. The first lower panel 123 and the second lower panel 223 may surround at least a portion of the side of the fan housing 6a. The first lower panel 123 and the second lower panel 223 may be collectively referred to as lower panels 123 and 223. The lower panels 123 and 223 may be spaced apart from the housing 140 upwards.
[0116] For example, a portion of the fan housing 6a may be exposed to the outside of the lower panels 123, 223 through openings formed on the left and right sides of the lower panels 123, 223. This portion of the fan housing 6a may be referred to as the intermediate base.
[0117] A plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c can be coupled to the housing 140 and the lower panels 123 and 223 between the housing 140 and the lower panels 123 and 223. The plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c can extend relatively long in the vertical direction. Furthermore, the plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c can be spaced apart from each other along the circumference of the main body 142. The plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c can be located within a 180-degree range. The plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c can be disposed in the rear region of the main body 142.
[0118] For example, the lower end of the first pillar 150a can be coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the main body 142 by means of the first retainer 145a, and the upper end of the first pillar 150a can be coupled to the lower end of the intermediate base of the fan housing 6a. The lower end of the second pillar 150b can be coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the main body 142 by means of the second retainer 145b, and the upper end of the second pillar 150b can be coupled to the lower end of the intermediate base of the fan housing 6a. The second pillar 150b can face the first pillar 150a. The lower end of the third pillar 150c can be coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the main body 142, and the upper end of the third pillar 150c can be coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the lower panels 123, 223. In the circumferential direction of the main body 142, the third pillar 150c can be located between the first pillar 150a and the second pillar 150b.
[0119] Lower connecting portions 143 and 144 may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 142. Lower connecting portions 143 and 144 may be adjacent to the lower end of the main body 142. The first lower connecting portion 143 may be located below the first retainer 145a, and the second lower connecting portion 144 may be located below the second retainer 145b. The first lower connecting portion 143 and the second lower connecting portion 144 may be spaced 180 degrees apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the main body 142. For example, the second lower connecting portion 144 and the first lower connecting portion 143 may be symmetrical. In this case, the description of the first lower connecting portion 143 can be equally applied to the second lower connecting portion 144.
[0120] The first lower joint 143 may include: a lower mounting portion 1431, a lower magnet 1434, and lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433. For example, the lower mounting portion 1431 and the lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 may be integrally formed with the main body 142.
[0121] The lower mounting portion 1431 can be formed flat and can have a vertical surface. For example, the lower mounting portion 1431 can form part of the main body 142. In this case, the outer surface of the main body 142 may include a flat portion with the lower mounting portion 1431 formed thereon and a curved portion connected to the lower mounting portion 1431.
[0122] The lower magnet 1434 can be mounted on the lower mounting part 1431. The lower magnet 1434 can be formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole.
[0123] The lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 protrude from the lower mounting portion 1431 and extend forward and backward along the lower mounting portion 1431. The lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 may be symmetrical about each other with respect to the lower magnet 1434. The lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 may include a first insertion portion 1432 and a second insertion portion 1433 facing each other relative to the lower magnet 1434. A first slot 1432s may be formed between the lower mounting portion 1431 and the first insertion portion 1432. A second slot 1433s may be formed between the lower mounting portion 1431 and the second insertion portion 1433. The lower magnet 1434 may be disposed between the first slot 1432s and the second slot 1433s.
[0124] Furthermore, the first insertion portion 1432 may include a first groove 1432g formed from the front end of the first insertion portion 1432 toward the inside of the first insertion portion 1432. The second insertion portion 1433 may include a second groove 1433g formed from the rear end of the second insertion portion 1433 toward the inside of the second insertion portion 1433.
[0125] The first lower stop 1431a protrudes from the upper end of the lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 toward the lower magnet 1434 and can contact the surface of the lower magnet 1434. The second lower stop 1431b protrudes from the lower end of the lower insertion portions 1432 and 1433 toward the lower magnet 1434 and can contact the surface of the lower magnet 1434. Therefore, the first lower stop 1431a and the second lower stop 1431b can prevent the lower magnet 1434 from detaching from the lower mounting portion 1431.
[0126] Upper connecting portions 163 and 164 may be disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate base of the fan housing 6a. Upper connecting portions 163 and 164 may be adjacent to the upper end of the intermediate base. The first upper connecting portion 163 may be located above the upper end of the first pillar 150a, and the second upper connecting portion 164 may be located above the upper end of the second pillar 150b. The first upper connecting portion 163 and the second upper connecting portion 164 may be spaced 180 degrees apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the fan housing 6a. For example, the second upper connecting portion 164 and the first upper connecting portion 163 may be symmetrical. In this case, the description of the first upper connecting portion 163 can be equally applied to the second upper connecting portion 164.
[0127] The first upper joint 163 may include an upper mounting portion 1631, an upper magnet 1634, and an upper insertion portion 1632. For example, the upper mounting portion 1631 and the upper insertion portion 1632 may be integrally formed with the fan housing 6a.
[0128] The upper mounting portion 1631 may be formed flat and may have a vertical surface. For example, the upper mounting portion 1631 may form part of the fan housing 6a. In this case, the outer surface of the fan housing 6a may include a flat portion with the upper mounting portion 1631 formed thereon and a curved portion connected to the upper mounting portion 1631.
[0129] The upper magnet 1634 can be mounted on the upper mounting part 1631. The upper magnet 1634 can be formed into a rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole.
[0130] The upper insertion portion 1632 can protrude from the upper mounting portion 1631 and can extend downward from the lower end of the upper mounting portion 1631. The upper slot 1632s can be formed between the fan housing 6a and the upper insertion portion 1632, and can have openings at the front and rear.
[0131] The first upper stop 1631a protrudes from the upper end of the upper mounting portion 1631, and its end can be bent to contact the surface of the upper magnet 1634. The second upper stop 1631b protrudes from the lower end of the upper mounting portion 1631, and its end can be bent to contact the surface of the upper magnet 1634. Therefore, the first upper stop 1631a and the second upper stop 1631b can prevent the upper magnet 1634 from detaching from the upper mounting portion 1631.
[0132] The upper guide 1633 may protrude from the fan housing 6a and may be spaced apart from the upper mounting portion 1631. A portion of the upper guide 1633 may be adjacent to the rear edge of the upper magnet 1634 and may be configured to be flush with the lower edge of the upper magnet 1634. Other portions of the upper guide 1633 may extend obliquely downward from the aforementioned portion.
[0133] The aforementioned lower connecting portions 143 and 144 can be aligned with the upper connecting portions 163 and 164. In the vertical direction, the first lower connecting portion 143 can be aligned with the first upper connecting portion 163, and the second lower connecting portion 144 can be aligned with the second upper connecting portion 164.
[0134] Reference Figure 11 and Figure 13The filter 4 can be inserted into or separated from the space between the housing 140 and the fan housing 6a, bypassing the area where a plurality of columns 150a, 150b, and 150c are configured. That is, the first column 150a can be located on the left side of the filter 4, the second column 150b can be located on the right side of the filter 4, and the third column 150c can be located behind the filter 4.
[0135] The housing 190 may surround the housing 140, the lower panels 123 and 223, and the space between the housing 140 and the lower panels 123 and 223. The housing 190 may be referred to as a cover. The suction port 3a may be formed through a portion of the housing 190 corresponding to the filter 4. The housing 190 may include a first housing 191 and a second housing 192.
[0136] The first outer casing 191 can protrude forward. The first outer casing 191 can move horizontally from the front of the housing 140 and the fan housing 6a to the rear, and the lower connecting parts 143 and 144 can be detachably connected with the upper connecting parts 163 and 164.
[0137] The second outer casing 192 can protrude rearward. The second outer casing 192 can move horizontally forward from the rear of the casing 140 and the fan casing 6a, and the lower connecting parts 143 and 144 can be detachably connected to the upper connecting parts 163 and 164.
[0138] On the other hand, refer to Figure 1 The aforementioned lower body 3 may include a housing 140 and a case 190.
[0139] Reference Figure 14 The support member 170 may include: a mounting portion 171, a plurality of connecting portions 172, 173, 174, a plurality of ribs 175, 176, 177, and a vertical protrusion 178.
[0140] The mounting portion 171 can form the top surface and side surface of the support member 170. For example, the central portion of the top surface of the mounting portion 171 can be located higher than the edge portion. The side surface of the mounting portion 171 can extend along the edge of the top surface of the mounting portion 171 and can form the lower end of the mounting portion 171. The mounting portion 171 can be generally disc-shaped.
[0141] The recess 171b can be formed by recessing downward from the top surface of the mounting portion 171. For example, the recess 171b can be located in the center of the mounting portion 171. The hole 171a can be formed through the recess 171b in the vertical direction. For example, the hole 171a can be formed in the center of the recess 171b.
[0142] A plurality of joints 172, 173, and 174 may protrude downward from the inner surface of the mounting portion 171. The plurality of joints 172, 173, and 174 may be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 171 and may be adjacent to the portion of the mounting portion 171 forming the side surface. For example, the plurality of joints 172, 173, and 174 may be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 171. For example, the plurality of joints 172, 173, and 174 may include: a first joint 172, a second joint 173, and a third joint 174.
[0143] A plurality of ribs 175, 176, and 177 may protrude downward from the inner surface of the mounting portion 171. The plurality of ribs 175, 176, and 177 may be adjacent to the recessed portion 171b. The plurality of ribs 175, 176, and 177 may be spaced apart from or in contact with each other in the circumferential direction of the recessed portion 171b. For example, the plurality of ribs 175, 176, and 177 may include: a first rib 175, a second rib 176, and a third rib 177.
[0144] A vertical protrusion 178 may protrude downward from the lower end of the mounting portion 171. The vertical protrusion 178 may be formed on a portion of the lower end of the mounting portion 171. One side 178a and the other side 178b of the vertical protrusion 178 may face each other in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 171. One side 178a may include: a vertical portion 178a1, an inclined portion 178a2, and a connecting portion 178a3. The vertical portion 178a1 may extend in the vertical direction and may form a portion of the lower end of the vertical protrusion 178. The inclined portion 178a2 may extend obliquely from the upper end of the vertical portion 178a1 in a direction away from the other side 178b. The angle between the inclined portion 178a2 and the vertical portion 178a1 may be an obtuse angle. The connecting portion 178a3 may extend upward from the upper end of the inclined portion 178a2 and may connect to the lower end of the mounting portion 171. In this case, the inclined portion 178a2 can form a step between the vertical portion 178a1 and the connecting portion 178a3.
[0145] Reference Figure 15 and Figure 16 The groove 1421 can be formed by recessing from the top surface 1420 of the housing 140 downwards. The opening 1421p can be formed by penetrating the groove 1421 in the vertical direction. At this time, the groove 1421 can extend along the circumferential direction of the housing 140.
[0146] The support member 170 can be located on the groove 1421 and can cover the opening 1421p. A plurality of engaging portions 172, 173, and 174 of the support member 170 can engage with the groove 1421. The plurality of engaging portions 172, 173, and 174 can penetrate the engaging hole 1421h of the groove 1421 and can be fastened with a plurality of fastening members F2, F3, and F4. For example, the inner circumferential surface of each of the plurality of engaging portions 172, 173, and 174 can be threaded, and each of the plurality of fastening members F2, F3, and F4 can be a screw fastened to the inner circumferential surface. In this case, the head size or diameter Ds of the screw can be larger than the size or diameter Dh of the engaging hole 1421h.
[0147] The elastic member 173s can be elastic. The elastic member 173s can be located between the mounting portion 171 and the groove 1421, and can be fixed to the mounting portion 171 and the groove 1421. For example, the elastic member 173s can be a spring, and can be wound around the outer peripheral surface of each of the plurality of connecting portions 172, 173, 174 respectively.
[0148] If a load is applied to the mounting portion 171, the elastic member 173s can be compressed, and the mounting portion 171 can move toward the groove 1421. Such descent of the mounting portion 171 can be limited by the contact between the mounting portion 171 and the groove 1421. Furthermore, if the mounting portion 171 contacts the groove 1421, the mounting portion 171 can be configured to be flush with the top surface 1420 of the main body 142.
[0149] If no load is applied to the mounting portion 171, the elastic member 173s can elastically recover, and the mounting portion 171 can move away from the groove 1421. Such upward movement of the mounting portion 171 can be limited by the contact between the head of the screw and the bottom surface of the groove 1421.
[0150] Thus, the mounting part 171 and the support member 170 can be coupled to the groove 1421 of the housing 140 in a manner that allows for vertical movement.
[0151] Reference Figure 16 and Figure 17 Board 180 can be mounted on the bottom surface of mounting section 171. Board 180 can be located at opening 1421p (see reference). Figure 15 The upper side of the plate 180. The plate 180 may be referred to as a substrate. For example, the plate 180 may be a printed circuit board (PCB). A plurality of ribs 175, 176, 177 may surround at least a portion of the side surface of the plate 180.
[0152] The slot 1421s can be formed by penetrating the groove 1421 in the vertical direction. The vertical protrusion 178 can penetrate the groove 1421.
[0153] The top switch 183 can engage with the bottom surface of the groove 1421 and be adjacent to the slot 1421s. The top switch 183 can be electrically connected to the board 180. For example, the top switch 183 can be a micro switch. The top switch 183 may include: a switch body 183a, a lever 183b, and a button 183c.
[0154] One side of the switch body 183a may face the vertical protrusion 178. A common terminal, a normally open terminal (NO), and a normally closed terminal (NC) may be located on the other side of the switch body 183a. A lever 183b may be elastic. The lever 183b may be located between the switch body 183a and the vertical protrusion 178, and one end of the lever 183b may be fixed to the aforementioned side of the switch body 183a. The remaining portion of the lever 183b, excluding the stated end, may be spaced apart from the aforementioned side of the switch body 183a. A button 183c may be located between the switch body 183a and the lever 183b, and may be located on the aforementioned side of the switch body 183a. The button 183c may be connected to an elastic member internally disposed in the switch body 183a, and may be referred to as a plunger.
[0155] One side 178a of the vertical protrusion 178 can contact the rod 183b of the top switch 183 on the lower side of the groove 1421.
[0156] If the filter 4 is mounted on the support 170, the rod 183b can move along the inclined portion 178a2 toward the switch body 183a, and the button 183c can be pressed. At this time, the support 170 can support the filter 4.
[0157] If the filter 4 is not mounted on the support 170, the button 183c can be released, and the button 183c can move the rod 183b along the inclined portion 178a2 in a direction away from the switch body 183a.
[0158] Thus, the top switch 183 can be turned on when the filter 4 is mounted on the support 170, and turned off when the filter 4 is not mounted on the support 170.
[0159] Reference Figure 13 and Figure 18The diameters of the outer shells 191 and 192 decrease from their lower to their upper parts. The first outer shell 191 may protrude forward. The second outer shell 192 may protrude rearward. For example, the first outer shell 191 and the second outer shell 192 may be symmetrical front to back. In this case, the description of the first outer shell 191 can be applied equally to the second outer shell 192. The first outer shell 191 may include a lower protrusion 1930, an upper protrusion 1910, and an engaging portion 1920.
[0160] A lower protrusion 1930 may be disposed on the inner surface of the first housing 191. The lower protrusion 1930 may be adjacent to the lower end and rear end of the first housing 191. The lower protrusion 1930 may include a first lower protrusion 1930a and a second lower protrusion 1930b spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the first housing 191. For example, the first lower protrusion 1930a and the second lower protrusion 1930b may be symmetrical from left to right. In this case, the description of the first lower protrusion 1930a can be equally applied to the second lower protrusion 1930b. The first lower protrusion 1930a may include: a lower rib 1933, lower blocks 1931, 1936, and a lower plate 1934.
[0161] The lower rib 1933 can protrude from the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and can extend in the front-rear direction. Support rib 1935 (see reference) Figure 19 It can be combined with the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and the lower rib 1933 between the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and the lower rib 1933.
[0162] Next blocks 1931, 1936 (see reference) Figure 19 It can be combined with the rear end of the lower tendon 1933. For example, the lower blocks 1931 and 1936 can be formed as one body with the lower tendon 1933. As another example, the lower blocks 1931 and 1936 can be detachably combined with the lower tendon 1933.
[0163] The lower plate 1934 may be located on the opposite side of the lower blocks 1931 and 1936 facing the first housing 191. The lower plate 1934 may contain a magnetic material such as iron. The lower plate 1934 may include a lower bend 1932 that bends from the lower plate 1934 to snap-fit with the lower blocks 1931 and 1936.
[0164] Furthermore, the lower plate 1934 may include: a first lower portion 1934a, a second lower portion 1934b, and a third lower portion 1934c (see reference). Figure 18The first lower portion 1934a can form the front end of the lower plate 1934 and can extend in the front-back direction. The second lower portion 1934b can be orthogonal to the first lower portion 1934a. The third lower portion 1934c can be orthogonal to the second lower portion 1934b and can extend in the front-back direction.
[0165] An upper protrusion 1910 may be disposed on the inner surface of the first housing 191. The upper protrusion 1910 may be adjacent to the upper end and rear end of the first housing 191. The upper protrusion 1910 may include a first upper protrusion 1910a and a second upper protrusion 1910b spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the first housing 191. For example, the first upper protrusion 1910a and the second upper protrusion 1910b may be symmetrical from left to right. In this case, the description of the first upper protrusion 1910a can be equally applied to the second upper protrusion 1910b. The first upper protrusion 1910a may include: an upper rib 1913, an upper block 1911, and an upper plate 1914.
[0166] The upper rib 1913 can protrude from the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and can extend in the front-back direction.
[0167] The upper piece 1911 can be combined with the upper rib 1913. For example, the upper piece 1911 can be formed as a single body with the upper rib 1913. As another example, the upper piece 1911 can be detachably combined with the upper rib 1913.
[0168] The upper plate 1914 may be located on the opposite side of the upper block 1911 facing the first housing 191. The upper plate 1914 may contain a magnetic material such as iron. The upper plate 1914 may include an upper bend 1912 that bends from the upper plate 1914 to engage with the upper block 1911.
[0169] Furthermore, the upper plate 1914 may include: a first upper portion 1914a, a second upper portion 1914b, and a third upper portion 1914c (see reference). Figure 20 The first upper portion 1914a can form the front end of the upper plate 1914 and can extend in the front-back direction. The second upper portion 1914b can be orthogonal to the first upper portion 1914a. The third upper portion 1914c can be orthogonal to the second upper portion 1914b and can extend in the front-back direction.
[0170] On the other hand, the gap d10 between the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and the upper block 1911 can be smaller than the gap d30 between the inner surface of the first outer shell 191 and the lower block 1931. In this case, the gap d10 can be 0 or greater than 0.
[0171] The engaging portion 1920 may be disposed on the inner surface of the first housing 191. The engaging portion 1920 may be adjacent to the rear end of the first housing 191, and may be located below the upper protrusion 1910. The engaging portion 1920 may include a first engaging portion 1920a and a second engaging portion 1920b spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the first housing 191. For example, the first engaging portion 1920a and the second engaging portion 1920b may be symmetrical from left to right. In this case, the description of the first engaging portion 1920a can be equally applied to the second engaging portion 1920b. The first engaging portion 1920a may include a protruding rib 1921 and a protrusion 1922.
[0172] The protruding rib 1921 can protrude from the inner surface of the first housing 191 and can extend in the vertical direction. The protrusion 1922 can protrude rearward from the upper end of the protruding rib 1921 and can be separated from the inner surface of the first housing 191.
[0173] Reference Figure 12 and Figure 19 The lower protrusion 1930 of the first outer casing 191 can be inserted between the first insertion portion 1432 and the lower mounting portion 1431. In this case, the lower protrusion 1930 can be located in the first slot 1432s, and the support rib 1935 can be located in the first groove 1432g. The lower plate 1934 of the lower protrusion 1930 can be magnetically coupled with the lower magnet 1434.
[0174] The lower protrusion 1930 of the second outer casing 192 can be inserted between the second insertion portion 1433 and the lower mounting portion 1431. In this case, the lower protrusion 1930 can be located in the second slot 1433s, and the support rib 1935 can be located in the second groove 1433g. The lower plate 1934 of the lower protrusion 1930 can be magnetically coupled to the lower magnet 1434.
[0175] Thus, the first outer shell 191 and the second outer shell 192 can move horizontally and engage or disengage from the lower engagement portions 143, 144 (see reference). Figure 11 ).
[0176] Reference Figure 12 and Figure 20 The upper protrusion 1910 of the first outer casing 191 can contact the upper magnet 1634. In this case, the upper plate 1914 of the upper protrusion 1910 can be magnetically coupled to the upper magnet 1634. At this time, the protrusion 1922 of the first outer casing 191 (refer to...) Figure 18 It can be inserted into the upper slot 1632s and can engage with the upper insertion part 1632.
[0177] The upper protrusion 1910 of the second housing 192 can contact the upper magnet 1634. In this case, the upper plate 1914 of the upper protrusion 1910 can be magnetically engaged with the upper magnet 1634. At this time, the protrusion of the second housing 192 can be inserted into the upper slot 1632s and can engage with the upper insertion part 1632.
[0178] Thus, the first outer shell 191 and the second outer shell 192 can move horizontally and engage or disengage from the upper engagement portions 163, 164 (see reference). Figure 11 The assembly and disassembly of such outer shells 191 and 192 will not be interfered with by the outer panels 122 and 123 located on the upper side of the lower panels 123 and 223.
[0179] Furthermore, the ends of the first housing 191 and the second housing 192 can contact each other. Housings 191 and 192 can be smoothly connected to outer panels 122 and 123 (see reference). Figure 1 ).
[0180] Refer again Figure 11 and Figure 18 A plurality of internal holes 142a may be formed through the side of the main body 142 of the housing 140. The plurality of internal holes 142a may be formed at the front part of the main body 142. Alternatively, the plurality of internal holes 142a may be formed at both the front and rear parts of the main body 142.
[0181] A plurality of external holes 191b may penetrate the first housing 191 and / or the second housing 192 (see reference). Figure 13 The plurality of external holes 191b may be located below the suction hole 3a. The plurality of external holes 191b may face the plurality of internal holes 142a.
[0182] The first slit 142b may be formed through the side of the main body 142. The first slit 142b may be formed at the front of the main body 142. For example, the first slit 142b may be located below a plurality of inner holes 142a. For example, the slit 142b may be a pair of first slits 142b spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the main body 142.
[0183] The second slit is 150cb (refer to...). Figure 22 The second slit 150cb can be formed through the side of the main body 142. The second slit 150cb can be formed at the rear of the main body 142. For example, the third pillar 150c can be part of the main body 142, and the second slit 150cb can be formed through the side of the third pillar 150c. For example, the second slit 150cb can be a pair of second slits 150cb spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the main body 142.
[0184] Reference Figure 18 and Figure 21 A first horizontal protrusion 1941 of the first outer casing 191 can protrude rearward from the inner surface of the first outer casing 191. The first horizontal protrusion 1941 may face the first slit 142b formed on the front portion of the main body 142. For example, the first horizontal protrusion 1941 may be a pair of first horizontal protrusions 1941 spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the first outer casing 191.
[0185] The first switch 184 may be located inside the body 142 and may be adjacent to the first slit 142b. The first switch 184 may be connected to the plate 180 (see reference). Figure 23 Electrical connection. The first switch 184 can also be referred to as the first side switch. For example, the first switch 184 can be a micro switch. The first switch 184 may include: a first switch body 184a, a first lever 184b, and a first button 184c.
[0186] One side of the first switch body 184a may face the first slit 142b. A common terminal, a normally open terminal, and a normally closed terminal may be disposed on the other side of the first switch body 184a. The first lever 184b may be elastic. The first lever 184b may be located between the first switch body 184a and the first slit 142b, and one end of the first lever 184b may be fixed to the aforementioned side of the first switch body 184a. The remaining portion of the first lever 184b, excluding the aforementioned end, may be spaced apart from the aforementioned side of the first switch body 184a. The first button 184c may be located between the first switch body 184a and the first lever 184b, and may be disposed on the aforementioned side of the first switch body 184a. The first button 184c may be connected to an elastic member disposed internally in the first switch body 184a, and may be referred to as the first plunger.
[0187] If the first outer casing 191 is combined with the main body 142, the end of the first horizontal protrusion 1941 can move the first lever 184b toward the first switch body 184a. At this time, the first lever 184b can press the first button 184c.
[0188] If the first outer casing 191 separates from the main body 142, the end of the first horizontal protrusion 1941 can be separated from the first lever 184b. In this case, the pressing of the first button 184c can be released, and the first button 184c can move the first lever 184b away from the first switch body 184a.
[0189] Thus, the first switch 184 can be turned on when the first housing 191 is attached to the housing 140, and can be turned off when the first housing 191 is separated from the housing 140.
[0190] Reference Figure 13 and Figure 22 The second horizontal protrusion 1942 of the second housing 192 can protrude forward from the inner surface of the second housing 192. The second horizontal protrusion 1942 can face the second slit 150cb formed on the rear portion of the main body 142. For example, the second horizontal protrusion 1942 can be a pair of second horizontal protrusions 1942 spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the second housing 192.
[0191] The second switch 185 may be located inside the main body 142 and may be adjacent to the second slit 150cb. The second switch 185 may be connected to the plate 180 (see reference). Figure 23 Electrical connection. The second switch 185 can also be referred to as a second side switch. For example, the second switch 185 can be a micro switch. The second switch 185 may include: a second switch body 185a, a second lever 185b, and a second button 185c.
[0192] One side of the second switch body 185a may face the second slit 150cb. A common terminal, a normally open terminal, and a normally closed terminal may be located on the other side of the second switch body 185a. The second lever 185b may be elastic. The second lever 185b may be located between the second switch body 185a and the second slit 150cb, and one end of the second lever 185b may be fixed to the aforementioned side of the second switch body 185a. The remaining portion of the second lever 185b, excluding the stated end, may be spaced apart from the aforementioned side of the second switch body 185a. The second button 185c may be located between the second switch body 185a and the second lever 185b, and may be located on the aforementioned side of the second switch body 185a. The second button 185c may be connected to an elastic member internally disposed in the second switch body 185a, and may be referred to as a second plunger.
[0193] With the second housing 192 attached to the main body 142, the end of the second horizontal protrusion 1942 can move the second lever 185b toward the second switch body 185a. At this time, the second lever 185b can press the second button 185c.
[0194] If the second housing 192 separates from the main body 142, the end of the second horizontal protrusion 1942 can be separated from the second lever 185b. In this case, the pressing of the second button 185c can be released, and the second button 185c can move the second lever 185b away from the second switch body 185a.
[0195] Thus, the second switch 185 can be turned on when the second housing 192 is attached to the housing 140, and can be turned off when the second housing 192 is separated from the housing 140.
[0196] Reference Figure 23 The light source 181 can be mounted on the plate 180. The light source 181 can be located in the hole 171a formed in the recess 171b of the mounting portion 171 (see reference). Figure 14 That is, the upper end of the light source 181 can be located below the top surface of the mounting portion 171. Therefore, when the filter 4 is assembled onto the reference... Figure 13 During the aforementioned placement process of part 171, the light source 181 can be prevented from being damaged by the lower frame 4a of the filter 4.
[0197] Furthermore, the light source 181 can provide light to the fan 6. For example, the light from the light source 181 can reach the inner circumferential surface of the horn 6f, i.e., the intake of the fan 6. For example, the light source 181 can provide light in the ultraviolet wavelength range. For example, the light source 181 can be a UVC LED or UVC lamp that provides light with wavelengths of 100–280 nm. Thus, the light from the light source 181 can kill bacteria or microorganisms present in the fan 6 or in the air passing through the fan 6. In addition, the light from the light source 181 can kill bacteria or microorganisms present in the filter 4 or in the air passing through the filter 4.
[0198] A control unit (not shown) can control the operation of the light source 181. Light is provided when the light source 181 is operating. For example, the control unit can be mounted on the plate 180 and can be electrically connected to both the plate 180 and the light source 181. Alternatively, the control unit can be located inside the housing 140, spaced apart from the plate 180, and can be electrically connected to both the plate 180 and the light source 181. In this case, the control unit can sense the top switch 183 (see reference 180). Figure 17 ), First switch 184 (refer to) Figure 21 ) and the second switch 185 (refer to Figure 22 On-off switching.
[0199] Furthermore, the control unit can stop the operation of the light source 181 when at least one of the top switch 183, the first switch 184, and the second switch 185 is off. That is, the control unit can stop the operation of the light source 181 when the first housing 191 is separated from the housing 140, or the second housing 192 is separated from the housing 140, or the filter 4 is separated from the support member 170.
[0200] Furthermore, with the top switch 183, the first switch 184, and the second switch 185 all turned on, the control unit can operate the light source 181. That is, with the filter 4 installed on the support member 170 and the first housing 191 and the second housing 192 combined with the housing 140, the control unit can operate the light source 181.
[0201] Therefore, the control unit can sterilize the fan 6 by operating the light source 181 even when the filter 4 and housings 191 and 192 block the light from flowing out of the light source 181. In other words, when the filter 4 or housings 191 and 192 are separated from the blower, the control unit can block the light from flowing out at the source by stopping the operation of the light source 181.
[0202] On the other hand, a photocatalyst can be coated onto filter 4. The photocatalyst can be activated by light from light source 181 and can decompose harmful substances in the air through a photochemical reaction. In this case, light source 181 can also include a UVA LED or UVA lamp that provides light with a wavelength of 315–400 nm and is capable of activating the photocatalyst. The photocatalyst can include tungsten oxide, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, or zirconium oxide, etc. For example, a co-catalyst can be coated onto filter 4, which can help activate the photocatalyst. The co-catalyst can include platinum (Pt), rhodium (Rh), ruthenium (Ru), palladium (Pd), silver (Ag), copper (Cu), or zinc (Zn), etc. Thus, filter 4 can have a photodecomposition effect on harmful substances.
[0203] Reference Figures 23 to 25 The lower frame 4a of the filter 4 can be located on the first portion 1711 of the top surface of the mounting portion 171. The first portion 1711 can be the portion adjacent to the edge of the mounting portion 171. The second portion 1712 of the top surface of the mounting portion 171 can protrude upwards more than the first portion 1711. The second portion 1712 can be the portion located inside the lower frame 4a, which can face the hollow space of the filter 4.
[0204] A recess 171b may be formed in the central portion of the second portion 1712. The maximum depth of the recess 171b may be defined in the center of the recess 171b. The recess 171b may be generally puddle-shaped. The bottom of the recess 171b may be located on or adjacent to the plate 180, and may be arranged parallel to the plate 180. The lateral side of the recess 171b may extend obliquely from the lower portion of the recess 171b toward the second portion 1712 of the mounting portion 171 (see reference). Figure 25 At this time, the lateral side of the recess 171b can also be located on the path of light from the light source 181. Alternatively, the lateral side of the recess 171b can include a first side 171b1 and a second side 171b2 with different tilt angles (see reference). Figure 24 The first side 171b1 may be connected to the bottom of the recess 171b and may be inclined from the bottom at a first angle θ1. The second side 171b2 may be connected to the first side 171b1 and the second portion 1712 of the mounting portion 171 and may be inclined from the bottom at a second angle θ2 greater than the first angle θ1. The first angle θ1 may be an angle that places the first side 171b1 in the path of light detached from the light source 181.
[0205] Reference Figure 23 The light source 181 can be located in the hole 171a of the recess 171b (see reference). Figure 14 The light source 181 can provide light to the fan 6 and / or the filter 4 in accordance with its own illumination angle. Alternatively, the sidewall of the recess 171b can be located in the path of the light from the light source 181, thereby limiting the illumination range of the light source 181.
[0206] Reference Figure 24 and Figure 25 The light source 181 can be located in the hole 171a of the recess 171b, and the rib 171c can be located in the light path of the light source 181. The rib 171c can adjust the light path and protect the light source 181. The rib 171c can also be called a light guide or a shield.
[0207] Rib 171c can protrude from recess 171b toward fan 6 and can extend along the periphery of light source 181. The inner side of rib 171c can contact or be adjacent to the periphery of light source 181. Rib 171c can have a shape corresponding to the cross-section of light source 181. If the cross-section of light source 181 is circular, rib 171c can have a hollow cylinder shape. If the cross-section of light source 181 is quadrilateral, rib 171c can have a hollow square barrel shape. The central axis of rib 171c can be parallel to the vertical direction. The inner side of rib 171c can define the boundary of hole 171a in recess 171b.
[0208] Reference Figure 24 For example, the length 171cl of the rib 171c protruding upward from the upper end of the light source 181 can be greater than the diameter 181t or width 181t of the light source 181. Additionally, the upper end of the rib 171c can be located higher than the first side 171b1. The length 171cl can be referred to as the protrusion height 171c1. The rib 171c can be located on the light path of the light source 181. The rib 171c can adjust the light path of the light source 181 so that the light from the light source 181 is concentrated onto the fan 6 (see reference). Figure 24 (The dashed arrow). That is, the illumination range of the light source 181 can be limited by the rib 171c.
[0209] Therefore, rib 171c minimizes the possibility that light from the light source 181 is supplied to the outside of the filter 4 or the housing 190. On the other hand, according to the embodiment, regardless of whether the filter 4 is installed relative to the blower (i.e., including the case where the filter 4 is not installed to the blower), light from the operating light source 181 can pass through the intake hole 3a of the housing 190 (see reference 171c). Figure 13 Minimize leakage to the outside.
[0210] Reference Figure 25 As another example, the length 171cl of the rib 171c protruding upward from the upper end of the light source 181 can be substantially equal to or less than the diameter 181t or width 181t of the light source 181. Furthermore, the upper end of the rib 171c can be located closer to the bottom than the top of the recess 171b, and the lateral side of the recess 171b may have a greater influence on the light path of the light source 181 than the rib 171c. The length 171cl can be referred to as the protrusion height 171cl. The rib 171c can be located on the light path of the light source 181.
[0211] Therefore, rib 171c can adjust the path of light from light source 181 so that the light from light source 181 illuminates fan 6 and filter 4. Additionally, rib 171c can limit the illumination range of light so that the light from light source 181 can be provided to the upper side of lower end frame 4a due to recess 171b (see reference). Figure 25 (The dashed arrow indicates this). That is, the lateral side of the recess 171b can be located on the path of the light from the light source 181, which is adjusted by the rib 171c. In this case, the sterilization rate of the fan 6 and the filter 4 based on the light from the light source 181 can be improved.
[0212] Reference Figures 1 to 25 The blower of one aspect of the present invention may include: a fan that generates airflow; a filter located upstream of the fan; a housing that covers the side of the filter and forms an intake port; a housing facing the fan with the filter as a reference, the housing being detachably attached to the housing; a support member that is attached to the side of the housing facing the filter and supports the filter; a light source located on the support member that provides light in the ultraviolet wavelength range to the fan; and a control unit that controls the operation of the light source, wherein if the housing is separated from the housing or the filter is separated from the support member, the control unit can stop the operation of the light source.
[0213] The housing may further include: a first housing, detachably coupled to the housing; and a second housing, detachably coupled to the housing relative to the housing and facing the first housing; if at least one of the first housing and the second housing is separated from the housing, the control unit may stop the operation of the light source.
[0214] The blower may further include: a first switch, located inside the housing and electrically connected to the control unit, which is turned on when the first housing is attached to the housing and turned off when the first housing is separated from the housing; and a second switch, located inside the housing and electrically connected to the control unit, which is turned on when the second housing is attached to the housing and turned off when the second housing is separated from the housing. Based on the on-off information of the first switch and the second switch, if at least one of the first switch and the second switch is turned off, the control unit may stop the operation of the light source.
[0215] The housing may further include: a first slit formed through the side of the housing, facing the inner surface of the first housing and adjacent to the first switch; and a second slit formed through the side of the housing, facing the inner surface of the second housing and adjacent to the second switch.
