DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0016] Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As Figure 1As shown, in the embodiment, a kitchen toy (model toy, cooking toy) 1 that simulates a kitchen is exemplified. The kitchen toy 1 is a toy in which a user can play cooking using a doll or the like. The kitchen toy 1 is formed as a generally rectangular parallelepiped shape that is horizontally long as a whole, and includes a main body portion 10 on an upper portion of which a sink 20 and a stove 30 are provided. A door portion 40 is provided on a lower side of the sink 20. An oven 50 is provided on a lower side of the stove 30, and the oven 50 includes a tray 52 that is stored inside the main body portion 10 to be freely pulled out.

[0017] In the kitchen toy 1, when the tray 52 on which an object is placed is pushed into the oven 50, the object on the tray 52 is turned over inside the main body portion 10. The kitchen toy 1 is, for example, a toy in which a food model on which a decoration before heating and cooking is applied on a front surface and a decoration after heating and cooking is applied on a rear surface is placed on the tray 52 with the front surface side facing upward, the tray 52 is pushed into the oven 50, and then the tray 52 is pulled out so that the rear surface side of the food model faces upward, thereby enabling a user to enjoy cooking simulation. In the following description, a side of the door portion 40 of the kitchen toy 1 is referred to as a front side, an opposite side is referred to as a rear side, a side of the oven 50 viewed from the front side of the kitchen toy 1 is referred to as a right side, and an opposite side is referred to as a left side.

[0018] In the main body portion 10, a rear wall portion (vertical wall portion) 12 that constitutes a rear surface, an outer wall portion 14 that constitutes a front surface, left and right side surfaces, and a lower surface, and a ceiling portion (parallel wall portion) 16 that constitutes an upper surface are integrally provided, and an inside of the main body portion 10 is hollow. The door portion 40 provided on the front surface side of the outer wall portion 14 is a double-hinged door. A faucet 22 and a sink 24 are arranged in the sink 20 provided on the left side of the ceiling portion 16. A water distribution pipe 26 is provided on the rear wall portion 12 at a position inside the main body portion 10 and on a lower side of the sink 24, and is formed in a state simulating communication with a drain groove portion of the sink 24 (see Figure 4 ).

[0019] The tray 52 provided in the oven 50 can be pulled out forward and stored inside the main body portion 10 (see Figure 2 ). As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3 , the tray 52 is formed as a generally box shape having a handle portion 52a on a front side and being open upward, and has a rectangular placement surface 52b on which an image body to be described later is placed. The placement surface 52b is perpendicular to a wall surface of the rear wall portion 12 and parallel to a plate surface of the ceiling portion 16. As described herein, the terms "perpendicular" and "parallel" can include "generally perpendicular" and "generally parallel", respectively. An inclined surface 52c that is inclined upward from the placement surface 52b toward the handle portion 52a side is provided on a front side of the placement surface 52b. A slight step 52d is provided between the placement surface 52b and the inclined surface 52c (see Figure 3and Figure 6A and Figure 6B ). Further, a recessed opening 52e is formed in the rear wall surface of the tray 52, in which a substantially central portion in the left-right direction is cut in a recessed shape to be opened.

[0020] As shown in Figure 3 , inside the main body portion 10, a standing wall portion 18 is provided which extends from the rear wall portion 12 such that a wall surface thereof extends along the front-rear direction (the pull-out direction of the tray 52). The wall surface of the standing wall portion 18 is perpendicular to the placement surface 52b of the tray 52, and the standing wall portion 18 extends from the rear wall portion 12 to the placement surface 52b through the recessed opening 52e of the tray 52. The term "perpendicular" used herein can include "substantially perpendicular". Further, the standing wall portion 18 is provided so as to be positioned at a substantially central portion in the left-right direction on the placement surface 52b. The placement surface 52b and the standing wall portion 18 can be close to each other, or can also be in sliding contact with each other so that the tray 52 can be freely pulled out forward.

[0021] A cut portion 18a is formed at the tip side of the standing wall portion 18, which is cut in an arc shape. The cut portion 18a is provided so as to face the front side, i.e., the pull-out side of the tray 52, from a position of the standing wall portion 18 close to the inclined surface 52c on the placement surface 52b to a position of the standing wall portion 18 close to the upper portion on the front side. Since the cut portion 18a is provided in this way, the inclined surface 52c of the tray 52 faces the cut portion 18a.

[0022] As shown in Figure 4 , a pair of clamping wall portions (holding portions) 16a extending from the top plate portion 16 are provided inside the main body portion 10 so as to clamp the upper end portion of the standing wall portion 18 in the left-right direction. The upper portion of the standing wall portion 18 is held by the pair of holding wall portions 16a in the left-right direction. Thereby, the standing wall portion 18 is more likely to bend in the left-right direction than in the case where the standing wall portion 18 is fixed to the top plate portion 16.

[0023] Next, a figurine placed on the placement surface 52b of the tray 52 will be described. In the present embodiment, as an example of a figurine having a front surface and a rear surface, a pie dough model 60 simulating a pie dough is shown. As shown in Figure 5A , the pie dough model 60 has a flat plate shape along the placement surface 52b, the dimensions in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction thereof are substantially the same as the dimensions of the placement surface 52b, and the pie dough model 60 has a thickness by which the pie dough model 60 can be stored in the tray 52. The pie dough model 60 is stored in the tray 52 in a reversible manner in a state close to or in contact with the step 52d on the tray 52.

[0024] The end edge 60a of the front surface and the rear surface of the pizza dough model 60 is formed in a circular shape. The portion surrounded by the circular end edge 60a of the pizza dough model 60 is slightly concave in both the front surface and the rear surface. In the concave portion of the pizza dough model 60, a decoration 61 simulating a pizza dough before heating cooking (hereinafter referred to as "pre-cooking decoration") is applied to the front surface (see Figure 5A ), and a decoration 62 simulating a pizza dough after heating cooking (hereinafter referred to as "post-cooking decoration") is applied to the rear surface (see Figure 5B ).

[0025] Next, an operation in which the tray 52 on which the pizza dough model 60 is placed is pushed into the oven 50 to turn over the pizza dough model 60 on the tray 52 inside the main body portion 10 of the kitchen toy 1 will be described. Figure 6A A partially transparent side view showing a state in which the pizza dough model 60 with the front surface on which the pre-cooking decoration 61 is applied as the upper side is placed on the placement surface 52b of the tray 52 pulled out to the front side of the oven 50 is shown. In Figure 6A , the pizza dough model 60 on the placement surface 52b is away from the cutout portion 18a of the standing wall portion 18.

[0026] When the tray 52 is pushed from the state shown in Figure 6A , first, the pizza dough model 60 on the placement surface 52b comes into contact with the lower end portion of the cutout portion 18a and is pushed by the step 52d to the cutout portion 18a side to be astride on the cutout portion 18a (a state shown in Figure 6B ). Thus, turning over of the pizza dough model 60 is started. At this time, since the end edge 60a of the pizza dough model 60 is circular, the pizza dough model 60 is prevented from being caught by the front side lower end portion of the standing wall portion 18, and the pizza dough model 60 is smoothly astride on the cutout portion 18a.

[0027] Thereafter, the pizza dough model 60 astride on the cutout portion 18a is further pushed by the step 52d to be raised along the cutout portion and becomes in an upright state on the placement surface 52b between the step 52d and the cutout portion 18a (a state shown in Figure 7A ). At this time, since the standing wall portion 18 is curved in the left-right direction, stress applied from the standing wall portion 18 to the pizza dough model 60 pressed by the step 52d is alleviated, and the pizza dough model 60 is smoothly raised along the cutout portion 18a.

[0028] Thereafter, the pizza dough model 60 in the upright state is turned over by the reaction force of the raising and the pushing by the step 52d and falls toward the inclined surface 52c side. Thus, the lower end of the pizza dough model 60 is astride on the lower end portion of the cutout portion 18a and is supported in a state of being inclined toward the inclined surface 52c side (a state shown in Figure 7BWhen the tray 52 is pulled out in this state, the turned-over pizza dough model 60 is separated from the standing wall portion 18, the support of the standing wall portion 18 is released, falls on the inclined surface 52c, and is guided to the placement surface 52b by the inclined surface 52c. As a result, the tray 52, on which the pizza dough model 60 with the back surface on which the decoration 62 after cooking is applied is placed on the placement surface 52b with the front surface facing upward, can be pulled out of the oven 50.

[0029] As described above, in the kitchen toy according to the present embodiment, the pizza dough model 60 is turned over inside the main body portion 10 by pushing the tray 52 on which the pizza dough model 60 is placed on the placement surface 52b into the oven 50. Thereafter, the turned-over pizza dough model 60 is presented on the tray 52 by pulling the tray 52 out of the oven 50. Thus, the user can enjoy a game simulating the state change of the pizza dough model 60 before and after heating and cooking in a simple manner using the pizza dough model 60 with the decoration applied on the front surface and the back surface before and after heating and cooking as an image body placed on the placement surface 52b.

[0030] According to the above-described embodiments of the present disclosure, the following model toy and cooking toy can be provided.

[0031] The model toy according to the first aspect includes a main body portion, and a tray including a placement surface, the tray being stored inside the main body portion and configured to be able to be pulled out from the main body portion. The main body portion includes a standing wall portion extending from an inner side of the main body portion to a position on the placement surface or a position above the placement surface in a pulling-out direction of the tray, and the standing wall portion has a cutout portion cut out in an arc shape so as to face a pulling-out side of the tray.

[0032] According to this configuration, the flat image body is placed on the placement surface of the tray, and the tray is pushed into the main body portion, whereby the image body comes into contact with and rides on the cutout portion on the placement surface, and is lifted along the cutout portion and turned over. Thus, for example, by placing the image body with the decoration applied on the front surface and the back surface before and after cooking on the placement surface of the tray, pushing the tray into the main body portion, and then pulling the tray out, the user can enjoy a game simulating the state change before and after cooking in a simple manner.

[0033] In the model toy according to the second aspect, the tray has the placement surface provided in the pulling-out direction of the tray and the inclined surface provided to be inclined from the placement surface so as to face the cutout portion.

[0034] According to this configuration, since the figurine inside the main body portion rises along the cut portion and falls on the inclined surface side and rides on the inclined surface, the figurine is guided from the inclined surface to the placement surface by pulling out the tray. Therefore, it is possible to improve the appearance when the tray on which the turned-over figurine is placed is pulled out on the placement surface.

[0035] In the model toy according to the third aspect, a step is provided between the placement surface and the inclined surface.

[0036] According to this configuration, the figurine can be easily turned over by the step when the tray is pushed into the main body portion.

[0037] In the model toy according to the fourth aspect, the main body portion includes a vertical wall portion provided to be perpendicular to the placement surface of the tray and a parallel wall portion provided to be parallel to the placement surface of the tray. The standing wall portion extends from the vertical wall portion, and the parallel wall portion includes a holding portion configured to clamp and hold a part of the standing wall portion.

[0038] According to this configuration, the standing wall portion is more easily bent in the clamping direction of the holding portion than in the case where the standing wall portion is fixed to the top plate portion. Therefore, when the figurine on the placement surface rises along the cut portion, the standing wall portion is bent in the clamping direction of the holding portion, the stress received by the figurine from the standing wall portion is alleviated, and the figurine smoothly rises along the cut portion. Therefore, the figurine on the placement surface can be easily turned over by the cut portion.

[0039] In the model toy according to the fifth aspect, the tray includes a wall surface provided to a rear side of the tray, the wall surface having a concave opening opened at a position corresponding to the standing wall portion in a concave cut.

[0040] According to this configuration, it is possible to hold the figurine at the wall surface and guide the standing wall portion in the tray through the concave opening.

[0041] The cooking toy according to the first aspect includes a main body portion, a tray having a placement surface, the tray being stored inside the main body portion and configured to be able to be pulled out from the main body portion, and a figurine having a front surface and a rear surface, the figurine being configured to be placed on the placement surface in a turnable manner. The main body portion includes a standing wall portion extending from an inner side of the main body portion to a position on the placement surface or a position above the placement surface in a pulling-out direction of the tray, and the standing wall portion has a cut portion cut in an arc shape to face a pulling-out side of the tray.

[0042] According to this configuration, by pushing the tray on which the figurine is placed on the placement surface into the main body portion, the figurine comes into contact with the cut portion on the placement surface and rides on the cut portion, and rises and flips over along the cut portion. Therefore, by placing the figurine, which indicates the decoration before and after the cooking state, on the placement surface of the tray, pushing the tray into the main body portion, and then pulling the tray out, the user can enjoy a game that simulates the change in state before and after cooking in a simple manner.

[0043] In the cooking toy of the second aspect, the placement surface has a rectangular shape, and the figurine is formed in a flat plate shape along the placement surface, and the end edge of the figurine is formed in a circular shape.

[0044] According to this configuration, the figurine is stored in the tray. Thus, when the figurine rides on the cut portion, the figurine is prevented from being caught by a part of the standing wall portion, and the figurine can smoothly ride on the cut portion. Therefore, the figurine can ride on the cut portion in a simple manner. As a result, the figurine can be flipped over by the cut portion in a simple manner.

[0045] In the cooking toy according to the third aspect, the figurine is a food model in which a decoration before heating and cooking is applied to the front surface and a decoration after heating and cooking is applied to the back surface.

[0046] According to this configuration, the user can enjoy a game that simulates the change in state before and after heating and cooking.

[0047] While the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims. For example, in the above-described embodiments, the pie dough model is exemplified as the figurine, but the figurine is not limited thereto, and various figurines that simulate food can be used. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiments, the configuration in which one standing wall portion is provided in the main body portion is exemplified, but the configuration in which a plurality of standing wall portions each having a cut portion are provided in the main body portion in the left-right direction can be employed.
