The method comprises the following steps: determining at least one candidate target in a scene image collected by an image collection device according to preset feature information of a target outer frame, judging whether the candidate target is a target target according to coding information of the candidate target, and then determining pose information of the target target relative to the image collection device according to pixel coordinates and space coordinates of a target point in the target target under the condition that the candidate target is the target target. In the above method, the feature information of the preset target outer frame is subjected to regional screening in the scene image, the region where the target point is located is locked, global target point searching on the scene image is avoided, the data processing amount is greatly reduced, the processing time is shortened, and the target tracking efficiency is improved.
