Integrated molding die for composite material corrugated sandwich cylindrical pressure shell and its preparation method

Abstract

This invention relates to a one-piece molding die and its preparation method for a composite material corrugated sandwich cylindrical pressure shell, belonging to the field of composite material pressure shell molding technology. The process employs continuous fiber winding or prepreg placement. During preparation, the inner panel molding die is mounted on a winding machine, the core molding die is fixed to the inner panel molding die with screws, and the outer panel molding die is fastened to the outermost side of the core molding die with external clamps. Finally, the three molds are combined into a single unit and co-cured in an autoclave to produce a composite material corrugated sandwich cylindrical pressure shell suitable for various load conditions. This composite material corrugated sandwich cylindrical pressure shell is manufactured in one piece with continuous fibers in both the circumferential and axial directions, exhibiting good thickness consistency. Compared to other similar preparation methods, this invention is simple and fast to operate, and can rationally allocate material properties according to load conditions, truly achieving the goal of reducing structural weight and increasing effective load.
