Abstract

The present application provides a silicone-based defoaming agent oil compound and a manufacturing method thereof, which is used for a defoaming agent with excellent defoaming speed and without performance reduction even in repeated use or long-term use, and comprises (A) 20-80 mass% of an essentially hydrophobic organopolysiloxane with a viscosity of 2,500-50,000 mPa·s at 25°C; (B) 20-80 mass% of a hydrophobic organopolysiloxane with silanol groups at least at both terminals or a cyclic organopolysiloxane; (C) 1-10 mass% of a silane or a condensate of silane; and (D) 2-10 mass% of a fine powder silica with a specific surface area of 50 m2 / g or more, wherein the total of (A) and (B) is 100 mass%.
