An adjustable stability core

Abstract

The application relates to the field of sand casting technology, in particular to an adjustable stability core support, which comprises an upper core support pad, a lower core support pad, half connecting columns, an adjusting connecting mechanism, an extension frame and a positioning circular ring. When the core support is used, a core support rod with a specified specification is selected, a waist-shaped block is accommodated in an accommodation circular groove, the core support rod and the four half connecting columns are connected, the accurate height of the core support is adjusted, the extension frame is slid outside the four half connecting columns, one side of the extension frame outside the four half connecting columns is extruded by the positioning circular ring, the supporting area of the large-area flat sand mold or sand core is increased, the supporting stability of the sand mold or sand core is improved, and when molten steel is poured, the high temperature during the molten steel pouring is fully combined with the upper core support pad and the lower core support pad through the perforations arranged on the upper core support pad and the lower core support pad.
