Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the field of logistics transportation, in particular to a foldable container and a side plate thereof. BACKGROUND

[0002] In recent years, the demand for new energy batteries is increasingly widespread, and a large amount of aluminum film and other materials are needed in the materials of new energy batteries. Batch storage and transportation of such materials are essential processes. When such materials need to be stored and transported, the safety of the materials needs to be ensured, and they cannot be scratched or bumped. When transporting such materials, a finished product roll wound on a reel is placed in a transport box. Due to the material properties, the finished product roll is heavy, and two relatively thick and heavy support plates need to be provided in the transport box. The two support plates are fixed on the base, and the reel is struck on the support plate, so that there is enough strength to support the finished product roll and not to allow the materials to be placed on the base to be squeezed and deformed or scratched. In order to prevent the finished product roll from moving during transportation, a clamping plate is provided in connection with the support plate, and the two ends of the reel are clamped between the clamping plate and the two ends of the support plate. Due to the heavy weight of the finished product roll, in order to stably position the finished product roll, the clamping plate is a relatively large plate body connected with the support plate to reduce the pressure on the support plate. The finished product roll is supported and positioned by this structure, but the excessive plate structure and large structure of this structure make the overall structure of the transport box complex. When placing or taking out the finished product roll, the clamping plate needs to be carried, which consumes a lot of manpower and is not convenient to use. Moreover, the clamping plate and support plate structure in the transport box makes the transport box bulky, which occupies a lot of space when the box is empty, and is not convenient for transportation and storage. Moreover, due to the excessive weight of the finished product roll, the existing structure is prone to deformation and has poor stability. SUMMARY

[0003] The present application aims to provide a foldable container and a side plate thereof, so that the side plate can stably withstand the pressure of the stored product, the container with the side plate is convenient to use, occupies less space when the box is empty, and is convenient for transportation and storage.

[0053] Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0054] Embodiments of the present application relate to a side plate and a foldable container. The side plate, i.e. the first side plate 2 hereinafter, is used in the foldable container 100. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 The foldable container 100 is used to place a storage product 6, which has a reel 61 and a product 62 wound on the reel 61. The two ends of the reel 61 protrude out of the product 62 and are operatively inserted into the first side plate 2 of the foldable container 100. The product 62 can be an aluminum material or the like. The foldable container 100 comprises a base 1, a pair of opposite first side plates 2 foldably connected to the base 1 and a pair of opposite second side plates 3 foldably connected to the base 1 and adjacent first side plates 2 and second side plates 3 are operatively connected and wrapped around the base 1. Each second side plate 3 is connected between a pair of first side plates 2. The pair of first side plates 2 and the pair of second side plates 3 are detachably connected to the base 1 and are arranged around the base 1. As shown in Figure 6In the embodiment, the first side plate 2 has a longitudinal folding part, the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are hingedly connected, the first side plate 2 is folded along the folding part into the accommodating space area, the first side plate 2 has two parts which are folded together, the connecting part of the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 is also folded, and the first side plate 2 is clamped between the two second side plates 3. Understandably, in other embodiments, the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 can also be detachably connected, so that the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are separated for transportation and storage. The first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 can also be in other folding forms and are not limited to the folding forms described above.

[0055] As shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 7 , the first side plate 2 has a first lower plate body 21 which is foldably connected with the base 1, and a first upper plate body 22 which is movably connected with the side of the first lower plate body 21 away from the base 1, the first upper plate body 22 is hingedly connected with the first lower plate body 21, and the first upper plate body 22 can be folded outward to the outer surface of the first lower plate body 21. In other embodiments, the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21 can also be detachably connected, and the first upper plate body 22 can be taken off the first lower plate body 21. When they are installed together, they are locked by a simple lock structure. The side of the first lower plate body 21 of the first side plate 2 away from the base 1 is a mounting side, and a first placing opening 210 for receiving one end of the storage product 6 is formed on the mounting side. The first placing opening 210 is open toward the inside of the foldable container 100 and toward the side away from the base 1. The first upper plate body 22 can be folded outward, so that the first placing opening 210 is opened, and the end of the storage product 6 can be placed on the first placing opening 210. Since the first upper plate body 22 is folded, the height of the first side plate 2 is lowered, which is equivalent to that the internal space of the foldable container 100 is partially exposed, so that the storage product 6 is easily placed in the foldable container 100. After the storage product 6 is placed, the first upper plate body 22 is turned to the vertical state to cover the opening of the first placing opening 210 away from the base 1. Thus, the storage product 6 is completely placed in the foldable container 100, and the first upper plate body 22 limits the storage product 6 to prevent it from jumping and bouncing.

[0056] The implementation details of the embodiment will be specifically described below. The following content is only provided for the convenience of understanding and is not necessary for the implementation of the scheme.

[0057] In the embodiment, both of the first side plates 2 have the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21, but in other embodiments, only one of the first side plates 2 can have the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21.

[0058] In addition, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 15As shown, the foldable container 100 further comprises a cover plate 4 operatively sleeved on top of the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3. The top of the cover plate 4 has a protrusion 42, and when a plurality of foldable containers 100 are stacked on top of each other, the base 1 is located in the area surrounded by the protrusion 42.

[0059] In the present embodiment, the foldable container 100 is a carton box, and the materials of the first side plate 2, the second side plate 3 and the base 1 are PP (polypropylene), and it is understood that other plastic materials can also be used.

[0060] As can be seen from the above, since the first side plate 2 has the first lower plate body 21 and the first upper plate body 22, the first upper plate body 22 is movably connected with the first lower plate body 21, so that the first placing opening 210 on the first lower plate body 21 is opened, and the storage product 6 can be placed into the foldable container 100, and the two ends of the storage product 6 are placed in the first placing opening 210, and the first upper plate body 22 does not interfere with the storage product 6 during the placing or taking out process, and after the storage product 6 is placed, the first lower plate body 21 can cover the first placing opening 210 to position the storage product 6. Through the simple structure of the first side plate 2, the storage product 6 can be positioned and placed, and it is convenient to use, and the first side plate 2 and the second side plate 3 are foldably arranged with the base 1, so that the space occupied by the empty box is small, and the storage is convenient.

[0061] In addition, as shown in Figure 2 The first lower plate body 21 is hingedly connected with the base 1 through a reinforcing shaft 5, and the reinforcing shaft 5 is a metal shaft, so that the strength of the foldable container 100 is stronger and can support the storage product 6.

[0062] Further, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 4 The side of the first upper plate body 22 facing the base 1 is provided with a second placing opening 220 for accommodating one end of the storage product 6 in cooperation with the first placing opening 210, and the second placing opening 220 is open towards the inside of the foldable container 100 and towards the side of the base 1. When the first upper plate body 22 is flipped to a vertical state, the first upper plate body 22 cooperates with the first lower plate body 21 to clamp the storage product 6. As shown in the figure, the shape of the first placing opening 210 and the shape of the second placing opening 220 can match the reel 61. In some embodiments, the second placing opening 220 can also not be provided on the first upper plate body 22.

[0063] Optionally, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 4As shown, the caliber of the first placement opening 210 and the caliber of the second placement opening are equal and equal to the diameter of the reel 61, that is, half of the reel 61 is placed in the first placement opening 210 and the other half is placed in the second placement opening 220. In other embodiments, the caliber of the first placement opening 210 can be smaller and the caliber of the second placement opening 220 can be larger, that is, a small part of the reel 61 is placed in the first placement opening 210, thereby facilitating the tooling action and the reel 61 to be placed into the first placement opening 210 or pulled out of the first placement opening 210.

[0064] Further, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 4 , the first placement opening 210 penetrates the first lower plate body 21 along the thickness direction of the first lower plate body 21. The second placement opening 220 penetrates the first upper plate body 22 along the thickness direction of the first upper plate body 22.

[0065] In addition, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figure 4 , a pad 7 embedded in the first lower plate body 21 is arranged in the first placement opening 210, the pad 7 is detachably connected with the first lower plate body 21, and the pad 7 is used to support one end of the storage product 6. According to the diameter of the reel 61, the pad 7 matched with the diameter can be replaced. In some embodiments, the pad 7 can also be directly fixed together with the first lower plate body 21 without being detachably connected.

[0066] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the pad 7 has a receiving portion 71 exposed in the first placement opening 210 and used to receive one end of the storage product 6, and a blocking portion 72 connected with the receiving portion 71 and extending in a direction away from the base 1, as shown in the figure, the blocking portion 72 protrudes outside the receiving portion 71, and the blocking portion 72 is located at the side of the first placement opening 210 facing the outside of the foldable container 100 and is used to limit the storage product 6. By providing the blocking portion 72, the storage product 6 is prevented from sliding between the two first side plates 2.

[0067] More noteworthy is that, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the top of the receiving portion 71 is an inner concave arc surface, which can be more matched with the reel 61 placed thereon.

[0068] In addition, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the inner diameter of the receiving portion 71 is the same as the outer diameter of the reel 61, which can be understood as almost the same, and there is also a slight size gap in the method, so that the reel 61 is not easy to rotate on the receiving portion 71 and is stably placed.

[0069] Further, the cushioning member 7 comprises a sheath body 74 and a reinforcing body 73 embedded in the sheath body 74. The reinforcing body 73 has an extension 731 extending along the length direction of the first lower plate body 21, and the sheath body 74 has a receiving portion 71 into which the extension 731 is inserted.

[0070] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the sheath body 74 further has a blocking portion 72 connected with the receiving portion 71 and extending upward, and the receiving portion 71 is used for receiving one end of the storage product 6, and the blocking portion 72 is located on the side of the first placing opening 210 facing the outside of the foldable container 100 and is used for limiting the storage product 6.

[0071] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 , the reinforcing body 73 further has a limiting portion 732 connected with the extension 731 and extending upward, i.e., the limiting portion 732 extends in the direction away from the base 1, and the limiting portion 732 is embedded in the blocking portion 72.

[0072] In addition, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the sheath body 74 further has an insertion portion 75 connected with the bottom of the receiving portion 71, and the insertion portion 75 is inserted into the first lower plate body 21.

[0073] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the first lower plate body 21 has a support rib 211, the insertion portion 75 is inserted into the first lower plate body 21, and the support rib 211 is inserted into the insertion portion 75.

[0074] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the insertion portion 75 comprises two spaced-apart plate blocks, and the insertion portion 75 has a plurality of support ribs 211 inserted between the two plate blocks, and the support ribs 211 also have a plurality of support ribs 211 arranged along the length direction of the first lower plate body 21, so that the pressure of the storage product 6 is transmitted to each plate block through the extension 731, the force is dispersed, and thus the first lower plate body 21 has better support effect and can bear heavier storage products 6. In other embodiments, the insertion member can have other structures, such as a plurality of protrusions inserted into the first lower plate body 21, etc., which can disperse the force transmitted by the storage product 6, so that the force of the storage product 6 pressed on the cushioning member 7 is not concentrated on one point, and uniform force can be achieved.

[0075] Further, as shown in Figure 6As shown, the bottom of the base 1 has a plurality of supporting feet 11, and at least two supporting feet 11 are respectively located directly below the two first placing openings 210. The supporting feet 11 located below the first placing openings 210 can bear the pressure transmitted by the inserts, and the inside of the supporting feet 11 located below the first placing openings 210 can be solid force blocks.

[0076] In addition, as shown in Figure 6 , the reinforcing body 73 is a metal piece, and the sheath body 74 is a plastic piece. Alternatively, the sheath body 74 is TPU, TPE, TPEE, or TPV.

[0077] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , the second placing opening 220 is provided with a pressing piece 8 embedded in the first upper plate body 22 and used for pressing one end of the storage product 6. The pressing piece 8 is detachably connected with the first upper plate body 22. According to the diameter of the reel 61, a gasket 7 matching the diameter of the reel 61 can be replaced. In some embodiments, the pressing piece 8 and the first upper plate body 22 can also be connected without being detached, but are directly fixed together.

[0078] More notably, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , the bottom of the pressing piece 8 (i.e., the downward surface in Figure 2 and Figure 6 ) is a concave arc surface, which can be more matched with the reel 61 placed thereon.

[0079] In addition, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , the inner diameter of the pressing piece 8 is the same as the outer diameter of the reel 61. This same can be understood as almost the same, and a slight size gap is also within the method, so that the reel 61 is not easy to rotate on the pressing piece 8 and is stably placed.

[0080] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 6 , Figure 7 , the pressing piece 8 is a resilient piece. Alternatively, the sheath body 74 can be an EVA or rubber piece, etc. Further protection is provided for the reel 61, and when a plurality of foldable containers 100 are stacked, the pressing piece 8 can prevent the reel 61 from being damaged due to excessive pressure from the upper layer.

[0081] In addition, Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 4 , Figure 12As shown, the outer surface of the first side plate 2 is provided with a placing groove 20 extending along the height direction of the foldable container 100, a part of the placing groove 20 is located on the first upper plate body 22, and another part is located on the first lower plate body 21, and the first placing opening 210 and the second placing opening 220 penetrate the placing groove 20. The end cover 9 is slidably arranged in the placing groove 20, and the end cover 9 has a first position and a second position. When the end cover 9 is in the first position, i.e., slides to the bottom end of the placing groove 20, the end cover 9 covers the first placing opening 210 and the second placing opening 220; when the end cover 9 is in the second position, i.e., slides to the top end of the placing groove 20, the end cover 9 leaves the first lower plate body 21. By covering the first placing opening 210 and the second placing opening 220 with the end cover 9, the storage product 6 can be protected, and the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21 are connected to reinforce and lock the two first upper plate bodies 22 and the first lower plate body 21 together.

[0082] In some embodiments, the end cover 9 can not be slidably arranged in the placing groove 20, and the end cover 9 is detachably connected with the first side plate 2, at this time the placing groove 20 can be unnecessary, when the end cover 9 is needed to cover the first placing opening 210 and the second placing opening 220, the end cover 9 is installed on the first side plate 2, and when the first placing opening 210 and the second placing opening 220 are opened, the end cover 9 is detached from the first side plate 2. The end cover 9 can be clamped on the first side plate 2.

[0083] And in some embodiments, the end cover 9 can only cover the first placing opening 210, that is, the end cover 9 can only be located on the first lower plate body 21, and the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21 are not connected, which is used for the structure with the second placing opening 220 or without the second placing opening 220. When the end cover 9 can only cover the first placing opening 210, the end cover 9 can be slidably connected with the first lower plate body 21, at this time the placing groove 20 is only opened on the first lower plate body 21.

[0084] In some embodiments without the second placing opening 220, when the end cover 9 is in the first position, the end cover 9 only covers the first placing opening 210, and the end cover 9 can also connect the first upper plate body 22 and the second lower plate body 31. Or the end cover 9 can also only be on the first lower plate body 21 without being on the first upper plate body 22 when the end cover 9 is in the first position.

[0085] Further, as Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 4 、 Figure 12As shown, the first insertion port 204 is at least partially located in the region where the first lower plate body 21 is located, and the second insertion port 205 is located in the region where the first upper plate body 22 is located. The end cover 9 has a lock catch 94, and the lock catch 94 has a lock tongue that is operable to be inserted into the first insertion port 204 or the second insertion port 205. When the end cover 9 is in the first position, the lock tongue of the lock catch 94 is operable to be inserted into the first insertion port 204; when the end cover 9 is in the second position, the lock tongue of the lock catch 94 is operable to be inserted into the second insertion port 205.

[0086] In addition, Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 4 、 Figure 12 As shown, the first insertion port 204 is partially formed on the first upper plate body 22, and the other part is formed on the first lower plate body 21.

[0087] Further, as Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 4 、 Figure 12 As shown, the pair of first side walls each has a first limiting protrusion 201 facing the placement slot 20, and the end cover 9 is clamped between the first limiting protrusions 201 of the pair of first side walls. Thus, the end cover 9 can stably slide up and down without shifting left and right.

[0088] In addition, as Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 4 、 Figure 12 As shown, the placement slot 20 has a protruding rib 202 extending in the height direction of the first side plate 2, and the end cover 9 has a slide 93 on the side facing the foldable container 100 for the protruding rib 202 to be embedded in. The protruding rib 202 and the slide 93 cooperate to guide the sliding of the end cover 9.

[0089] Further, as Figure 1 、 Figure 2 、 Figure 4 、 Figure 12 As shown, the top and bottom of the placement slot 20 each has a second limiting protrusion 203 protruding towards the placement slot 20, and the top and bottom of the end cover 9 each has a notch 92. When the end cover 9 is in the first position, the second limiting protrusion 203 of the bottom of the placement slot 20 is embedded in the notch 92 of the bottom of the end cover 9; when the end cover 9 is in the second position, the second limiting protrusion 203 of the top of the placement slot 20 is embedded in the notch 92 of the top of the end cover 9. Further, as Figure 5As shown, the end cover 9 has a limiting plate 91 extending inside the foldable container 100. The limiting plate 91 is operable to abut against the top of the blocking portion 72 when the end cover 9 covers the first and second placing openings 210 and 220.

[0090] Further, as shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 7 , Figure 12 As shown, the second side plate 3 has a second lower plate body 31 foldably connected to the base 1, and a second upper plate body 32 movably connected to a side of the second lower plate body 31 away from the base 1. The second upper plate body 32 and the second lower plate body 31 of the second side plate 3 are hingedly connected, and the second upper plate body 32 is operable to be flipped outside the foldable container 100 around the hinge with the second lower plate body 31. When storing or taking out the storage 6 inside the foldable container 100, the second upper plate body 32 can be flipped outside the first lower plate body 21 first, so as to facilitate the storage 6 to enter or exit the foldable container 100. The hinge structure of the second upper plate body 32 and the second lower plate body 31 can be similar to that of the first upper plate body 22 and the first lower plate body 21. In some embodiments, only one of the two second side plates 3 can have the second upper plate body 32 and the second lower plate body 31, or the second side plate 3 can not be foldable.

[0091] In addition, as shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 7 , Figure 10 The height of the second upper plate body 32 and the second lower plate body 31 is equal, so that no interference is caused after the second upper plate body 32 is flipped, and the base 1 can be stably placed on the ground.

[0092] Further, as shown in Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 8 , Figure 9As shown, the second lower plate body 31 is connected with the first lower plate body 21 through the elastic locking member 20. The first lower plate body 21 is at least partially bent to form a flange 213 on the side where the second side plate 3 is located, and the elastic locking member 20 is operable to hook the second lower plate body 31 and abut against the surface of the flange 213. After the second upper plate body 32 is flipped, the second lower plate body 31 is stably connected with the first lower plate body 21 through the elastic locking member 20, and the second lower plate body 31 will not be tilted out of the foldable container 100. When the second lower plate body 31 needs to be bent to the base 1, an external force can be applied to push the second lower plate body 31 into the foldable container 100, so that the elastic locking member 20 can be separated from the first lower plate body 21, and the first lower plate body 21 and the second lower plate body 31 are unlocked. Specifically, the elastic locking member 20 can be a protrusion protruding from the side of the second lower plate body 31, and an opening is formed on the side of the first lower plate body 21 to allow the protrusion to be inserted. The opening is open towards the outside of the foldable container 100. The protrusion is a part of the second lower plate body 31, and has a slight elasticity. The elastic locking member can also protrude from the side of the first lower plate body 21, and an opening is formed on the side of the second lower plate body 31 to allow the elastic locking member to be inserted.

[0093] In addition, as shown in Figure 10 , Figure 11 , Figure 12 , the bottom corner end of the second side plate 3 has a protrusion 311, the top end of the base 1 has an embedding groove 12 for the protrusion 311 to be embedded, and the side of the protrusion 311 towards the inside of the foldable container 100 is an inclined surface matching the groove wall of the embedding groove 12. Thus, when the storage product 6 is placed in the foldable container 100, the bottom corner end of the second side plate 3 will not be displaced towards the inside of the foldable container 100 due to the pressure of the storage product 6.

[0094] Further, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 7 , the top two ends of the first lower plate body 21 extend and protrude towards the direction away from the base 1 and are spaced apart to form a recessed groove 212, and the first placing opening 210 is formed at the bottom of the recessed groove 212, and the top two ends of the first lower plate body 21 protrude. The side wall of the first lower plate body 21 is connected with the side wall of the second lower plate body 31.

[0095] Further, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 7As shown, the bottom of the recessed groove 212 is lower than or equal to the center surface of the reel 61 when the reel 61 is placed in the first placing opening 210. After the first upper plate body 22 is folded over, at least half of the reel 61 is exposed, which facilitates the workpiece to act on the reel 61. Meanwhile, it ensures that the first lower plate body 21 has sufficient area to connect with the second lower plate body 31, which ensures that the connection between the first lower plate body 21 and the second lower plate body 31 is more firm and can bear heavier storage products 6. Specifically, the folded edge 213 of the first lower plate body 21 includes protruding portions on both sides of the recessed groove 212 (i.e., the top ends of the first lower plate body 21 protrude), which abut against the blocking edges 312 extending from the side walls of the second lower plate body 31, so as to increase the connection area between the first lower plate body 21 and the second lower plate body 31. As shown in Figure 12 、 Figure 13 、 Figure 14 and Figure 15 As shown, when the foldable container 100 is folded, the second upper plate body 32 of the second side plate 3 can be folded over to the outside of the second lower plate body 31 first, then the two second side plates 3 are folded onto the base 1, and then the two first side plates 2 are folded onto the two second side plates 3, so as to realize the folding of the foldable container 100. Then, the cover plate 4 is covered on the folded foldable container 100, and finally the plurality of foldable containers 100 can be stacked as shown. When the storage products 6 are placed in the foldable container 100, they can also be stacked up and down.
