Method for measuring gas temperature and mass flow in a capillary

Abstract

The application discloses a kind of capillary gas temperature and mass flow measurement method, belong to thermal gas flow measurement field.The method adopts the mode of two groups of heating wires wound outside capillary for gas flow measurement, each group of heating wires is wound on the outer wall of capillary upstream and downstream, the temperature of heating wire will rise after current, the same temperature of two groups of heating wires is kept by controlling heating wire power, when gas flows through heating area, heat is taken away, and the heating power on upstream and downstream heating wires changes, and the gas flow and temperature in capillary are obtained by measuring the heating power change of two groups of heating wires.The application is easy to realize zero correction, and does not need additional temperature sensor to obtain gas temperature information.
