An energy-saving and wastewater discharge device for industrial boilers

Abstract

This invention discloses an energy-saving sewage discharge device for industrial boilers, including a sewage discharge pipe connected to the boiler flue gas output end. A metal water storage tank is installed on the outside of the sewage discharge pipe near the boiler. The water storage tank absorbs heat from the boiler flue gas and heats the water inside to generate steam. A water inlet pipe is connected to the input end of the water storage tank. A steam storage tank is installed on the sewage discharge pipe on the side away from the water storage tank. The steam storage tank and the water storage tank are connected and conductive via a steam connection pipe. The steam storage tank stores the water vapor generated in the water storage tank. This invention utilizes the high-temperature flue gas in the boiler to heat the water tank and generate water vapor. The water vapor, in conjunction with a rotating sealing disc, achieves the purpose of guiding the filter screen one by one. This method can efficiently and more effectively guide the filter screen using pressurized steam. Furthermore, this method eliminates the need for a filter screen guiding structure and manual cleaning of the filter screen. It utilizes water vapor generated from recovered heat energy, making the overall system more energy-efficient.
