Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] A replacement unit and a printing device are disclosed in this specification. BACKGROUND
[0002] In the past, for example, in a printing device that performs printing processing of a viscous fluid on a printing target such as a substrate using a screen mask, a device that automatically replaces a replaceable component including a screen mask used by the printing device is known. For example, in Patent Literature 1, a printing device in which a housing device is provided in front of the printing device and the replaceable component is automatically replaced between the printing device and the housing device is described.
[0003] PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS
[0004] Patent Literature 1: International Publication No. 2018 / 105016 SUMMARY
[0005] PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
[0006] However, in the above-described printing device, since the housing device that houses the screen mask and performs up-down movement with respect to the replacement position is provided in front of the printing device, it is difficult for the operator to perform work on the front surface of the printing device.
[0007] The present disclosure is made in view of such a problem, and a main object thereof is to provide a replacement unit and a printing device that can further achieve compactness when automatically replacing a replaceable component used by the printing device.
[0008] TECHNICAL SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM
[0009] The replacement unit and the printing device disclosed in this specification adopt the following means in order to achieve the above-described main object.
[0010] The replacement unit of the present disclosure is used for a printing device provided with a printing section that performs printing processing of a viscous fluid on a processing target using a screen mask,
[0011] The above-described replacement unit is provided with:
[0012] a receiving section that receives a housing rack having a plurality of shelf sections that house frames that can support replaceable components used in the printing device;
[0013] a lifting section that lifts the housing rack between a replacement position at which the replaceable components are replaced and a raisable position that is lower than the replacement position; and
[0014] The moving section moves the housing rack between the up-able position where the housing rack is able to be raised and lowered by the raising and lowering section, and the housing position where the housing rack enters the inside of the housing of the printing device.
[0015] Since the exchange unit raises and lowers the replaceable parts together with the housing rack in which the replaceable parts are housed in the plurality of shelf sections, a raising and lowering mechanism is not required in the inside of the housing rack, and the housing rack itself can be made compact. In addition, since the exchange unit becomes a state of pulling the housing rack into the inside of the housing of the printing device when the replacement in the housing rack is not performed and the like, the printing device itself can also be further made compact. In this way, in the exchange unit, when the replaceable parts used for the printing device are automatically replaced, further compactness can be achieved. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

Figure 5 Fig. 5 is an explanatory view showing one example of the clamping section 60a of the fixing section 60. Figure 6 Fig. 6 is an explanatory view showing one example of the stop section 60b of the fixing section 60. Figure 6 (A) is a perspective view of a partial cross section including the insertion pin 65, and Figure 6 (B) is a cross-sectional view as viewed from above. Figure 7 Fig. 8 is a block diagram showing the electrical connection relationship of the printing apparatus 11. The mounting system 10 includes the printing apparatus 11, the printing inspection apparatus 12, the mounting apparatus 13, the mounting inspection apparatus 14, a reflow soldering apparatus not shown, and a management computer (PC) 80. The mounting system 10 is configured to have a mounting line in which a plurality of mounting apparatuses 13 that mount elements on the substrate S are arranged on the downstream side of the printing apparatus 11. In the present embodiment, the left-right direction (X axis), the front-rear direction (Y axis), and the up-down direction (Z axis) are as shown in Fig. 8. Figure 1 、 Figure 3 、 Figure 4
[0033] The printing inspection device 12 is used to inspect the state of the viscous fluid, such as solder paste, printed on the substrate S by the printing device 11. The mounting device 13 is used to mount components onto the substrate S on which the viscous fluid has been printed by the printing device 11. The mounting inspection device 14 is used to inspect the state of the components mounted on the substrate S. The reflow soldering device is used to heat and melt the printed viscous fluid, causing it to adhere to the substrate S. The management PC 80 is used to manage information about each device in the mounting system 10. This management PC 80 manages the progress of each device on the production line undergoing mounting processing.
[0034] like Figures 1 to 7 As shown, the printing apparatus 11 is an apparatus that applies (prints) solder, a viscous fluid, to a substrate S, the object to be processed, by pressing solder from the screen mask M into patterned holes formed in the screen mask M using a squeegee 25. Here, "object to be processed" includes, for example, a substrate S with mounting components, or a substrate that is a three-dimensional object. "Viscous fluid" includes solder paste, conductive paste, and adhesive. Here, the substrate S and solder paste will be used as examples. The screen mask M is fixed to the inside of the frame 29. The frame 29 can hold screen masks M of various sizes and has a shelf portion 71 that can be accommodated in the housing 70 (see reference). Figure 1 ).like Figure 3 As shown, the printing apparatus 11 includes: a printing control unit 21, a printing unit 22, a mask processing unit 26, a substrate processing unit 30, a cleaning unit 33, a supply unit 35, a detection unit 37, an operation panel 38, and a replacement unit 40.
[0035] The printing control unit 21 is configured as a CPU-centric microprocessor that controls the entire printing apparatus 11. In addition to outputting signals to the printing unit 22, mask handling unit 26, substrate processing unit 30, cleaning unit 33, supply unit 35, operation panel 38, and changeover unit 40, the printing control unit 21 also outputs signals to the management PC 80, which is an external device. Furthermore, in addition to receiving signals from the printing unit 22, mask handling unit 26, substrate processing unit 30, cleaning unit 33, supply unit 35, detection unit 37, operation panel 38, and changeover unit 40, the printing control unit 21 also receives signals from the management PC 80, which is an external device. The printing control unit 21 has a storage unit that stores information about the substrate S being printed, printing processing programs for printing the substrate S, and component changeover processing programs that execute changeover processing based on the frame 29 of the changeover unit 27.
[0036] The printing unit 22 is located in the upper section of the printing apparatus 11 and is a unit that uses a screen mask M to print viscous fluid onto a substrate S. For example... Figure 1 , Figure 4 , Figure 7As shown, the printing unit 22 includes: a printing head 23, a printing moving part 24, a squeegee lifting part (not shown), and a squeegee 25. The printing moving part 24 moves the printing head 23 in a predetermined printing direction (here, the front-to-back direction), and includes a guide formed in the front-to-back direction, a slider that moves along the guide, and a motor that drives the slider. The squeegee 25 is disposed on the lower surface side of the printing head 23 and is raised and lowered by the squeegee lifting part. The printing unit 22 has two squeegees 25, each used in the front-to-back direction. Figure 4 As shown, the mask processing unit 26 is disposed vertically between the printing unit 22 and the substrate processing unit 30, and is a unit for fixing and holding the screen mask M. Figure 7 As shown, the mask operating unit 26 includes a replacement unit 27 and a mask fixing unit 28. The replacement unit 27 is a transport bar provided on the print head 23, which is lowered to a position abutting against the screen mask M by a cylinder (not shown), and the contact part abutting against the frame 29 is moved forward and backward by rotation (see reference). Figure 4 (The dotted line in the image). The print head 23 and the replacement part 27 engage with the printing part 22 at a predetermined height on the shelf part 71 of the housing 70, thereby moving the frame 29. The mask fixing part 28 positions and supports the screen mask M in a horizontal position. The screen mask M is pushed by the replacement part 27 and moves back and forth along the guide of the mask operation part 26, and is fixed by the mask fixing part 28. Figure 4 As shown, the substrate processing unit 30 is a unit disposed below the mask processing unit 26, which loads in a substrate S, positions and supports the loaded substrate S, and makes it contact and separate from the screen mask M. The substrate processing unit 30 includes: a substrate transport unit 31 that transports the substrate S in a left-right direction; a support member 32 that supports the substrate S from below; and a substrate lifting unit that allows the substrate processing unit 30 and the support member 32 to move up and down. The cleaning unit 33 is disposed vertically between the mask processing unit 26 and the substrate processing unit 30, and is a unit that performs cleaning processing on the back side of the screen mask M. The cleaning unit 33 has a cleaning member 34 that abuts against and cleans the screen mask M. The supply unit 35 is a unit that supplies solder contained in a cartridge 36 to the screen mask M. The supply unit 35 is disposed in front of the print head 23. The supply unit 35 applies pressure to the cartridge 36 to eject the solder from the cartridge 36. Cleaning components 34 and cassette 36 are consumables and are replaced as needed. Detection unit 37 is a sensor that detects the presence of the storage rack 70 inside the front of the printing unit 11. Operation panel 38 is a unit that receives input from the operator W and provides information to the operator W. This operation panel 38 includes a display section as a screen, a touch panel, and an operation section with buttons.
[0037] The housing rack 70 is a housing body that houses the frame 29 capable of supporting the screen mask M as a replaceable component related to the printing process by the printing section 22. As shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 , Figure 7 The housing rack 70 has a rack main body 70a, a handle 73, a caster section 74, and a support fixing member 75. The rack main body 70a has a plurality of shelf sections 71 and one opening section 72. The shelf sections 71 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the up-down direction in a manner capable of placing the frame 29 supporting the screen mask M in the up-down direction. The opening section 72 communicates with the outside of the printing section 22 and the like, and the frame 29 is carried in and out via the opening section 72. The housing rack 70 only houses the frame 29, and does not have a drive section that moves the frame 29 or a drive section that raises and lowers the frame 29. In the housing rack 70, the structure can be further simplified. The shelf sections 71 have sizes corresponding to the frame sizes of various replaceable components. That is, the shelf sections 71 are formed in sizes capable of housing the largest frame 29. The housing rack 70 can have shelf sections 71 corresponding to the frame sizes of various replaceable components, respectively, or can have a plurality of shelf sections 71 all having the same size in the housing rack 70. In the latter case, a plurality of housing racks 70 having the same size in the outer shape can be prepared, and the shelf sections 71 of each housing rack 70 correspond to any one of the frame sizes of various replaceable components. In this case, the number of types of the housing racks 70 increases, but even if the frame sizes of the corresponding replaceable components are different, the size of the housing rack 70 is the same, so the receiving sections 42 can be shared by each housing rack 70. The handle 73 is fixed to the upper portion of the rack main body 70a. The handle 73 is composed of a rod-shaped body to be held by the worker W and a support member that fixes the rod-shaped body. The caster section 74 is provided to the lower portion of the rack main body 70a. The caster section 74 is composed of a structure body having a space in the center and a caster having a wheel provided to the lower surface side of the structure body. The worker W holds the handle 73 to move the housing rack 70 (see below Figure 8 ).
[0038] The support fixing member 75 is a plate-shaped member fixed to the left and right end portions of the front lower surface side of the rack main body 70a. The support fixing member 75 is a member used when connecting to the exchange unit 40. As shown in Figure 2As shown, the support fixing member 75 has a block portion 76, a receiving portion 77, a locking hole 78, and an insertion hole 79. The block portion 76 is a member for connecting the hook portion 47 provided in the exchange unit 40, and has a space for inserting the hook portion 47 between two blocks. The receiving portion 77 is a portion for blocking the cam follower 44a provided in the lifting member 44 provided in the exchange unit 40, and has a circular-arc-shaped cutout portion. The locking hole 78 is a through-hole for inserting the clamping lever 61 of the fixing portion 60 of the lifting member 44 provided in the exchange unit 40. The insertion hole 79 is a through-hole for inserting the insertion pin 65 of the fixing portion 60 of the lifting member 44 provided in the exchange unit 40.
[0039] The exchange unit 40 is used in the printing device 11 provided with a printing section 22 that performs printing processing of a processing target using a screen mask M. The exchange unit 40 is configured as a device that receives the housing rack 70 in which the screen mask M or the like, which is a replaceable member, is housed, and causes the housing rack 70 to be lifted. The exchange unit 40 has a left-side unit 41 and a right-side unit 51 as the lifting section and the moving section of the present disclosure. The left-side unit 41 is provided on the front left side of the housing of the printing device 11. The right-side unit 51 is provided on the front right side of the housing of the printing device 11. As shown in Figure 4 As shown, the left-side unit 41 and the right-side unit 51 are formed so that the length A in the moving direction of the frame 29 is shorter than the length B of the housing rack 70. The exchange unit 40 has a lifting space 49 in which the housing rack 70 is lifted in the center of the left-side unit 41 and the right-side unit 51. As shown in Figure 4 As shown, the exchange unit 40 houses the housing rack 70 in a position that is flush with the front surface of the main body of the exchange unit 40 or a position that is inward of the front surface of the main body when the housing rack 70 is in the housing position, and supports the housing rack 70 in a position that protrudes from the front surface of the main body of the exchange unit 40 when the housing rack 70 is in the replacement position. In addition, the right-side unit 51 has the same structure as the left-side unit 41 except that it is opposite to the left-side unit 41, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In addition, the right-side unit 51 is provided with a receiving section, a lifting section, a lifting member, a cam follower, a lifting drive section, a front-rear moving section, a hook portion, a front-rear drive section, and the like.
[0040] The left-side unit 41 is provided with a receiving section 42, a lifting section 43, a front-rear moving section 46, and a fixing section 60. The receiving section 42 receives the housing rack 70 having a plurality of shelf portions 71 that house the frame 29 capable of supporting the replaceable member used in the printing device 11, and supports and lifts the housing rack 70 from the lower surface side. The lifting section 43 lifts the housing rack 70 between a replacement position at which the replaceable member is replaced and a liftable position that is downward of the replacement position. As shown in Figure 3As shown, the lifting section 43 includes a lifting member 44 and a lifting drive section 45. The lifting member 44 is a plate-shaped member provided on a surface of the left-side unit 41 facing the right-side unit 51. The lifting member 44 moves up and down along the surface inside the housing of the left-side unit 41 by the lifting drive section 45. Cam followers 44a are provided on the front and rear end portions of the lifting member 44. The cam followers 44a support the support fixing members 75 provided on the housing shelf 70 from below and move the housing shelf 70 up and down in accordance with the up-and-down movement of the lifting member 44. The lifting drive section 45 can include, for example, a ball screw having a lifting shaft and a drive motor to move the lifting member 44 up and down, or can use a linear motor to move the lifting member 44 up and down. In addition, the lifting section 43 has a fixing section 60 that restricts the movement and / or fall of the housing shelf 70 in the horizontal direction when the housing shelf 70 is moved to the up-able position to become the up-able state.
[0041] The front-and-rear movement section 46 moves the housing shelf 70 between the up-able position at which the housing shelf 70 is able to be lifted by the lifting section 43 and the housing position at which the housing shelf 70 enters the inside of the housing of the printing device 11. The front-and-rear movement section 46 moves the housing shelf 70 in the horizontal direction. The front-and-rear movement section 46 includes a hook section 47 and a front-and-rear drive section 48. The hook section 47 is provided on the shaft of the front-and-rear drive section 48 in a manner that is able to be lifted, and is a member that is engaged with the block portion 76 provided on the housing shelf 70 in accordance with the lifting of the block portion 76. The front-and-rear drive section 48 moves the hook section 47 between the housing position and the up-able position. The front-and-rear drive section 48 can include a ball screw and a drive motor to move the hook section 47 forward and rearward, or can use a linear motor to move the hook section 47 forward and rearward.
[0042] The replacement unit 40 has a replacement control section 59. The replacement control section 59 is configured as a microprocessor centered on a CPU and controls the entire replacement unit 40. The replacement control section 59 outputs a signal to the lifting drive section 45 and the front-and-rear drive section 48, and also outputs a signal to the printing control section 21. In addition, the replacement control section 59 inputs a signal from the printing control section 21. The replacement control section 59 performs processing to lift the hook section 47 and engage the hook section 47 with the block portion 76 when a signal is acquired that the housing shelf 70 is received by the receiving section 42. In addition, the replacement control section 59 performs processing to move the housing shelf 70 from the housing position to the up-able position by the front-and-rear movement section 46 when the replaceable member is replaced, and further, to lift the housing shelf 70 from the up-able position to the replacement position by the lifting section 43. In addition, the replacement control section 59 lowers the housing shelf 70 from the replacement position to the up-able position by the lifting section 43 and moves the housing shelf 70 from the up-able position to the housing position by the front-and-rear movement section 46 when the replacement of the replaceable member is completed.
[0043] The fixing part 60 is a safety mechanism that prevents the housing 70 from accidentally moving or falling when it is raised or lowered by the lifting part 43. The fixing part 60 includes a clamping part 60a and a stop part 60b. Figure 5 As shown, the clamping part 60a has a clamping rod 61 that is inserted into a locking hole 78 formed in the support fixing member 75 of the housing 70, and is a mechanism that restricts the horizontal movement of the housing 70. The clamping part 60a is disposed on the lifting member 44 and moves up and down together with the lifting member 44. The clamping part 60a includes: a clamping rod 61, a rod rotating part 62, and a cylinder 63. The clamping rod 61 has: a rod that is inserted into the locking hole 78, a rotating shaft that is fixed to the lifting member 44 and rotates the rod, and an elliptical hole into which a pin of the rod rotating part 62 is inserted. The rod rotating part 62 is a part that is directly connected to the rod of the cylinder 63 and moves linearly. A pin that is inserted into the elliptical hole is disposed at the front end of the rod rotating part 62. The cylinder 63 is a drive part that uses compressed air supplied by an air supply device (not shown) to move the rod up and down. When the rod of the cylinder 63 rises, the clamping part 60a rotates the clamping rod 61 around the rotation axis, and the rod is inserted into the locking hole 78. Conversely, when the rod of the cylinder 63 descends, the clamping part 60a rotates the clamping rod 61 around the rotation axis, and the rod is released from the locking hole 78.
[0044] like Figure 6As shown, the stopper 60b is a mechanism having an insertion pin 65 inserted into an insertion hole 79 formed in the support fixing member 75 of the housing shelf 70, and when the housing shelf 70 is raised, the insertion pin 65 is inserted into the insertion hole 79 to prevent the housing shelf 70 from falling down. The stopper 60b has the insertion pin 65 and a pin driving portion 66. The pin driving portion 66 inserts the insertion pin 65 into the insertion hole 79 when the housing shelf 70 is raised from the raisable position, and pulls the insertion pin 65 in to release the insertion from the insertion hole 79 when the housing shelf 70 is present in the raisable position. The pin driving portion 66 is composed of a spring 64, a cam follower 67, a guide member 68, and a cylinder 69. The insertion pin 65, the spring 64, and the cam follower 67 are disposed in the lifting member 44 and are raised and lowered together with the lifting member 44. On the other hand, the guide member 68 and the cylinder 69 are disposed in the raisable position on the housing side of the exchange unit 40 and are not raised and lowered. The spring 64 is a member that always applies a force to the insertion pin 65 toward the insertion hole 79 side. The insertion pin 65 is a member that is inserted into the insertion hole 79 and is a cylindrical member having a space inside. The spring 64 is disposed in the inside space of the insertion pin 65. The cam follower 67 is disposed at the rear end of the insertion pin 65. The cam follower 67 abuts against the wall portion of the guide member 68 and is guided by the guide member 68 to be raised and lowered together with the lifting member 44. The guide member 68 is a member having a shape in which two members having an L-shaped cross section with the length direction as the up-down direction face each other. The wall portion of the L shape of the guide member 68 is formed in the up-down direction, and the cam follower 67 moves along the wall portion. The guide member 68 is fixed to the rod of the cylinder 69. The cylinder 69 is a driving portion that drives the rod in the horizontal direction using compressed air supplied from an air supply device not shown. When the lifting member 44 is in the raisable position, if the rod of the cylinder 69 is pushed out, the stopper 60b becomes a state in which the insertion pin 65 forced by the spring 64 protrudes from the lifting member 44 (see Figure 6 A). In addition, when the lifting member 44 is in the raisable position, if the rod of the cylinder 69 is pulled in, the stopper 60b becomes a state in which the insertion pin 65 is pulled in via the guide member 68 and the cam follower 67 and does not protrude from the lifting member 44 (see Figure 6 B). Furthermore, when the lifting member 44 is raised from the raisable position, the stopper 60b becomes a state in which the abutment of the cam follower 67 against the guide member 68 is released and the insertion pin 65 is always inserted into the insertion hole 79 by the force of the spring 64.
[0045] Next, the printing process of the printing device 11 thus configured will be described. When the printing process is executed, the operator W performs the work of mounting the housing shelf 70 to the exchange unit 40. Figure 8is a diagram showing that the operator W moves the housing rack 70 to the exchange unit 40. After the operator W installs the housing rack 70 to the exchange unit 40, the operator W inputs execution of the printing process from the operation panel 38. A printing process routine for performing the printing process is stored in the storage section of the printing control section 21, and is executed after the operator W inputs an execution instruction of the printing process to the printing control section 21. When the printing process routine is started to be executed, the CPU of the printing control section 21 first performs a process of conveying the substrate S by the substrate processing section 30 and fixing and raising it so that the substrate S abuts against the screen mask M. At this time, the CPU adjusts the position of the screen mask M by the mask work section 26, and performs alignment of the pattern hole and the substrate S. Next, the CPU moves the cassette 36 to the screen mask M, and causes it to eject solder. Next, the CPU moves the printing head 23 and lowers the squeegee 25 so that the squeegee 25 abuts against the upper surface of the screen mask M and moves in the front and back directions, thereby printing the solder on the substrate S. In this way, the printing control section 21 performs the printing process including the substrate carrying and fixing process, the solder supply process, and the squeegee moving process, and performs printing on the substrate S. The CPU repeatedly performs this printing process while exchanging the screen mask M, until the production process of all the types of substrates S in the manufacturing plan is completed.
[0046] Next, the operation of the exchange unit 40 of the exchange frame 29 will be described. Figure 9 is a flowchart showing one example of a component exchange process routine executed by the exchange control section 59 of the exchange unit 40. Figure 10 is a diagram showing the positional relationship of each of the components such as the lifting member 44 and the support fixing member 75 when the housing rack 70 is moved, Figure 10 (A) is a diagram when the housing rack 70 is located at the housing position, Figure 10 (B) is a diagram in which the housing rack 70 is connected to the front and back moving section 46, Figure 10 (C) is a diagram in which the housing rack 70 is moved to the raisable position, Figure 10 (D) is a diagram in which the housing rack 70 is fixed to the lifting member 44 and is raised. Figure 11 is a perspective view of the printing device 11 when the housing rack 70 is located at the housing position. [0047] The component replacement processing routine is stored in the storage unit of the replacement control unit 59 and is executed after the replacement unit 40 is started. When this routine is executed, the CPU of the replacement control unit 59 determines whether the receiving rack 70 is positioned in the receiving position based on the detection signal from the detection unit 37 (S100). When the receiving rack 70 is positioned in the receiving position ( Figure 11 The CPU raises the hook 47 and connects it to the block 76 (S110). Figure 10 (B)). When the hook 47 is inserted into the block 76, the forward and backward moving part 46 can move the housing 70 back and forth. On the other hand, when the housing 70 is not in the housing position in S100, the CPU stays on standby until the housing 70 is in the housing position.
[0048] After S110, the CPU of the replacement control unit 59 determines whether it is time to perform a replacement of the screen mask M, which is a replaceable component (S120). The replacement time for the screen mask M is, for example, after the production of a predetermined type of substrate S is completed, or before the production of the next type of substrate S begins. When it is time to perform a replacement of a replaceable component, the CPU moves the hook 47 to a raised position via the back-and-forth movement part 46 (S130). Figure 10 (C)). Therefore, as Figure 12 As shown, the housing 70 can be pulled out and raised. Next, the CPU raises the lifting member 44, connecting it to the support fixing member 75 of the housing 70 (S140). When the lifting member 44 is raised to the raiseable position, the cam follower 44a enters the receiving part 77, and the housing 70 connects to the lifting member 44. Figure 10 (D)). Next, the CPU drives cylinder 63 to perform the clamping process of clamping part 60a, and drives cylinder 69 to perform the insertion process of insertion pin 65 of stop part 60b (S150). In fixing part 60, clamping rod 61 is inserted into locking hole 78, insertion pin 65 is inserted into insertion hole 79, and housing 70 is fixed to lifting member 44 ( Figure 10 (D)).
[0049] Next, the CPU of the control unit 59 is replaced, causing the lifting component 44 to rise to the replacement position (S160). Figure 13 , Figure 14 In the replacement position, the housing 70 is positioned opposite the opening 72 and the replacement door 39 that allows for the replacement of the screen mask M. Figure 14). Next, a signal capable of performing the carrying-in and carrying-out process of the screen mask M as the replaceable component is output to the printing control section 21 (S170). The printing control section 21 receiving this information performs a process of moving the screen mask M to the shelf section 71 using the replacement control section 27. At this time, the CPU of the replacement control section 59 moves the housing rack 70 to the height of the shelf section 71 in which the screen mask M to be used next is housed to become the replacement position after moving the housing rack 70 to the height of the empty shelf section 71 to become the replacement position.
[0050] When the carrying-in and carrying-out process of the screen mask M is completed, the CPU of the replacement control section 59 lowers the lifting member 44 to the upable position (S180, Figure 12 ), releases the clamping of the clamping section 60a, and releases the insertion of the insertion pin 65 of the stop section 60b (S190). Then, the CPU moves the hook section 47 to the housing position (S200). Thus, the housing rack 70 is moved to the housing position Figure 11 ). After S200, or at the time of the replacement execution timing of the replaceable component in S120, the CPU determines whether the connection release of the housing rack 70 is input by the operator W through the operation panel 38 (S210). When the connection release of the housing rack 70 is input, the CPU lowers the hook section 47 to release the connection with the block section 76 (S220). On the other hand, when the connection release of the housing rack 70 is not input in S210, the CPU performs the process after S120. After S220, the CPU determines whether the entire process is completed (S230), and when the entire process is not completed, the process after S100 is performed. On the other hand, when the entire process is completed in S230, the CPU ends the routine.

In addition, the block section 76 corresponds to the block section, the hook section 47 corresponds to the hook section, and the replacement control section 59 corresponds to the engagement control section and the moving control section. In addition, the fixing section 60 corresponds to the fixing section, the clamping section 60a corresponds to the clamping section, the clamping lever 61 corresponds to the clamping lever, the locking hole 78 corresponds to the locking hole, the stop section 60b corresponds to the stop section, the insertion pin 65 corresponds to the insertion pin, and the insertion hole 79 corresponds to the insertion hole.
[0052] In the exchange unit 40 of the present embodiment described above, the housing rack 70 in which the screen mask M as the replaceable component is housed in the plurality of shelf portions 71 is entirely lifted, so a lifting mechanism is not required in the inside of the housing rack 70, and the housing rack itself can be made compact. In addition, the exchange unit 40 becomes a state in which the housing rack 70 is pulled into the inside of the housing of the printing device 11 at the time of exchange in the housing rack 70 or the like, so the printing device 11 itself can also be further made compact. In this way, in the exchange unit 40, when the replaceable component used in the printing device 11 is automatically exchanged, further compactness can be achieved.
[0053] In addition, the front-rear moving portion 46 has a hook portion 47 that is provided in a liftable manner and is engaged with a block portion 76 provided on the housing rack 70 by being lifted with respect to the block portion 76, and a front-rear driving portion 48 that moves the hook portion 47 between a housing position and a liftable position. In the exchange unit 40, the housing rack 70 can be moved by engagement of the hook portion 47 with the block portion 76 based on lifting of the hook portion 47. In addition, for example, in the exchange unit 40, when the housing rack 70 is moved in the horizontal direction and is received in the receiving portion 42, engagement with the front-rear moving portion 46 can be easily performed in the received state. Further, the exchange unit 40 lifts the hook portion 47 to engage the hook portion 47 with the block portion 76 when the receiving portion 42 receives the housing rack 70 is signaled by the exchange control portion 59. In the exchange unit 40, the housing rack 70 can be automatically engaged with the front-rear moving portion 46 by the exchange control portion 59. In addition, the front-rear moving portion 46 moves the housing rack 70 in the horizontal direction, and the lifting portion 43 has a fixing portion 60 that restricts movement of the housing rack 70 in the horizontal direction when the housing rack 70 is moved to the liftable position and becomes in a liftable state. In the exchange unit 40, the housing rack 70 is fixed to the lifting portion 43 by the fixing portion 60, so movement or falling in the horizontal direction of the housing rack 70 or the like can be prevented after the housing rack 70 is lifted.
[0054] Further, the fixing portion 60 has one or more of a clamping portion 60a having a clamping rod 61 inserted into a clamping hole 78 formed in the housing rack 70 to restrict movement of the housing rack 70 in the horizontal direction, and a stop portion 60b having an insertion pin 65 inserted into an insertion hole 79 formed in the housing rack 70 to prevent falling of the housing rack 70 when the housing rack 70 is raised. In the exchange unit 40, horizontal movement of the housing rack 70 can be prevented by the clamping portion 60a, and falling of the housing rack 70 can be prevented by the stop portion 60b. Further, the exchange unit 40 is formed so that the length A in the direction of movement of the frame 29 is shorter than the length B of the housing rack 70, and thus the device can be made more compact in the exchange unit 40 than when the housing rack 70 is used. Further, the exchange unit 40 houses the housing rack 70 in a position flush with or inward of the front surface of the main body of the exchange unit 40 when the housing rack 70 is in the housing position, and supports the housing rack 70 in a position protruding from the front surface of the main body of the exchange unit 40 when the housing rack 70 is in the replacement position. In the exchange unit 40, the housing rack 70 protrudes from the front surface of the main body when the housing rack 70 is used, but the device can be made even more compact when the housing rack 70 is in the housing position.
[0055] Further, the exchange unit 40 is composed of a left unit 41 provided on the left side of the housing of the printing device 11 and a right unit 51 provided on the right side of the housing, and has a lifting space 49 for lifting of the housing rack 70 between the left unit 41 and the right unit 51. In the exchange unit 40, the housing rack 70 can be replaced by being inserted into the lifting space 49 formed between the left unit 41 and the right unit 42, and thus replacement of the housing rack 70 is easier. Further, the housing rack 70 does not have a power source for moving the replaceable component, and thus the housing rack 70 can be made even more compact in the exchange unit 40. Further, since the printing device 11 has the above-described exchange unit 40, the device can be made even more compact when automatically replacing the replaceable component used in the printing device 11, as in the above-described exchange unit 40.
