An energy-saving adaptive central temperature control system and control method

Abstract

This invention discloses an energy-saving adaptive central temperature control system, comprising: a central energy-saving temperature control unit for receiving, processing, and judging return signals from sensors throughout the machine, adjusting the overall heat dissipation power, and handling potential component overheating; a cooling circuit control system for adjusting and distributing the flow of each cooling circuit to dynamically regulate the overall cooling capacity; a cooling circuit temperature sensing system for collecting the status of relevant components and returning the data to the central energy-saving temperature control unit as a basis for cooling strategy adjustment; an active intervention system for intervening in overheated component circuits under extreme operating conditions, under the coordination of the central energy-saving temperature control unit, to improve adaptability to harsh conditions; an overheat protection unit for protecting critical components by shielding the high-temperature medium in the circuit where the component is located and connecting it to a low-temperature medium when the component overheats; and adaptive adjustment of the status of each cooling circuit, achieving systematic temperature control at the whole machine level, improving adaptability to harsh conditions, and reducing overall heat dissipation power consumption.
