A flame-retardant cable sheath material and a method for producing the same

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of cable materials, in particular to a flame-retardant cable sheath material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the flame-retardant cable sheath material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 30-40 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, 8-10 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5-7 parts of decabromodiphenyl ethane, 7-9 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 1.5-2.5 parts of a dispersing agent, 1-3 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-2 parts of a promoter M, 0.5-1.5 parts of a promoter DM, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 2.5-5 parts of a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 1.6-2.0 parts of zinc oxide and 0.5-1.5 parts of an ultraviolet absorber; the flame-retardant cable sheath material has the advantage of improving the flame-retardant performance of the cable sheath.
