Abstract

The application relates to a heating and drying device for spherical graphite production, which comprises a drying cylinder, a feeding port arranged at the top of the drying cylinder and a discharging port arranged at the bottom of the drying cylinder, a dispersion assembly is rotationally arranged in the drying cylinder, the dispersion assembly comprises two first rotating plates, two second rotating plates and a dispersion plate rotationally arranged at the end of the second rotating plate, a to-be-dispersed zone and a drying zone are formed between the two first rotating plates and the single second rotating plate respectively, a pushing assembly is arranged at the top end of the inside of the drying cylinder, a gas blowing assembly is arranged at the side end of the drying cylinder, and a gas extraction assembly is arranged at the bottom of the drying cylinder. The spherical graphite in the drying cylinder can be dispersed, so that the spherical graphite can be fully contacted with hot gas in the drying cylinder, is uniformly heated, the drying speed is accelerated, and the drying efficiency is improved.
