Abstract

The application discloses a projection module assembling device and an assembling method thereof. The projection module assembling device comprises a multi-axis adjusting clamp jaw reciprocating along a first direction, which is used for clamping a lens motor material assembly; a six-axis adjusting platform reciprocating along a second direction, which is used for accommodating a chip material assembly; the multi-axis adjusting clamp jaw is movable above the six-axis adjusting platform, so that the lens motor material assembly is above the chip material assembly; the chip material assembly is powered to project image information upward; a detection and recognition module is movable above the lens motor material assembly to detect the image information; according to a preset effect and the image information, the position of the lens motor material assembly and the chip material assembly is adjusted to complete the assembling, wherein the detection and recognition module comprises an eye receiving camera and a long-focus receiving camera which are adjustable upward and downward along a Z axis.
