A master shutdown module

Abstract

The application discloses a main turn-off module and belongs to the field of semiconductor devices. The main turn-off module comprises a plastic sealing body, a frame arranged in the plastic sealing body, and two side edges of the frame extending out of the plastic sealing body; the main turn-off module further comprises a TVS chip, a pair of MOS chips and a voltage stabilizing tube chip; the frame comprises a VIN base island and a VOUT base island arranged at intervals and S-pole pins and G-pole pins arranged at intervals; a plurality of VIN pins are arranged on the outer side of the VIN base island; a plurality of VOUT pins are arranged on the outer side of the VOUT base island; the VIN base island and the S-pole pins are located on the same side; the outer side of the S-pole pins is provided with S-pole external connection pins; the VOUT base island and the G-pole pins are located on the same side; and the outer side of the G-pole pins is provided with G-pole external connection pins. In the application, the MOS tube, the TVS tube and the voltage stabilizing tube are integrated in one module, the MOS tube can utilize the space of the protection device for heat dissipation, the heat dissipation performance is optimized, the module realizes the circuit connection of the protection device, and the difficulty of external wiring is avoided.
