Fabricated RC slab-sr c special-shaped column structure system and installation method

Abstract

The application relates to a fabricated RC plate-SRC special-shaped column structure system and a mounting method, and relates to the technical field of building engineering. Each layer of the fabricated plate column structure comprises an SRC special-shaped column, a connecting mounting seat and an RC plate. The SRC special-shaped column comprises a profile steel framework and a concrete outer layer. The concrete outer layer is wrapped outside the profile steel framework, and longitudinal reinforcement and stirrups are embedded in the concrete outer layer. The bearing capacity is obviously increased. The profile steel framework at the end of the SRC special-shaped column is exposed and reserved with bolt holes. The connecting mounting seat is sleeved on the profile steel framework at the top end of the SRC special-shaped column and is fixed by using bolts. The RC plate and the connecting mounting seat are mutually spliced and fixed by using a cover plate and bolts, so that the construction of the single-layer fabricated plate column structure is completed. The prefabricated connecting mounting seat serves as an intermediate structure for connecting the plate column. The RC plate and the SRC special-shaped column are firmly connected. The whole plate column structure system is constructed by using full fabrication, and is convenient to install.
