A valve internal leakage detection device based on acoustic emission

Abstract

The application provides a valve inner leakage detection device based on acoustic emission, which comprises a detection device body, the detection device body comprises a box body, movable plates are movably arranged on both sides of the box body, a chute is formed in the top of the box body, a sliding block is movably arranged in the chute, a rotating column is rotatably arranged on the sliding block, a fixing seat is welded on the top of the rotating column, and fixing columns are movably arranged at both ends of the fixing seat. The valve inner leakage detection device based on acoustic emission is used for installing acoustic wave probes on a water inlet pipe, a control valve and a water outlet pipe on clamping plates and extruding plates. The clamping plates can be driven by a displacement mechanism to adjust the width distance according to the size of the control valve. After adjustment, the clamping plates can be uniformly distributed at different positions of the control valve. The acoustic wave probes are quickly contacted with the clamping position under the extrusion of the clamping plates, and the box body is provided with a hanging support point, so that the equipment can be quickly installed.
