Abstract

The application discloses a forming device for an L-shaped automobile longitudinal beam connecting plate, which comprises a first stamping die and a second stamping die; the first stamping die and the second stamping die successively perform stamping treatment on a blank; the first stamping die comprises a first upper die insert, a first lower die insert, a first pressing plate and a first fixing block, the first fixing block is provided with a first pressing groove, the first pressing plate is arranged in the first pressing groove, and the first pressing plate is arranged in the first pressing groove in a slideable manner; the first lower die insert comprises a fixed plate and an arc-shaped plate, the fixed plate is connected with the second end of the arc-shaped plate, and the first end of the arc-shaped plate is abutted with the first end of the first pressing plate; the fixed plate is located at the top end of the first pressing groove, and the arc-shaped plate is located in the first pressing groove. The application does not need to perform drawing treatment on the blank, avoids the problem that the product is cracked and scrapped, and effectively reduces the processing cost.
