Abstract

The present application relates to the field of casting burr polishing, in particular to a lathe bed body internal polishing treatment equipment and method, comprising a truss assembly, a facing movement assembly and two groups of deep polishing assemblies, the deep polishing assembly comprises a long-stroke facing drive mechanism, a rotating mechanism, two steel wire long rollers and a centrifugal locking mechanism, the centrifugal locking mechanism comprises a circular female seat, a circular male seat and a plurality of centrifugal locking pins, a plurality of guide insertion holes are formed on the circular female seat, a plurality of positioning plugs are formed on the circular male seat, the centrifugal locking pin comprises a plurality of pin rods, a plurality of sliding grooves are formed on the circular female seat, the pin rods are connected to the center of the circular female seat through reset elastic ropes, and a lock hole is formed in the positioning plug. The present application realizes the overall and omnidirectional polishing of the long bed body inner cavity through the specially set butt joint type steel wire long roller and the facing movement assembly, and the centrifugal locking mechanism ensures that the butt joint locking and unlocking process can be realized in a follow-up mode without special operation.
