Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a compressor and a refrigeration cycle device. Background Art
[0002] As disclosed in Patent Document 1 (International Publication No. 2021 / 001921), there is a technology for insulating and fixing a conductive pin of a terminal in a compressor to a main body of the terminal by a glass member. Summary of the invention
[0003] Problems to be solved by the invention
[0004] When wear powder generated in the sliding part of the compression mechanism circulates in the compressor due to the refrigerant flow, in Patent Document 1, the wear powder adheres to the glass component, causing a short circuit between conductive pins, etc., and the glass component melts, which may cause the conductive pins to fall off.
[0005] Means for solving problems
[0006] The compressor of the first viewpoint has a compression mechanism, a housing and a terminal. The compression mechanism is driven by a motor. The housing seals the compression mechanism inside. The terminal passes through a part of the housing. The terminal is used to supply power. The terminal has a main body, a conductive pin and a glass component. A lead extending from the motor is connected to the conductive pin. The glass component insulates and fixes the conductive pin to the main body. A bridge component connecting the first part and the second part is provided between the first part and the second part. The first part is a part of the conductive pin or the lead. The second part is a part of the main body of the housing or the terminal. When a specified amount of wear powder generated by the sliding part of the compression mechanism or more adheres to the bridge component, a circuit connecting the first part and the second part is formed in the bridge component.
[0007] In the compressor of the first aspect, when a predetermined amount of wear powder generated by the sliding part of the compression mechanism adheres to the bridge member, a circuit connecting the first part and the second part is formed in the bridge member. As a result, the current is grounded through the housing, and the compressor stops, thereby preventing the glass member from melting and the conductive pin from falling off.
[0008] In the compressor according to the second aspect, in addition to the compressor according to the first aspect, the bridge member is formed of an insulating member.
[0009] In the compressor according to the first or second aspect, in the compressor according to the third aspect, a hole through which the conductive pin passes is formed in the bridge member.
[0010] In the compressor according to any one of the first to third aspects, in a compressor according to a fourth aspect, a conductor is fixed to a portion of the bridge member separated from the first portion.
[0011] With the compressor according to the fourth aspect, such a structure makes it possible to easily form a circuit connecting the first portion and the second portion in the bridge member.
[0012] In the compressor according to the fourth aspect, in the compressor according to a fifth aspect, the conductor has magnetism.
[0013] With such a structure, the compressor according to the fifth aspect can more easily form a circuit connecting the first portion and the second portion in the bridge member.
[0014] In the compressor according to a sixth aspect, in addition to the compressor according to any one of the first aspect to the third aspect, the bridge member has a holding structure for collecting wear powder.
[0015] With the compressor according to the sixth aspect, such a structure makes it possible to easily form a circuit connecting the first portion and the second portion in the bridge member.
[0016] In the compressor according to the sixth aspect, in the compressor according to the seventh aspect, a magnet for collecting wear powder is fixed to the bridge member.
[0017] With such a structure, the compressor according to the seventh aspect can more easily form a circuit connecting the first portion and the second portion in the bridge member.
[0018] In the compressor according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, in the compressor according to an eighth aspect, a contact portion between the first portion and the bridge member is insulated.
[0019] In the compressor according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, in a compressor according to a ninth aspect, the bridge member is provided at a position where abrasion powder is more likely to accumulate than at the glass member.
[0020] The compressor according to the ninth aspect has such a structure, so that the current can be grounded through the case before a short circuit occurs between conductive pins or the like.
[0021] In the compressor of the tenth aspect, based on the compressor of any one of the first aspect to the ninth aspect, the refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism is a slightly flammable refrigerant of Class 2L, a flammable refrigerant of Class 2, or a highly flammable refrigerant of Class 3 in ISO817.
[0022] The compressor that can prevent the conductive pin from falling off can prevent the following situations: the refrigerant leaks from the compressor, the leaked refrigerant mixes with the air around the compressor, and the spark generated by the short circuit of the current ignites and explodes. Therefore, in the compressor of the tenth aspect, the slightly flammable refrigerant of Class 2L, the flammable refrigerant of Class 2, or the highly flammable refrigerant of Class 3 in ISO817 can be used safely.
[0023] A refrigeration cycle device according to an eleventh aspect includes a refrigerant circuit having the compressor according to any one of the first to tenth aspects. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0057] The compressor 100 is a device that compresses the low-pressure refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle sucked from the suction port, increases the pressure to the high pressure in the refrigeration cycle, and discharges it from the discharge port. The compressor 100 is, for example, a closed compressor in which a positive displacement compression mechanism such as a rotary or scroll type is driven by a motor. In the present embodiment, the compressor 100 is a rotary compressor. The motor of the compressor 100 can control the operating frequency by an inverter. [0064] (1-2-2) Utilization Unit
[0065] The utilization unit 30 is installed, for example, on a wall surface, a ceiling, a floor, etc. in a room as a target space, or on a loft of the target space.
[0066] The utilization unit 30 mainly includes a utilization heat exchanger 31 and a utilization fan 32 (see Figure 1 ). In addition, the utilization unit 30 includes a second control unit 34 that controls the operation of each unit constituting the utilization unit 30.
[0067] The heat exchanger 31 functions as an evaporator of low-pressure refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle during cooling operation of the refrigeration cycle device 1 , and functions as a radiator or condenser of high-pressure refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle during heating operation.
[0068] The fan 32 generates an air flow so that air in the air-conditioned space is sucked into a casing (not shown) of the utilization unit 30 and supplied to the utilization heat exchanger 31 , and the air that has exchanged heat with the refrigerant in the utilization heat exchanger 31 is blown out of the casing.
[0069] The second control unit 34 has a microcomputer including a CPU, a memory, etc. The second control unit 34 is connected to the first control unit 27 of the heat source unit 20 via a communication line, and transmits and receives control signals and the like to and from the first control unit 27 .
[0070] (1-2-3) Controller
[0071] like Figure 2 As shown, in the refrigeration cycle device 1 , the first control unit 27 of the heat source unit 20 and the second control unit 34 of the utilization unit 30 are connected via a communication line, thereby constituting a controller 7 that controls the operation of the refrigeration cycle device 1 .
[0072] The controller 7 controls the operation of various components of the heat source unit 20 and the utilization unit 30 based on instructions from a remote controller (not shown), detection values of various sensors provided in the heat source unit 20 and the utilization unit 30, and the like.

Figure 4 yes Figure 3 Schematic cross-sectional view of the compression mechanism 130 of the compressor 100 as viewed in the IV-IV direction. Figure 5 This is a diagram showing the terminal 200 attached to the compressor 100 as viewed from the inner side of the compressor 100 . Figure 6 It is a side cross-sectional view showing a schematic structure of the terminal 200 of the compressor 100 . Figure 7 It is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250 a provided at the terminal 200 of the compressor 100 .
[0075] like Figure 3 As shown, the compressor 100 of this embodiment is a single-cylinder rotary compressor. However, the type of the compressor 100 is not limited thereto, and for example, it may be a twin-cylinder rotary compressor, a scroll compressor, or a screw compressor.
[0076] The compressor 100 mainly includes a housing 110 , a motor 120 , a compression mechanism 130 , a drive shaft 140 , a terminal 200 , and a bridge member 250 a .
[0077] (2-1) Shell
[0078] The housing 110 is a vertical cylindrical container.
[0079] The housing 110 includes a cylindrical member 112 having upper and lower openings, and a bowl-shaped upper cover 114a and a lower cover 114b respectively provided at the upper and lower ends of the cylindrical member 112 (see Figure 3). The cylindrical member 112 is fixed to the upper cover 114a and the lower cover 114b by welding so as to maintain airtightness.
[0080] The cylindrical member 112 is provided with a suction pipe connection portion 116, and the suction pipe 42a is inserted into the suction pipe connection portion 116. The suction pipe 42a inserted into the suction pipe connection portion 116 is connected to the compression mechanism 130 (see Figure 3 The upper cover 114a is provided with a discharge pipe connection portion 118 (see Figure 3 ), the discharge pipe 42b is connected to the discharge pipe connection portion 118. The high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism 130 is discharged to the discharge pipe 42b via the discharge pipe connection portion 118.
[0081] The motor 120, the compression mechanism 130, and the drive shaft 140 are sealed in the housing 110 (see Figure 3 The terminal 200 is mounted on the upper cover 114 a of the housing 110 .
[0082] (2-2) Motor
[0083] The motor 120 drives the compression mechanism 130 . The motor 120 is arranged above the compression mechanism 130 .
[0084] The motor 120 mainly includes a stator 122 and a rotor 124. The rotor 124 is arranged inside the annular stator 122 with a small gap (air gap) between the stator 122 and the rotor 124 (see Figure 3 ).
[0085] The stator 122 mainly includes an annular stator core, a winding 122b wound around the stator core, and an insulator disposed above the upper end surface and below the lower end surface of the stator core (see Figure 3 ). A winding 122b is wound around the stator core via an insulating member. The winding 122b is connected to the stator core via a lead wire 160 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ) is connected to a terminal 200 mounted on the housing 110. Power is supplied from an external power source to the winding 122b via the terminal 200 and the lead 160. Current flows through the winding 122b wound around the stator core via the lead 160, thereby generating a rotating magnetic field in the stator 122.
[0086] The rotor 124 is a cylindrical component. The rotor 124 has a plurality of permanent magnets not shown. The rotor 124 is formed by stacking a plurality of annular electromagnetic steel plates. The plurality of permanent magnets are arranged so as to surround the rotating shaft of the rotor 124 (the rotating shaft of the drive shaft 140). The drive shaft 140 is inserted and fixed in the hollow portion of the rotor 124. The drive shaft 140 connects the rotor 124 to the compression mechanism 130.
[0087] When current is supplied to the motor 120 and flows through the winding 122b, the rotor 124 rotates due to the rotating magnetic field generated in the stator 122. When the rotor 124 rotates, the drive shaft 140 connected to the rotor 124 also rotates, and a driving force is applied to the compression mechanism 130 via the drive shaft 140.
[0088] (2-3) Compression mechanism
[0089] The compression mechanism 130 is a mechanism for compressing the refrigerant sucked from the suction pipe 42a.
[0090] The compression mechanism 130 is accommodated in the lower part side of the housing 110 below the motor 120 (see Figure 3 ).
[0091] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, the rotary compression mechanism 130 mainly includes a front cover 132, a cylinder 134, a piston 136, a rear cover 138, and a muffler 139. The front cover 132, the cylinder 134, the piston 136, and the rear cover 138 are made of, for example, cast iron.
[0092] (2-3-1) Cylinder body
[0093] The cylinder 134 has a cylindrical portion 134a with upper and lower end surfaces opened and an extension portion 134b extending from the cylindrical portion 134a toward the outside (toward the housing 110) in a plan view (see FIG. Figure 4 ). The end of the extension portion 134 b is fixed to the cylindrical member 112 of the housing 110 , whereby the cylinder 134 and the cylindrical member 112 are fixed.
[0094] A piston 136 (see FIG. 1 ) for compressing the refrigerant is accommodated in a cylindrical space surrounded by the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 134a. Figure 4 ).
[0095] The extension portion 134b is formed with a suction hole 134ba (see Figure 4 The distal end of the suction pipe 42a is inserted into the suction hole 134ba from an opening formed on the outer peripheral surface of the extension portion 134b of the suction hole 134ba (see Figure 3 ).
[0096] A front cover 132 is disposed above the cylinder 134 so as to block the opening above the cylindrical portion 134a (see Figure 3 A rear cover 138 is disposed below the cylinder 134 to block the opening below the cylindrical portion 134a (see Figure 3The inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 134a of the cylinder body 134, the lower surface of the front cover 132, and the upper surface of the rear cover 138 form a cylinder chamber 135. A piston 136 is disposed in the cylinder chamber 135 (see Figure 3 The inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 134a of the cylinder body 134, the lower surface of the front cover 132, the upper surface of the rear cover 138, and the outer circumferential surface of the piston 136 disposed in the cylinder chamber 135 form a compression chamber S1 for compressing the refrigerant (see Figure 3 and Figure 4 ).
[0097] In addition, the cylinder 134 has a vane swinging space 134 c in which a bushing 137 and a vane 136 b of the piston 136 , which will be described later, are arranged.
[0098] (2-3-2) Front cover
[0099] like Figure 3 As shown, the front cover 132 includes: a front cover disc portion 132a that closes the upper opening of the cylindrical portion 134a of the cylinder 134; and an upper bearing portion 132b that extends upward from the center of the front cover disc portion 132a. The upper bearing portion 132b is cylindrical and functions as a bearing for the drive shaft 140.
[0100] The front cover circular plate portion 132a is provided with a discharge hole 132aa (see Figure 4 ).
[0101] (2-3-3) Back cover
[0102] like Figure 3 As shown, the rear cover 138 includes: a rear cover disc portion 138a that closes the opening below the cylindrical portion 134a of the cylinder body 134; and a lower bearing portion 138b that extends downward from the center of the rear cover disc portion 138a. The lower bearing portion 138b is cylindrical and functions as a bearing for the drive shaft 140.
[0103] (2-3-4) Piston
[0104] The piston 136 is disposed in the cylinder chamber 135 . The piston 136 is attached to the drive shaft 140 .
[0105] The piston 136 is a member formed by integrating a cylindrical roller 136 a and a plate-like blade 136 b extending from the outer surface of the roller 136 a in the radial direction of the roller 136 a .
[0106] The roller 136a is disposed in the cylinder chamber 135. The driving shaft 140 is fitted into the hollow portion of the roller 136a.
[0107] The blade 136b of the piston 136 is arranged in the blade swing space 134c formed in the cylinder 134, and is supported by the cylinder 134 so as to be swingable via the bushing 137 arranged in the blade swing space 134c. In addition, the blade 136b can slide relative to the bushing 137 in the longitudinal direction of the blade 136b. During the operation of the compressor 100, the blade 136b swings relative to the cylinder 134, and repeatedly enters or exits the blade swing space 134c.
[0108] like Figure 4 As shown, the roller 136a and the vane 136b of the piston 136 form a compression chamber S1 whose volume changes by the revolution of the piston 136 in the form of partitioning the cylinder chamber 135. When the drive shaft 140 rotates, the roller 136a revolves relative to the cylinder body 134. As a result, the volume of the compression chamber S1 changes, and the low-pressure refrigerant sucked from the suction pipe 42a is compressed to become a high-pressure refrigerant, which is discharged from the discharge hole 132aa to the muffler space S2.
[0109] (2-3-5) Muffler
[0110] like Figure 3 As shown, the muffler 139 is attached to the upper surface of the peripheral edge portion of the front cover circular plate portion 132 a of the front cover 132 .
[0111] The muffler 139 forms a muffler space S2 together with the upper surface of the front cover disk portion 132a and the outer peripheral surface of the upper bearing portion 132b. The muffler space S2 is a space for reducing noise associated with the discharge of the refrigerant from the compression chamber S1.
[0112] (2-4)Terminal
[0113] The terminal 200 is installed to penetrate the upper cover 114 a of the housing 110 . The terminal 200 is used to supply power to the motor 120 .
[0114] The terminal 200 mainly includes a main body 210, three terminal pins 220 (conductive pins), and a glass member 240 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ).
[0115] (2-4-1) Subject
[0116] The main body 210 is a component that supports the terminal pin 220. The material of the main body 210 is, for example, iron or stainless steel. The main body 210 is a component that is roughly in the shape of a hat. The main body 210 has a roughly cylindrical side wall portion 212 and a circular plate 214 that closes one end of the side wall portion 212. The other end side of the side wall portion 212 (the side where the circular plate 214 does not exist) is open. The terminal 200 is mounted on the housing 110 in such a manner that the side where the circular plate 214 of the main body 210 is located is arranged on the outside of the housing 110, and the side where the opening of the main body 210 is arranged on the inside of the housing 110. The side wall portion 212 of the main body 210 to which the terminal pin 220 is fixed is fixed to the upper cover 114a of the housing 110 by welding.
[0117] (2-4-2) Terminal pin
[0118] The terminal pin 220 is a cylindrical member. The material of the terminal pin 220 is, for example, an iron-chromium alloy or copper. The terminal pin 220 extends through a hole 214a formed in the circular plate 214 of the main body 210 (see Figure 6 ). The three terminal pins 220 extend substantially parallel to each other.
[0119] A terminal plate 230 (see FIG. 2 ) is fixed to the end of each terminal pin 220 that is close to the inner side of the housing 110. Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). A lead wire 160 for connecting the winding 122b of the stator 122 of the motor 120 to the terminal 200 is connected to each terminal board 230 (see Figure 5 and Figure 6 ). In other words, the lead wire 160 extending from the motor 120 is connected to each terminal pin 220. Although not depicted here, a terminal block for connecting an electric wire of an external power source may also be provided at the end of each terminal pin 220 near the outer side of the housing 110.
[0120] (2-4-3) Glass parts
[0121] The glass member 240 is a sealing member (fixing adhesive) for insulating and fixing the terminal pin 220 to the main body 210. The glass member 240 is, for example, sodium-barium-based glass or borosilicate-based glass.
[0122] (2-5) Bridging components
[0123] The bridge member 250a is a cylindrical member (see Figure 7). The bridging member 250a is formed of an insulating member such as glass. A cylindrical hole 251a is formed in the bridging member 250a for each terminal pin 220 to pass through. A conductor 254a is fixed to a portion of the upper surface 252a of the bridging member 250a that is separated from each hole 251a and to the side 253a. In the present embodiment, the conductor 254a is a magnetic material such as iron. However, this is not limited to this, and the conductor 254a may also be a non-magnetic material such as copper. On the upper surface 252a, the distance D1 between each hole 251a and the conductor 254a is preferably greater than 3.2 mm.
[0124] like Figure 6 As shown, the bridge member 250a is provided so that the upper surface 252a faces the inner side of the housing 110 and covers the glass member 240, and each terminal pin 220 is inserted into each hole 251a from the inner side of the housing 110 toward the outer side. The lower surface 257a of the bridge member 250a is bonded to the inner side portion of the circular plate 214 near the housing 110 in such a manner that the conductor 254a contacts the inner side portion of the circular plate 214 near the housing 110. In other words, the bridge member 250a that connects a part of the terminal pin 220 with a part of the main body 210 is provided between a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210. The bridge member 250a is provided at a position where the wear powder FF generated by the sliding part of the compression mechanism 130 is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240. The conductor 254a is fixed to a part of the upper surface 252a of the bridge member 250a that is separated from a part of each terminal pin 220 and the side surface 253a. A contact portion between a portion of each terminal pin 220 and the bridge member 250 a is insulated.
[0125] (3) Operation of the compressor
[0126] In the compressor 100, when the motor 120 is running and the drive shaft 140 rotates, the roller 136a of the piston 136 of the compression mechanism 130 revolves with the help of the rotation of the drive shaft 140. When the roller 136a revolves, the volume of the compression chamber S1 connected to the suction pipe 42a gradually increases, and low-pressure refrigerant is sucked into the compression chamber S1 from the suction pipe 42a. When the roller 136a of the piston 136 further revolves, the communication state between the compression chamber S1 and the suction pipe 42a is released, and the compression of the refrigerant begins in the compression chamber S1 that is in a communication state with the discharge hole 132aa. After that, the volume of the compression chamber S1 that is in a communication state with the discharge hole 132aa gradually decreases, and the pressure of the refrigerant increases. The refrigerant that becomes high pressure as the volume of the compression chamber S1 decreases pushes the discharge valve provided in the discharge hole 132aa and is discharged from the discharge hole 132aa to the muffler space S2. The refrigerant flowing into the muffler space S2 flows from the muffler discharge hole (not shown) of the muffler 139 into the space above the compression mechanism 130. The refrigerant flowing into the space above the compression mechanism 130 passes through the gap between the stator 122 and the rotor 124 of the motor 120, cools the motor 120, and is then discharged to the discharge pipe 42b through the discharge pipe connection portion 118.
[0127] (4) Behavior when wear powder generated by the sliding part of the compression mechanism adheres to the terminal
[0128] Figure 8 The diagram shows a state in which wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the terminal 200 (corresponding to a conventional terminal) not provided with the bridge member 250a to form an electric circuit EC. Fig. 9 1 and 2 are diagrams showing a state in which wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the terminal 200 provided with the bridge member 250 a to form an electric circuit EC.
[0129] The compression mechanism 130 has, as a sliding portion, for example, a piston 136 and a cylinder 134, a sliding portion of a front cover 132 and a rear cover 138, a sliding portion of a drive shaft 140 and an upper bearing portion 132b of the front cover 132 and a lower bearing portion 138b of the rear cover 138, etc. In addition, in the present embodiment, a rotary compressor is assumed, but in a scroll compressor, as a sliding portion, for example, a sliding portion of a crankshaft and a bearing portion of the crankshaft, a sliding portion (peripheral portion) of a movable scroll and a fixed scroll, a sliding portion of a key and a keyway of a crosshead coupling, etc.
[0130] Wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the terminal 200. Figure 8As shown, in the terminal 200 where the bridging member 250a is not provided, a relatively large amount of wear powder FF is attached to the glass member 240. When the wear powder FF is attached to the glass member 340, the current flows between the adjacent terminal pins 220 (short-circuit between the terminal pins 220) via the wear powder FF, generating Joule heat. When Joule heat is generated, the glass member 240 melts, and the terminal pin 220 may fall off from the main body 210. In addition, since the terminal pin 220 falls off from the main body 210, the refrigerant leaks from the compressor 100, and the leaked refrigerant (especially the microflammable, flammable or highly flammable refrigerant) mixes with the air around the compressor 100, and may explode due to ignition of sparks generated by the short circuit of the current.
[0131] Therefore, it is preferable to stop the compressor 100 before the wear powder FF in an amount sufficient to cause a short circuit between the terminal pins 220 or the like adheres to the glass member 340 .
[0132] like Fig. 9 As shown, in the terminal 200 of the present embodiment, the bridge member 250a is provided at a position where the wear powder FF is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240. Therefore, when the wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 in a predetermined amount or more adheres to the bridge member 250a, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., an electric circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210 is formed in the bridge member 250a. As a result, the current is grounded through the terminal pin 220, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254a, the main body 210, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0133] (5) Features
[0134] (5-1)
[0135] Conventionally, there is a technique for insulating and fixing a conductive pin of a terminal in a compressor to a terminal body using a glass member.
[0136] Wear powder generated by the sliding part of the compression mechanism has been attached to glass components when the refrigerant flow circulates inside the compressor, thereby causing a short circuit between terminal pins, melting the glass components, and possibly causing the terminal pins to fall off.
[0137] The compressor 100 of the present embodiment includes a compression mechanism 130, a housing 110, and a terminal 200. The compression mechanism 130 is driven by a motor 120. The housing 110 seals the compression mechanism 130 inside. The terminal 200 penetrates a portion of the housing 110. The terminal 200 is used for power supply. The terminal 200 has a main body 210, a terminal pin 220, and a glass member 240. A lead wire 160 extending from the motor 120 is connected to the terminal pin 220. The glass member 240 insulates and fixes the terminal pin 220 to the main body 210. A bridge member 250a that connects a portion of the terminal pin 220 to a portion of the main body 210 is provided between a portion of the terminal pin 220 and a portion of the main body 210 of the terminal 200. When a predetermined amount or more of wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250a, a circuit EC that connects a portion of the terminal pin 220 to a portion of the main body 210 is formed in the bridge member 250a.
[0138] In the compressor 100, when a predetermined amount or more of wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250a, a circuit EC is formed in the bridge member 250a to connect a part of the terminal pin 220 with a part of the body 210. As a result, the current is grounded through the housing 110, and the compressor 100 stops, thereby preventing the glass member 240 from melting and causing the terminal pin 220 to fall off.
[0139] (5-2)
[0140] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the bridge member 250a is formed of an insulating member.
[0141] (5-3)
[0142] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the bridge member 250a is provided with the hole 251a through which each terminal pin 220 passes.
[0143] (5-4)
[0144] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, a conductor 254a is fixed to a portion of the upper surface 252a of the bridge member 250a that is separated from a portion of each terminal pin 220 and to the side surface 253a.
[0145] As a result, in the compressor 100 , the electric circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210 can be easily formed in the bridge member 250 a .
[0146] (5-5)
[0147] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the conductor 254a has magnetism.
[0148] As a result, in the compressor 100 , the electric circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210 can be formed more easily in the bridge member 250 a .
[0149] (5-6)
[0150] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the contact portion between a part of each terminal pin 220 and the bridge member 250 a is insulated.
[0151] (5-7)
[0152] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the bridge member 250 a is provided at a position where the wear powder FF is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240 .
[0153] As a result, the compressor 100 can ground the current through the case 110 before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220 or the like.
[0154] (5-8)
[0155] In the compressor 100 of the present embodiment, the refrigerant compressed by the compression mechanism 130 is a slightly flammable refrigerant of Class 2L, a flammable refrigerant of Class 2, or a highly flammable refrigerant of Class 3 in ISO817.
[0156] The compressor 100 that can prevent the terminal pin 220 from falling off can prevent the refrigerant from leaking from the compressor 100, mixing with the air around the compressor 100, and igniting and exploding due to a spark generated by a short circuit of the current. As a result, the compressor 100 can safely use a slightly flammable refrigerant of Class 2L, a flammable refrigerant of Class 2, or a highly flammable refrigerant of Class 3 in ISO817.

[0159] (6) Modification
[0160] (6-1) Modification 1A
[0161] Fig.10 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250b in this modification. As a bridge member, a bridge member 250b may be used instead of the bridge member 250a. Fig.10 As shown, the bridge member 250b is different from the bridge member 250a in that the conductor 254b is fixed only in the direction where the holes 251b are located when viewed from the center of the upper surface 252b. On the upper surface 252b, the distance D2 between the holes 251b and the conductor 254b is preferably 3.2 mm or more.
[0162] (6-2) Modification 1B
[0163] Fig.11 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250c in this modification. As a bridge member, a bridge member 250c may be used instead of the bridge member 250a. Fig.11 As shown, the bridge component 250c is a conical component. A cylindrical hole 251c is formed in the bridge component 250c for each terminal pin 220 to pass through. A rectangular conductor 254c is fixed to a portion of the side 253c of the bridge component 250c separated from the hole 251c. On the side 253c of the bridge component 250c, the distance D3 between the upper end 252c and the conductor 254c is preferably 3.2 mm or more.
[0164] Fig.12 and Fig.13 It is a side cross-sectional view showing a schematic structure of a terminal 200 according to this modification. Fig.14 This is a diagram showing the terminal 200 provided with the bridge member 250c in this modification example as viewed from the inner side of the compressor 100. Fig.12 As shown, the bridge member 250c is provided by inserting each terminal pin 220 from the inside of the housing 110 toward the outside into the hole 251c in such a manner that the lower surface 257c faces the outside of the housing 110 and covers the glass member 240. The lower surface 257c of the bridge member 250c is bonded to the inner portion of the circular plate 214 near the housing 110 in such a manner that the conductor 254c contacts the inner portion of the circular plate 214 near the housing 110. Fig.14 As shown, the bridge member 250c is fixed so that the conductor 254c is located behind each terminal pin 220 when viewed from the center of the circular plate 214. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the bridge member 250c may be fixed so that the conductor 254c is located downstream of the refrigerant flow viewed from each terminal pin 220.
[0165] The bridge member 250c is provided at a position where the wear powder FF is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240. Therefore, when a predetermined amount or more of the wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250c, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., a circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210 is formed in the bridge member 250c. As a result, the current is grounded through the terminal pin 220, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254c, the main body 210, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0166] In addition, if Fig.13As shown in the figure, as the bridge member, a bridge member 250d in which the size of the bridge member 250c is changed may be used. The bridge member 250d is provided so that the side surface near the upper end 252d of the hole 251c contacts the core wire portion 160a of the lead wire 160. In other words, the bridge member 250d is provided between a part of the lead wire 160 (core wire portion 160a) and a part of the main body 210 to connect a part of the lead wire 160 with a part of the main body 210. A conductor 254d is fixed to a part of the side surface 253d of the bridge member 250d that is separated from a part of the lead wire 160. In addition, the contact portion between the part of the lead wire 160 and the bridge member 250d is insulated.
[0167] In this case, when a predetermined amount or more of wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250d, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., an electric circuit EC connecting a part of the lead wire 160 and a part of the main body 210 is formed in the bridge member 250d. As a result, the current is grounded through the lead wire 160, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254d, the main body 210, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0168] (6-3) Modification 1C
[0169] Fig.15 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250e in this modification. As a bridge member, the bridge member 250e may be used instead of the bridge member 250a. Fig.15 As shown, the bridge component 250e is a component formed by connecting a cylindrical component 255e and a rectangular component 256e. A cylindrical hole 251e is formed in the bridge component 250e for each terminal pin 220 to pass through. A conductor 254e bent at a right angle is fixed to the upper surface 252e and the side surface 253e of the rectangular component 256e of the bridge component 250e separated from the hole 251e. On the upper surface 252e of the bridge component 250e, the distance D4 between the hole 251e and the conductor 254e is preferably 3.2 mm or more.
[0170] Fig.16 It is a side cross-sectional view showing a schematic structure of a terminal 200 according to this modification. Fig.17 This is a diagram showing the terminal 200 provided with the bridge member 250e in this modification example as viewed from the inner side of the compressor 100. Fig.16 As shown, the bridge member 250e is provided by making the lower surface 257e face the outside of the housing 110 and inserting each terminal pin 220 into the hole 251e from the inside of the housing 110 toward the outside. The bridge member 250e is fixed to each terminal pin 220. Fig.17As shown, the bridge member 250e is fixed so that the conductor 254e is located on the rear side of each terminal pin 220 when viewed from the center of the circular plate 214. However, the bridge member 250e is not limited thereto, and the bridge member 250e may be fixed so that the conductor 254e is located on the downstream side of the refrigerant flow viewed from each terminal pin 220. The bridge member 250e is fixed in such a manner that the conductor 254e on the side surface 253e is in contact with the side wall portion 212 of the main body 210.
[0171] The bridge member 250e is provided at a position where the wear powder FF is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240. Therefore, when a predetermined amount or more of the wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250e, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., a circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pin 220 and a part of the main body 210 is formed in the bridge member 250e. As a result, the current is grounded through the terminal pin 220, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254e, the main body 210, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0172] (6-4) Modification 1D
[0173] Fig.18 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250f in this modification. As a bridge member, a bridge member 250f may be used instead of the bridge member 250a. Fig.18 As shown, the bridge component 250f is a component formed by connecting a cylindrical component 255f and a component 256f bent at a right angle. A cylindrical hole 251f is formed in the bridge component 250f for each terminal pin 220 to pass through. A conductor 254f bent at a right angle is fixed to the upper surface 252f and the side surface 253f of the component 256f bent at a right angle of the bridge component 250f, which are separated from the hole 251f. On the upper surface 252f of the bridge component 250f, the distance D5 between the hole 251f and the conductor 254f is preferably 3.2 mm or more.
[0174] Fig.19 and Fig. 20 2 is a side cross-sectional view showing a schematic structure of the terminal 200 of this modification. Fig.19As shown, the bridging member 250f is provided by making the upper surface 252f face the inner side of the housing 110 and inserting each terminal pin 220 from the inner side of the housing 110 toward the outer side into the hole 251f. The bridging member 250f is fixed to each terminal pin 220. The bridging member 250f is fixed so that the position of the conductor 254f is close to the rear side of each terminal pin 220 when viewed from the center of the circular plate 214. However, this is not limited to this, and the bridging member 250f may also be fixed so that the position of the conductor 254f is close to the downstream side of the refrigerant flow observed from each terminal pin 220. The bridging member 250f is fixed in such a manner that the end of the conductor 254f on the side of the lower surface 257f contacts the upper cover 114a of the housing 110. In other words, a bridge member 250 f that connects a portion of the terminal pin 220 and a portion of the housing 110 is provided between a portion of the terminal pin 220 and a portion of the housing 110 (the upper cover 114 a ).
[0175] The bridge member 250f is provided at a position where the wear powder FF is more likely to accumulate than the glass member 240. Therefore, when a predetermined amount or more of the wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250f, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., an electric circuit EC connecting a part of the terminal pins 220 and a part of the housing 110 is formed in the bridge member 250f. As a result, the current is grounded through the terminal pins 220, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254f, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0176] In addition, if Fig. 20 As shown in the figure, as the bridge member, a bridge member 250g in which the size of the bridge member 250f is changed may be used. The bridge member 250g is provided so that the side surface near the upper surface 252g of the hole 251g contacts the core wire portion 160a of the lead wire 160. In other words, the bridge member 250g is provided between a part of the lead wire 160 (core wire portion 160a) and a part of the housing 110 (upper cover 114a) to connect a part of the lead wire 160 with a part of the housing 110.
[0177] In this case, when a predetermined amount or more of wear powder FF generated by the sliding portion of the compression mechanism 130 adheres to the bridge member 250g, before a short circuit occurs between the terminal pins 220, etc., an electric circuit EC connecting a part of the lead wire 160 and a part of the housing 110 is formed in the bridge member 250g. As a result, the current is grounded through the lead wire 160, the wear powder FF, the conductor 254g, and the housing 110, and the circuit breaker of the refrigeration cycle device 1 having the compressor 100 is tripped, thereby stopping the compressor 100.
[0178] (6-5) Modification 1E
[0179] Fig.21 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250h in this modification. As a bridge member, the bridge member 250h may be used instead of the bridge member 250b. Fig.21 As shown, instead of the conductor 254b in the bridge member 250b, the bridge member 250h has a groove 258h (holding structure) for collecting the wear powder FF from the hole 251h of the upper surface 252h to the lower surface 257h.
[0180] Fig. 22 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250i in this modification. As a bridge member, a bridge member 250i may be used instead of the bridge member 250c. Fig. 22 As shown, instead of the conductor 254c in the bridge member 250c, the bridge member 250i has a groove 258i for collecting the wear powder FF from the upper end 252i to the lower surface 257i of the hole 251i.
[0181] Fig.23 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250j in this modification. As a bridge member, a bridge member 250j may be used instead of the bridge member 250e. Fig.23 As shown, instead of the conductor 254e in the bridge member 250e, the bridge member 250j has a groove 258j for collecting the wear powder FF from the hole 251j of the upper surface 252j to the lower surface 257j.
[0182] Fig.24 FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a bridge member 250k in this modification. As a bridge member, the bridge member 250k may be used instead of the bridge member 250f. Fig.24 As shown, instead of the conductor 254f in the bridge member 250f, the bridge member 250k has a groove 258k for collecting the wear powder FF from the hole 251k of the upper surface 252k to the lower surface 257k.
[0183] The bridge members 250h to 250k have grooves 258h to 258k for collecting wear powder FF. As a result, the compressor 100 can easily form a circuit EC connecting a portion of the terminal pin 220 or the lead wire 160 with a portion of the housing 110 or the body 210 in the bridge members 250h to 250k.
[0184] In addition, a magnet for collecting the wear powder FF may be fixed to the bottom of the grooves 258h to 258k of the bridge members 250h to 250k. As a result, the compressor 100 can more easily form a circuit EC connecting a portion of the terminal pin 220 or the lead wire 160 to a portion of the housing 110 or the body 210 at the bridge members 250h to 250k.
