Steel structure welding device for folding integrated house

Abstract

The application discloses a steel structure welding device for a folding integrated house, which comprises a transverse displacement assembly, a longitudinal displacement assembly and a welding fixing device. The transverse displacement assembly comprises transverse guide rails, pivot seats, transverse bidirectional screws, transverse sliding guide tables and transverse driving motors. Two groups of the transverse guide rails are arranged, two groups of the transverse sliding guide tables are slidably connected to the transverse guide rails respectively, the transverse bidirectional screws are rotatably connected between the transverse guide rails, the transverse bidirectional screws are threadedly connected with the transverse sliding guide tables, one end of the transverse bidirectional screw is connected with the transverse driving motor, the upper end of the transverse sliding guide table is provided with the longitudinal displacement assembly, and two groups of symmetrical welding fixing devices are slidably connected to the longitudinal displacement assembly. The steel structure welding device has the advantages of high welding efficiency and precision, improved overall performance and stability and strong adaptability.
