Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of battery recycling, and particularly relates to a device for unwinding and classifying waste lithium-ion battery cells. The device for unwinding and classifying battery cells includes an unwinding mechanism, which is composed of a strip-shaped seat and two parallel guide rails arranged on the strip-shaped seat. An unwinding push seat is movably arranged between the two guide rails. A driving mechanism is arranged on the strip-shaped seat, and a classification winding mechanism is arranged on the unwinding push seat. A linkage mechanism is arranged on the classification winding mechanism. When the driving mechanism drives the unwinding push seat to move in the two guide rails to unwind the battery cells, the classification winding mechanism is synchronously driven by the linkage mechanism to classify and wind the unwound battery cells. The present invention realizes the synchronous completion of unwinding and classification collection, improves the efficiency of battery cell recycling and treatment, and synchronously drives the classification winding mechanism to classify and wind the unwound battery cells through the linkage mechanism, without the need to set a driving mechanism for the classification winding mechanism, thus reducing costs.
