Discharging circuit and discharging control method of motor controller

Abstract

The invention provides a discharging circuit of a motor controller and a discharging control method. The discharging circuit comprises a bus capacitor, an active discharging resistance circuit, an electric drive system loop, a signal processing module and a main control module. The active discharge resistor circuit is connected in parallel with two ends of the bus capacitor. The electric drive system loop is connected in parallel with two ends of the bus capacitor; the signal processing module is connected with the active discharge resistance circuit, and outputs a discharge signal to the active discharge resistance circuit when collecting a whole vehicle collision signal and a driving chip fault signal; the main control module is connected with the signal processing module, the active discharge resistance circuit and the electric drive system loop, and outputs a discharge signal to the electric drive system loop when the driving chip fault signal is not received; and when the driving chip fault signal is received and the whole vehicle collision signal is not received, a discharging signal is output to the active discharging resistance circuit. The bus capacitor voltage is discharged in time, and the working reliability of the discharging circuit and the safety of the vehicle are ensured.
