Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and specifically, relates to a composition and an application thereof; more specifically, relates to a composition for increasing the lasting makeup effect and an application thereof. Background Art

[0002] Generally speaking, the purpose of a cosmetic composition is to enhance the aesthetic effect during use and to maintain the aesthetic effect afterwards. It is particularly required to withstand external factors that change its aesthetic effect, such as perspiration or tears for foundation, and the influence of oral secretions for lipstick. Therefore, cosmetic compositions, such as lipstick, do not want to see streaks or wrinkles formed due to migration, or flow onto clothing to form stains. Consumers hope to achieve aesthetic effects while ensuring the pleasure of use and the comfort after use. Existing lip cosmetics such as lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm, etc., although they can provide basic color and moisturizing effects, often have problems of makeup removal, dryness and non-persistence after long-term use. Existing formulas are difficult to take into account both moisturizing and makeup-lasting effects, and cannot meet the high standards of consumers. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a composition that can significantly improve the makeup-lasting effect of lip products while providing excellent moisturizing effects.

[0003] In order to achieve the corresponding effect, the prior art increases the viscosity of lip products or adds specific anti-makeup film-forming agents to improve the lasting effect of lip gloss, but such lip products are prone to dry lips and discomfort due to the addition of film-forming agents. In the patent application JP2014122180A, in order to prevent the color transfer of lipstick, a F / O emulsified lip lipstick was studied, which mixed liquid ester oil, fluorine-based oil insoluble therein, and fluorine-based oil soluble therein. One of the technical effects of the patent application is to achieve the lasting effect of cosmetics by using F / O emulsions, but its effects in terms of waterproofness and color locking are still not ideal.

[0004] Therefore, there is a need in the art for a composition for increasing the makeup lasting effect, which can increase the makeup lasting effect while maintaining good waterproof properties. Summary of the invention

[0005] In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic composition capable of increasing the long-lasting effect of makeup, in particular, a cosmetic composition capable of increasing the long-lasting effect of lip makeup.

[0051] Figures 1 to 4 The crystallization images of the samples of the embodiments of the present invention (embodiments 1 to 4 respectively);

[0052] Figures 5 to 14 These are the crystallization images of samples of comparative examples of the present invention (Comparative Examples 1 to 10 respectively). DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0053] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and examples, and the advantages and various effects of the present invention will be more clearly presented. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these specific embodiments and examples are used to illustrate the present invention, rather than to limit the present invention.

[0054] The term "phytosteryl macadamia oleate" is a non-ionic surfactant that belongs to the ester type - alicyclic alcohol esters - steroid esters. It usually appears in the form of solid, paste or liquid, is insoluble in water, but is easily hydrolyzed under strong acid or alkaline conditions and is easily oxidized. This ingredient has excellent lubricating, dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, so it is often used as an emollient and skin protectant in cosmetics to provide good moisturizing effects and stabilize the formula.

[0055] The term "hydrogenated jojoba oil" refers to a hydrogenated oil with a high melting point and good stability. This oil is mainly used as an emollient and moisturizer in cosmetics because its structure and chemical properties are very similar to the sebum secreted by human skin. It can mix well with sebum and form a breathable film on the surface of the skin to prevent moisture loss. It also has antioxidant properties.

[0056] The term "jojoba seed oil" refers to an oil extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant. It solidifies at low temperatures, but melts and is quickly absorbed at skin temperature. Its chemical structure is similar to the sebum in human skin, so it has good skin affinity and permeability. Jojoba seed oil is rich in vitamins A, B, E and minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It has antioxidant properties and can protect the skin from free radical damage. It has high stability, is not easy to oxidize, is resistant to high temperature and pressure, and has little viscosity change.

[0057] The term "polydimethylsiloxane" is a high molecular weight organic silicon compound, used as a synthetic oil in skin care products, hair care products and makeup, providing a lubricating, non-greasy feeling, making the skin soft, and having anti-foaming, defoaming and anti-foaming effects. It enhances gloss and film-forming effects and provides a smooth feeling.

[0058] Example 1: Formula for preparing cosmetics using the composition of the present invention

[0059] The formula of the composition of the present invention for preparing cosmetics is shown in Table 1, which lists various components used in the present invention for preparing cosmetics.

[0060] Table 1. Formula for preparing cosmetics based on the composition of the present invention

[0061]

[0062]

[0063] The preparation methods of the lip products in Comparative Examples 1-10 are substantially the same as those in Example 4, with only some components in the formula used being different. For specific differences, please see Table 2 below.

[0064] Table 2. Differences between the examples and comparative examples

[0065]

[0066] Example 2: Preparation of cosmetics using the composition of the present invention

[0067] The cosmetics were prepared according to the formula described in Example 1. Specifically, the wax and oil substances in each formula in Table 1 were heated to 85-90°C until they were completely melted, and then the color powder, mica, silica, and polymethylsilsesquioxane were added and stirred evenly, and ground using a three-roll grinder. After repeating the grinding process three times, phenoxyethanol and the pre-prepared composition of the present invention were added and heated and stirred evenly at 85-95°C to obtain a fluid. Finally, the lipstick was obtained by filling, cooling, and demolding.

[0068] Example 3: Microscopic observation of the microstructure of the cosmetic sample of the present invention

[0069] The crystallization performance of lip products was observed using a Leica Model DM2500 LED microscope, which can provide intuitive visual evidence and help clarify the crystallization behavior of samples under various conditions.

[0070] Here are the detailed steps on how to use the Leica DM2500 LED microscope to observe and evaluate the crystallization performance of lip products: Apply the sample on a glass slide and flatten it for easy observation with a microscope. At the same time, cover the sample with a cover glass to ensure that the sample is evenly distributed and fixed and stable. Turn on the Model DM2500LED microscope and ensure that the lights and cameras are in normal working condition. Start from low magnification and gradually zoom in to observe the overall crystal morphology of the sample and record the crystal characteristics of different samples. Use high magnification to carefully observe the local crystal structure to ensure that the detailed characteristics of the crystal structure, such as crystal size, crystal morphology, and crystal distribution, are captured. Use the built-in camera of the microscope to take a clear sample image. Figure 1 to Figure 14 The crystal image of each sample observed at 10× magnification of the eyepiece and 40× magnification of the objective lens ( Figure 1 to Figure 4 is a crystallization image of an embodiment of the present invention, Figures 5 to 14 is a crystal image of a comparative example of the present invention).

[0071] It was observed that Examples 1-4 formed a tight lamellar crystal structure, and Example 4 clearly showed uniform and tight lamellar glass crystals. Comparative Examples 1-10 had uneven crystal structures or formed incomplete crystal forms, showing loose and unstable crystal distribution. The results of Comparative Examples 1 to 6 show that the components of the composition of the present invention are an integral whole, and none of them can be missing. At the same time, the results of Comparative Examples 7 to 10 show that the composition of the present invention has a synergistic effect, which can stabilize the crystallization, while replacing the components in the composition of the present invention with other components having similar effects to the corresponding components (for example, using hydrogenated castor oil to replace hydrogenated jojoba oil) loses the effect of stabilizing the crystallization.

[0072] Example 4: Anti-migration test of the cosmetics of the present invention

[0073] Migration refers to the ability of colorants to migrate from the inside or surface of lipstick to the surface of adjacent products. The migration of colorants can easily cause makeup to come off, stain cups, and even contaminate fabrics. To solve this problem, the anti-migration performance can be used to determine the migration status of colorants in lipstick, thereby improving the application performance of the product.

[0074] Anti-migration test method: first melt the lip products prepared in Examples 1-4 and Comparative Examples 1-10 at about 90°C, and then draw them on black cardboard through a special film drawing device, the film thickness is 10 μm, and let it stand for 24 hours to allow it to dry naturally; after standing at room temperature for 24 hours, use a Ci60 colorimeter to test the L (brightness), a (green-red value), and b (blue-yellow value) of the film (for the same formula sample, draw the film on 3 black cardboards, randomly select 3 test points on each cardboard, and record the positions of the test points, a total of 9 points, and then calculate the average value); cover A4 paper, roll back and forth on the cardboard with a roller with a weight of 2.5 kg 15 times, remove the upper cardboard, and measure the L, a, and b values of the same test point on the A4 paper and the black cardboard.

[0075] By calculating the △E color difference (the formula is ) was used to evaluate the anti-migration ability of different formulations. The test results are shown in Table 3 below.

[0076] Table 3. Anti-migration test results of lip products in Examples 1-4 and Comparative Examples 1-10

[0077] Example Anti-migration color difference value △E Example 1 0.978 Example 2 0.775 Example 3 1.045 Example 4 0.375 Comparative Example 1 21.99 Comparative Example 2 17.93 Comparative Example 3 23.07 Comparative Example 4 43.55 Comparative Example 5 43.17 Comparative Example 6 43.99 Comparative Example 7 35.61 Comparative Example 8 42.11 Comparative Example 9 32.64 Comparative Example 10 28.97

[0078] It can be seen that the lip products of Examples 1-4 of the present invention have small color difference values before and after migration on paper, while the lip products of Comparative Examples 1-10 have obvious color difference changes, indicating that the lip products using the cosmetic composition of the present invention have excellent anti-color migration ability.

[0079] Example 5: Waterproofness test of the cosmetics of the present invention

[0080] The lip product sample was evenly applied on the skin of 3×3 cm on the inner side of the arm, and the contact angle of pure water on the lip product sample was tested by the sessile drop method. The average value was calculated after five parallel measurements. The test instrument was the DSA25 contact angle analyzer of KRUSS of Germany. The test results are shown in Table 4 below.

[0081] Table 4. Waterproof test results of lip products in Examples 1-4 and Comparative Examples 1-10

[0082] Example Waterproof contact angle CA / ° Example 1 95.48 Example 2 95.78 Example 3 96.15 Example 4 108.51 Comparative Example 1 66.85 Comparative Example 2 78.94 Comparative Example 3 75.87 Comparative Example 4 70.13 Comparative Example 5 88.71 Comparative Example 6 83.87 Comparative Example 7 80.62 Comparative Example 8 70.67 Comparative Example 9 85.17 Comparative Example 10 89.35

[0083] The larger the static contact angle, the better the waterproof effect. The waterproof contact angles measured for the lip products of Examples 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the present invention are all greater than 90 degrees, while the waterproof contact angles of the lip products of Comparative Examples 1-10 vary greatly and are generally lower than the waterproof contact angles of the lip products of Examples 1 to 4 of the present invention, indicating that the lip products using the cosmetic composition of the present invention have a better ability to resist wetting by water molecules.
