[0010] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the following embodiment is an example of embodying the present invention and does not limit the technical scope of the present invention.

[0011] [Package 10] The bag 10 of this embodiment is an example of the bag of the present invention. In addition, the bag of the present invention is various bags such as a handbag, a tote bag, a bag without handles, etc. In this embodiment, a shoulder-type (can be hung on the shoulder) handbag with a handle (shoulder strap) is cited as an example for description.

[0012] [Implementation Method 1] Figure 1 This is an external perspective view showing the overall structure of the bag 10 according to the first embodiment. Figure 2 This is the main view of package 10. Figure 3 This is the rear view of bag 10. Figure 4 This is the left view of package 10. Figure 5 This is a right view of package 10. Figure 6 is a top view of bag 10, Figure 7 It is a bottom view of bag 10.

[0013] The bag 10 includes a bag body 1 and a handle 2. The bag body 1 includes: a bottom 13; a front portion 11 that rises upward from the bottom 13 on the front side; and a rear portion 12 that rises upward from the bottom 13 on the rear side and has an opening 14 formed at the top (see Figure 1 as well as Figure 6 ).

[0014] The bag body 1 is formed into a bag shape by, for example, folding a long piece of cloth at the center and sewing the side edges together. Figure 1 , Figure 4 as well as Figure 5 In the figure, reference numeral 1L indicates a left side sewn portion obtained by sewing the front side (equivalent to the front part 11) and the back side (equivalent to the back part 12) of the cloth, and reference numeral 1R indicates a right side sewn portion obtained by sewing the front side (equivalent to the front part 11) and the back side (equivalent to the back part 12) of the cloth. In addition, the cloth of the bag body 1 can be made of various raw materials such as natural fibers, chemical fibers, and synthetic fibers.

[0015] The bottom 13 has a rectangular strip having a predetermined width in the front-back direction. The strip is formed by, for example, folding back the side edges of the central portion of the fabric and sewing them (see Figure 7 ). The bag 10 is made to stand up by itself by the strips. The method for making the bag body 1 is not limited to the above method, and for example, a method of joining a plurality of fabrics may be used. The width of the bottom 13 is, for example, about 300 mm in the left-right direction and about 100 mm in the front-back direction. In addition, the size of the bottom 13 is not limited thereto and may be appropriately determined according to the size of the bag 10 as a whole.

[0016] An opening 14 is formed at the upper end of the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12, and the storage space inside the bag body 1 can be entered from the upper side of the bag 10 through the opening 14. In addition, a reinforcement portion 1a is provided on the inner side of the upper end of the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 over the entire circumference (see Figure 1 ). The reinforcement portion 1a is formed by sewing a cloth different from the one cloth constituting the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 to the inner peripheral edge of the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12. Alternatively, the reinforcement portion 1a may be formed by folding back the upper end of the one cloth constituting the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 and sewing it.

[0017] Storage bags 15 and 16 are provided on the surface (external decorative surface) on the front side of the front part 11. For example, the storage bags 15 and 16 are fixed (sewn) by sewing to the external decorative surface of the front part 11. A cover 151 capable of opening and closing the opening of the storage bag 15 is provided on the upper part of the storage bag 15. The cover 151 is fixed by sewing only the upper end to the front part 11. In addition, the cover 151 is provided to overlap with the upper part of the storage bag body in a manner that a part below covers the opening. In addition, the storage bags 15 and 16 are arranged below the bag body 1 in a manner that the positions of their respective lower ends are roughly consistent with the lower end of the bag body 1. In addition, the storage bags 15 and 16 have a height of, for example, approximately half the height of the bag body 1. In addition, the width of the storage bags 15 and 16 added together is roughly the same as the width of the front part 11 (bottom 13). According to the above configuration of the storage bags 15 and 16 , the center of gravity of the bag body 1 is lowered, and the balance in the left-right direction is easily maintained. Furthermore, the front portion 11 is reinforced, so that the self-standing posture of the bag 10 can be stabilized.

[0018] The outer dimensions (width and height) of the storage bags 15 and 16 are substantially the same. For example, the upper end of the lid 151 of the storage bag 15 and the upper end of the opening of the storage bag 16 are substantially the same height (see FIG. Figure 2 Therefore, the upper end of the opening of the storage bag body of the storage bag 15 is lower than the upper end of the opening of the storage bag 16 (refer to Figure 1). By making the heights of the storage bags 15 and 16 consistent, the overall uniformity of the bag 10 can be presented. The width of each of the storage bags 15 and 16 is, for example, approximately 150 mm, the height of each is approximately 210 mm, and the height of the cover 151 is, for example, approximately 75 mm. In addition, the dimensions of the storage bags 15 and 16 are not limited thereto and can be appropriately determined according to the overall dimensions of the bag 10.

[0019] As another embodiment, the widths of the storage bags 15 and 16 may be different from each other. In addition, the storage bag 16 may be provided with a cover portion that is the same as the cover portion 151. In addition, the cover portion 151 may be omitted from the storage bag 15. In addition, the storage bags 15 and 16 may be provided in the rear portion 12, or may be provided in both the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12. The storage bags 15 and 16 may store, for example, small items.

[0020] One handle 2 is provided in the front and rear directions. Specifically, the front handle 2 is fixed by sewing in a state where both ends of the handle 2 are inserted between the upper end of the front part 11 and the reinforcing part 1a, and the rear handle 2 is fixed by sewing in a state where both ends of the handle 2 are inserted between the upper end of the rear part 12 and the reinforcing part 1a. The width of the handle 2 is, for example, approximately 25 mm, and the length that can be hung on the shoulder is, for example, the length (height) from the upper end of the bag body 1 to the upper end of the handle 2 is approximately 270 mm. The size of the handle 2 is not limited thereto. In addition, the fabric of the handle 2 can be made of various raw materials such as natural fibers, chemical fibers, synthetic fibers, etc., like the bag body 1, without particular limitation.

[0021] A storage portion 17 is provided inside the bag body 1 (see Figure 1 as well as Figure 6 The storage section 17 is fixed to the bag body 1 and has an opening for taking out or putting in storage items. The storage section 17 can store, for example, a PC (laptop computer, tablet terminal, etc.), books, mail, etc. In addition, the storage items that can be stored in the storage section 17 are not limited to these. The specific structure of the storage section 17 will be described later.

[0022] In addition, a beverage holder 18 (see FIG. 1 ) capable of accommodating beverage containers such as plastic bottles and kettles is provided inside the bag body 1. Figure 1 as well as Figure 6 The beverage holder 18 is an example of a storage portion of the present invention. The storage portion of the present invention is not limited to the beverage holder 18, and may be a structure capable of storing a folding umbrella, etc. One side end of the beverage holder 18 is fixed to the rear portion 12 together with the storage portion 17, and the other side end is fixed to the seam portion 1R, thereby forming a cylindrical storage space (see Figure 1 as well as Figure 6 ).

[0023] [Storage section 17] Next, the specific structure of the storage section 17 will be described. Figure 8 yes Figure 6 AA section view, Fig. 9 yes Figure 6 BB cross-sectional view, Fig.10 yes Figure 6 CC cross-sectional view. Fig.11 yes Figure 8 An enlarged view of part A1 of Fig.12 yes Fig. 9 An enlarged view of part A2 of FIG.

[0024] The storage portion 17 is fixed by sewing to the inner surface (inner wall surface) of the rear portion 12 in the bag body 1. Figure 8 As shown, the left end portion 17a, the right end portion 17b, the lower end portion 17c, and the upper end portion 17d of the storage portion 17 are respectively sewn to the inner surface of the rear portion 12 and fixed.

[0025] The storage section 17 includes a storage section body 170 having an opening 17s (see Fig.12 ) and a storage space; and a cover 173, which is arranged to overlap with the storage body 170 and can open and close the opening 17s. The storage body 170 includes a front portion 171 and a rear portion 172, and a storage space is formed between the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172. The front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 is composed of a left end portion 171a, a right end portion 171b, a lower end portion 171c, and an upper end portion 171d (see Fig.12 ), the left end 171a, the right end 171b and the lower end 171c are fixed to the rear part 12 of the bag body 1. The rear part 172 of the storage part 17 is composed of a left end (not shown), a right end (not shown), a lower end (equivalent to the lower end 17c of the storage part 17) and an upper end (equivalent to the upper end 17d of the storage part 17), and the left end, the right end, the lower end and the upper end are fixed to the rear part 12 of the bag body 1. Fig.12 As shown, the upper end 171 d of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 is not fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 , etc., so that an opening 17 s is formed between the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 at the upper end 171 d .

[0026] The cover portion 173 includes a left end portion 173a, a right end portion 173b, a lower end portion 173c, and an upper end portion (corresponding to the upper end portion 17d of the storage portion 17) (see Figure 8 ), the left end portion 173a, the right end portion 173b and the upper end portion are fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1. Fig.12As shown in the figure, the lower end 173c of the cover 173 is not fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1. That is, the cover 173 has a structure in which the three sides, namely the left side, the right side and the upper side, are fixed to the bag body 1, and only the lower side is not fixed to any part. Therefore, by lifting the lower end 173c of the cover 173 in a manner of rolling up from the bottom to the top, the opening 17s is exposed, and the storage space of the storage portion 17 can be entered and exited.

[0027] In addition, if Fig.12 As shown, a cushion pad C1 is provided at the front portion 171, and a cushion pad C2 is provided at the rear portion 172. The cushion pads C1 and C2 are provided over substantially the entire surface of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172, respectively. In addition, the cushion pads C1 and C2 can be inserted into the interior of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172, respectively, or can be fixed to the inner wall surface of the storage space side of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172, respectively. The cushion pads C1 and C2 have the function of protecting the storage object G1 stored in the storage portion 17. The cushion pads C1 and C2 are elastic components (cushion parts) such as polyurethane, sponge, and rubber, and are an example of the elastic component of the present invention.

[0028] Next, a specific example of a method for producing the storage section 17 and a method for fixing the storage section 17 to the bag body 1 will be described. The method for producing and fixing the storage section 17 is not limited to the following method, and other methods may be used.

[0029] The storage portion 17 is formed into a bag shape by, for example, folding a piece of cloth and sewing the side edges together. Specifically, a long piece of cloth is folded back at the center (corresponding to the lower end portion 17c) and a portion of a predetermined width (corresponding to the cover portion 173) at the end of one side (corresponding to the rear portion 172 side) is folded back toward the other side (corresponding to the front portion 171 side). At this time, the folded portion is folded back in such a manner that the end portion (corresponding to the lower end portion 173c of the cover portion 173) overlaps the end portion (corresponding to the upper end portion 171d of the front portion 171) on the other side (corresponding to the front portion 171 side). In this way, the side edges of the folded cloth are aligned with each other and are aligned with the fixing portions 17x, 17y (reinforcement portions) (see Figure 8 ) are sewn together at the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 and fixed. In addition, the central portion of the cloth (equivalent to the lower end portion 17c) and the fixing portion 17x (reinforcement portion) (refer to Figure 8 ) are sewn together to the rear portion 12 of the bag main body 1 and fixed. In addition, the upper end portion of the cloth (equivalent to the upper end portion 17d) is sewn to the rear portion 12 of the bag main body 1 and fixed.

[0030] Thus, the left side end 171a of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17, the left side end 172 of the rear portion 172 (not shown), and the left side end 173a of the cover portion 173 are fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 via the fixing portion 17x, the right side end 171b of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17, the right side end 172 of the rear portion 172 (not shown), and the right side end 173b of the cover portion 173 are fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 via the fixing portion 17y, and the lower end 171c of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 and the lower end 172 of the rear portion 172 (not shown) are fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 via the fixing portion 17x (refer to Figure 8 ).

[0031] The cover 173 is fixed so that a lower portion overlaps an upper portion of the front portion 171. The upper end portion of the cover 173 is fixed to the upper end portion 17d of the storage portion 17, the left end portion 173a is fixed to the left end portion 17a of the storage portion 17, the right end portion 173b is fixed to the right end portion 17b of the storage portion 17, and the lower end portion 173c is not fixed to the storage portion 17. For example, Fig.11 As shown, when the front portion 171 has a height L1 (inner dimension) and the cover portion 173 has a height L2, the cover portion 173 and the front portion 171 overlap only by a height L3 in the front-to-back direction. In addition, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b (corresponding to the entirety of the height L2) of the cover portion 173 are fixed to the upper portion of the rear portion 172 corresponding to the height L2 and the upper portion of the front portion 171 corresponding to the height L3 by the fixing portions 17x and 17y. In addition, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b of the cover portion 173 are arranged and fixed in front of the front portion 171 (the storage space side of the bag body 1). The height L2 is, for example, approximately 45 mm, and the height L3 is, for example, approximately 15 mm. However, the heights L2 and L3 are not limited thereto.

[0032] According to the above composition, if Fig.12 As shown, in the normal state of the storage portion 17 (for example, the bag 10 is hung on the shoulder or held by hand), the cover portion 173 is located in front of the front portion 171 and can cover the opening 17s. As a result, since the storage space of the storage portion 17 is not exposed to the outside air, the storage object G1 can be prevented from being wetted by rain or soiled by dust.

[0033] In addition, according to the above configuration, Fig.11 As shown, the left end 173a and the right end 173b of the cover 173 are fixed to the bag body 1 together with the front part 171 in a state of overlapping with the front part 171, so that in the normal state of the storage part 17, the opening 17s can be maintained in a closed posture (closed posture).

[0034] In this way, the cover 173 has a posture maintaining portion that maintains the opening 17s in a closed position. Here, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b that partially overlap the front portion 171 are equivalent to the posture maintaining portion. In addition, the cushion pads C1 and C2 have the function of maintaining the self-standing posture of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 by elastic force, thereby making it easy to maintain the state of the closed posture of the opening 17s. That is, the cushion pads C1 and C2 are equivalent to the posture maintaining portion. In this way, the cushion pads C1 and C2 have the function of protecting the stored objects and the function of maintaining the opening 17s in a closed position.

[0035] In addition, for the storage portion 17, for example, the main body height L0 (internal dimension) is approximately 350 mm, the height L2 of the cover 173 is approximately 40 mm, the height L1 (internal dimension) of the front portion 171 is approximately 325 mm, the height L3 (overlap amount) of the overlapping portion of the cover 173 and the front portion 171 is approximately 15 mm, and the width is approximately 290 mm. In addition, the size of the storage portion 17 is not limited thereto and can be appropriately determined according to the size of the bag 10 as a whole.

[0036] The storage portion 17 has an opening and closing function for opening and closing the opening 17s in addition to the function of maintaining the opening 17s in the closed position (position maintaining function). Specific examples of the opening and closing function of the opening 17s (opening and closing functions 1 to 4) will be described below.

[0037] [Opening and Closing Function 1 of Opening 17s] Fig.13 as well as Fig.14 An example of the usage state of the bag 10 is shown in FIG. Fig.13 as well as Fig.14 1 shows a state where a storage object G1 (eg, a laptop computer) is stored in the storage section 17 of the bag 10. Fig.13 Indicates the state of the user holding the bag 10, Fig.14 This shows that the user has enlarged the opening 14 of the bag 10. Fig.15 It is shown in Fig.14 An enlarged view of the A3 portion.

[0038] like Fig.13As shown, for example, if the user stores the storage object G1 in the storage section 17 and then hangs the handle 2 on the shoulder or holds the handle 2, the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 approach each other, and the opening 14 becomes narrower in the front-to-back direction (the D1 direction and the D2 direction). As a result, the side of the bag body 1 is pushed out in the left-right direction (the D3 direction and the D4 direction), so that the front portion 171, the rear portion 172 and the cover portion 173 of the storage section 17 are pulled in the left-right direction. If the cover portion 173 is pulled in the left-right direction, the lower part (overlapping portion) of the cover portion 173 is closely attached to the front portion 171, so that the opening portion 17s is in a closed position. In this way, when the user holds the bag 10, the opening portion 17s of the storage section 17 is maintained in a closed position.

[0039] In contrast, Fig.14 As shown, for example, if the user expands the bag body 1 in the front-to-back direction (the D5 direction and the D6 direction) while the storage object G1 is stored in the storage portion 17, the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 move away from each other, and the opening 14 expands in the front-to-back direction. Thus, by pushing the side of the bag body 1 inward from the left-right direction (the D7 direction and the D8 direction), the front portion 171, the rear portion 172, and the cover portion 173 of the storage portion 17 are pushed inward from the left-right direction. If the cover portion 173 is pulled in the D5 direction and pushed from the D7 direction and the D8 direction, the central portion of the cover portion 173 is bent in the D5 direction, and the portion of the cover portion 173 that overlaps with the front portion 171 (the overlapping portion) is separated from the front portion 171, and the opening portion 17s is exposed (opening posture). In this way, if the user expands the bag 10, the opening portion 17s of the storage portion 17 changes to the opening posture.

[0040] If a force in the direction D5 is applied to the bag body 1, the rear portion 12 (see FIG. 1 ) of the storage portion 17 fixed to the bag body 1 will be Fig.12 ) and the cover 173 are pulled in the direction D5, but the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 is not pulled in the direction D5 because the upper end portion 171d is fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 (or the rear portion 172 of the storage portion 17). Fig.14 As shown in FIG. 1 , if the bag body 1 is expanded, the opening 17s changes to an open position. In particular, when the storage portion 17 contains the storage object G1, the storage space is easily maintained by the storage object G1, so the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 is not pulled or bent in the direction D5, so that Fig.14 As shown, if the bag body 1 is expanded, the opening 17s can be easily changed to the open position.

[0041] If the user from Fig.14 If the bag is held in the open position shown (e.g., with the handle 2 hung on the shoulder), Fig.13 As shown in FIG. 1 , the opening 17s changes to a closed position. Specifically, as Fig.15 As shown in FIG. 1 , when the opening 17s is in the open position, only the end of the front portion 171 and the end of the cover 173 overlap, so that forces in opposite directions are applied to the front portion 171 and the cover 173 at the overlapping portion R1. That is, a force in the direction D5 is applied to the overlapping portion R1 of the front portion 171 from the cover 173, and a force in the direction D6 is applied to the overlapping portion R1 of the cover 173 from the front portion 171. In this state, for example, when the user hangs the handle 2 on the shoulder, as shown in FIG. Fig.13 As shown, when the bag body 1 is pushed in the directions D1 and D2, the force of the overlapping portion R1 acts to push the entire upper end 171d of the front portion 171 into the inner side of the cover portion 173. Thus, the opening 17s changes from the open position to the closed position.

[0042] In this way, the storage portion 17 is changed to a closed position when the user closes the opening 14 of the bag 10 (see Fig.13 ), the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 and changes to the open position (refer to Fig.14 The storage portion 17 has a function of being able to change its posture between an open posture and a closed posture according to the user's opening and closing action of the bag 10. Therefore, the user can easily take out or put in the storage portion 17.

[0043] [Opening and closing function 2 of opening 17s] The storage portion 17 includes cushion pads C1 and C2 at the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172, respectively. Fig.14 ), the rear portion 172 is pulled in the direction D5, but the front portion 171 is not fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1, and the elastic force of the cushion C1 acts, so the front portion 171 wants to maintain a flat state. Therefore, the opening 17s is easily changed to an open posture.

[0044] In addition, for example, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 (see Fig.14 ), the cushion pads C1 and C2 use their own elastic force to restore the original state (flat state). Therefore, if the user closes the opening 14 of the bag 10 (refer to Fig.13 ), the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 are easily restored to a normal flat state by the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2. As a result, the opening 17s is easily changed from an open position to a closed position. Therefore, by providing the cushions C1 and C2, it is easier to change the position between the open position and the closed position corresponding to the user's opening and closing action of the bag 10. Therefore, it becomes easier to take out or put in the stored items.

[0045] [Opening and closing function 3 of opening 17s] As shown in Figure 8 , the bag 10 is configured such that the width W1 (lateral width in the left - right direction) of the opening 17s of the storage part 17 is wider than the interval W2 between the mounting positions of the handles 2 of the bag main body 1 (W1 > W2). According to this configuration, for example, as shown in Fig.14 , when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, a force pulling in the D5 direction acts on the mounting positions of the handles 2 on the rear part 12 of the bag main body 1. And the point of application of this force is located inside (the central side) the width W1 of the opening 17s. Thus, on the lid part 173 of the storage part 17, this force acts concentratedly on the central side in the lateral width of the lid part 173. Therefore, the central side of the lid part 173 where the force acts is pulled greatly in the D5 direction, so it is easily changed to an open posture.

[0046] On the contrary, for example, in the case of a configuration where the width W1 of the opening 17s is narrower than the interval W2 between the mounting positions of the handles 2 (W1 < W2), the force acts on a position outside the lateral width of the lid part 173. Therefore, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, since the entire lid part 173 is pulled in the D5 direction, it is difficult to change to an open posture.

[0047] Therefore, by adopting the above - mentioned configuration (W1 > W2), it is possible to more easily perform the posture change between the open posture and the closed posture corresponding to the opening and closing actions of the user on the bag 10. Thus, taking out or putting in the stored items becomes easier. Additionally, for the bag 10 of Embodiment 1, for example, W1 is approximately 290 mm and W2 is approximately 160 mm. W1 and W2 are not limited to this and can be appropriately determined according to the overall size of the bag 10.

[0048] [Opening and closing function 4 of opening 17s] The bag 10 has a configuration in which the lid part 173 of the storage part 17 is located above the bag main body 1. For example, as shown in Fig.11 And Fig.12 , the lid part 173 is disposed close to the reinforcing part 1a provided at the upper end part of the bag main body 1. According to this configuration, for example, as shown in Fig.14As shown, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, the upper end portion of the bag body 1 becomes wider significantly. That is, the further the bag body 1 moves from the bottom to the top, the larger the opening width in the front-to-back direction becomes. Therefore, compared with when the cover 173 is arranged at the bottom, the force pulled in the direction D5 becomes larger when the cover 173 is arranged at the top. Therefore, according to the above-mentioned structure, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, it is easier to change to the open position than when the cover 173 is located at the bottom of the bag body 1. In addition, even when the user closes the opening 14 of the bag 10, the cover 173 is pushed in the direction D1 with a larger force (refer to Fig.13 ), so the opening 17s is easily changed to a closed posture. Therefore, by adopting the above-mentioned structure, it is easier to change the posture of the open posture and the closed posture corresponding to the opening and closing action of the bag 10 by the user. Therefore, it becomes easier to take out or put in the storage items.

[0049] In addition, Figure 1 In the bag 10 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the storage section 17 has all the opening and closing functions 1 to 4 of the opening 17s, but the bag of the present invention is not limited thereto. In the bag of the present invention, the storage section 17 may be configured to have any one or more of the opening and closing functions 1 to 4.

[0050] [Effects of Embodiment 1] Hereinafter, each structure of the pack 10 according to the above-mentioned first embodiment and the effects achieved by each structure will be described.

[0051] The bag 10 of the first embodiment includes a bag body 1 (bag body) whose upper portion can be opened, and a storage portion 17 provided inside the bag body 1. In addition, the storage portion 17 includes a storage portion body 170 having an opening 17s, and a cover 173 provided to overlap with the storage portion body 170 and capable of opening and closing the opening 17s. In addition, the cover 173 includes a posture maintaining portion for maintaining the opening 17s in a closed posture.

[0052] According to the above-mentioned structure, the opening 17s of the storage space can be covered by the cover 173, and the opening 17s can be maintained in a closed state, so that the stored items are not easily affected by external factors such as being wet by rain or being dirty by dust. In addition, the cover 173 is a structure that is overlapped in a manner that can open and close the opening 17s. Since it is not fixed to seal the opening 17s, it does not take time for the user to take out or put in the stored items. Therefore, it is possible to realize a bag 10 that can protect the stored items and can reduce the time when storing the stored items and taking out the stored items. In addition, since there is no need to provide another fixing component (zipper, zipper, etc.) to maintain the closed posture of the opening 17s, it is also possible to simplify the structure of the storage section 17 and reduce the cost.

[0053] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the storage portion main body 170 includes a front portion 171 and a rear portion 172, and the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 are provided with cushion pads C1 and C2 (elastic members), respectively (see Fig.12 ).

[0054] According to the above structure, the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2 can be used to protect the stored items. In addition, the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2 can maintain the self-standing posture of the front part 171 and the rear part 172, so that the closed posture of the opening 17s can be maintained. In addition, for example, if the user is in an open state (see Fig.14 ) Close package 10 (refer to Fig.13 ), the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 are easily restored to a flat state by the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2, and thus are easily changed to a closed position. In this way, the cushions C1 and C2 have the functions of protecting the stored objects, maintaining the opening 17s in a closed position, and changing the opening 17s from an open position to a closed position.

[0055] In addition, as another embodiment, the bag 10 may omit the cushion pads C1 and C2, or may include only one of them.

[0056] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the storage portion 17 is fixed to the bag body 1 in the longitudinal direction ( Figure 1 Thus, the force of the opening and closing action applied to the side (front 11 and rear 12) of the bag 10 is utilized (refer to Fig.13 as well as Fig.14), the opening 17s can be changed in posture. In addition, by fixing the storage section 17 to the bag body 1, the storage section 17 is stable in the bag body 1, so that the stored items can be easily taken out or put in. In addition, in order to make it easier for the storage section 17 to protect the stored items and to maintain balance when the bag 10 is hung on the shoulder, it is preferred that the storage section 17 is fixed to the rear portion 12.

[0057] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the left side end 173a (first side end) of the cover 173 is fixed to the left side end 17a (first side end) of the storage body 170, and the right side end 173b (second side end) of the cover 173 is fixed to the right side end 17b (second side end) of the storage body 170. Figure 8 as well as Fig.11 As shown, the entire left end 173a and the entire right end 173b corresponding to the height L2 of the entire cover 173 are fixed to the storage section body 170 (the front section 171 and the rear section 172) by the fixing parts 17x and 17y. In addition, the upper end of the cover 173 is fixed to the upper end 17d of the storage section body 170, and the cover 173 is located in front of the front section 171 of the storage section body 170, and the lower end 173c of the cover 173 is not fixed to the storage section body 170, and is located below the upper end 171d of the front section 171.

[0058] According to the above configuration, the two ends of the cover 173 are fixed in a state where the upper end 171d of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17 overlaps with the cover 173, so that the closed posture of the opening 17s is easily maintained. That is, the left end 173a and the right end 173b overlapping with the front portion 171 function as the posture maintaining portion.

[0059] In the above configuration, the cover 173 may be fixed at a position lower than the upper end 17d of the storage section body 170. In other words, the sewing position (fixing position) of the upper portion (upper side) of the cover 173 may be at a position lower than the upper end 17d of the storage section body 170. For example, the upper end of the cover 173 may be located at the upper end 17d of the storage section body 170, and the sewing position of the upper side of the cover 173 may be located between the upper end 171d of the front portion 171 and the upper end 17d of the storage section body 170. That is, the upper portion of the cover 173 only needs to be fixed (sewn) at least at a position higher than the upper end 171d of the front portion 171.

[0060] In the bag 10 of the present embodiment, the cover 173 does not have an elastic member (cushion pad, etc.). Fig.14As shown, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, the cover 173 can be easily bent outward (in the direction D5) near the center, so that the opening 17s can be easily changed to an open position. In addition, as another embodiment, the cover 173 can also have a cushion pad with weaker elasticity than the cushion pads C1 and C2 (for example, thinner thickness).

[0061] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the handle 2 is attached to the upper portion of the bag body 1, the storage portion 17 is fixed to the surface of the bag body 1 where the handle 2 is attached (e.g., the rear portion 12), and the width W1 of the opening 17s of the storage portion 17 is wider than the interval W2 of the attachment position of the handle 2 of the bag body 1 (see Figure 8 ). According to this configuration, as shown in the above-mentioned [Opening and Closing Function 3 of the Opening 17s], for example, when the user holds the handle 2 and opens the bag 10, a force pulling in the direction D5 acts on the mounting position of the handle 2 in the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1, and the central side of the cover 173 corresponding to the mounting position is pulled greatly in the direction D5, so that it is easy to change to the open position. Therefore, the opening 17s can be easily changed to the open position.

[0062] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the cover 173 is located above the bag body 1. According to this configuration, as shown in the above-mentioned [Opening and Closing Function 4 of the Opening 17s], when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10, the upper end of the bag body 1 becomes wider, and thus the cover 173 is pulled in the direction D5 by a large force (see FIG. Fig.14 ), the opening 17s is easily changed to the open position. In addition, when the user closes the opening 14 of the bag 10, the cover 173 is pushed in the direction D1 by a large force (refer to Fig.13 ), the opening 17s is easily changed to a closed posture. Therefore, it is easier to change the posture between the open posture and the closed posture corresponding to the opening and closing action of the bag 10 by the user.

[0063] In the bag 10 of the first embodiment, the cover 173 may be located above the bag body 1, and the lower end 17c of the storage body 170 may be located below the bag body 1 (near the bottom 13). That is, the storage portion 17 may be formed on the entire surface of one side surface (e.g., the rear portion 12) of the bag body 1 in the height direction (see Figure 8 In addition, the width of the storage portion 17 in the left-right direction may be substantially the same as the width of the bottom 13 of the bag body 1 in the left-right direction (see Figure 8 As a result, since the stored object G1 in the bag 10 is not biased, the weight balance can be improved.

[0064] In addition, the bag 10 of the first embodiment may also include a storage portion (e.g., a beverage holder 18) capable of storing a storage object (e.g., a beverage container). In addition, one side end of the storage portion may be fixed to one side end of the storage portion body 170. In addition, the other side end of the storage portion may be fixed to the seam 1R of the bag body 1 (see Figure 6 ). Thus, a cylindrical storage space can be formed, so that, for example, a beverage container can be stored. In addition, according to the above-mentioned fixing method, the strength of the beverage holder 18 can be improved. In addition, according to the above-mentioned structure of the bag 10, as Fig.16 As shown, the storage portion 17 can store a PC and the beverage holder 18 can store a beverage container.

[0065] In addition, the bag 10 of the first embodiment may also include a storage bag 19 (see FIG. 1 ) capable of storing small articles inside the bag body 1. Fig. 9 as well as Fig.10 The storage bag 19 can be fixed to the front portion 11 of the bag body 1 by sewing, for example.

[0066] [Other embodiments] The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. Other embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

[0067] As another embodiment of the present invention, the bag 10 includes a bag body 1 (bag body) whose upper portion can be opened, and a storage portion 17 provided inside the bag body 1. In addition, the storage portion 17 includes: a storage portion body 170 having a front portion 171, a rear portion 172, and an opening portion 17s; and a cover portion 173, which can open and close the opening portion 17s. In addition, by providing cushion pads C1 and C2 (elastic components) at the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172, respectively, the opening portion 17s is maintained in a closed position. That is, the storage portion body 170 includes cushion pads (elastic components) on both sides (front portion 171 and rear portion 172) forming the storage space to maintain the opening portion 17s in a closed position. In the bag 10 having the above-mentioned structure, the cover portion 173 may be omitted, and the cover portion 173 may also be composed of a surface fastener such as Velcro (registered trademark).

[0068] According to the above configuration, the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2 can be used to protect the stored items. In addition, the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2 can be used to maintain the posture of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 in an upright posture, so that even when the stored items are stored, the opening 17s will not expand unnecessarily and can maintain a closed posture. In addition, there is no need to provide another fixing component (zipper, zipper, etc.) to maintain the closed posture of the opening 17s. Therefore, it is possible to realize a bag 10 that can protect the stored items and can reduce the effort when storing the stored items and taking out the stored items. The cushions C1 and C2 function as the posture maintaining portion.

[0069] In addition, according to the above configuration, as shown in the above-mentioned [Opening and Closing Function 2 of the Opening 17s], for example, if the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 (see Fig.14 ), the rear portion 172 is pulled in the direction D5, but the front portion 171 is not fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 and the elastic force of the cushion C1 acts, the front portion 171 wants to maintain a flat state, so the opening 17s is easily changed to an open posture.

[0070] In addition, for example, when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 (see Fig.14 ), the force of the cushion pads C1 and C2 to restore the original state (flat state) by its own elastic force acts on the cushion pads C1 and C2, so if the user closes the opening 14 of the bag 10 (refer to Fig.13 ), the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172 can be easily restored to a normal flat state by the elastic force of the cushions C1 and C2. That is, the opening portion 17s can be easily changed from an open position to a closed position. Therefore, it is easier to change the position between the open position and the closed position corresponding to the user's opening and closing action of the bag 10.

[0071] In the above-described configuration, the bag 10 may include only one of the cushion pads C1 and C2.

[0072] In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the bag 10 includes the handle 2. However, as another embodiment, the bag 10 may omit the handle 2. For example, the bag 10 may be constituted by the above-mentioned bag body 1 alone.

[0073] In addition, the bag of the present invention may also be composed of a single body of the storage section 17. For example, the bag of the present invention may also be a bag composed only of the storage section 17 of each of the above-mentioned embodiments. In addition, the bag of the present invention may also be a bag in which the handle 2 is installed on the storage section 17 of each of the above-mentioned embodiments. That is, the bag 10 and the storage section 17 are each an example of the bag of the present invention. In the case where the bag is composed of a single body of the storage section 17, the bag of the present invention is configured to include: a storage section main body 170 having an opening 17s; and a cover 173, which is provided to overlap with the storage section main body 170 and can open and close the opening 17s, and the cover 173 includes a posture maintaining portion for maintaining the opening 17s in a closed posture. In addition, as another embodiment, the bag of the present invention is configured to include: a storage portion main body 170, including a front portion 171, a rear portion 172 and an opening portion 17s; and a cover portion 173, which is capable of opening and closing the opening portion 17s, and the opening portion 17s is maintained in a closed position by providing a cushioning pad (elastic component) on at least one of the front portion 171 and the rear portion 172.

[0074] In the bag of the present invention, the rear portion 172 constituting the storage portion 17 may also be a part of the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1. That is, the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 may also serve as the rear portion of the storage portion 17. In this case, the storage portion main body 170 of the storage portion 17 may also be constituted by the front portion 171 and the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1, the front portion 171 may be fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 by the fixing portions 17x and 17y, and the cover portion 173 may be directly fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1. In the above configuration, the upper portion of the cover portion 173 may be fixed (sewn) to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 at a position above the upper end portion 171d of the front portion 171.

[0075] In addition, in the bag of the present invention, the storage portion 17 may be detachable relative to the bag body 1. For example, the storage portion 17 may be detachable relative to the inner surface (inner wall surface) of the rear portion 12 in the bag body 1 by a surface fastener such as Velcro (registered trademark). In addition, for example, the following structure may be adopted: the storage portion 17 has a hook at the upper end portion, and the storage portion 17 can be attached to the bag body 1 by hooking the hook to the upper end portion (reinforcement portion 1a) of the bag body 1.

[0076] [Implementation Method 2] Embodiment 2 of the present invention is described below using the accompanying drawings. In addition, for the sake of convenience, components having the same functions as those shown in Embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and their descriptions are omitted. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the terms defined in Embodiment 1 are also used in accordance with their definitions in this embodiment.

[0077] Fig.17 The package 10 of the second embodiment Figure 6 AA section view. Fig.18 yes Fig.17 Magnified view of part B1.

[0078] The shape of the cover 173 of the bag 10 of the second embodiment is different from the shape of the cover 173 of the first embodiment, and the other structures are the same as the bag 10 of the first embodiment. Fig.17As shown, the cover 173 includes a lower end portion 173c that is bent in a manner that the center portion in the left-right direction is protruded downward. For example, the lower end portion 173c is bent downward in a manner that the height La of the cover 173 increases as the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b approach the center position in the left-right direction, respectively. The left end portion 173a, the right end portion 173b, and the upper end portion of the cover 173 are fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1, and the lower end portion 173c is not fixed to the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1. That is, the cover 173 has a structure in which three sides, namely the left side, the right side, and the upper side, are fixed to the bag body 1, and only the lower side is not fixed to any part, thereby, the opening portion 17s (see FIG. 1 ) is opened by lifting the lower end portion 173c of the cover 173 in a manner that it is rolled up from the bottom to the top. Fig.12 ) is exposed, thereby being able to enter and exit the storage space of the storage portion 17.

[0079] In addition, if Fig.18 As shown, the cover 173 is fixed in such a manner that a lower portion overlaps a upper portion of the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17. Specifically, the cover 173 is fixed in such a manner that the amount of overlap with the front portion 171 increases as the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b approach the center position in the left-right direction, respectively. In addition, the upper end portion of the cover 173 is fixed to the upper end portion 17d of the storage portion 17, the left end portion 173a is fixed to the left end portion 17a of the storage portion 17, the right end portion 173b is fixed to the right end portion 17b of the storage portion 17, and the lower end portion 173c is not fixed to the storage portion 17. For example, Fig.18 As shown, when the front portion 171 has a height L1 (inner dimension) and the cover portion 173 has a maximum height Lb (the height of the center position in the left-right direction), the cover portion 173 overlaps the front portion 171 in the front-back direction by only a height Ld at the center position. In addition, at the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b, the cover portion 173 overlaps the front portion 171 in the front-back direction by only a height Lc. That is, the overlap amount between the cover portion 173 and the front portion 171 increases as it approaches the center position in the left-right direction. In addition, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b (corresponding to the entirety of the height L2) of the cover portion 173 are fixed to the upper portion of the rear portion 172 corresponding to the height L2 and the upper portion of the front portion 171 corresponding to the height Lc by the fixing portions 17x and 17y. In addition, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b of the cover portion 173 are arranged and fixed at a position forward of the front portion 171 (the storage space side of the bag body 1).

[0080] The height L2 of the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b is, for example, approximately 45 mm, the maximum height Lb is, for example, approximately 75 mm, the overlap amount Lc of the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b is, for example, approximately 15 mm, and the overlap amount Ld (maximum overlap amount) of the center portion is, for example, approximately 50 mm. However, the height L2, the maximum height Lb, the overlap amounts Lc and Ld are not limited thereto.

[0081] According to the above configuration, as in Embodiment 1, Fig.12 As shown, in the normal state of the storage portion 17 (for example, the bag 10 is hung on the shoulder or held by hand), the cover portion 173 is located in front of the front portion 171 and can cover the opening 17s. As a result, since the storage space of the storage portion 17 is not exposed to the outside air, the storage object G1 can be prevented from being wetted by rain or soiled by dust.

[0082] In addition, according to the above configuration, Fig.18 As shown, the left end 173a and the right end 173b of the cover 173 are fixed to the bag body 1 together with the front part 171 in a state of overlapping with the front part 171, so that in the normal state of the storage part 17, the opening 17s can be maintained in a closed posture (closed posture).

[0083] In this way, the cover 173 includes a posture maintaining portion that maintains the opening 17s in a closed posture. Here, the left end portion 173a and the right end portion 173b that partially overlap with the front portion 171 are equivalent to the posture maintaining portion. In addition, as the cover 173 approaches the center position in the left-right direction, the amount of overlap with the entire 71 increases, so that the center portion of the cover 173 in the left-right direction also functions as the posture maintaining portion. That is, in Embodiment 2, the cover 173 as a whole is equivalent to the posture maintaining portion.

[0084] [Opening and Closing Function of Opening 17s] exist Fig.19 An example of the usage state of the bag 10 of the second embodiment is shown in FIG. Fig.19 1 shows a state where the storage object G1 (for example, a laptop computer) is stored in the storage section 17 of the bag 10. Fig.19 , the user has enlarged the opening 14 of the bag 10. Fig. 20 It is shown in Fig.19 An enlarged view of part B3.

[0085] For example, when the user stores the storage object G1 in the storage portion 17 and then hangs the handle 2 on the shoulder or holds the handle 2, the user can carry the storage object G1 in the storage portion 17. Fig.13) Similarly, the front portion 11 and the rear portion 12 of the bag body 1 approach each other, and the opening 14 becomes narrower in the front-to-back direction (the D1 direction and the D2 direction). As a result, the side of the bag body 1 is pushed out in the left-right direction (the D3 direction and the D4 direction), so that the front portion 171, the rear portion 172, and the cover portion 173 of the storage portion 17 are pulled in the left-right direction. If the cover portion 173 is pulled in the left-right direction, the lower part (overlapping portion) of the cover portion 173 is closely attached to the front portion 171, so that the opening portion 17s is in a closed position. In this way, when the user is holding the bag 10, the opening portion 17s of the storage portion 17 is maintained in a closed position.

[0086] In contrast, Fig.19 As shown, for example, when the user expands the bag body 1 in the front-rear direction (the D5 direction and the D6 direction) in a state where the storage part 17 contains the storage object G1, the front part 11 and the rear part 12 of the bag body 1 are separated from each other, and the opening 14 is expanded in the front-rear direction. As a result, the side surface of the bag body 1 is pushed inward from the left-right direction (the D7 direction and the D8 direction), so that the front part 171, the rear part 172, and the cover part 173 of the storage part 17 are pushed inward from the left-right direction. Here, the cover part 173 of the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment, and the lower end part 173c is bent downward at the center position in the left-right direction, so that the cover part 173 is pulled in the D5 direction and pushed from the D7 direction and the D8 direction. Even if the central part of the cover part 173 is bent in the D5 direction, the part of the cover part 173 that overlaps with the front part 171 (the overlapping part R1) is difficult to be separated from the front part 171, so the opening part 17s is still maintained in a closed position. Thus, even when the user opens the bag 10 , the opening 17 s of the storage portion 17 is easily maintained in the closed position (is difficult to change to the open position).

[0087] As described above, the storage section 17 of the second embodiment has a function of being able to maintain a closed position regardless of the user's opening and closing action of the bag 10. Therefore, the storage items stored in the storage section 17 can be reliably protected. In addition, since the cover 173 is not fixed but only the lower end 173c overlaps with the front part 171, the user can roll up the lower end 173c to easily take out or put in the storage items.

[0088] As described above, the bag 10 of the first embodiment has a structure that makes it easy to change the opening 17s to the open position when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 (see Fig.14 as well as Fig.15 ), it is possible to obtain an effect of making it easy to take out or put in the stored items. The bag 10 of the second embodiment is provided with a structure that makes it easy to maintain the opening 17s in a closed position when the user opens the opening 14 of the bag 10 (refer to Fig.19 as well as Fig. 20), achieving the effect of being able to more reliably protect the stored items.

[0089] As another embodiment of the first and second embodiments, the cover portion 173 may be formed of a stretchable material, and a reinforcing material (cushion pad etc.) may be provided inside the cover portion 173 .

[0090] In addition, as other implementations of implementation mode 2, Fig.21 as well as Fig. 22 As shown, a slit 180 may be provided in the front portion 171 of the storage portion 17. The slit 180 is formed so that the lower end portion 173c of the cover portion 173 can be inserted. For example, by inserting the lower end portion 173c of the cover portion 173 into the slit 180 after storing the storage items in the storage portion 17, the user can make the cover portion 173 difficult to open and can more reliably maintain the opening portion 17s in a closed position. In addition, the cover portion 173 may be in a shape that is bent downward as a whole and has a rectangular protrusion at the portion that is inserted into the slit 180.

[0091] In addition, the shape of the cover portion 173 in the second embodiment is not limited to the curved shape, and may be a shape in which only the center portion in the left-right direction protrudes downward.

[0092] The other configurations described in Embodiment 1 can also be applied to Embodiment 2.
