Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of energy storage, and particularly to a device that uses mineral particles as heat storage media, relies on gravity to drive the mineral particles to flow, and uses multiple cavities in linkage to complete heat storage and energy supply. The principle, method and process flow are also important components of the present invention. Background Art

[0002] The threshold for distributed power generation to access the grid is getting higher and higher, and most distributed power will be wasted because it cannot be fully connected to the grid. Choosing the right form of energy storage to store excess electricity has gradually become a focus of attention in the new energy field.

[0003] The difference between peak and valley power consumption in cities is increasing year by year, and the power grid operation losses urgently need appropriate technology and equipment to adjust the peak. Converting electricity into heat is an effective solution.

[0004] There are many types of waste heat in cities, including industrial waste heat, solar thermal energy, biomass heating, etc., all of which have been wasted to varying degrees. It has become a need to collect waste heat, convert it from low-grade thermal energy to high-grade thermal energy or other forms of energy, and use it in off-peak hours.

[0005] To solve the aforementioned surplus electricity, common chemical energy storage methods are costly and have a short service life.

[0006] To solve the aforementioned waste heat, the common heat storage media in China are water, molten salt and magnesia bricks.

[0007] The water heat storage device is limited to a water temperature of 100°C. When the temperature exceeds 100°C, safety measures must be taken according to the pressure vessel.

[0008] In order to ensure the fluidity of molten salt, the molten salt heat storage device must always maintain a high temperature of more than 180°C, which increases the system safety protection cost. General molten salt heat storage equipment is difficult to apply to small-scale projects. In addition, the flow of molten salt between containers requires power from electric machinery.

[0009] Magnesia brick heat storage is restricted by the shape and weight of the bricks themselves and has poor flexibility. Summary of the invention

[0065] It should be noted that, in the absence of conflict, the features in the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in combination with the embodiments.

[0066] The described embodiments are only a part of the present application, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present application, other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative work should all fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0067] It should be noted that, in the absence of conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.

[0068] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but they are not intended to limit the present invention.

[0069] Example 1

[0070] The external heat source enters the heat exchanger 2 with external heat, heats the heat transfer oil in the metal pipe to 55°C, and then passes through the heat pump, the heat transfer oil is heated to 95°C.

[0071] Low-temperature sand is obtained in the low-temperature mineral heat dissipation area 22, and is loaded into the low-temperature heating chamber 11 through a pneumatic conveyor and a feed ball valve control door 30. In the process of sand falling, under the action of the sand separator 29, the sand falls evenly into the heating chamber 11.

[0072] The heat transfer oil at 95°C heats the sand inside the low-temperature heating cavity 11 to 95°C.

[0073] The sand in the low-temperature heating cavity 11 passes through the discharge control door 31 under the action of gravity and enters the low-temperature heat storage cavity 14 .

[0074] In the low-temperature heat storage cavity 14, after 100 days, the heat loss rate was less than 10% and the sand temperature dropped to 85.5°C.

[0075] The sand passes through the discharge control door 32 of the low-temperature heat storage cavity and enters the low-temperature heating cavity 18.

[0076] There is heat transfer oil in the metal pipe in the low temperature heating cavity 18. The heat medium in the heat exchanger 23 for supplying hot water is water. The heat transfer oil flows between the heat exchanger 23 for supplying hot water and the low temperature heating cavity 18 under the action of a pump.

[0077] The heat in the low-temperature heating cavity 18 is transferred to the heat transfer oil through the outer wall of the metal pipe and exchanges heat with the heat transfer oil in the pipe.

[0078] After the heat transfer oil in the metal pipe enters the heat exchange unit 23 supplying hot water, it transfers heat to the external 15°C water through the metal pipe wall and heats it to 60°C, thereby enabling the heat exchange unit 23 supplying hot water to directly supply hot water to the outside.

[0079] If the heat inside the low-temperature heating cavity 18 is insufficient to provide sufficient heat for the low-temperature heat exchange unit 23, the heat can be supplemented by an electric heater.

[0080] After the heat of the sand in the low-temperature heating cavity 18 can no longer be transferred to the heat-conducting oil in the metal pipe 27, the sand enters the low-temperature sand heat dissipation area 22 from the discharge control door 33 under the action of gravity.

[0081] The low temperature heating cavity 11, the low temperature heat storage cavity 14, and the low temperature heat supply cavity 18 are arranged from top to bottom in space height, and can be different in form and material, and can each have a feed port and a discharge port in connection with each other.

[0082] Example 2

[0083] The external power supply is connected to the electric control cabinet 1 and connected to the electric heating rod 8 inside the high-temperature heating cavity 12 .

[0084] In the low-temperature sand heat dissipation area 22, low-temperature sand is obtained and, under the action of the pneumatic conveyor, passes through the feed control gate 34 and is loaded into the high-temperature heating cavity 12.

[0085] The sand in the high-temperature heating cavity 12 is heated up by the electric heating rod 8. When the temperature reaches 600°C, the electric heating rod 8 is automatically powered off and stops heating.

[0086] The sand in the high-temperature heating cavity 12 passes through the discharge control door 35 and enters the high-temperature heat storage cavity 17 .

[0087] In the high-temperature heat storage cavity 17, the temperature of the sand remains substantially unchanged.

[0088] The sand passes through the discharge control door 36 of the high-temperature heat storage cavity 17 and enters the high-temperature heat supply cavity 20 .

[0089] The metal pipe in the high temperature heating cavity 20 contains molten salt and is connected to the molten salt and heat transfer oil heat exchange unit 25. The heat medium in the molten salt and heat transfer oil heat exchange unit 25 is heat transfer oil.

[0090] The molten salt in the metal pipe 28 absorbs the heat of the sand through the metal pipe wall in the high-temperature heating cavity 20, and the temperature rises to 450°C.

[0091] Under the action of the pump, the molten salt enters the heat exchange unit 25 for molten salt and heat transfer oil, and exchanges heat with the heat transfer oil therein, and the temperature of the heat transfer oil rises to 300°C.

[0092] After the heat transfer oil in the heat exchange unit 25 of molten salt and heat transfer oil obtains heat, it flows into the heat exchanger 24 for supplying steam. The heat medium in the heat exchanger 24 for supplying steam is water, which forms 150°C steam after absorbing the heat of the 300°C heat transfer oil.

[0093] If the high temperature heating cavity 20 continues to lose heat, causing the temperature of the heat transfer oil to drop to, the temperature of the heat transfer oil in the heat exchange unit 25 of the molten salt and the heat transfer oil drops below 200°C, and the molten salt system stops working. At this time, the sand in the high temperature heating cavity 20 can enter the low temperature heating cavity 18 through the discharge control door 37 to continue to provide low temperature heating services.

[0094] The high temperature heating cavity 12, the high temperature heat storage cavity 17, and the high temperature heat supply cavity 20 are arranged from top to bottom in space height, and can be different in form and material, and can each have a feed port and a discharge port in connection with each other.

[0095] Example 3

[0096] Low-temperature sand is obtained in the low-temperature heat dissipation area 22, and under the action of the pneumatic conveyor, the sand is loaded into the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 through the feed control gate 38.

[0097] The external heat source, through the heat exchanger 2 that receives heat from the outside, continuously heats the sand in the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 until the temperature reaches 100°C.

[0098] The external power supply is connected to the electric control cabinet 1 , connected to the mixing heating cavity 13 , and connected to the electric heating rod 8 .

[0099] The electric heating rod 8 heats the sand in the low temperature and high temperature mixed heating cavity 13. When the sand temperature reaches 300°C, the electric heating rod 8 stops working.

[0100] The discharge control door 39 of the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 is opened, and the sand enters the mixed heat storage cavity A15 under the action of gravity.

[0101] In the mixed heat storage cavity A15, after 100 days, the heat loss of the sand was less than 15% and the temperature dropped to 255°C.

[0102] The discharge control door 40 of the mixed heat storage cavity A15 is opened, and the sand enters the mixed heat supply cavity 19 under the action of gravity.

[0103] In the mixed heat supply cavity 19, there is a metal pipe connected to a heat exchange unit 24 for supplying steam from the outside.

[0104] The heat transfer oil in the metal pipe absorbs heat from the sand in the mixed heating cavity 19 and transfers it to the water in the heat exchange unit 24 that supplies steam, thereby completing the supply of hot water or steam to the outside.

[0105] The mixed heating cavity 13, the mixed heat storage cavity A15, and the mixed heat supply cavity 19 are arranged from top to bottom in spatial height. They may be different in form and material. In terms of mutual connection, they may each have a feed port and a discharge port.

[0106] Example 4

[0107] Low-temperature sand is obtained in the low-temperature heat dissipation area 22, and under the action of the pneumatic conveyor, the sand is loaded into the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 through the feed control gate 38.

[0108] The external heat source, through the heat exchanger 2 that receives heat from the outside, continuously heats the sand in the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 until the temperature reaches 200°C.

[0109] The external power supply is connected to the electric control cabinet 1 , connected to the mixing heating cavity 13 , and connected to the electric heating rod 8 .

[0110] The electric heating rod 8 heats the sand in the low temperature and high temperature mixed heating cavity 13. When the sand temperature reaches 600°C, the electric heating rod 8 stops working.

[0111] The discharge control door 39 of the low-temperature and high-temperature mixed heating cavity 13 is opened, and the sand enters the mixed heat storage cavity A16 under the action of gravity.

[0112] In the mixed heat storage cavity A16, after 100 days, the heat loss of the sand was less than 15% and the temperature dropped to 510℃.

[0113] The discharge control door 40 of the mixed heat storage cavity A16 is opened, and the sand enters the high-temperature heating cavity 20 under the action of gravity.

[0114] In the high-temperature heating cavity 20, a molten salt metal pipe is connected to a heat exchanger 25 for molten salt and heat transfer oil.

[0115] The heat transfer oil in the heat exchanger 25 between molten salt and heat transfer oil is heated from 180° C. to 360° C. during the heat exchange process in the molten salt pipeline.

[0116] The 360°C heat transfer oil in the heat exchanger 25 of molten salt and heat transfer oil flows through the heat exchanger 24 supplying steam, and transfers heat to the 10°C water therein, and the water is heated to 150°C to form steam.

[0117] Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field and related fields without creative work should fall within the scope of protection of the present invention. The structures, devices and operating methods not specifically described and explained in the present invention are implemented according to the conventional means in the field unless otherwise specified and limited.
